Sean couldn't even pay attention in class, Mr Simpson was going on about some bullshit and he just glared at his computer but not even looking at the screen.
"Are we bothering you Mr Cameron?" Snake taunted.
Sean snapped out of it, and glared, "what?" he snapped.
Snake raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms, "You seem to be very behind on the assignment we're doing on the computers. You're actually still on the sign in botton."
Only a few students giggled, some wouldn't dare, and some of Sean's friends worriedly watched him.
Sean's blood was boiling... it was Snake wasn't it? Snake made Emma do it, and she was too young and scared to say no.
"fuck you." muttered Sean and got up, grabbing his bag.
"What was that?" Snake asked, waiting for it louder and would give Sean a 6 weeks detention if he had the guts to.
"Fuck you!" Sean said louder as he whipped around to Snake before storming out.
Snakes eyes locked onto Sean's and Snake tilted his head a bit... there was so much hate in Sean's eyes, betrayl...and hurt. The only thing Sean could actually care about when it came to Snake was if..
..if he knew . . if he knew Emma was pregnant before. Snake's mouth dropped a bit.
"go to hell." Sean told him through gritted teeth and stormed out, slamming the door shut.
"This is okay I'm here?" Emma asked Manny, sitting down in her backyard with her on a blanket. Manny was tanning after school out in the sun and nodded.
"Ofcourse." she said. She eyed Emma who wore tank top and jeans, a bit of red eyes and puffy nose. "Geez, Em. You don't look so good."
Emma laughed and tried to cover her mouth from laughing to hard at her and caught Manny's worried glance, well, more like longing stare.
Emma shook her head and stared down at the blanket to finally burst into tears, "I regret it so much. There's not one day I don't think about it." she cried, trembling and closing her eyes as tears began to pour.
"Oh Em." Manny leaned in and grabbed her, hugging her head, "I can't believe you held it in this long" she whispered.
"Snake told me not to tell anyone." Emma shook her head and then burried it in Manny's shoulder, crying harder.
"did you want the abortion?" Manny asked.
Emma sniffed, and pulled away, "How'd you even know?" she then asked and paused, "Did..have you been talking to Sean or?"
Manny looked guilty, "He told Jay...we're kinda dating now."
Emma's eyes widened and sucked in a shakey breath while looking shocked, "Wow I missed a lot in two days."
"You gotta go back to school, you can't avoid him forever." Manny said.
Emma stared down numbly then finally had the courage to speak, "I didn't necessarily not want an abortion." she admitted.
Manny shrugged her left shoulder slowly, "I don't necessarily blame you. You're a smart girl, have always been since I've known you."
Emma nodded and explained, "At Degrassi I have competition, but at Lakehurst I was the smartest girl in the school. I didn't want to ruin my chances of University. I didn't want to be a teen mother.." she drifted off but then shook her head, "But i also didn't wanna be the girl who aborted a baby from a guy she actually loves. I knew if he found out he'd maybe wanna keep it.. so Snake talked me into it and drove me to the clinic without another second thought."
Manny saddened, watching Emma begin to cry again, the blonde ran her shakey fingers through her hair.
"And as soon it was happening, I wanted to tell them to stop.." she sniffed and choked, "I wanted it to stop, I wanted to think about it longer but then it was over." Emma was trembling uncontrollably now, her tears pouring down, "I didn't the chance to think and the baby was gone."
Manny pulled Emma into another tight hug, and whispered things to make her feel better but she knew it wouldn't so just held her tighter.
That night, Emma stayed at Manny's, and while she was napping from the exhausted day.. Manny called Jay.
Jay: Yello?
Manny: please don't answer your phone like that ever again.
Jay: well that's very rude Miss Santos
Manny laughs then pauses: In all seriousness though, is Sean near you?
Jay: maybe..
Manny: Jay! I'm serious, it's Emma.
Jay: Emma?
Sean must of been beside him and heard Jay speak her name, cause suddenly there was Sean on the phone.
Sean: Em?
Manny softened, hearing the weakness in such a bad boys voice.
Manny; It's Manny, but i am with her..passed out ofcourse though. If she knew I was calling you she'd-
Sean: freak out and possibly kill you I know. Thanks. I'm on my way then..
Manny; Don't fight though Sean, she looks like she's hanging by a thred. She's carried this longer then you have.
Sean: Not promising anything..you don't know what the other side of this feels like.
manny: Ok, I'm sorry. I'll wait out front for you guys..
Then, they hung up.
