(A/N It's time to meet the Dynamic Duo, and I will be making some more cameo appearances between the characters.)
Chapter 14-The More Clones, The Merrier
Tarantula and Spider-Boy webbed to the top a building. Then, Spider-Girl and Spider-Kid webbed onto the same building. "Who's this guy" Spider-Kid asked. "A clone" Spider-Boy said. "Then, why does he have the Venom symbiote" Spider-Girl said, "And why does he have six arms?" "He must have been created when I was going through my mutation situation" Spider-Boy replied. "You mean when you turned into a Man-Spider" Spider-Girl asked. "Yes" Spider-Boy said, "But I also had the Venom symbiote on when I was knocked out. That must have been when my DNA was taken." "So" Spider-Kid said, "Is he on our side?" "Yes" Tarantula said.
Just then, a car was thrown into the air. The four looked down at the street level and saw what looked like Spider-Man, but in a different costume. He was causing havoc. "Hey" Spider-Boy said, leaping onto the ground, "What's the big deal? Lost your car keys?" "Shut up" the Spidey said, "I, the Scarlet Spider will destroy you!" "He's not alone" Spider-Girl said. Tarantula and Spider-Kid leaped onto the ground with him. "What do they call you anyway" Spider-Kid asked. "He's the Scarlet Spider" Tarantula said. "You betrayed us" the Scarlet Spider said, "And I will destroy you!"
The Scarlet Spider tackled Tarantula, throwing him at Spider-Girl, knocking her back. Spider-Kid tried to punch the clone, but missed. He was knocked back instead. It was just Spider-Boy left, but he felt something, happening. He yelled, as he turned into a Man-Spider. "No" Spider-Girl said, throwing a needle. The needle hit the Man-Spider, reverting him back to a two-armed Spider-Boy. "It was a cure for the Man-Spider mutation" she said, "Just in case it happened to one of us." "Thanks" Spider-Boy said.
Just then, three portals opened. Spider-Boy fell into one portal. Spider-Kid fell into another portal, and Tarantula and Spider-Girl fell into the last, leaving the Scarlet Spider to cause havoc by himself.
Spider-Boy landed next to Spidey. "Spider-Boy" Spidey said, "Do you have any ideas on how to beat the Beetle?" "I've got a plan" Spider-Boy said, leaping onto the Beetle, and stealing his tech. "I just learned this ability" Spider-Boy said, shooting rockets at the Beetle knocking him back. Spider-Man webbed up the Beetle, leaving him for Shield.
"So" Spidey said, "How did you get here?" "I was fighting a clone of you" Spider-Boy said, "He called himself the Scarlet Spider, so he must be Kid Scarlet's father." "Don't call me that anymore" Kid Scarlet said, leaping to the ground, "You can call me the Scarlet Spider-Boy." "Okay" Spidey said, "Scarlet Spider-Boy, you have any idea where your father might be?" "He told me the lab where he was created when I was younger" the Scarlet Spider-Boy replied.
The three spiders webbed throughout the city, following the Scarlet Spider-Boy, and they were met by Tarantula.
They landed next to a warehouse. They sneaked in through the window, and landed on the floor. They were surrounded by a lab. "Hello Spider-Man" a voice said. "I should have known you were the one who created a clone of me Doc" Spidey said. "I couldn't have done it alone" Doc Ock said, "With help from a second me, this all came true!"
Out of the shadows came out two Docs and with them was the Scarlet Spider. "Dad" the Scarlet Spider-Boy said. "Destroy them" the Docs said. Tarantula and Spider-Boy took on the older Doc Ock. Spidey took on the Scarlet Spider with the Scarlet Spider-Boy.
Spider-Boy knocked back Doc Ock. Tarantula ripped off one of his tentacles. "Aaaah" Doc Ock said, "My tentacles!" "I'll destroy you" Tarantula said. "No" Spider-Boy said, "Vengeance is not the way!" Tarantula stopped. "You're right" he said. He was then knocked back by the Doc, who then ejected himself along with the past Doc Ock.
Spidey shot impact webbing, while the Scarlet Spider-Boy used web balls. The Scarlet Spider dodged with ease, webbing up Spidey. The Scarlet Spider was getting ready to finish Spidey off, but the Scarlet Spider-Boy jumped between the two. "Stop father" the Scarlet Spider-Boy said. "Father" the Scarlet Spider said. "Yes" the boy replied, "I am your son in the future. Please, you must snap out of it. You are destined to become a superhero. You are supposed to become my father." "Son" the Scarlet Spider said, hugging him.
Spider-Boy and Tarantula caught up. "I'm glad that you were able to get our father on our side again" Spider-Boy said. "Yeah" said the Scarlet Spider-Boy.
The five of them were sticking to the side of the building. "It's time that we part ways Spider-Boy" Tarantula said. "Yeah" Spider-Boy said, "I'm going to miss you." "I'll be seeing you again someday" Tarantula said, webbing off.
"Dad" the Scarlet Spider-Boy said, "I'll miss you." "We will meet again" the Scarlet Spider said, "Don't worry, we'll be together again, in the future." It couldn't be seen through the mask, but he was smiling. The Scarlet Spider webbed off. "Well" the Scarlet Spider-Boy said, "It was good to see my dad again." "Yeah" Spider-Boy replied. "So" Spidey said, "You mind telling about how this whole situation happened?"
"Yeah" Spider-Girl said, from the top of the building. The three leaped onto the roof with her. She was with Spider-Kid and the Cat Jr. "It's time he knows" Spider-Kid said.
