Hello, all you amazing readers! I hope you had a good Christmas! Shall I respond to reviews? Also, what do you think of the cover for this?

Jokermask18: Thank you, and hopefully you enjoy this chapter too! I hope you weren't bothered by the cliffhanger. *laughs nervously* Also, do you think I should try the word thing more often?

KingRock980: I know. I'm so horrible to Aang! Wow, why do I enjoy torturing my favorite characters? With friends like me, who needs enemies? Thanks for the review!

prettyshon10: Wow, when I read your review, I got a flashback to when you wanted to know Azula's plan. Deja vu! Anyhow, I'm glad you're enjoying this, and I do think it is better for you to wait until this story is wrapping up to do the AMV. By the way, there is an awesome AMV that you have to see by lukeqin90. It's called Avatar Aang - AMV. Bye! XD P.S. I got an Aang plushie for Christmas!

Mz topsy turvy: Wow, I think you just gave me the best compliment I've ever received. Me? Best author? It's unlikely, but thanks SO MUCH! That made my day. :) I WILL FIND A WORD!

Squek squek: Is this soon enough for you? Yeah, sorry about the cliffhanger. I couldn't help myself. I hope you enjoy this chapter!

AvatarLover123: Wow...I made you cry?! That's good, right? :) Sorry for the tears, but I suppose that's the life of a fangirl. We cry over our fandoms. I'm glad to see that you're liking this, and that you reviewed more than one chappie. Hope you keep loving this story, and thanks for reviewing!

Disclaimer: Seriously? You still think I own A: TLA? *Sighs* No, I do not.

LET US BEGIN!

"Okay, Zuko, this better be good! I was having a nice toe-picking session when you interrupted me!"

Zuko gave Toph a very disturbed look, but of course, she couldn't see it.

"I didn't need to know that," said Mai, but even after hearing Toph's rather gross statement, she still wore a bored expression.

"Guys, this is important," Zuko said.

"Mai's right, Toph, you shouldn't just randomly talk about toe-picking!" Sokka exclaimed.

"And why do I care?" asked Toph, "I'm not afraid to pick my toes in front of you, let alone talk about it."

"Don' .Dare."

"And what are you going to do about it, Snoozles?"

"Guys-" Zuko groaned.

"I'll-I'll-"

"SHUT UP!"

The whole room was instantly silenced by the commanding voice of Katara. Her face was red, and she was gasping for breath. She glared at all of them, as if daring them to utter a sound.

"Make a peep, and I will personally freeze you against the wall for a week," The water-bender growled threateningly. Sokka, Toph, and Mai all nodded at her words, while Iroh and Zuko just looked on in satisfaction.

"In my time, I have learned that it is best not to cross the very powerful feminine temper. I suggest you take this bit of advise. I had the misfortune of learning this the hard way," Iroh advised, calmly sipping his tea.

"Thank you, Katara, and you, Uncle," said Zuko, slightly trembling. Even the firelord knew not to mess with Katara when she was like this.

"Anytime," Katara and Iroh said simultaneously, Katara huffing as she said it.

"Now, I'm sure you all want to know why you're here," said Zuko, and when everyone nodded, he informed them, "I think I may have found a way to help Aang."

Everyone gaped at Zuko. Sokka and Toph probably would've started a celebration, if it weren't for Katara, who they assumed wouldn't be too pleased if the meeting was interrupted again.

"What is it?" Mai asked.

"Well, Katara was telling me the story of when you guys-" Zuko gestured to Team Avatar, "-were in Ba Sing Se. She said how one of your friends, Jet, got brainwashed by the Dai Li."

A few people winced, in memory of both Jet and Aang, and Toph said, "Yeah, but how will that help us save Twinkletoes?"

"Think about it. Who brainwashed Aang?" Zuko asked.

"The Dai Li."

"And who helped Azula kidnap him?"

"The Dai Li."

"So, a Dai Li agent should be able to tell us where Aang is, right?"

There was a silent pause as everyone contemplated the idea.

"That's a good idea, Zuko," said Sokka doubtfully, "but where are we supposed to find a Dai Li agent?"

"That's the difficult part…" Zuko trailed off, deep in thought. Little did Team Avatar know, a solution was just about to come their way.

Feng sighed as he looked at the limp form of Aang. He'd been considering his options for a while now. He knew that Aang staying here was not a good idea, He would either go mad, or he would die from the beatings he was forced to endure.

Feng had tried to get Aang to listen to him. Maybe then, he might be able to help Aang. However, the airbender wasn't trusting anybody at the moment, especially Feng. As far as Aang was concerned, Feng had betrayed him as soon as the hypnotist had sided with Azula, for enduring her torture was probably the most pain Aang had ever been through, aside from the time he'd gotten shot by her in Ba Sing Se (if that was even a real memory). If Feng, who Aang had trusted with his life, betrayed him, then why trust anyone else?

So Feng hadn't gotten through to Aang, No matter how hard he tried, Aang was just too hurt to be able to have faith in anyone. But he needs me, Feng walked away from the Avatar's cell, unable to bear the sight of him any longer.

What could Feng do? His best option was to gain Aang's trust, but that wasn't about to happen. Who could help him learn to trust me? Feng wondered. Who could talk Aang into accepting my help?

Then Feng got an idea. Rushing back to Aang's cell, he approached the airbender. The tattooed monk showed no sign that he realized Feng was there. Feng realized that Aang's eyes had a glazed, far-off look, which insinuated that the airbender was enduring yet another vision.

"Come on, Aang," he whispered softly, "you and I are going on a little trip."

Aang was surrounded by pitch black nothingness. All he could do was listen to the voices. Each voice told him something that completely conflicted another's statement.

"Aang," said the soft, comforting voice of Katara (or was it Namika?), "You saved the world from the Fire Nation. You defeated Firelord Ozai."

"No, you have always been my slave!" snapped the voice of Azula, "You listen to me and only me! You would never, ever fight my father!"

"You are not Azula's slave. You are my apprentice!" said the deep, commanding voice of Admiral Khon, "You want to free the Fire Nation from scum like Zuko."

"No, Aang, Zuko is your friend! Please listen to me! Team Avatar is your family!" Katara's (or was it Namika's?) voice pleaded with Aang to understand.

"You would kill all of Team Avatar in order to please me," Azula's sinister voice creeped up on Aang like a cat on a mouse.

"You hate Team Avatar!" Khon's voice practically screamed at the young monk.

Aang tried to think things through, but it was hard when voices were constantly nagging at you.

"Please listen…"

"Listen to your mentor!"

"You will listen to me now!"

"Give me a second," Aang begged the voices, "Let me think!"

However, the voices were unrelenting. They kept pestering Aang with different views and different beliefs. Instead of helping, they just succeeded in puzzling the airbender (or was he a firebender?) even more than he already was.

"STOP!" Aang screamed, "PLEASE STOP!"

But the voices did not stop, and Aang was left to suspend there until he snapped out of his trance. He was left to be slowly driven into madness until the vision faded, and it was clear...

If Aang didn't get help soon, it would be too late. Hopefully, either Feng or Zuko had concocted a plot worthy of success.

What did you think, guys? Did you enjoy it much? Also, I think I know where I'm going with this story, so would you guys like a really long story rolled into one, or would you like me to split it into two, maybe even three, stories. LET ME KNOW IN A REVIEW!
