Rey said nothing but joined Danielle into fighting Octavian's guards but his words were stirring in her mind like wildfire igniting her horrible past.
"Rey, a son of Aphrodite. My father... my future... he stole everything from me!" She thought. She aimed her weapon at him and pulled the trigger but instead hit a enemy.
"Allison! Help us!" He yelled. For years she cried and ran from family departments all because of his power.
"Don't screw with me!" She growled. "I am going to kill you!" The daughter of Athena lunged at Rey with a face of pure rage.
The demons snickered knowing she was only helping them by killing the son of Aphrodite and knew Rey would stop at nothing to protect her.
Allison went on a rampage trying to shoot Rey and defend herself. Her revenge was so close.
Rey for once was scared, Allison was not hunting him, monsters were everywhere, and the Mist wasn't on his side. The Fates were out to get him.
He dodged swords and talons and slashed the enemies making them explode into dust but every once in a while a bullet would bounce off the wall or hit an enemy, Allison's accuracy was off.
The fight seemed to go well until an arrow went straight through the bag of leg.
"Bloody! Fu-" He silenced himself from cursing, the arrow remained in his leg causing him to limp a bit.
Another shot but this almost hit him in the head. Danielle was somewhere off into the battle with a staff and a knife keeping the monsters at bay while Octavian sat in his chair watching.
Every step made him wince and mumble in agony, he tried to limp away from the battle but two more arrows hit him on the back making him fall down. His hand was to weak to even hold the revolver.
Then he saw it happen three archers fire arrows at Allison it all happened in slow motion. Rey used all of his remanining strength and tackled Allison down taking more arrows to his back.
Allison got back up, her face was red with anger a dripping with tears. "You!" She growled.
"Guys! I require assistance!" Danielle yelled. She had fended off many monsters with only a staff and a few knives.
She pushed back a demigod and reached in her belt and three three knives into a pack of harpies. Her efforts were effective but she was getting overwhelmed.
A monster hit her back with a blade luckily the armor had protected her. She turned around and dove one of her knives into it's neck.
"Payback's a b-word ain't it?" She whispered into the monster's ear and pulled the knife out.
Just as they were getting surrounded the doors were kicked open and their reinforcments came in.
The enemy was surprised but it didn't last long before they charged at the small group of Demigods.
"It's show time!" Jack threw his helmet off hitting a demon, he turned around and hacked down more of the creatures that lurked on the ship.
Eli noticed purple hair through the battle his stomach burned, his heart raced, and sweat poured down his face.
Fighting with them was Elsa with her rapier. She moved quick and stabbed with fast strikes.
"Elsa!" He shouted and ran to fight by her side. Both of the fought back to back in combat vaporizing monsters and destroying armor.
When the moment was clear he grabbed her shoulders and shook her a bit.
"What are you doing here?!" He asked.
"I wanted to help!" She yelled back shaking free from him. "I am not weak. I can defend myself."
She ran off into the fight and Eli behind her heels. The girl was fast and deadly the rapier was good at striking and gave her more mobility while Eli's greatsword gave him more firepower but slowed him down a bit.
Eli parried the blade of a giant giving Elsa a wide opening and she took it. Eli noticed as the monsters turned to dust they release a small gray dust that made him sleepy the small spell made a toll on him and another giant kicked him making the couple crash into each other.
"Crap!" Elsa said struggling to get up. Eli tried to focus his eyesight and knock away the dizziness but his sword was too far from him.
"Time to die Greeks!" The giant licked his lips and raised his sword, in a flash Jacob parried the blade and Rose fired a few arrows into it's eyes.
"Saved ya'." Jacob smirked with his sabre twirling in his hand.
"We saved them." Rose corrected him but Jacob shrugged it wanting the victory. Sword and range combined. She turned around launching more arrows into the armor of monsters.
Even at close quarters Rose was excelling holding back whatever enemy came in her way. She tripped enemies with the end of her bow and release an arrow to the downed victim, use the tips as a good knife and then fire it into the enemy forces.
Throughout the fight Allison hunted Rey down. She had lost him when the fighting began and she wasn't letting him get away. Her aim was excellent and driven by anger, each demon died with a one shot and more were being fired.
"Die!" She yelled holstering her pistol and grabbed a small knife, she stabbed a demon in the back with it. Allison pushed past battles clentching her teeth and anger stirring in her.
Behind her a enemy raised his bow to catch her off guard. Rey dove in and took the arrow in his chest.
Octavian took this as a chance, a clear wide opening for him to eliminate the son of Aphrodite who controlled the Mist. He quietly unsheathed his gladius and stabbed Rey in the back with the blade.
"W-wuh?" Rey mumbled looking down at the blade that had stabbed straight through his body and poked out of his chest. His tuxuedo began to turn crimson and his body flickered of many people
"Rey!"
More guards came in, this time they were done for.
"See! Where are your Gods now?" Octavian laughed.
From the corner of her eye Lilly saw her brother beaten and bloody from torture.
"Brother." She whispered with a few tears forming.
Octavian paced in front of the demigods his guards forcing them upon their knees with their hands behind their heads.
"You are all stupid. Believing the Gods can save you. Where have they been? Why have they been hiding? Gaea and the Titans didn't hide. They wanted to change the world but then," He looked at Percy and kicked him in the face. "There is always a hotshot! Someone who want's to be a hero!" He looked at a group of Centurions. "Hurt them."
Eleven of them began to kick them or hit them with their weapons while sparing the women and pushing them into a corner. After a while they put them back on their knees again.
Rose gritted her teeth in anger and shook. "Stop it!"
"Or else what?" Octavian asked. "Who will save you know? Greek or Roman the Gods were usless!" He grabbed a riding crop that had a wooden hand and a loose loop on the end. He rubbed the end on Rose's cheek to her lips.
"I swear I am going to kill you!" Jacob spat a glob of saliva in the augur's face. Octavian hissed and his guards shuffled uneasily.
"You!" He raised the whip up and hit Jacob on the back making the son of Khione hit the ground.
"Stop it!" Rose pleaded. No one could do a thing unarmed and surrounded they were useless.
"You bloody piece of crap! I heard you screamed like a little girl as you were hurtled towards Gaea!" Eli shouted and he too was hit but he endured a few more before he went down. All of the men were enduring hits while the females watched.
Radec came in the room with a spear in his hand and whispered something to Octavian.
"Take care of them at once!" He shouted and Radec bowed before leaving.
Ureck seemed calm, in fact he was whispering something and Silver was too. When it came to Ureck Octavian stopped.
His guards picked them back up again. Octavian lashed out and struck their back more as he had done to Percy.
None of them whimpered nor shed a tear, if they were to die at that moment they would choose to die honorably.
"This is a death camp. We rode to our deaths." Vitrus said to himself enduring the pain. They were whipped repeatedly with the whip
Jack rose up slowly wincing in agony. "Torture me, hurt me, kill me and I won't give in to you sorry sons of a b- urgh!" Another strike.
Octavian looked down at them. He stopped at Ureck.
"Son of a nymph. Pity you work on the wrong side." He raised the whip high.
Ureck only smirked. "I don't think so." He said and his body began to radiate a strong energy which seemed to drive his guards mad.
"What's this!" Octavian demanded reaching for his sword but the glass behind him shattered an a arrow impaled his hand onto the table where his sword was.
"Now!" Silver mouthed.
Another arrow shattered the window impaling two monsters. Allison watched a Centurion take his armor off and grab a rifle from the wall, a WA-2000 with an IR scope.
Eli grabbed his greatsword and took off the legs of a few very surprised enemies with an arc. "Payback hurts doesn't it!" He shouted.
Wounded as he was his cocky attitude hadn't changed. Josh grabbed the leg of a enemy taking it down to the ground, the victim reached for his knife and Josh gave him a hard headbutt then moved off to cover.
Lilly took this as an advantage and created a mass wreckage with the rooms plumbing releasing blasts of water everywhere and shoot pipes from the walls. A faucet hit a guards helmet, another staggered to get up as he tripped around the floor.
Far from them was another demigod in a white hoodie and black sweat pants. The guards diverted their attention to the assassin but he moved rapidly dodging their projectiles and launching a few of his back.
"Go get out of there!" He yelled and disappeared.
Tempest hid behind a wooden desk with Charlie and reached for a small knife, she waited for a perfect enemy to come by.
Charlie stood up to clothesline a armored demigod and Tempest tossed her the knife and stabbed the demigod many times before stoping.
Silver mumbled a few spells then released a volley of arrows into the crowd of monsters. She looked around at the carnage Vitrus slammed the end of a fire-poker at an enemy, Danielle throw knives and push back enemies with her staff.
She heard an enemy grunt behind her, a snap, then a stab and finally a scream as James pushed it out the window making it splinter a concession stand bellow.
"Get you head out of the clouds!" He said grabbed his swords off the ground. Allison had lost Rey in the fight, she kept the enemies back but kept her eye on the Centurions who disappeared.
"Cover me! I'm reloading." She yelled dropping the empty clip onto the floor and slapping a new one in. Tempest threw a foggy cloud ball creating a fog of smoke and inside they could hear thumping sounds like something falling.
Jacob took this as a chance. "Guys warm up!" He shouted in an instand his skin turned blue and his eyes white and the skies grew cold, a gust of wind broke through the windows freezing the enemies and creating a wall of ice for them.
The Ares cabin was seen at the pool saving the POW's and the main group had Percy, all they had to do now was escape a enemy ship.
They all looked out of the broken window.
"We are going to have to jump!" Josh shouted looking down they were high up.
"Are you crazy?" James yelled not wanting to look down.
"It's the only way James!" Said Vitrus.
"Get that heroic crap out of your head! I ain't jumpin'!"
Charlie rolled her eyes. She grabbed a rope and tied it to the leg of a table. She handed the other end to James.
"Hold this."
"What?" The son of Hermes asked confused.
She gave him a good kick in the back sending James out the window swearing loudly. The rope uncoiled until it was tightened.
Charlie look at the rest of the group. "Anyone else want to go out the hard way?" She asked. No response.
"I require assistance!" James shouted down at the decks. Octavian was yelling and trying to remove the arrow from his hand but couldn't do so.
"We'll cover you go down!" Ureck looked back at Percy and his sisters. "Get your brother out of here!"
The two girls nodded and carried their brothers down the rope carefully.
Behind the wall the flooded room began to drain as the door was broken down allowing the water to leave.
"Charge me!" Josh shouted.
"What?" Ureck asked knowing what Josh had said.
"Charge me! We can do this!" Repeated Josh. Ureck knew that the power of rage and insanity would probably corrupt him, especially a mortal, but the ice wall was breaking.
He nodded. "Ok get ready!"
Swords were raised and they all awaited for the wall to break.
"Stay by me." Eli whispered to Elsa. She nodded and gripped her Rapier tighter.
The ice cracked as behind enemies struck the wall with all their might.
The wall shattered and in an instant Josh felt the true rage of war. Ureck unleashed the anger of thousands of angry warriors into a uncontrolled frenzy which that now possesed a mortal.
In a blur Josh had pushed back the enemies while radiating a red aura, his eyes glowed yellow, swords broke in half, spears snapped, and arrows deflected as they came in contact with him.
Josh laughed manically as he slayed all in his path. "I am bulletproof!" He yelled. In his mind he had the spirits of many fallen generals of the past Napleon Bonaparte, Julius Caesar, Hannibal Barca, and even George Washington flooded thoughts of anger and rage into him.
Simple Elegance became stained in dust and blood from the dying and posed as a true threat as nothing could stop the new legacy of Ares.
Everyone snapped out of their moment of awe as a explosion shook the ship.
"The back is being overwhelmed! We have to get out of here fast!"
Allison watched as Rey escaped. "I'll get you soon." She promised and joined the defenses.
"Stand fast!" James shouted. "The enemy is coming, and death follows."
This chapter was going to be 8,000 words long decided to cut it down since I haven't posted in days and kept my viewers waiting, sorry about that, but I am getting to work on these chapters faster. Please review. Error fix is still broken... Sorry if u made any mistakes.
