Chapter 14- Soundwave Superior, Z-Fighters Inferior
From Earth's orbit, the dark figure beacame interested in Godzilla's power. "Now, I see the biggest threat is not only the Autobots, but the Earth's powerful warriors and the kaiju. If I can take control of this creature that this fused warrior was given to, Earth and Cybertron will be mine to control. And then, the whole Universe! Decepticons, the time is come to claim the glory that is rightfully ours!" All Decepticons cheered for their leader. "ALL HAIL MEGATRON!" The figure called out one of the elite Decepticons. "Soundwave, head to Earth immediately. Send the Autobots and those Earthlings a strong message. Make them fall to their knees." Soundwave followed his command. "As you command Lord Megatron." He heads towards the launching bay and rode in a drop ship. The figure stared down upon the drop ship entering Earth and threw an evil laugh. "Godzilla, soon you will be mine!" His optics glew a dark firey red. The reign of Megatron has begun.
On Earth, everyone else started to recover at Capsule Corp. "Man, My arm is killing me. That fight against Ghost Godzilla really took alot out of me. But that doesn't stop my stomach. I need something to eat." Goku said. "If a battle like that ever happened on Cybertron, our Energon reserves would be depleted in under 3 mega cycles." Jazz said in exaggeration. Vegeta was tying up the wound in his arm. "We were lucky. Creatures the that are nothing but crap." Gohan said, "You guys are lucky. If you and dad never performed Fusion, you would have been dead." "Whatever. I wstill have take that thing on myself." Vegeta said. Ratchet was patching up Optimus' wound. "It's a good thing you made it out in time Prime." "It isn't every day that I always plunge into battle. Not like the battle in Tygar Pax." Bulma wondered about the uprising kaiju. "If kaiju like Godzilla, Titanosaurus, Ebirah, Rodan, or King Ghidorah are out like this, I think that what ever happened on your planet, might become the same with Earth." Optimus felt the same way. "Mrs. Briefs, if what you say is true, and that the kaiju on this planet are running amok, it would stand to reason that, in theory, Megatron may have the advantage. The control chip Ratchet identified is from Decepticon engineering. Megatron may have almost hundreds of these." Videl said, "Imagine what would happen if he took control over the kaiju, including Godzilla." "If Megatron takes control of all the most powerful kaiju on Earth, it would lead humanity to an age of extinction."
10:56 AM-Mt. Fuji. The drop ship landed on the tip of the mountain. Soundwave exited the ship and examined the environment. "Rumble standby for ejection." The drop ship lifted off and went back to the warship to wait for Soundwave's orders. He found a weak spot to open the mountain's magma chambers and start an eruption. "Rumble, eject." Soundwave activated and opened his chest plate, releasing one of his minions. "Operation: Eruption." Rumble pumped up his pistons and is ready to shake the mountain. "Get ready to crumble, before Rumble!" Rumble's pistons began to shake the mountain, crumbling the top where steam began to seap through. "Rumble, return." Soundwave said and transformed into a communications truck, driving down the mountain to get away from the explosion. He transformed again and pulled out his E.D.K Techvolt. "Techvolt emitter loaded. Operation: Symbol Engravement." He fired his weapon and began to carve a symbol on the mountain. "Lord Megatron, the message has been sent. Targets shall arrive momentarily." Megatron responded, "Excellent Soundwave. Transform and wait for them. They'll be easy targets during an eruption. Decepticons, ready your ships! Gather the energon from the mountain. Destroy anything that stands in your way!" Troopers entered into different drop ships with energon saws and harvesters.
Ratchet scans Optimus for any unswept radiation. "You appear to be clean Optimus, but my sensor's picking up a small fragment of radiation in your arm." In his arm was a piece of Ghost Godzilla's scale. "It must've fallen off Ghost Godzilla during the fight." He picked it off Optimus' arm and triedto prick a sample with a drill, but it shattered. "This drill is diamond tipped. His hide is stronger and harder than diamond, and Cybertronian metal." Trunks was fasinated. "Yeah, but Goku's Ki blasts can almost penetrate it. What if many kaiju have types of skin like this?" Teletran 1's alarm blared and showed an image of erupting Mt. Fuji. "WARNING: SEISMIC ACTIVITY AT CRITICAL LEVEL. CIVILIANS CAUGHT IN FIRE BLAST." Goku was prepared to fight the mountain. "Well, time to got save an entire country." Optimus stopped him. "Wait Goku. We can not afford all our teammate's lives at stake at once. I must select only few of you to join." Optimus chose Bumblebee, Goku, Trunks, and Jetfire. "How are we gonna get to Japan in time?" Jetfire said. Goku has the solution. "I can get us there. I can use Instant Transmition." "Teleportation? That can be useful." Optimus said in impression. Goku was ready to use his technique. "Everyone, grab hold." Bumblebee, Trunks, Optimus, and Jetfire touched Goku's shoulder and they instantly vanished. Ratchet was suprised. "Fascinating."
The team made it to Mt. Fuji. The ysaw alot of fire and lava. "We got put out the fire!" Goku said. "Jetfire, Bumblebee, evacuate the nearby villages. I'm taking care of this blaze." Optimus Prime said and climed up the mountain to clog the hole. Goku and Trunks raised their Ki and made a water spout from the lake and sprayed the lava and forest fires. "It's working. Just a little bit more." Jetfire and Bumblebee made their way to the village and gather the rest of inhabitants "Come on, up the hills!" Jetfire said. Bumblebee guided them for, as previously stated, his voice chip is broken. Soundwave watched them from another mountain and turned towards his sights on Goku. Megatron called in from his commlink. "Soundwave, initiate Phase 2." "Yes, Lord Megatron. Laserbeak, Rumble, Frenzy, Ravage, Ratbat, eject. Operation: Desolation." All of Soundwave's minions charged down the mountain towards Goku and Trunks. All the fires and lava are gone. "Well, that's that." Goku said in relief, but Ravage jumped on him and clawed. "Hey, get off me!" He shook him off and they saw the minions charging towards them. "Let's rumble!" Rumble shook the ground around them. Frenzy fired his sonic cannons. Laserbeak launched missles and a death ray from his nose. Ratbat unleashed an ear splitting sonic screech. Ravage blasted them with shoulder guns. Bumblebee and Jetfire returned and saw Goku, Trunks and the minions fighting."It's Soundwave's minions!" "That means Soundwave is near by. Bumblebee, find him. We can't let him escape." Optimus said. Bumblebee nodded and ran into the woods looking for Soundwave. Jetfire jumped into battle. "Come here you little turds!" He fire his guns at Rumble and Frenzy. Ratbat and Laserbeak started pecking and biting him. "Ow! Get off me!" Jetfire was mad and began swatting them. "I got it!" Trunks said and tackled Ratbat. "Come here you rat!" He started punching him in the face, but Ratbat bit his arm. Trinks turned Super Saiyan and slammed him into a tree.
Optimus was having trouble clogging the lava so he pulled out his Path Blaster and shot the lava back down. "That should hold it for a while. Now to stop the bleeding." He pushed a boulder down the hole and the mountain is now seeled. "Your wound is seeled." Meanwhile, Bumblebee searched across the woods for Soundwave, until he saw him up top another mountain. He went to full "ninja mode" and snuck up the mountain. Soundwave stood down on Goku, Trunks, Jetfire, and his minions not noticing Bumblebee behind him. He observed and studied Goku's and Trunks' techniques for next time's battle. "Soundwave, return to base. Call off your minions and finish building the satillite." Megatron said from his commlink. "Yes, Lord Megatron. Minions..." Before he can finish his sentence, Bumblebee jumped him and they both tumbled down the mountain fighting. They slammed to the ground and Soundwave pushed Bumblebee off him. He pulled out his E.D.K. Techvolt and started shooting Bumblebee. "You shall not interfere!" Bumblebee dodged every shot and took cover behind a large boulder. He pulled out his Neutron Assault Rifle and shot from the boulder aiming at Soundwave and minions. "Ratbat, transform; Operation: Cord Crasher." Ratbat transformed into a ominous looking keytar. He played a cord that struck the sound barrier. The sound was earsplitting. "Aaaah, my ears! Can't concentrate!" Goku was inflicted by the sound and was rendered immobilized.
Optimus can't hear Ratbat's cord blast because of the altitude, but he sees everyone in pain from the top. "They're in pain. They need me." When Optimus was sliding down the mountain, he heard drilling from a cave and saw 20 Decepticons drilling in an Energon deposit. He stepped in and said, "Surrender, and we will bring you no harm!" The Decepticon troops refused his offer and began to shoot. Optimus pulled his Path Blaster and fought them down. Meanwhile, Soundwave played different cords to immobilize the Autobots, Goku, and Trunks. "Shall we take them out boss?" Rumble asked. "No, they're mine to eliminate. Minions, return." All minions transformed back into their cassette forms and returned to Soundwave's chest. "Ratbat, increase volume at maximum capacity." The volume grew louder, piercing their ears even more. Jetfire got to his knees in pain. "Bumblebee, stop him! Ooww!" Bumblebee was immobilized as well. He had to stand clear of the blast zone to Take down Soundwave. He slowly and quietly moved behind Soundwave and shot his back. He dropped Ratbat and everone else is free from the cord blast. Optimus took down all Decepticons except one. He pinned him down and asked, "Where's Megatron? What is he planning?" "Megatron will eliminate you all. He has built the ultimate weapon that will destroy you." The Decepticon responded and chuckled. Optimus shot through his head and threw him to the ground. He began to trail through his thoughts in the glowing Energon mine. "Megatron."
Bumblebee fought Soundwave in attempt to save his friends. But Soundwave played dirty. He gabbed a hand full of ash and threw it in Bumblebee's optics, blinding him. Soundwave opened a groundbridge to the Nemesis warship. Goku stared at him in the eye, knowing they will meet again. Soundwave gave his last words before entering the groundbridge. "Soundwave superior, Z-Fighters inferior." He disappears. Optimus exits the cave to see that Soundwave is gone. He slid down the mountain. "What happened?" "Soundwave was waiting for us. Where were you?" Jetfire asked. Optimus felt some shock when Jetfire asked. "I fear that Megatron has returned. He sent Soundwave and other troopers to harvest an Energon deposit inside the mountain." "Wait? Megatron? Is he the one who laid waist to your planet?" Trunks asked. "Yes. It seems he came out of hiding after all these years. Just look behind the mountain. The proof is on it's side." Goku flew behind Mt. Fuji and saw what Optimus Prime ment. "He's right. Get over here!" Everyone else saw what was behind the mountain. It was the symbol Soundwave carved as a message. The Decepticon symbol and a message saying 'All Hail Megatron'. "Maybe it's time we got everyone together again." Goku said. The war for Earth, and Cybertron has begun.
