The scene showed the front of the alleyway where the plastic covered fence was.

Slash! Slash! Kckck!

Two massive bear claws sliced through both sides of the fencing, and the fence came crashing down. The Titans rushed forward over it, looking ready for a fight.

The view showed down the alleyway. No fight was going on. Instead, the other Raven was lying unconscious on the ground. A beeping T-Comm was on the asphalt next to her.

"Raven!" The other Robin yelled.

The view showed from above as the group gathered around her. When she was surrounded, Raven started to groan in pain. The other Starfire bent and grabbed her arm, helping her up.

"What happened?" Robin asked orderly.

The other Raven held her side and shook her head. "We got ambushed. I don't know what did it. I tried to fight, but it knocked me out and took the real Raven." She said dully.

There was a silence for a couple of seconds.

"Where did they take her?" Robin asked in his leaderly brotherly tone.

The other Raven pointed down the alleyway. Which led to an open street devoid of people. "It went down that way with her before I blacked out. I think it mentioned something about some abandoned warehouse." The other Raven said while rubbing her head.

Cyborg, who had turned off his holo-rings, opened his arm panel. Showing a map of the city. "The docks are only three miles that way Rob, That's where the closest warehouses are," Cyborg said, pointing down the alley.

The Titans looked down the way. "Then we can't let them do the getting away with our friend," Starfire said. All the Titans besides Adam shed their civilian attire, revealing their hero uniforms underneath.

"Titans, move!" Robin ordered.

Both Robins ran forward with Bo-Staff extended past the view. Both groups of Titans followed behind him. In order of the Starfires flying through the air. The other Raven levitating behind her. Both Cyborgs ran, along with two green cheetahs. Adam started to run with them when he stopped just short of leaving the view.

He looked back at the area behind him. A frown came onto his face. "This doesn't make any sense though." He muttered to himself.

He jogged back to the place of attack and bent down on one knee. He started to examine the scene around him.

"Dude, what are you doing?!"

Adam turned his head. Beast Boy, the real one, was waiting impatiently for him down the alley. The other Titans were already gone. "Didn't you hear!? Raven was taken that way!" He said pointing behind him.

Adam looked back to the scene again. There was a large dumpster on the right. And only one metal trash can on the left. The metal lid to it was on the ground by it. A head-shaped dent was in the center of the lid as if it had been used to bash against someone.

"Are you sure about that?" Adam asked.

Beast Boy walked up next to Adam. He looked very impatient. "Dude, you heard what Raven's clone said. Don't you trust her?" He asked.

Adam looked to Beast Boy with a hard determined look. "Look closely at this scene and you tell me." He said bluntly.

Beast Boy looked confused at Adam's determined look. Then he looked at the area of attack. "It looks normal to me dude." He said.

Adam nodded. "Exactly. No scorch marks. No scratches on the wall. No signs of fighting. Nothing. It all looks normal. So if the other Raven had really fought back."

A light came on over Beast Boy's head. He looked around, noticing the same thing that Adam had noticed. Then he morphed into a bloodhound and got to sniffing. After a couple of seconds, his head perked up. He wasn't facing down the alleyway, but instead, he was facing the left wall. He turned back to normal.

"Dude, Raven's scent is going up that way!… Along with something that smells metallic." Beast Boy added confusedly.

Adam looked down the way the other Titans had disappeared to. "Then that means either their Raven was wrong about which way they went..."

"Or this was the big trap we got alerted about." Beast Boy finished gravely.

The two brought their T-Comms out at the same time and opened them. The screens showed nothing but static.

Adam looked back to Beast Boy. A bow appeared in his hands. "I'm going to trust my gut on this and guess they've been playing us this whole time," Adam said, before running off down the alleyway.

"Wait, where are you going now dude?! Rae went this way!" Beast Boy asked.

"The others are running into a trap! They probably have no idea what's about to happen, so I'm going to run into the trap like an idiot to help them out! Now go and save your girlfriend before something bad happens to her!" Adam yelled back as he ran down the alleyway.

"Right, got it-" Beast Boy suddenly became confused. "Wait… did he say… dude!" His face became indignant. "Rae's not my girlfriend!" He yelled after Adam.

"Could have fooled me!" Adam yelled as he gave a thumbs up in response before disappearing into the streets.

The view showed Beast Boy from above. His mouth tried to formulate some return response, then he gritted his teeth with embarrassment before he morphed into an eagle to fly up out of the alleyway.

The scene changed, showing the docks. The sun was high overhead, and the ships were lazily parked on the water. All was calm.

The view showed a dark doorway.

Wham!

A metal fist smashed the wooden door open. Cyborg stood in the doorway. He lowered his fist as the other Titans appeared behind him.

The view showed sunlight coming in from the large glass windows all around the warehouse. The light fell on dusty old stacks of crates. Old metal shelves that were full of dust. And other pieces of junk here and there. Cyborg's shoulder light popped out, revealing a couple of sets of footprints that went across the dusty floor and disappeared into the various piles of junk.

The Titans walked in. "You sure they went this way, Rob?" Cyborg asked.

Robin bent down to the ground to examine the footprints. "These are definitely Raven's boot tracks, and I'm counting at least four other sets of blueprints here beside hers." He got up and held his Bo-Staff in both hands again. "Be careful. We don't know what type of ambush they'll have waiting for us." Robin said gravely.

Starfire and Cyborg nodded to themselves as they followed their leader forward. Starfire floated up above them using a green starbolt to light her way. The other five Titans stopped back near the door. Almost like they were… waiting.

"Wait, friends. I do not see friends Beast Boy and Adam with us." Starfire said.

Robin finally looked around at her and Cyborg, noticing half his team was missing. "What? I thought they were behind us." He said with a groan. He turned and looked back and saw the other group of Titans standing eerily back.

"Are Adam and Beast Boy behind you?" Robin asked.

Eery smiles came onto their faces.

"Um, are they okay man?" Cyborg asked.

"Yo, we're more than okay man." The other Cyborg said. Though his voice sounded distorted like he was speaking through static.

"In fact, we're more than ready now." The other Raven said. Her gravelly voice had a trace of something else to it. Something, dark.

"To take you, dudes, down." The other Beast Boy finished. His voice definitely sounded like metal.

The view focused on the other Raven. The color slowly bleached slowly out of her cloak, starting at the bottom, and going up. Where the path of retreating color reached her skin, her skin started to take on a deeper white metallic sheen. When it reached her face, her purple hair, eyes, and even the chakra on her forehead slowly became white. Looking more like metal than flesh. The only thing that retained any color was the chakra, which became a glowing red dot in the middle of her forehead00.

The view then showed the rest of the Titans all around her. Their uniforms, skin, hair, and eyes lost their original color. And became white, metallic skin like hers.

The real Titans stepped back in surprise. They were now looking at the metallic versions of themselves. Their eyes all blinked at the same time, and their pupils took on a red color. All of them smiled wickedly.

"Well, I didn't see that coming," Cyborg said to himself.

"You're telling me," Robin said lowly as he took a defensive position with his Bo-Staff. For the world's second greatest detective, that was saying something.

The other Robin smirked, and he raised his hand in mock gesture. "Titans, go!" He ordered.

The scene faded to dark.

The scene showed the metallic Robin clone still standing in his spot. His hand raised from the order to attack. In classic anime style, a large, metallic bear reared up in front of him, taking up the view. "Rauughhhh!" It roared, and swiped a massive paw forward.

Bam! "Eeeeeee!"

Starfire was launched backward screaming in the air and disappeared into a pile of dusty crates.

"Raugh!" The bear roared metallically in challenge.

Ksch!

A blue beam of energy hit it in the center of its chest, and the bear fell back onto the ground. The view showed Cyborg, his sonic cannon raised. "Um, I think we're a little outnumbered here Rob." He said as he walked back. He fired his cannon again. The other metal Raven swiftly dodged the sonic cannon by going into a dark black portal.

Robin appeared next to him, his Bo-Staff out. "No kidding." He said. He whacked the metallic Cyborg back with a thrust of his Bo-Staff. Before ducking to avoid a retaliatory sonic cannon blast.

Ksch! "Whoaaaaa!"

A green star bolt launched Cyborg out of the view. The metal Starfire and Raven went off after him.

Pow!

Robin's Bo-Staff hit a now metal panther to the side. It went spinning but landed on all four of its paws. Leaving scratches in the cement ground. It hissed at Robin, before running off to face Starfire.

"They're made of metal, but they're still using my teammate's powers?" Robin asked himself. He looked up and saw the metal Robin swinging his own Bo-Staff towards him.

Clang!

Robin brought his Bo-Staff up, blocking the strike. The metal Robin smirked down at him. "Not just their powers. But also your skills." The metal Robin taunted.

The real Robin grimaced and used his boot to perform a backflip that sent the metal Robin back through the air. He landed on the ground in an offensive stance. "Not bad, but you'll need more than that if you want to win against the elite force of Dimension X." He murmured in his metallic voice.

KaPow!

The view shown from the side as the metal Robin rushed forward quicker than Robin had been expecting. He was too slow in defending himself and was kicked by the other Robin's steel/metal-toed boot out of the view. The metal Robin twirled his Bo-Staff, then went in pursuit after Robin.

The scene changed, showing darkness…

"Ugh..." A groan.

Thump. Thump. Thump. Thump.

The sound of footfalls was gradually getting louder. The darkness showed a sliver of sight. It was a blue sky.

The view moved out, showing Raven's face. She slowly opened her amethyst colored eyes.

The view expanded, showing Raven being carried on the shoulder of a large hulking Substance. It walked to the edge of the building it was on.

Harrumph!

The Substance that had been packed inside the metal pillar from earlier launched itself upward and forward through the air.

Boom!

A large shockwave went out as it landed on a taller skyscraper. The gravel of the roof flew away from the point of impact. The Substance continued walking after the mammoth jump like it was nothing. A large, device the same color and composition of the Substance was on the center of the skyscraper's roof.

Realization came onto Raven's face, and she started to struggle in its grip. "Let go of me!" She yelled in a pained voice as she tried to squirm in the vice-like grip.

The Substance didn't respond, other than with a visible tightening of its grip. Raven stopped squirming and looked towards the large skyscraper AC Unit. "Azarath, Metrion, Zinthos!" She chanted.

The AC Unit was enveloped in black and sent flying towards her and the Substance.

Pow!

The AC bounced off the Substance, it didn't even phase it. Before Raven could say another word, a small white tentacle went out of the Substance's shoulder and covered her mouth. Much to her surprise and frustration.

The Substance bent down in front of the device, and the end of its arm went into the hole in the middle. After a second, the machine beeped and started to open up. The Substance withdrew its arm and took a step back.

The machine's four sides slowly came down, with two large arches coming out and up towards each other. Making after a few seconds a sort of gateway.

Kssss!

The two arches came together, and the machine sounded like it was warming up. Raven watched with mute fear as she found she could do nothing. Finally, the machine beeped again, and a dark blue portal opened up in the middle of the gateway. The Substance took a step towards the portal.

"Ermmm!" Raven yelled behind her gag in fear.

A large green spiky tail appeared in the view.

KaPow!

The Substance was launched away from the portal. The force of the hit made it finally let go of Raven, who dropped down onto the roof on trembling knees. She looked up, her eyes wide in relief.

"Roarrrr!" A large green stegosaurus roared at the Substance. Then it shrunk and quickly became Beast Boy. He stretched his hand to her.

"You okay Rae?" He asked worriedly.

Raven took his hand, visibly calming herself down. "It's Raven, not Rae." She replied bitingly.

Beast Boy laughed. "I'll take you being normal that you're fine dude." He said happily.

Raven's lips curled up just a degree.

"MMMRRRRRR!" A loud angry metallic screech sounded. The two looked to the source. The Substance had just gotten back up. Even without having any facial expressions other than the two eyes on its face, the giant metal machine's posture said it looked ticked.

Raven got in a defensive stance, black ethereal energy appeared around her hands. "Ready?" She asked.

Beast Boy turned into a T Rex. "ROARRRR!" His bellow of challenge echoed off the skyscrapers all around.

The T Rex and the heroine charged the Substance.

The scene immediately switched.

Ksch! Ksch!

Two green starbolts blew back the metal Raven and Cyborg into a series of metal shelves. The view then showed Starfire dart around in the middle of the room, looking around with glowing green eyes for her next target.

Pow!

The metal Starfire came rocketing in like a comet from below, punching Starfire back high into the air near the roof. The metal Starfire flew off after her victim.

Ksch! Ksch!

The view moved to Cyborg, who was using both his sonic cannons now. A large metal T Rex was in front of him taking each hit with a growl. "Yo! I don't see how this is fair! Can't you like shrink into something smaller?!" He complained when his sonic cannons were only ticking off the large creature.

Whack!

It's large metal tail whacked Cyborg like a baseball bat. "Aughhhhhhh-" The view showed Cyborg fly back into another pile of dusty crates. He groaned to himself.

The view finally showed Robin, who had some visible cuts on his face and uniform. "Yaahhhhh!" He yelled in anger, as he finally whacked the metal Robin away with his Bo-Staff. He took a disk quickly out of his belt and made to throw it. Before he could though, a dark field of energy appeared around his hand, keeping the disk inside. He looked up in surprise, and the metal Raven came out of a dark portal in front of him.

"Surprise." She said as she opened up her cloak. A metal Cyborg came running out with his fist cocked back.

Pow!

Robin was punched far back into the pile of dusty crates with Cyborg.

Boom!

Starfire dropped on the other side of Robin. She looked bruised from her fight with herself.

"Ugh…" All three Titans groaned at the same time.

Before they could move, their bodies were encased in black. The metal Raven raised them up into the air. "You really have no idea what's in store for this pathetic world? Do you?" She dryly asked.

Robin squirmed, trying his best to break free. The metal Titans all appeared in front, not even having a scratch visible on them from where they had been hit before. They were all smirking.

"Yo! What did you do with our friends?!" Cyborg yelled.

"How are you using our powers?!" Starfire asked with green eyes blazing.

"Don't worry, you'll be brought to them soon dudes." The metal Beast Boy said, standing next to the metal Raven.

"As for how we're using your powers." The metal Starfire said in normal English. "Well, we can't just give away all our secrets. Can we?"

"You mean like the fact that our powers and weapons didn't leave a scratch on you," Robin said through gritted teeth.

The metal Cyborg (the fully metal one) laughed. "Oh, you'd be hard pressed to find something that could actually take us down. We're made from the same stuff as all the other substance-shifters in our dimension! We're just better!" He said triumphantly.

"And as for what we'll do with you... we'll just say there'll be a change of post for the Teen Titans here in Jump City. After all, we can't have you escaping on us and warning the other heroes about what's coming for them." The metal Robin said. Looking triumphant.

The metal Titans laughed evilly. The Titan's eyes widened.

The view suddenly showed a bronze-tipped arrow, piercing through the air.

Chunk!

The metal Beast Boy stopped laughing and looked down in surprise at his chest. A bronze tipped arrow was sticking out of it, with what looked like pieces of wiring caught on the end of it. His metal comrades looked at him in shock.

"Dude. What just-" He started to say. His voice stopped. He toppled over on the ground. His red metal eyes turned off.

The metal Titans stared down in surprise at their downed comrad. "Gar!" The metal Raven yelled.

"H-How?!" The metal Cyborg yelled in disbelief.

"We're supposed to be immune to Earth's weapons." Starfire added in shock.

"Heh. Huh. Heh. Huh." The loud breathing sounds were finally registered in the back.

The metal Titans all turned. Along with the heads of the bound Titans. "You'd be hard pressed to find something to hurt us," Robin muttered the phrase to himself as he pieced it all together.

Adam himself stood in the broken down doorway. He was breathing heavily while leaning on the doorframe. He had his bronze bow in his grip. After a couple of seconds, he stopped leaning on it and pulled the string back. Another arrow appeared on it.

"I can't believe you made such a fetching trap and set it up in the last warehouse at the edge of the fetching docks! Do you realize how fetching hard it is to run that distance!?" Adam yelled angrily.

Twang!

He let go of the string.

The metal Titans all moved, avoiding the arrow that pierced the wreckage next to Starfire. They had to hide the fear from their faces as they realized they had forgotten one crucial detail. Adam's weapons could hurt them.

"Get him! There's only one of him!" The metal Robin ordered.

"Ahhhhh!" The metal Raven suddenly screamed in pain as the arrow that had missed her before went into her arm. Courtesy of a fierce Tamaranean who had managed to free her arm from its bonds to grab and throw it.

Ksch! Ksch!

A starbolt, and a blue sonic cannon blast sent the metal Raven and Cyborg flying away. The metal Starfire turned around in surprise, only to get blasted back by a pair of eye beams. Cyborg and Starfire, no longer bound by the wounded Raven's black energy, went after their victims.

The metal Robin turned around just in time to see Robin released from his ethereal holdings. A smirk came onto his face. "Good luck facing against the real Teen Titans." Robin said.

He chucked the disc still in his hand.

Boom!

The metal Robin was blasted back from the explosion.

"Glad I made it in time," Adam muttered to himself as he started to run in to fight with a sword. Robin, however, stopped him in his tracks. "I know we haven't practiced this much yet, but your weapons are the only thing that will harm them. Do you think you could summon more than one weapon for the rest of us to use?" He asked.

Adam quickly looked to the still down metal Beast Boy. A wicked smirk came onto his face at how he had been able to get back at him. "Only if you and the others promise to scrap these useless machines." He said as he gave Robin his sword and focused.

A spear appeared. The sword in Robin's hand didn't disappear. "Fetch yeah. Who's useless now." Adam said proudly to himself.

Pow!

"Mmmrrrr!"

The metal Substance screeched in anger and punched forward again.

Kch!

Its arm hit a black, ethereal shield. Raven was behind it, as calm as a summer's morning. The shield bent around the Substance's arm and sliced it off. The Substance looked down at it.

Wham!

A large green rhino charged into the Substance, making it fall back again. Then the rhino turned into an elephant and started to stomp on its face.

Stomp! Stomp!

"MMMRRRR!" The Substance shrieked loudly in an attempt to disorient it. The elephant wasn't even phased. Dark ethereal energy was covering its big sensitive ears.

Stomp! Stomp! Stomp! Stomp!

The Substance started to look very malformed beneath the elephant. The elephant raised both of its front feet again.

Pow!

The green elephant was sent flying off by a sucker punch. It rolled along the ground until it rested in front of the dark blue portal. It morphed back into Beast Boy. Raven appeared at his side, helping him up from the ground.

"MMMMMMRRRRRRRRR!" The Substance shrieked loud and long.

The two looked up. The Substance had already reformed itself. It started to charge towards them. Beast Boy made to move.

"Don't, we can't fight it off forever," Raven said blandly.

Beast Boy looked to her in surprise. "Then what should we do then dude?" He asked.

The view showed the Substance, as it closed in on them. Raven narrowed her eyes. "Simple. We trick it." She said.

Just as the Substance was about to grab them, a dark portal opened underneath them and Beast Boy and Raven dropped into it. The Substance tried to stop itself as the big dark blue portal loomed large in its two red eyes vision.

A big dark ethereal baseball bat appeared behind it.

Whack!

"Mmmrr-" The Substance started to shriek when it entered the dark blue portal. The shriek cut off when it disappeared.

Beast Boy and Raven reappeared from another dark portal at the edge of the roof. The two of them exhaled in relief and sunk to the ground with exhaustion. The portal turned off behind them, and the machine started to close in on itself.

Beast Boy looked to Raven, and she looked to him. A few seconds of silence passed. Then she hugged him. "Thanks, Beast Boy."

Beast Boy's eyes were as wide as saucers. But he gratefully returned the hug.

Beep. Beep. Beep.

The white machine behind them started to beep. The two looked back at it. A count-down timer had appeared on it. It was at two seconds.

Beast Boy immediately turned into an eagle, and a black disc appeared beneath Raven's feet. The two of them sped away off the roof of the skyscraper.

Beep! Beeeeee!

Boom!

The view showed Raven and the eagle, and the explosion that shook the top of the skyscraper behind them.

Slash!

Adam brought his sword down on the metal Cyborg's arm in front of him. Taking off the end of his sonic cannon. The inside of his arm was mostly metal, with a few wires here and there.

The metal Cyborg stepped back. He looked more than a little scared at the look on Adam's face. "I thought no earthly weapon was capable of harming us Rob!" He yelled in fear to his metallic leader.

Ksch!

A blue sonic cannon blast sent the metal Cyborg flying away. The real Cyborg appeared. Adam tossed him his bronze sword, and Cyborg caught it. "You know, I'm starting to think that having a twin is overrated! I'd prefer it if I was the only me in this world now!" Cyborg yelled in anger as he chased after his clone with Adam's sword.

Adam put his hands on his hips in satisfaction.

Pow!

Adam was hit by a wave of dark energy and he fell back onto the ground. The metal Raven appeared over him. Her face looked had metal tears going down it. Adam groaned in pain.

"You killed him! You killed him!" She shrieked angrily. Her energy picked him up off the ground. The metal Beast Boy was seen lying on the ground. His lifeless metal eyes looking at nothing.

Her two metal eyes became four on her face.

"The nine hells of Dimension X are going to be a tame place compared to where I'll send you!" She shrieked angrily.

Adam became paralyzed with fear in her grip.

Thunk!

A spear appeared in the center of Raven's chest. The Metal Raven looked down at it, looking shocked. The spear was pulled out, being held by Starfire. The ethereal energy holding Adam disappeared.

"Beast... Boy..." The metal Raven murmured.

The metal Raven dropped to the ground. Starfire gave the spear back to Adam. "The problems, friend?" She asked.

Adam shook his head. "No, thanks." He said. "Note to self, don't fetch with any version of Raven." He muttered as an afterthought.

Starfire pointed to a decapitated metal Starfire with a cheerful look on her face. "No, I give you the thanks for letting me borrow the weapon friend." She said.

"How did you cut off her head with a spear-" Adam started to say, when he shook his head. "On second thought, I'd rather not know." He said. "Also note to self, never tick off Starfire." He whispered under his breath.

Slash!

The metal Cyborg fell in pieces. Cyborg appeared grinning. "And good riddance!" He said. The sword disappeared from his hand. The spear also disappeared in Adam's hand.

Pow!

The metal Robin fell back onto the ground, his face dented in. Robin appeared, holding his Bo-Staff, and Adam's shield.

The metal Robin retreated back, even as the three other Titans appeared at Robin's sides. The shield disappeared off of Robin's arm.

The metal Robin chuckled. "Well played Titans. Well played." He said. His dented in parts made it hard for him to move properly.

Robin raised his Bo-Staff. "Now, who sent you?" Robin asked in his leaderly tone.

"Come now, you know that weapon won't harm me Robin." The metal Robin said with a chuckle.

Twang! Pow!

The metal Robin fell back onto the ground, an arrow sticking out of his right arm. Adam was shown holding his bow again. "How about this one?" He asked.

Robin nodded his head to him. "Now, who sent you?" Robin asked.

The metal Robin growled up at them. Then a smirk appeared on his face. "You might have won this round Titans. But we're not the only elite force that's been tasked to your dimension." He said as if he was already victorious.

The Titans looked confused. "You mean, there's more of you?!" Cyborg asked incredulously.

The metal Robin laughed. The view showed the other downed metal Titans one by one. "Oh, it's far more than what you could even dream. The resources of Dimension X are beyond your imaginations, and now they're all pointed towards conquering this dimension." The metal Robin said in the background as the view spanned over each metal Titan.

The view showed him then. A timer appeared on his chest. Showing five seconds. "Run along now Titans. You won't have much time to do so soon enough." He said.

Beep! Beep!

The timer started to go down.

"It's a bomb!" Cyborg said in shock.

"Titans, take cover!" Robin ordered.

The Titans quickly ran away. They dove behind piles of destroyed crates, shelving, etc.

"You all will see the coming of Dimension X soon enough." The metal Robin said, before closing his eyes.

Beep!

View shown of metal Cyborg with 2 seconds.

Beep!

View shown of metal Starfire with 1 second.

Beeeeeeee! Beeeeeeee!

The view showed the metal Beast Boy and Raven as their timers hit 0.

Boom!

Beast Boy went up in an enormous fiery explosion.

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!

The view showed for a split second as the metal bodies of the four other Titans exploded outwards in order. The shockwaves made the stained glass of the warehouse blow out. And blew a heap of dust and debris into the air…

The Titans looked out from their hiding places.

The only thing remaining of their original clones was the dented, smoking head of the clone of Robin. Looking eerily up towards the roof through the haze of dust and smoke. "Soon, you'll, seeeeee..." It trailed off in an eery broken metallic voice.

The view showed from above as Robin picked it up off the ground. Staring down intently into its eyes.

The scene faded out.

The scene showed the outside of the Tower. The sun was setting in the distance over the bay.

The scene moved into the Common Room.

"And then I started to stomp on it while I was an elephant! And I was beating it up so hardcore that I had it shrieking for mercy!" Beast Boy said excitedly.

The view expanded out, showing Starfire and Adam listening intently. "Oh friend Beast Boy, that sounds the glorious!" Starfire said.

Adam smiled. "Yeah, that sounds pretty cool actually. So what happened next?" He asked.

"The Substance hit him away like a fly, and I saved his butt from being squashed. The end." Raven said dryly behind Beast Boy, before turning to get some tea from the kitchen.

Beast Boy glared at the back of her head. "Hey, I was the one telling the story! Not you!" He said indignantly.

"And I was keeping the facts accurate," Raven said monotonously. "Your welcome."

Beast Boy opened his mouth to retaliate, and then he sat back on the seat of his couch and pouted. Adam laughed. "You just got roasted by your girlfriend dude." He commented.

Beast Boy paled, and Raven pulled her hood further over her head. Most likely to hide a blush. "Dude! Seriously!?" He asked incredulously.

"What? I don't hear you denying it," Adam commented with a chuckle.

"Gah!" Beast Boy quickly covered his face. And besides a four red-eyed glare from Raven, she didn't give any other reaction to Adam's comment. After all, retaliating over something so stupid would just further arouse suspicions.

The view moved, showing the Control Console of the room. The metal head of Robin was on it, being scanned by Cyborg. He looked up to Robin.

"Any news?" Robin asked.

"Well Rob, I can tell you this is definitely not from our planet. I can't even understand half the technology in this thing… but it's outer skin composition connects with some of the same materials that made up the Substance we faced a couple of months ago." Cyborg said.

"And the same one that Beast Boy and I had to face," Raven added in a dry voice.

"So it's likely they came from the same place?" Robin asked.

"I was almost kidnapped by one, so probably," Raven replied.

Robin got in a thinking posture.

"Friend Adam, could I ask you for the forgiveness?" Starfire asked.

Adam looked at her in surprise. "If it's about the swimming pool again, I said it's fine Starfire," Adam said.

"No friend, I wanted to do the apologizing for more than that. I am afraid that I have been a horrible friend to you the last few days." Starfire said sadly.

Adam looked more confused. "Why would you say that?" Adam asked.

"Because I'm afraid in our rush to be with ourselves, we did the leaving of you out of all the fun," Starfire said sadly.

"She's right." Beast Boy commented beside her. "We became so caught up being with our evil selves, we accidentally left you out on a lot of fun things dude." He said sadly.

"Hey, your clones may have turned out to be evil in the end. But I didn't mind being left alone by you guys. A dude needs his space after all." Adam said trying to comfort them.

"Yes, but the real friends would not do the leaving out of their other friends," Starfire said sadly.

Adam looked stunned at that and leaned back on the couch. "Well, we won this time. They're gone now, and that's all that matters to me." He said, looking a little red with embarrassment.

"Yeah. We won man... but the question still remains. Who the heck made these clones of us?" Cyborg asked.

Robin was staring down at his metallic head with a frown. "More than that, what is Dimension X?" He asked.

The view showed from up above. The scene took on a staticy look. "And what do they want with us?" Beast Boy's voice came out of a speaker under the screen. The scene now showed many other small screens like it side by side. Each screen showing a different viewpoint of all the Titans in the room.

The scene rolled back to show a figure sitting in a chair clothed in shadow. "My, it seems we all would want to know that now." A baritone voice spoke calmly.

The figure leaned forward into the light. His black and orange mask glinted evilly. His left eye, like the calm before the storm, was focused on the new arrival sitting on the couch.

"Wouldn't we," Slade added humorlessly. His eye analyzing Adam.

The scene faded out.

Hahaha, great! I've finally had an Episode that introduces part of the backplot for the rest of the Season! I'll just leave you all here to figure out what the heck just happened. Till Next Time
