Cause I dedicate it to my favorite follower/fellow writer: Paoshirou Hozomi

This is for you Pao

Opening the door to his room, Hiccup let Jack inside. Once there Jack sat down on his bed and began feeling the blankets drapped over them. "Nice play you got here" He commented as he took in the sight of Hiccup's room.

It wasn't anything much to tell you the truth it was plain and simple. Hiccup's room mainly consisted of a bed, a desk, and a closet. No posters on the wall, no junk on the floor, hardly any signs of a teenagers life in it. Just some pices of furniture, a wooden floor with white walls.

Hiccup crossed his arms and said "Thanks...I guess" the last part was spoken very softly.

Jack continued to inspect the room, his eyes roaming around the place "You should really change the color of the walls"

Hiccup sighed defeatedly and let his arms fall to his side "Look. Jack, I know you didn't come here to play dress my nest. So what do you want?" his voice was just short of a growl.

Jack looked down on the floor for a moment before answering "Hiccup, I haven't seen you in such a long time and-"

"Yeah? who's fault is that?"

The other teen was taken aback for a moment "Well,..I?..uhm?...mine..I..Ugh?"

Hiccup exasperated and pinched the bridge of his nose "Look. The only reason I let you in my room because my definition of talking to someone, is not screaming at them from my room while their on my front lawn in the middle of the night. But if all this is just leading to you stuttering, not making any sense and just plain giving me a headache why don't you just leave!?"

Jack was taken aback for a moment and looked down on the ground befor lifting his head to meet the others eyes "I came here because I needed to talk to you"

The other teen nodded at him "Okay, what the hell about?"

Jack rubbed the back of his head uneasily trying to find the right words he wanted to say. It was crucial he was already walking on thin ice now that he knows how every single word is received by Hiccup. "I ...heard about what...Toothless did"

Hiccup grew wide eyed "How did you?-"

Jack cut him off immediatley and said "I was in the restaurant, you didn't see me. I didn't want to ruin your date"

Hiccup forced a faint smile "Well that was redundant, it was already ruined"

"I know. I heard everything"

Hiccup crossed his arms and scowled at him. Well Greeeaat, this is just what I need right now. For this guy to know about what happened he thought. "So what now? came to gloat? Laugh at how pathetic I am?"

"WHA?! NO!" the teen began to raise his voice

"Alright then what! JACK! WHAT!?" Hiccup roared angrily taking a threatening

Jack shook his head uneasily, this isn't going right. The both of them needed to calm down to talk about this. Putting his arms up he spke in a softer voice "Look. I came here t make sure you were okay because believe it or not Hiccup I actually do care about you"

The brunnette scoffed at that "Yeah, sure you do"

Jack pressed the subject further "Of course I do Hiccup"

The sarcastic smirk turned into a malicious glare at the split second after that statement "Really? DO YOU REALLY!"

Appearantly Jack had enough, he threw his arms in the air and spoke with a more stern tone in his voice "Okay Hiccup, please! Could you stop being mad at me for like...2 MINUTES so I can explain myself!"

A semi amused chuckle escaped the boys mouth "Yeah? Why? Tell me Jack, why on earth should I listen to anything you have to say huh?"

Jack sadly hung his head in shame for a moment but the raised his head to look the other straight in the eye "Because Hiccup. You're mad at me and I don't like that. I couldn't sleep that night after the day I found out your here. I couldn't stop thinking about what you said to me, 'about what I did to you'. You were hurt and I couldn't rest knowing that. I had to make things right, I needed to talk to you but you wouldn't let me. So after what happened in the restaurant I talked to ...Jackson" there was a slight pause upon the mention of his brother, then Jack continued "...I got your address from him when he came home. It was already late, my parents wouldn't let me leave the house at this hour,so I snuck out and came here because I really. REALLY needed to talk to you. and whether you admit or not Hiccup, you know you want to hear what I have to say too."

Hiccup seemed a little surprised at that, but the other teen did have a point. If there was a reason Hiccup had to go through all that heartbreak he sure as hell had a right to hear it. Also Jack had gone through all of that just to talk? He really must have something important to say "Alright Jack fine. Talk to me, explain yourself"

Jack inwardly breathed a sigh of relief as he felt huge weight lifted of his shoulders "Okay, well first off let me apologize for what I did"

"You mean ditching me?"

"Okay let me make it clear. I had no part in that!"

Hiccup turned and looked offended at him "Excuse me? You had no part?"

"I didn't know I was moving Hiccup, When I came home I was just as surprised as the next person when my parents told me we were moving. By the time I finally had a chance to see you again we would've already had left by then" a desperate tone was laced trough his voice.

Hiccup was shocked "So you-?"

"Wanted to not to leave you hurting like that" Jack said looking straight into Hiccup's eyes

Hiccup was beginning to understand somehow. Where this person is coming from, but the hurt is still there. "Okay the you leaving I understand but why the break up part?" for the first time since they began to talk the broken voice was evident in him.

In stead of answering Jack just exasperated and buried his head on both his arms while making his way to sit down on Hiccup's bed. Once he was there he looked around the room with a blank expression on his face before turning to look at Hiccup "I broke up with you because I was afraid"

"Afraid to what?"

"Afraid ...to...come out"

"Wha?"

"I was afraid to come out and tell people I was gay alright"

"Jack?"

"Hiccup" the other teen said. Hiccup froze in mid sentence as he saw the look on Jack's face. The white haired teen wore a pained look of misery as he saw tears threatening to flow from his eyes. Biting his lip he tried to stop himself from doing so "I am sorry for what I did, I was just so scared. At the time I really thought I wasn't hurting anyone, but Hiccup please. Forgive me" he pleaded desperately.

Hiccup saw the sight before him. This was something he didn't think would happen. The great Jack Frost, crying over some freckled faced , fish bone loser like himself. So with an exagerated breath he walked over to the sobbing teen "Jack" he began

The boy in question waited expectantly for the response

Hiccup braced himself for what he was about to say "What you did... was so painful for me. Forgiving you is something very difficult for me to do" he said

Jack looked crushed as he took this in, he had hoped it wouldn't come to this. So he closed his eyes and turned to face the floor

"But its not impossible"

At this Jack snapped his head to face Hiccup "You mean-?"

Hiccup held up a hand to stop him "It means that I can forget everything. That is what I tried to do before running into you again. But now that you are in my life again I don't want to spend the remainder of my life hating you. I would like to move on from this. Also considering the fact that you were scared to come out and that why you left me and the whole moving thing wasn't your fault to begin with, I can't really bring myself to hold you responsible for anything. It may not happen right away but Jack I can, hell I hope even, that I may bring my self to forgive you" It took alot for him to say that. Hiccup really wanted to turn a new page in this life of his and hating Jack would just stop him from doing so.

After that the two sat in silence. Jack smiling so much over Hiccup giving him a chance to be forgiven. Hiccup looking at the face of his first love. He didn't really expect this to happen when he moved. He didn't expect to see Jack and achieve this reconciliation.

He also didn't expect for Jack to grab the back of his head and leaned in towards him for their lips to meet.

It was a very big surprise for Hiccup, he didn't know what to do. But the sensation of the other boys mouth was so inviting and passionate. He didn't know why but he found himself embracing the kiss as they pressed their bodies closer to one another.

That night, Hiccup found himself at peace for the first time in a very long time.
