Okay at long last will we reunite with Spyro and Cynder? Well….

LXI- Reunion

The place was quiet untouched it was almost as if they couldn't remember how they got here and looking behind them was mind jarring to see a simple path leading her. "This place…it so…mysterious." Solria muttered.

"Like a Dream…" Koryu added.

The area was of pure color a sapphire bubbling brook emerald colored grass and trees. "The suns coming up soon," Koz stated. "We should rest for a while."

"That sounds good." Solria replied but gasped when she saw Flash Wing not to far from them she glanced at them but merely laid down.

"Guess she's too tired to insult or run from us," Raiciel noted, the group nodded as time went on however Solria's mind kept turning towards the young White Dragoness who was sleeping with the egg shaped Crystal she crept over and made herself easy to be seen.

"Uhhh Hi…there." She muttered. That got Flash Wing's attention because she looked up at Solria with an annoyed look.

Solria backed up and sighed. "Listen Ummm we're looking for a couple friends of ours, Spyro and Cynder."

"You know the purple Dragon?" She asked.

"YOU DO!?" Solria snapped.

"I do not know him personally but he came to the Crystal Empire shortly after I left." Flash Wing replied.

"That's great can you take us there!?" Solria asked her tail wagging.

Flash Wing stared at her. "Why do you want to find him?"

"To take him home!" Solria stated.

Flashwing, glanced him. "You're in for a hard battle one of words not teeth, claws or elements….But I will take you too him."

"What do you mean by that?" Koryu asked.

"My people are in terrible danger we're talking about the Purple Dragon one who can manipulate time, all the elements even a power beyond even the most advanced understanding do you really think we'll just give that up?" Flash Wing asked.

"Spyro is not a thing and what about Cynder what is she chopped liver?!" Solria barked.

"Cynder?" Flash Wing asked tilting her head. "I do not know who that is! Gather your companions and meet me back here!" she stated turning away leaving the young Dragoness fuming.

"Hey we're dealing with delicate negotiations so please don't say anything insulting kay?" Koryu asked his sister who merely turned away with a huff.

Later the group made their way back to Flash Wing who waited for them. "Everyone's here?"

"Yes." The group replied.

"Then let's go!" she replied leading them down the path, as they went large white glowing crystals shone around them.

"These are amazing are they spirit Gems?" Solria asked.

"Yes but they're not normal Spirit Gems this is what happens when the mana in an area is so strong and makes Spirit Gems grow faster and faster even after being completely smashed." Flash Wing explained.

"A lot of the mana was gone during the Night of Eternal Darkness probably because of all the Dark Energy it was hard to come across them." Solria noted.

"Yes, but even then that's not enough to stop them, they don't break but you can drain their power, and they'll heal both mana reserves and health we're studying if there is a way to make them stop death." Flash Wings replied.

"Death is part of Nature I'm not sure it's a good idea to interfere with that." Shelia replied.

"Maybe but if we can transcend Nature there's a lot more we can understand about our world!" Flash Wing replied.

Solria thought about this. "Would I want to live forever?" She asked herself.

As they continued the crystals got higher and higher until they made a tunnel. "Geeze not fans of the sky are ya?" Sparx muttered.

"The sun shines through." Flash Wing replied simply.

"Can you see the sky?" Bianca asked.

"Sometimes." Flash Wings asked, "depends on the mana in the crystal."

"Which can't be much," Sparx muttered.

The group continued down eventually getting through the Crystal tunnel they found a beautiful looking valley with pure green grass and many trees the moon shone out in the difference stars glimmered off both the crystals and the sky in the distance was a large glowing Crystal.

"What is that?" Gea asked.

"The Crystal Empire," Flash Wing replied.

"Wait if that's your home then that makes you-" Kinzo stated.

"A Crystal Dragon," Flash Wing.

"But they're-" Hunter started.

"We only allowed the word of our existence to be wrong to live in peace there are people who would abuse our power." Flash Wing stated.

"And you trust us?" Raiciel asked.

"No, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt just know that if you're lying you'll be executed in the most painful way." Flash Wing Curtly replied.

"Loverly," Sparx muttered.

"Wow, that's welcoming." Bianca muttered sarcastically.

The group continued on quietly for a while it got to the point the awkwardness started to get to Sparx. "So are we gonna say nothing else then? No maybe Uhhhh something please It's too quiet here!"

"It was." Hunter muttered.

"Sparx, let's just walk okay." Raiciel told him making the Dragonfly droop.

"Mmmmhhhpphh," Sparx groaned as they continued.

It went on for a while it was still a few miles to the Crystal empire as they walked they found that the crystals seemed to meld with orgainic life.

"Wow this is weird." Koryu muttered as they saw Crystalized trees, Crystalized rocks no living creatures, but most of the landscape had been melded to the crystals.

"It's like the Crystals are merging with the landscape." Gea muttered.

"The trees don't seem affected either." Kinzo added as Agent Nine went over to a tree poking some jelly looking crystal.

"Don't!" Flash Wing shouted.

The gunk suddenly came to life Agent Nine screamed as he ran away the gel coming to life towards them the crystals suddenly became purple that seemed to suck away the life from the tree however Raiciel flew forward rescuing Agent Nine and then flew up summoning lightning to strike the gel it zapped at the gel which seemed to screech as it faded away.

"This wasn't normal….Luxiar said it was just normal but this…normal crystals don't act like that!" Flash Wing.

"Then we'd better get going and warn your people." Hunter stated.

Flash Wing nodded. "Yes let's go, the empire is just ahead." she stated flying ahead circling as if waiting for the other Dragons to join her.

"You okay Agent Nine?" Raiciel asked.

"Ye…yeah, that was scary though, on the out lands of where I lived in the future this stuff is sentient and wants to eat our brains!" Agent Nine stated.

"Right." Kinzo muttered.

"I didn't recognize it because it has no sentience or form, but the ones I'm used to seem to be like Golems!" Agent Nine stated.

"Hmm, that's something to think about." Shelia stated looking back at the gel.

As they continued the group got into the idea to strike down the gel like crystal it was susceptible to any elemental attack. Flash Wing's attacks were like light but she also had an attack that summoned crystals from the ground.

"Whoa amazing!" Solria stated.

"Thank you." Flash Wing said as they continued on eventually the Crystal Empire towered over them.

"It's inside the crystal?" Flame asked.

"Yes." Flash Wing replied as she went forward and used a strange gold wind tornado attack that spread out across the field spiking and suddenly a glow hit the crystal and it slowly but surely opened to reveal a large towering city with different levels.

"Amazing!" Solria stated.

"This is incredible!" Koryu stated as they entered the city.

"To think the Crystal Dragons really do still exist and they're thriving!" Gea muttered in awe.

"Amazing, indeed." Kinzo muttered.

"Where are Spyro and Cynder?" Sparx asked.

"I'm not sure if I had to guess the training grounds the Purple Dragon is able to use fusion abilities and furies." Flash Wing stated. Everyone stared in awe. "Did you know that?"

"No we did not." Sparx replied simply.

"I don't even think the Guardians knew this." Solria added.

"Luxiar knew, but we're not sure how." Flash Wing replied.

"Who is this Luxiar you keep mentioning?" Kinzo asked as they walked down the street various Crystal Dragons of shapes and sizes went about their day but several stopped to look at their less than impressive visitors.

"Why are they staring?" Sparx asked.

"They're not used to visitors. And they are certainly not used to me of all people bringing them." Flash Wing stated. "I've never been very trusting."

"So why take the chance with us?" Koryu asked.

"The Enemy of my enemy is my friend you helped me to escaped when the Sorceress planned to drain me dry of my mana and you defeated her and Ripto. If you didn't align with them then perhaps….I have to take you to my father." Flash Wing asked.

"Whoa, Whoa, Whoa!" Sparx stated, "What about Spyro!?"

"If he's in training he might be there." Solria suggested.

"Maybe, but once we're done we can go find him." Koryu added.

"Fine," Sparx sighed.

Flash Wing lead them down to a large compounding looking building. The buildings as they saw were large and stone like but had a pearl like luster to them this one had a gritty silver color to it. Flash Wing entered the building she looked back motioning the others to follow.

The others followed and looked around as they went inside were various Crystal Dragons some as young as them or younger twelve in fact practicing their elements.

"Flartsubasa!" called a looming voice coming over was a large sapphire colored dragon with green crystal wings and black gradients in his scales.

"Father!" Flash Wing shouted rushing over where they nuzzled.

The two talked for a minute in the ancient language it wasn't long before the larger Dragon came over. "Thank you for saving my daughter, I am Quartz."

"Solria, this is my Brother Koryu."

"Sup." He replied.

"I'm Raiciel."

"Sparx."

"Hunter."

"Bentley."

"Gea."

"Shelia."

"Kinzo."

"I'm Flame."

"Bianca."

"Nice to meet you, you've already met my daughter. But tell me what are dragons such as yourselves doing out here, no Dragon of the other elements has been seen in the forgotten realms in over a thousand years." Quartz replied.

"We're looking for a friend of ours." Solria replied as she explained the whole story their search for Spyro and their defeat of Ripto and the Sorceress.

"Sounds like you've all had quite the journey, I'm sorry to say your work will be in vain." Quartz replied.

"WHAT?!" everyone shouted.

"We've defeated Ripto and the Sorceress before but somehow they always manage to regain full power quickly, an excellent idea to drain their mana though but I'm afraid it's a process that is reversible. Even with Spyro's help we're still at odds with those two Tyrants." Quartz replied.

The twins looked at each other. "You know Spyro?!" they both asked.

"Can you take us to him and Cynder too?!" Raiciel stated bounding up from the back.

Quartz nodded and began leading them down a hallway passing more training grounds and rooms where some Dragons were testing strange looking machinery and canons eventually they saw a large bolted door that he opened inside flying above and having just landed with some flaming Targets falling to the ground around him….was Spyro.

Getting this out of the way now and yes I know I'm a hundred words short -_-

Crystal breath: unleashes a burst of light that sends out small diamonds that strike the foes and stuns them

Crystal Edge: summons a trio of sharp crystals from the ground to strike foes

Sun dust: Spins around unleashing a flurry of gold crystal dust and small crystals forming on the ground to unleash damage on foes

Crystal Missle: Like earth Missile this attack can be charged when fully charged the effect is a burst of crystal that explodes on contact striking other foes with smaller pieces

Okay well that's that done I'm hoping I can get chapters out more frequently the same goes for BWtEF Next chapter guys but they finally found Spyro!
