The fog cleared, and Tintin the huntsman gasped in awe. In the distance he spotted it: the legendary black centaur, who along with the unicorn had been guarding this forest for generations, atop the hill he was at the base of. For some reason it didn't occur to Tintin until now how large it was in person, but it was definitely taller than him, like most horses were as well.
The most amazing thing for Tintin however wasn't its great knowledge of the sea and trade, but how rather hairy and burly the creature was on its human half. In fact, that was Tintin's type. He always was a bear kind of guy. All that hair was very comforting for him. Oh, how he wanted to run a hand through that lovely beard!
Snowy, his favorite track dog, barked. The centaur turned around and looked at the twosome. Tintin did not feel intimidated at all, but rather comforted at what he could see of the crystal blue eyes and upcurled exposed lips from the hundred and fifty or so meter distance between them. A drop of his gun and a knee to the ground and the amazing, beautiful creature began hoofing forward.
And then, suddenly, one leg moved funny, and the centaur literally tipped head over heels down the hill. Tintin grabbed his pup in panic and retreated to the side. The centaur keep rolling until it hit its butt on a large tree trunk.
"Thundering typhoons!" It cried, as it attempted to get up, spit grass out of its mouth. "Now why in billions of blue blistering barnacles did I go up that hill again?"
Tintin blushing, attempted in vain to hide his grin. The purple unicorn did say that the centaur was more knowledgeable with the sea, not the land…
