Dean, Castiel and Gabriel were situated in the kitchen, taking care of Micha, waiting for Sam to wake up so they could tell him the news that he no longer needed bed rest, but that man had gotten so very little sleep that they would not risk waking him. He was tired, cranky and postpartum, even if a little, but don't tell Sam this, he might flip a bitch.

So here they were, eating donuts for breakfast, well everyone other than Dean and Micah. Dean was still in his cycle, and would be till well after the baby was born, and so was eating an egg white omelet with low fat cheese, and vegetables with a side of fruit tossed with honey, and Micah was a baby so he was having a hearty meal of warm formula, which he seemed to be just fine with.

"Sam might kill you if you don't wake him soon. He feels useless enough as it is." Gabriel shrugged as way of answer and lifted his son to burp him gently.

"You know he hasn't gotten much sleep. He's always tending to Micah, he even sleeps with our kid, waking up every hour to feed or change our son, he's exhausted, some sleep will do him well." Dean shrugged and bit into a piece of honey covered apple and smiled.

"What do I care if you don't get any for the rest of your life." And that's all it took for Gabriel to rush downstairs to wake his sleeping mate.

"You are cruel Dean." Castiel Said, stealing a bit of omelet off Dean's plate.

"Yup." Was all Dean said as he continued eating his breakfast.

It didn't take long for Sam to come bolting up the stairs and into the main kitchen, smile plastered on his face.

"I can walk." He said, looking at the occupants of the kitchen.

"And here I thought you've been able to do that since you were two." Sam glared at Dean but decided he was in too good of a mood to be in a bad mood and sat next to Dean, slapping him playfully on the shoulder.

"Gabe is changing Micah and will be bringing him up soon, you wanna hold him?" Dean choked on his bite and looked at Sam in amazement.

"You haven't let anyone but Gabe hold him till now...you sure?" Sam nodded and watched Gabriel walk into the kitchen with a freshly cleaned Micah.

"I've been told I can hold him." Dean said enthusiastically as he stood and walked over to Gabriel who went to hand the baby to Dean.

"Be careful of his head. Watch out for the head. Don't forget to support his back. Be careful not to smother him. Give him here..." Sam said standing and running over to grab Micah.

"Isn't fun to hold him?" Sam asked with as smile.

"Just a joy." Dean said sarcastically before leaving the room in a huff.
