Sasha : ok can i have your attention...today is our last day to train as we leave first thing in the morning so keep your heads down and train train train for a couple of hours then go home and rest and relax
Austin : if the meet isnt till the day after why are we leaving that early in the morning
Sasha : cause we are expecting a snow storm which includes the following rain,snow,sleet,hailstone,gail force winds and thunder & lightning by tomorrow afternoon so we have been informed that all bridges will be shut by 12 tomorrow...ok that's all back to training everyone
Lauren : great tons of taining and very little sleep
Sasha : Kim you can take off with Becca and go and see Payson before you head off
Kim : thanks Sasha see you after the meet
Sasha : same to you
Kim : look after yourself and Payson
Sasha : i will don't worry
Kim : i know you will don't even know why i said it or by the way you can stay at ours till you leave in the morning therefore youll both have company
Sasha : are you sure...i'll just stay in the van...
Kim : nonesense there is a house there full of food and basically no one in doing absoloutley nothing... no i einsist you stay there
Sasha :ok you win
Kim : great...ok i'm leaving now goodluck everyone and bring the trophy home
Sasha : any rules for the house or Payson
Kim : yeah keep it tidy rest and no boys are allowed over except you not even max but the girls can
Sasha : ok that's no problem
Kim : just look out for her please and keep her safe no matter what it takes.... come on Becca bye guys gud luck

Sasha : ok guys training is over for those coming to the meet see you tomorrow at 6 and the ones not coming see you after the meet

Sasha : i'm staying at the keelers tonight so i was thinking to give Payson some company you could do that sleepover thing
K,L,K : yeah cool
Sasha : except no boys that includes Austin, Max and carter
Kelly : that's fine
Sasha : see you guys later
