Now it's a musical! Chapter 14: Bad Girl's Lament
Yula woke up the next morning to find she had no idea where she was. He phone was currently blaring her annoying, over loud ringtone. She tried to sit up before smacking her face on whatever was above her. Groaning she looked at what she'd hit to find a wooden desk. Confused she stood up, finding she was in Dr Otogi's office. Naked. As she was grabbing her clothes, the door started to open. Just in time, she managed to hide under the desk as another doctor walked in and grabbed some files before turning to leave again. As soon as she touched the handle, Yula's phone started up again. The nurse turned.
"Is there anyone there?" Yula held her breath as the woman walked towards her and picked up her phone that was laying innocently on the desk. "Hmm, this isn't Dr Otogi's. Rica, who's Rica... Oh, that's Nurse Bakura. This is probably a member of staff's phone. I'll take it to her and see whose it is." Putting the phone in her pocket, she left the room. Yula sighed and quickly got dressed before running after the doctor.
After five minutes of searching, Yula found the doctor and Rica walking down a corridor. The doctor turned a corner and Rica went the other way. She ran up to her pregnant friend and stopped her before she walked into a patients room.
"Yula! Why was your phone in Dr Otogi's office?" The whitenette asked.
"Well, you see-" Yula tried to explain before Rica interrupted her.
"And where were you? I waited for about twenty minutes outside the game shop for you!"
"I was-"
"Did you even take a shower? Eurgh, you smell like bad after shave and sweat." she gasped. "Yula! You didn't! How could you d-"
"RICA!" The shorter screamed, making everyone in the corridor turn to look at her. She sighed and pulled the brit into the vacant room across from them. "Let me explain."
"Fine."
"Well, Ryuji said he wanted to see me and I-"
"Took that as a sign he wanted to fuck you." Yula, stared at her friend before continued.
"Well, if you must put it so bluntly, yes. Marie said I should go for it."
"And you listened to Marie?"
"No, I said I wouldn't go. But later when my shift ended my mind started drifting and before I knew it I was stood outside his office. I wanted to tell him that I couldn't be near him if he still wanted me. But when I saw him." She sighed and sat on the empty bed, her head in her hands.
"Oh Yula." Rica muttered sitting next to her putting an arm around her. They stayed like that until Yula felt wetness on her sleeve.
"Are you crying?" She asked looking up.
"It's the hormones." Rica replied wiping her eyes. "So, what are you going to do now?" Yula groaned.
"Do I have to do anything?"
"Yula! Of course you do! You slept-" Yula covered the others mouth.
"Could you not tell the whole hospital?"
"Sorry, you slept with him Yula. Yami isn't going to just over look this."
"But do I really have to tell him?"
"Yeah, because that worked out so well for Marie."
"WELL WHAT SHOULD I DO THEN?" Yula yelled, now annoyed." At least Marie actually gave me advice. Why can't you actually help instead of just judging me?"
"Sorry, maybe if you hadn't done anything bad you wouldn't be in this situation!"
"And you're perfect? You do everything right? Because if I remember five years ago a young girl crying to me that her parents would kill her if they found out she was pregnant."
"I wasn't pregnant, it was a false positive!"
"Oh I know. I just thought you needed to be knocked off your high horse."
"What high horse? All I was doing was trying to help! But if you don't need me I'll just go. Have fun deciding between the both of them." The white haired girl stood to leave.
"At least I don't have a boyfriend who's only still around because I'm having his kid." Rica whirled round and slapped the other in the face.
"You bitch, how dare you say that!" Yula slapped the girl back. The girls latched onto each others hair while shouting obscenities at each other. Some passing nurses ran in and tried to split them up.
"Ladies, stop!" one of them said pulling Yula away from the pregnant woman.
"Only when she apologises!" Rica yelled.
"Why should I apologise?"
"Really Yula? Maybe you should ask Dr Otogi, oh wait once you see him you'll have sex with him." Yula tried to lunge at her again.
"I'll fucking kill her!" Yula shouted trying to get out of the hold the male nurse had on her. Rica simply smiled, and wriggled out of the grasp of the shocked nurse holding her and left the room.
"See you around Yula."
Later that evening a very upset Yula sat in her front room. She had no one to help her with the crisis she found herself in. She wasn't speaking to Rica,
Marie wasn't speaking to anyone and Kate would kill her if she told her. Obviously she couldn't tell Yami or Ryuji and she really didn't know anyone else that well to tell them. So, there she sat, crying on the sofa until her younger brother came home.
"Yula, what's wrong?"
"I'materribleperson!" Yula screamed voice distorted by her sadness.
"What?"
"IcheatedonYamiwithRyujiandyelledatRicawhenshetriedtohelp!"
"Slower please?" Yula took a deep breath before repeating what she said so Atemu could understand her.
"I cheated on Yami with Ryuji and yelled at Rica when she tried to help."
"You cheated on Yami?" Atemu asked, shocked. Yula groaned and fell into the sofa.
"I know, I'm a horrible, horrible person."
"Have you told him?"she shook her head. "Well then, I suggest you tell him." Yula started to groan again. "You tell him and promise you will never see this Ryuji again."
"But, I can't not see him again, he works at the hospital! And besides, I want to see Otogi again..."
"Then break up with Yami."
"But I still love him." Yula said before crying again. Atemu sighed and sat next to her placing a hand on her back. His sister really had screwed herself. After ten minutes she had ran out of tears and sat up. "Enough about me. Why are you home so early? You normally hang out with friends."
"I couldn't watch Akefia pine over Ishizu any more and I have a lot of homework."
"Akefia likes Ishizu? I did not know that. How long has he liked her?"
"Since Christmas I think."
"Wow, you learn something new everyday."
"Yula, we're avoiding the issue. You need to figure out what to do. And fast. You don't want Yami to hear about your situation before you tell him. It could start world war three." Yula sighed.
"You're right. You go do your homework. I'm gonna work this out." Atemu smiled before getting up and leaving the room. Yula also sat up, but looked towards the coffee table. On it sat a picture of her and Yami among other photos. She picked up said photo, but turned away from it. "Well, you see Yami, I fucked my boss. No, I'm not going to stop seeing him because I think I love him. And please don't break up with me because I love you as well... Yeah, cuz that's gonna go down well." She sighed and looked back at the picture. It depicted her holding two ice creams whilst sat on Yami's back. Both were near the beach and laughing at something she couldn't remember. She knelt down on the floor and placed the frame back on the low table.
Yula: I did it, I did but I'm sorry She held her arms out to the side.
Well, I'm really not that sorry Then placed one on her forehead.
Why are you staring at me like that?
Stop looking at me like that She turned the photo onto it's face.
Okay, I did it but I'm sorry, but
I'm really not, well maybe, it's like She sighed and put the frame right.

She managed before breaking out crying, she really had no idea what to do. But unfortunately for her, a certain spiky haired male had heard the entire thing, having come in just after Atemu went upstairs. Yami growled lowly, so Yula wouldn't hear and left the house above the game shop.
Trouble seems to follow our couples everywhere, doesn't it? Two breakups, One about to fall a part, but what of Rica and Bakura? Well, all seemed fine on the outside, even to Rica all looked perfect. But Bakura felt awful, though was coping the best he could. However, as the nine months drew to close and Rica came even closer to labour, Bakura just couldn't handle himself any more...
A/N: So yeah, hi... I know. I know. But I have good reason, I'm in my last year of high school and so was working my arse off the whole time. And well there's a lot going on right now and I'm being serious, it's not like I'm overwhelmed or stressed, well not to jinx it but my parents might be divorcing... yeah, so I've got school starting up again in the morning so I'm back to being on hiatus. This was a late Xmas present. MERRY BELATED CHRISTMAS!
