Commissioner Loeb
It's not easy being police commissioner, especially in a town this bad. I try putting Falcone and his thugs away, but every move I make, he's already accounted for. So I let him win a few games, falling back on the knowledge that by not putting my all into it, I ensure to save some for later. But the one thing I can't let slide, is this supposed "Batman." When vigilantes are hailed as heroes, justice goes out the window and people begin to get drunk on power, thinking that since on man can get away with it they can too. And when people are drunk and dangerous, they are threats not only to themselves, but to others too. So paint me as a bad guy, but I'm only doing my best to keep the casualties to a minimum. Anyone else would do the same.
