A/N hey hey, sorry for the wait but you know life, and well writers block, but I climbed over the wall and managed a Cliffy, so enjoy!
DISCLAIMER: you know not yet
Clara waited till the woman was gone, then she glared at the ship, "alright you. We are going to have a nice chat, and you're going to have to listen, because Amy said so." The ship gave a petulant hum, that told Clara that she wasn't willing to listen to what she had to say. Clara sighed and went to flop back on her bed, and hit the ground instead, "oh now that was just cruel." She said, and the TARDIS gave a satisfied hum. Clara groaned and closed her eyes, to tired to care.

"how long is this going to take Spaceman?" Donna asked sharply from beside him.
The Doctor didn't look away as he responded, "I don't know probably not much longer. Rive can be very persuasive." he said.
"yeah I remember that." the light flickered, and the angel moved forward, but for some reason it didn't go for him, instead it angled towards Rose, who John was holding by the shoulder without taking his eyes off the angel.
Then it flickered again and it moved closer, it was now very far out of the doorway, and moving quickly, "c'mon River." he muttered, and he felt Donna shift beside him.
Then the noise cut through the air, the wheeze of the TARDIS, and the door swung open and River strolled out holding the Master by the arm with Rory a few seconds behind, pausing to call to Amy before he came out all the way, "did somebody order a TARDIS?" River asked, then she spotted how close the angel had gotten.
"I see don't blink didn't hold very long." she mentioned walking in.
The light flickered again and the angel was right in front of Rose, it's hand raised and pointing. John pulled Rose away not taking his eyes off of the angel.
The Doctor looked troubled, walking forward and whipping out his sonic and scanning the angel, "now why is it going for you two, me and River should be the most complicated time energies here."
He looked down at the sonic before looking sharply up again, his eyes on the angel, "Unless it sensed something I missed." The light flickered again, and the angel ignored the time lord, it's attention fixated on a blonde girl with time in her veins.
"Doctor why's it coming for me?" Rose asked.
The Doctor turned his sonic to Rose, "No…oh no, but I took that out of you…Unless." He turned to face the Master, "what did you do to Rose?" He asked poking the Master in the chest.
The Master looked confused, "me? I didn't do anything."
John resisted the urge to look away from the angel. The lights flashed again and he pushed Rose behind him, and when they came back the angel was gone, and John stared at the spot where it had stood in shock.
The Doctor turned and looked at Rose, who dropped her hand a golden haze fading from her eyes. She blinked looking like she was waking up from a dream, "wha-" she started and then she fell her eyes rolling up into the back of her head.
John caught her as she fell, "Rose? Rose?" he looked up at the Doctor, "we need to get her into the TARDIS." he said, and the Doctor came forward to help him lift the unconscious Rose, but John had already scooped her up bridal style and led the way to the TARDIS, the other companions following with River in the back helping Jack lead the Master who seemed distracted by Rose into the TARDIS.
John took Rose directly into the med bay, which oddly enough was not where the Doctor had left it, but right where it would have been on his tenth regeneration's TARDIS. Laying her out on one of the exam tables John tried once more to wake her to no avail. "Rose? C'mon Rose please wake up."
Amy glanced around the corner not sure what was going on, finding the Doctor bent over a desk looking at readings that the TARDIS took the moment that Rose was carried through the door, "Raggedy Man?" she said quietly, and the Doctor looked up, and actually was able to take a good look t her, she wore a simple green top, and a soft blue skirt, her hair cropped short, and her eyes still flashed with the Scottish fire.
He smiled softly at her, "yes Pond?" wow that nickname sounded so nice rolling off his tongue again, it felt like he hadn't said it in years.
"what was that out there? With Rose? In all of our travels I only ever saw one thing like that, and that was when the body that house had put the TARDIS into died. How did a human girl have that weird glowy thing?" she asked.
The Doctor's face grew dark, "I don't know, but it looks like what happened when she looked into the heart of the TARDIS, and melded with this vengeful being that called itself The Bad Wolf, but I took it out of her, it killed me, but I took it out of her, and she was normal again." the Doctor ran a hand through his hair, "unless the Master did something I have no idea what could have brought it back."
Amy walked up and put a hand on either of the Doctor's shoulders, "Doctor, could it be possible that you missed it, and there was still some of it left in her, it's like Sherlock Holmes said, once you have eliminated the impossible whatever remains however improbable must be the truth." she said and then she picked up a piece of paper from the desk wrinkled her nose, "alright leaving the eliminating the impossible to you then." she handed it to the Doctor, then hugged him, "Hey." she whispered.
The Doctor hugged her back, "what?"
Amy patted his back, and whispered in his ear, "gotcha."
He smiled, "gotcha." then he let go and Amy disappeared out through the door, "Pond console room's the other way." Amy reappeared and walked down the hall the other way.
The Doctor turned back to the readings, and found a small spike in Rose's DNA, "what? No that's…,that's impossible." he said pulling out brainy specs and placing them on his nose, "No…that's just not…" he paused before launching out the door, "JOHN!"
DUN DUN DUN what's in Rose's DNA that scared the Doctor? will Pond find the console room? Is the Master going to act on his curiousity? Will Clara finally get on the TARDIS's good side? Will Donna learn why she has her memories? You'll have too wait and find out!
