She felt her eyes grow wide as she felt his mouth on her neck. She tried to pull away and cry out but her efforts were meaningless to him. It felt like he was biting her, she felt a tear escape her left eye and roll down her cheek.

A/N: Sorry about the very long wait. I just had really bad writers block. . .and laziness. Well Here goes Chapter 13. I hope you guys like.

Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter.

Draco could feel Granger trying to squirm underneath him as he bit into her fragile skin.

He didn't want to draw blood this time, he just wanted to taste her.

He felt his lips form a smirk as he envisioned the current scene.

He had managed to pin Granger, almost effortlessly, under him and hold her there. With one hand heavily laid on her upper back, and the other roughly over her mouth pulling her head back towards him.

He separated his lips from her neck and was about to whisper something to enlighten the mudblood of the current victory he now felt, When he heard the feint but familiar sound of footsteps.

Hermione's POV

Hermione felt Malfoy freeze for a mere second, and she could feel a sharp pain on the back of her neck as his grip tightened momentarily.

She felt his breath against her ear as he whispered one simple word. "Behave."

Then she felt his weight quickly lift off her and his grip leave her mouth.

She tried to crawl away fearing what he may be planning to do now, and felt a pang of greif as his hands grasped her soulders.

"No!" She tried to scream but the word came out more as a gasp.

He had lifted her to her feet.

Just then the door of the classroom opened. Hermione could feel her knees shaking, if she didn't find some support she would fall. Ignoring what was going on behind her she quickly sat on a chair a table away from her previous seat.

"Oh here you are."

Hermione turned to look up at the voice. There was a Prefect standing at the door, his badge gleaming on his chest. He was a Ravenclaw 7th year student. He was tall and had light brown curly hair and blue eyes.

He was looking questioningly to her right.

Hermione realized that he was staring at the chair Malfoy had thrown across the room, which now lay with its back on the floor against two other chairs.

The Prefects stare lingered on her for a second then he turned to Malfoy.

"What happened?"

Hermione gulped and opened her mouth to say something, anything, but before she could start Malfoy had already answered.

"It was a rat, you know how girls get with rodents."

She looked at him as he finished with a shrugging gesture.

Hermione could feel anger bubble inside her. How could he be so calm? How could he pretend nothing had happened? How could he maintain such a relaxed composure. While she felt she could feint from all the adrenaline that had drained her only moments earlier.

Hermione felt that anger diminish and turn into fear as his eyes connected with hers.

"Right?" He asked, but to her it sounded more like a statement, or a demand.

She gulped and nodded. Then turned to face the front of the class.

"Alright then, take your seats." The prefect said and made his way to the front of the class.

"Professor Rogers was unable to come to your detention session. He took a terrible fall down a flight of stairs and is currently in the infirmary."

Hermione looked up at that. The prefect noticed her expression and continued.

"He will be alright, I'm sure of it. Anyways, Professor McGonagal has appointed me to supervise the remainder of your detention sessions."

Hermione looked down at her wrist watch.

The attack by Malfoy had lasted less than half an hour. Which meant that they still had an hour and a half of detention time.

Hermione bit her bottom lip nervously. How was she just suposed to sit here and act like nothing had happened? She had to get out. She had to leave. She couldn't be in this room with this jerk. She had to get out.

She didn't realize that she had stood and was walking to the door untill she felt a hand pull on her arm.

She turned and flinched to see Malfoy holding her back.

The Prefect had stood as well.

"What is going on? Take your seat, I will not have any problems during this session, understand!" The Prefect said sternly.

Hermione felt that if she tried to speak the only thing that would escape her lips would be hysterical screaming.

"I think she is still a little shaken from that rat. It'd be best to take her to the infirmary." Malfoy answered.

The prefect stared at her for a moment, seemed to be convinced by Malfoys words then nodded.

"I can cast a calming charm, so proceed to take your seats." The prefect answered shortly.

Hermione tried to pull away from Malfoys grasp.

His grip tightened. "I told you to behave. Don't call any unwanted attention Granger." He whispered in her ear. Then led her to the seat beside his.

Hermione looked up at the prefect as he stood in front of her.

She felt the charm envelop her instantly. There was a warm sensation and she felt her lips let a long breath escape as the charm did its work on her. In a matter of seconds she was calm again, even relaxed.

She looked over to Malfoy who was staring at her quietly.

She knew she was glaring at him.

As the prefect went back to his seat Hermione whispered in an almost inaudible growl "This is the last time."

He stared at her almost shocked, then a smirk appeared at the corner of his lips. "I'm up for that challenge."

She turned back to the front of the class and counted the seconds that passed.
