Well i'm back with chapter 13 of Rumble-Rumble Edition. Sorry it took so long but i've been working on it a bit slowly, and the last 2 nights i've been working hard to get it done. This chapter has the fights between the Straw-Hat Marines and the Arlong pirates, and i have to say that its my longest chapter for either of my Logia Luffy stories to date at over 6,000 words and in my word program its 10 pages. Anyway i hope you all enjoy it i worked hard on it.

Chapter 13: Defeat of Arlong's Crew.
Last Time
He reappears in a bolt of lightning in the center of town to the astonishment of all the people, and says
"That takes care of the Bad Marines. Nami Here's your treasure back." while Luffy has been doing that The villagers have told her to stop fighting by herself, Nojiko even telling her to follow her dream, after his return she tries to stop them from going after Arlong, but they refuse and just go past her. She falls to her knees and glares at her Arlong mark before she takes her knife and begins to stab at it repeatedly while screaming Arlong's name, until Luffy catches her wrist and stops her, she looks at him and says
"Luffy." she then turns away from him and says "What is it now? You don't know anything!"
he says "No. I don't know anything."
she replies "Its none of your business. I told you to get off this Island! *Sob* *Sob*"
he says "Yes you already told me that." then she turns back to him, tears streaming down her face and says
"Luffy...Help Me..." the Marine boy takes off his hat and jacket, placing the hat on her head, and the jacket over her shoulders, walks ahead of her and without turning around says
"Surely I'll help you. After all, your my Comrade." he starts to walk again and waiting ahead of him are Zoro, Sanji, and Usopp, and with a serious look on his face says "Lets Go." and all together the 3 men say
"Yeah!" as the 4 Marines head towards Arlong Park, and the final fight for the freedom of Cocoyasi village.
Now
The 4 men arrive to the front of Arlong Park to find the townspeople being barred entrance by Johnny and Yosaku who both look to have been beaten up. The two men proceed to inform the villagers that they challenged Arlong's crew after learning the truth about Nami, however they lost, Johnny tell the people
"Sorry but we cant let you people who have no chance to win to go through this gate." the townspeople collectively say "What!?" and Yosaku continues where his partner left off stating
"We are waiting for a group of people who will surely come here soon." causing the people to wonder who this group is. A few moments later Luffy and the others arrive and the Straw-Hat wearing Marine looks at the two bounty hunters and says
"Move." the two men oblige as Luffy clenches his fist, pulls it back and then launches it forward with all his physical strength and obliterates the front gate of Arlong Park, getting the attention of all the Fishmen as well as surprising them, then steps inside slightly and says " Which one of you is Arlong?" Said Fishman looks at Luffy angrily and questions
"Who is that man?" Luffy repeats himself
"Who is Arlong?" the Shaw-Shark Fishman look at him sideways and says
"Thats me. What do you want?" the black haired teen replies
"I'm Captain Luffy." the Fishman just keeps looking at him while saying
"Oh! You are Captain Luffy. Who the hell are you any way?" the Straw-hat wearing teen replies
"I'm a Marine. Captain Monkey D. Luffy from Marine Headquarters." at this point he's beginning to walk towards Arlong, but is stopped by 2 lackeys standing in his way. He doesn't stop walking however, he just reaches up and grabs the 2 by the sides of their heads and smashes them together saying "Get out of my way." this has the side effect of knocking the two Fishmen out cold, surprising the rest, including Arlong, that a human managed to actually hurt two of their own, however as the boy approaches him, the Fishman Captain asks
"What does a Marine need from me?" however instead of answering Luffy hits him in the face with a right cross that sends him rocketing off his throne and crashing into the opposite wall of the Park. All the Fishmen are both shocked at this and slightly frightened by it, as Arlong himself just sits there sprawled out on the wall and looks at the Marine and says "You Human!" However the dark haired teen just glares at him and states
"You don't ever make my Navigator Cry!" immediately after this a bunch of the Arlong Pirates move to attack Luffy, however before they can even get near him the other 3 Marines arrive and Sanji uses his Black Leg Style to take out all the grunts saying
"Weaklings are not allowed to interrupt!" after this is done he stands next to his Captain and takes a drag of his cigarette while looking at Luffy and asking "Why did you come here by yourself?" the dark haired teen looks at him and says
"I've never lost a Fight to anyone other then my trainers." the blonde just deadpans and replies
"Moron! I'm not worried about you.." while this is going on Arlong is glaring at all the Marines as they just banter like its not big deal. Kuroobi notices the green haired swordsman and says
"Roronoa Zoro." which gets Hachi mad and questioning
"Thats him right? I can remember! Why did you trick me?" the grunts that are still standing, seeing Usopp, question why hes still alive when he should be dead, while Arlong puts it all together and says
"Marines? I see. So thats how your all related." until he grins and says "So you really wanted Nami in the first place. Shahahahahahaha! But your just pieces of crap! What can you do?" after Arlong says this Hachi makes his mouth into a trumpet and puts a hand around it and says
"You're not even worthy to fight Arlong! I'll make all of you become my pet's meal!" he makes the sound of a trumpet and says "Show yourself my powerful Fighter!" outside the villagers hearing the sound question what it is, as the water within Arlong Park swells causing Usopp to panic and question
"Is that the Grand Line monster that destroyed Gosa Village?!" while Hachi says
"Show yourself Mohmoo!" and what comes out of the water is the Sea Cow that Luffy and Sanji used earlier to tow their ship, and its crying which confuses the Octopus-Fishman, however as soon as the Sea Cow's eyes land on Sanji and Luffy it becomes frightened as Luffy looks at it and says
"Oh its you?" and Sanji says
"Your a Fishman?" the monster says
"...Moo..." and turns and begins to swim off with Hachi telling him to stop and asking him where hes going, that is until Arlong looks at him and says
"Mohmoo. What are you doing?" scaring it even more as he continues saying "Okay. If you really want to leave, I wont stop you. Just go Mohmoo." this causes the monster to go crazy and turn around to attack with a
"MOOOOOOO!" and Usopp screaming
"HERE IT COMES!" seeing their monster attacking makes the small fries that are left gain their courage and move to attack the Straw-Hat Marines, while Zoro and Sanji smirk getting ready for a fight, Luffy however stops them and says
"Zoro, Sanji, let me handle all of them." as his body turns into lightning and begins to release static charges into the air, he holds his right hand up, balled into a fist with only his pointer finger sticking out as a ball of electricity begins to gather infront of it, as the seconds pass it becomes denser and denser until it turns from the normal Yellow color to a Red as Luffy just says in an omonious voice "Susanoo's Rage!" and fires the attack, it quickly expands into a mid-sized wave of red lightning and hits all the grunts and the Sea Cow, engulfing their forms, and travels out of Arlong Park and out into the ocean quite a ways, parting the waters and leaving a trench where it travels until finally exploding 10 miles away from the island with a large BOOM!
When the light from the attack finally dies down, Arlong and his 3 elites are shocked by what greets them, laying around burnt to a crisp and knocked out are the remains of his crew and Mohmoo, the Fishmen all still have static electricity arching off their bodies that give away that they're still alive if barely by the twitching of their muscles, however Mohmoo is clearly dead as he took the brunt of the attack, and now resembles a pot roast. Luffy who's body has once again become solid but is still letting off yellow lightning turns to Arlong and says
"I don't want to fight a bunch of weaklings. The one i really want to to fight...Is You!" Arlong smiles and says
"Thats great because I was just thinking about killing you too!" Kuroobi crosses his arms and says
"It seems we have to get involved too." while Hachi grits his teeth and asks
"How could you do that to my friends!?" and Chew smirks and says
"We have to teach them the difference between species. Chu." the Marines are no different, Zoro smiles and puts his hand over his only remaining sword and says
"So they want to fight now." Sanji glares at his Captain and says
"That was a bit over the top Captain." and Usopp says
"Your crazy!"
Meanwhile outside Arlong Park
The townspeople as well as Johnny and Yosaku all look on at the aftermath of Luffy's devastating attack, as one says
"He managed to kill that monster." another says
"What powerful strength." and yet another says
"This is unbelievable." and a 4th says
"I cant believe that anyone can compete with those Fishmen." as the town doctor states
"This is something beyond belief." as Yosaku and Johnny continue to stand guard.
Back inside Arlong Park
The 3 Fishmen executives stand across from the 3 Marines and Kuroobi says
"Well! Lets warm up first." he then looks back at his leader and says "Arlong. You can just sit there and relax." the Fishman doesn't respond that other then to grunt, as Chew says
"If we let you do anything. Chu. Arlong Park would be destroyed." as Hachi is bent over he says
"Take this! Dark Power!" making Zoro ask what he's doing, as Sanji starts to talk about how you prepare and cook octopus, while Luffy just looks annoyed. Hachi suddenly stands up tall and says "BLACK INK!" as he spits out a Huge spray of Octopus-Ink, Sanji and Zoro dodge to the side to avoid it, however Luffy remains in his spot and becomes intangible as the ink reaches them, and it just goes through his lightning body, evaporating as a result from the heat of the electricity. However Hachi isnt done, as he lifts up a Huge piece of rubble saying "Black Ink [On the]...ROCK!" as he brings it down on the spot Luffy is still standing in, hoping to crush him.
However the rubble is blown apart into little pieces via lightning to reveal Luffy unharmed and slightly irritated. However his crew cant resist taking shots at the teen, with the blond Cook saying
"Geez..I have to follow the craziest Captain in the world." with the green haired Swordsman agreeing by saying
"Thats exactly what I was thinking." with Usopp bugging out and saying
"Hey! He's Great!" however the cook smiles and says
"Anyway, your 1000 times better then a person who makes a woman cry." this causes Kuroobi to scowl and comment
"Your just a Human with little skill. I never thought Marines would throw their lives away. Anyway, your nothing compared to us." which causes Sanji to say
"Oh?" as he takes his cigarette out of his mouth and continues on "Nothing or something. I don't give a damn about that, Fishy. Even tho I look like this, I was raised by a Pirate." however the Fishman is unimpressed as he retorts
"It seems you still don't realize the real level of the Fishman Species." however Hachi quickly becomes angry and says
"What are they playing here, at Arlong Park?!" as he picks up another large piece of rubble and says "YOU MUST DIE!" however before he can throw it, Zoro is behind him and says
"Hey Squid-face! Can't you see my Captain is bored with you?" then he grins and says "why don't you come play with me?" the Octopus-Fishman grits his teeth and says
"Thats right! Roronoa Zoro! I totally forgot about you! As he turns and tries to crush Zoro with the rubble while roaring "YOU DARE TRICK ME?!" however Zoro jumps out of the way and lands a bit away from the 6 armed man, Hachi however continues his angry rant "AND YOU ARE THE ONE WHO HURT ALL MY FRIENDS!" Zoro however just begins to unsheath his sword and replies
"Stop talking about the past. I don't care about why you want to kill me. The situation has changed! You are not the ones who can defeat us, but we are the people who will defeat all of you!" Usopp however is just happy that both Zoro and Sanji are going to handle 2 of the 3 remaining executives, however he looks to see Chew looking right at him before he turns to run away with Chew chasing after him saying
"You want me to kill you!?" the boy runs out past the towns people, however Chew stops at them as he notices that Johnny and Yosaku are still there, and that The Cocoyasi villagers are all holding weapons as he says "Holding weapons means your trying to go against us. So all of you will be..." However before he can finish his sentence hes hit in the face with flames as a voice says "Fire Shot!" and as hes rolling around rubbing his face, the villagers notice Usopp standing there with his goggles on and his Slingshot out as he says
"Your Enemy is me!" a moment later hes running again because Chew is back up and angry as he says
"If you really want to die, I'll kill you!" as he chases Usopp out towards the woods. Arlong stands up smiling, as Kuroobi looks at him and says
"Arlong I told you to take a seat and relax." the Fishman Captain waves him off and says
"I'm not going to do anything. I just want to say something." however Luffy doesn't allow him as he uses Soru to vanish, and lands another punch on the SawShark-Fishman, this time in his gut, sending him flying back again as the boy says
"You will be crushed by me!" this time Arlong goes through the wall leaving a huge hole in it, however a moment later he comes back pissed, and glares with murder at Luffy as he says
"You really think you can beat us?" Sanji smiles and says
"So what if we do?" while Luffy looks at the man seriously and says
"Ofcourse we can. We Marines don't say things we don't mean." while Zoro whose smile still hasn't faded says
"So, what do you want to say." the Fishman stops just about 2 feet from Luffy and crouches down and says
"It doesn't matter anymore." as he grabs hold of the floor, and lifts it up with Luffy still standing on it as he laughs and says "Why don't we play a game?" Luffy who is just standing there on the piece of floor the man is holding over his head says
"What are you trying to do?" as the large Fishman Captain replies
"A person who has a power from a Devil Fruit wont be able to swim. But in a situation like this even a normal person can't do Anything! HAHAHAHAHA!" as he moves to throw the huge piece of floor into the water with the dark haired teen still standing on it, however before he can the boy appears infront of him again and hits him with a Haki enhanced punch to the face saying
"Bullet Punch!" however Arlong expects it and opens his mouth, catching his arm in it and bites down with his teeth to try to cause him pain, instead his teeth shatter because of the thin layer of Armament Haki Luffy placed over it and his fist, and for his troubles gets a kick to the chest that sends him skidding back and crushing the floor in his hands. Luffy just looks at him like hes stupid and says
"Did you think that would work? I'm a Marine, more to the point I'm not an idiot, I know when to move from a dangerous spot. Besides I'm a Lightning-Man, even if I hadn't gotten off that stone platform before you threw it, I could have just become lightning and moved away faster then the speed of light...Your just stupid." Arlong growls at this and says
"You'll pay for that Brat!" as he regrows his teeth, however he reconsiders fighting Luffy right at that moment and instead walks over to his throne and sits back down while saying "You want to fight me? Fine we'll fight, But only after my boys beat down your subordinates like the weaklings they are. Until then I say we two Captains just sit and enjoy the show. Unless ofcourse you don't believe in your men." The dark haired Marine just smirks and replies
"Fine Arlong, we'll do things your way. I have all the faith in the world that Ensign Zoro and Petty Officer Sanji will defeat your weak men. I even have faith that Seaman Recruit Usopp will beat that other Fishman. So I'll sit and wait to beat the crap out of you." he walks over to a piece of rubble thats smooth and takes a seat. As Zoro and Sanji look at each other and then their opponents and Zoro says
"well theres nothing to it now. With our Captain endorsing our strength we have to win, else we'll just shame him and the name of the Marines." Sanji throws his cigarette butt away and says
"Yeah I agree with you for once you shitty swordsmen. The Captain has been good to us so we cant let him down now." however one glance at the green haired Marine is enough to tell the cook that he's still suffering from his earlier wound by Mihawk, as sweat is rolling down his face, however before he can question the swordsman about it, Zoro rushes Hachi. The Octopus-Fishman is ready and spits out more black ink at his opponent, however the man goes around it and comes in with a left hand slash looking to take off his head, but he ducks down dodging the attack, however his hair suffers from it as two of the spikes are cut off. The Fishman shows no concern about it, even saying he can forgive Zoro for it because he can just re-grow his hair,
meanwhile Sanji is watching and realizes that theres something not right about Zoro, however before he can really think to hard on it he's forced to lean back to dodge an attack from Kuroobi who says
"You'll lose your life if you look the other way." this angers the blonde slightly as he responds
"Lose my life? Your just a fish. Fish shouldn't dare to insult a Chef!" as he turns around and launches a kick at the Fishman who blocks it with his elongated elbows.
Back with Zoro and Hachi, the 6 armed man claims that hes dangerous against swordsman because of his 6 hands, and attempts to prove this by using all six palms to stop the green haired Marine's next slash, however he fails and ends up with a cut across his nose that bleeds pretty heavily, while Zoro says he doesn't have time to play with the Octopus-Fishman. As he goes to strike him a 3rd time he dodges and when Zoro looks for him he finds the Fishman upside-down on one of the pillars of the front awning of Arlong park, sticking to it by suckers in the back of his arms. The swordsman gets angry at this as he says
"What are you doing? Get down here!" The Fishman then remarks how he heard that Zoro uses three sword style, and questions why he's only using one sword, which causes him to respond that all he needs is one to deal with him. However eventually Zoro's injury begins to catch up to him and he stumbles and drops his sword, which signals Hachi to launch an attack, he jumps from his perch turns around and punches the pillar with all 6 of his fists like a machine-gun and then lands past Zoro and expects the pillar to fall and crush Zoro, however that plan backfires as Zoro grabs him by the back of his shirt and throws him back into the pillar causing it to crumble on top of him as the swordsman walks forward slightly and then falls face down, which confirms to Sanji that hes suffering from the injury from Hawk Eye.
The blonde however suffers for his distraction as he's hit with a huge blow to the stomach by Kuroobi which knocks the cigarette from his mouth and sends him flying into one of the still standing walls, as the Fishman states
"I'm a Fishman with Level 40 Karate! I told you not to look the other way!" Sanji goes through the wall and flies past the townspeople and Johnny and Yosaku, landing about 100 feet from them all, on his back. Inside Kuroobi turns to Arlong and says "I've already taken care of him. Arlong what do you want me to do with Roronoa Zoro?" the Fishman Captain just looks bored and says
"Throw him into the sea. Hes so boring." he then turns and tells Hachi to wake up, which causes the Octopus-Fishman to explode out of the rubble, and begin talking about how hes going to kill Zoro as he takes out 6 swords and states
"I'll teach you that I'm Hachi of the 6 swords Style! The number 1 Swordsman of Fishman Island!" however Zoro stands up and scoffs at his words, saying that he made a promise that one day he'd meet one man and until that day even the god of death wont take his life. He then asks Johnny and Yosaku for their sword, which the two bounty hunters readily agree and throw their swords at him which he catches and proceeds to get into his normal stance. At the same time Sanji stands up outside and dusts himself off and says
"It seems I expected to much from you. If your level 40, then that old man whose kick I always received was level 400!" and Usopp continues to run from Chew.
Hachi rushes Zoro with all 6 of his blades coming at him with an attack he calls "Octopus Swords!" as the Green haired Marine who is now wearing his bandanna on his head, dodges and blocks the 6 blades, moving between them, as he says
"Three Sword Style:..." as he passes by Hachi who has all his blades extended forward at different angles, he finishes saying "Reverse Swords!" and after saying this a huge slash opens up on the Octopus-Fishman's chest spurting blood, shocking both Arlong and Kuroobi. Hachi says that based on calculation his 6 swords are better then Zoro's 3 swords, however the Marine says that even tho he only has 3 swords, all 3 of his are heavier then the Octopus-Fishman's 6 blades. This angers the Fishman swordsman who places the tips of all 6 swords together infront of him as he says
"6 Swords Style: Killing Swords!" as he lunges forward with all 6 blades, however Zoro blocks them with his 2 hand held swords, however soon Hachi changes tact and separates all 6 blades, breaking Zoro's guard and manages to land an attack, right on Zoro's wound from Mihawk, and sends him flying into the air. Hachi puts all 6 blades behind his back over his right shoulder, and says "6 Sword Style Secret Technique: Dancing Swords!" as he begins to spin all his swords like a windmill above his head, and as Zoro comes down, it looks as tho hes hit the whirling blades, however a moment later he's standing infront of Hachi,who's hands are cut up and has dropped most of his swords.
The octopus Fishman realizes that Zoro saved himself by turning him self just as he reached his swords, thereby saving himself and also cutting the 6 armed mans hands, he then picks his swords back up and vows to kill him this time. Hachi takes the stance from before with all six swords infront of him with the tips touching, however as he rushes the Marine, the man takes a horse stance with his mouth blade pointing to the right, while his arms are crossed infront of him putting the right blade to his left and the left blade to the right, both standing straight up, as he says
"Evil Swords!" as he blocks with all three of his swords this time, and ends up breaking all Hachi's blades, causing the Fishman to freak out as the green haired man says "Do you know why my swords are heavier then yours? I hope you know by now, stupid Octopus!" he takes another stance with all three blades pointing in the same direction, to the right, and says "Three Sword Style: Dragon Twister!" as he spins with his blades, creating a twister effect and sends Hachi flying into the air high above Arlong park, where its shown that multiple gashes have opened up in the Fishman's chest, and as Zoro sheathes his white sword, the Octopus-Fishman hits the ground, out cold, shocking Arlong and Kuroobi that the man was defeated.
However Zoro quickly falls to 1 knee, and before he can react, Kuroobi is behind him preparing for a strike as he says
"Roronoa Zoro. This is for what you did to Hachi!" however before he can he's forced to put up his opposite arm to block a kick from Sanji who has just returned, causing him to step away from the swordsman. Hes shocked to see that Sanji survived his punch as no Human ever has before, the blonde comments that he hit him pretty far, and tells him that there prolly are many who could survive his punch at one patricular restaurant, which the Fishman takes as an insult.
Soon the two begin to fight, using their respective martial arts forms, and its a pretty even fight, which pisses Kuroobi off, as he believes that no Human should be able to fight on par with a Fishman of his strength, every kick the blonde launches is blocked by the fins on the Fishman's arms, and every time the Fishman goes for a punch or kick, the cook, dodges or blocks with a kick of his own. Eventually Kuroobi tires of the even fight and manages to catch Sanji with his pony tail, which elongates and wraps around his midsection, then he uses it to toss the blonde Marine into the water, and follows him in.
Once in under the water, the Fishman begins to dominate the fight, starting with an elbow strike to the neck he calls "Fishman Karate: Sword Fin!" that causes Sanji to lose some of the air in his lungs, then he proceeds to dodge a slow kick from the blonde, and wrap his hair back around him, however Sanji goes for another kick which is again easily dodged, and causes Kuroobi to talk smack about how in the water the humans power is cut in half, while a Fishman's power just increases as he kicks him in the stomach saying "Ocean Kick!" which causes the blonde to lose even more air.
Then the Fishman puts himself into a ball and starts to do a rapid forward spin before coming out of it and delivering a huge downward kick to the cooks head saying "Head Kick!" before kicking him with a rising kick to the chin which he calls "Uppercut Kick!" which puts the blond in position for his next attack which is an open palm thrust with his right hand to the face he calls "Attacking Palm!" this one causes Sanji to bleed and sends him flying into an undersea rock, kicking up dust and debris.
However Sanji isnt down for long, as he comes shooting out of the debris and heading straight for the surface as hes running out of air, however before he can get there Kuroobi stops him, asks him where hes going and comments on how hes pretty strong and cant believe hes Human, he then goes on to talk about how after he kills the blonde, hes going to kill Usopp, Zoro, and Luffy, and how Nami will suffer worst of all because he's a fake hero. He then grabs Sanji and says how as a Human his body can't take changes in water pressure and if he goes in the deep sea his body will explode.
So he proceeds to drag him down, and soon they reach the bottom, and even tho Sanji begins to bleed more, he still stays alive, which confuses the Fishman who asks how his still alive, however instead of an answer he just points up as if asking him to do it again, which he obliges, swimming up near the surface with the blond in his arms, however before he gets the chance to take him down again, Sanji places his mouth over Kuroobi's gills, and blows air into them, causing him immense pain, as if a fish gets air in their lungs it'll die, so the same principle applies to Fishmen only to a lesser extant.
His plan works as the Fishman releases him and it allows him to get to the surface, take a big gulp of air and climb back out of the water onto dry land, where he proceeds to turn towards the water and yell out for Kuroobi to get up there so he can slice him into pieces and eat him with sauce. The Fishman quickly complies, talking about how his strength isnt different between the water and land, as he climbs out and gets into his Fishman Karate stance saying he'll use the Ultimate Karate to kill him and as he's talking about punch power, he has no time to react before a leg is in his face and he hears
"Collier!" and receives a kick to the neck which puts the back of his head into the ground, as he's recovering from that he hears "Epaule!" and receives a downward kick to his shoulder planting him back into the ground, this time face first. As he's getting back up he hears again "Cotelette!" as the blonde is in a one handed stand he kicks him in the ribs, then kicks him in the lower back while still in that position saying "Selle!" then give him a stabbing kick straight to his chest saying " Poitrine!" then "Gigot!" a kick to the legs, followed by "Mouton Shot!" a final kick to the face, sending Kuroobi flying and as he says
"There will be no dessert for you." the Fishman goes through the building leaving a hole in the shape of his body, causing Arlong become enraged, not at there being damage to his Park, but because Humans have defeated 2 of his strongest men. Sanji feeling cocky says "After all your all just losers. We win this game." however Arlong stands up and with rage clear on his features says
"You! How dare you beat up my beloved men?! It seems I've been to easy on you." however before he can do anything Luffy stands up as well and walks infront of his men, as if to shield them from the Fishman Captain. He looks at them from the corner of his eyes and says
"Good job Petty Officer Sanji, Ensign Zoro. Take a rest, you deserve it, leave the rest to me. Sanji take Zoro and have his wounds looked at by Cocoyasi's doctor." the blonde haired cook, nods and walks over to the swordsman and slings his arm over his shoulder, lifting him up and says
"Aye Aye Captain. Make sure you mop the floor with that guy." the dark haired Marine just smirks and says
"Ofcourse, I planned on that, you didn't have to tell me Petty Officer. Now get going, oh and if you find the time go and check on Seaman Recruit Usopp. Make sure he's still alive. Now go." the blond nods his head and turns and walks out with the green haired swordsman. Luffy turns his attention back to Arlong as the man spits to the side and says
"How cute. Giving your men time to rest before they're forced to face me after I kill you. Well I'll give your dues brat, you were right about your crew beating mine, but they were just lucky, that same luck wont transfer to you." The teen Marine just chuckles at this and responds
"I wont need luck to beat you fish-breath. So like my grandfather always says, less talking, more fighting!" as he takes his martial arts stance and his body begins to give off static charges. Arlong just laughs at this and says "Shahahahaha! you have spunk kid. Remind me again what your name is." Luffy levels a glare at him and says
"Monkey D. Luffy, Marine Captain, and the man who will become an Admiral!" Arlong just smiles and says
"Well Monkey D. Luffy, I'm Arlong and I'm the man who will become ruler of this world! Shahahahahaha!" and with that the two Captains rush each other, their fists meeting in a clash that causes a sonic boom.
Meanwhile during Zoro and Sanji's battles, Usopp was continuing to run away from Chew however eventually the Fishman managed to catch him and beat him up until he lay motionless. Chew thinking that the boy is dead turns and begins to walk away however what he doesn't know is the boy is faking it, laying in a pool of ketchup, however as he sits there and talks to himself about what to tell the others, he thinks about how all of them have placed their lives on the line to save Nami and the village, and comes to realize hes a loser, as he gathers his courage and screams at Chew to wait right where he is.
The Fishman turns and look back at the boy with a glare, as the long nosed Marine readies his slingshot for a shot and takes aim at the Fishman and tries to fire off another fire bullet, however chew blocks it, saying its not going to work and punches him in the face, sending him flipping through the air and landing on his back. Chew walks over and begins to stomp on Usopp who says its all over before he takes out a hammer and hits him in the leg with it, causing him to stop stomping on the boy as hes in slight pain, the boy then gets up and prepares to launch a rubber-band at the Fishman causing him to close his eyes and wait for the strike, however when it doesn't come, he opens them to find the teen missing.
Suddenly he hears something coming towards him and turns and catches it, he sees that its a bottle of Rum and hes confused, until he hears "Killing Shot!" as something hits the bottle breaking it and spilling the Rum all over Chew, and cutting his face with the glass. Chew becomes angry that hes hiding and using dirty tricks, so he sucks up the water in the field they're in and proceed to use it to fire off Water Bullets, and as he's doing that Usopp readies another attack in his slingshot.
However Chew quickly kicks the tree hes hiding behind ripping it off its bark and throws it behind him asking him what he was saying about over and the boy responds
"This fight is over. Did you know that Rum is Alcohol?" as Chew just looks at him questioningly he fires off his attack saying "Fire Shot!" as the flames engulf the Fishman's entire body this time, however the man tries to get to the water to put out the flames, but Usopp wont allow that as he takes the hammer back out and hits him in the head with it, however it has the side effect of sending him into the water anyway, putting out the flames. However as Chew tries to get up to attack again the long nosed Marine begins to continuously bash his head in with the hammer until he's unconscious.
As the boy claims victory he falls back onto his back in exhaustion proclaiming his victory and that when he puts his mind to it he can do anything. Thus the last member of Arlong's crew has been defeated by the Straw-Hat Marine crew, leaving only the Pirate Captain himself to fight, but as he is fighting Luffy, one has to wonder just how long he'll be able to stand against the Straw-Hat Marine Captain.
Annnnd Cut. Well there you have chapter 13 of Rumble-Rumble. Now chapter 14 will have the final fight between Luffy and Arlong, and let me say it right now that fight will not be nearly as long as the fights in this chapter, as Luffy wont just be using his pure physical strength and the techniques learned under the tutalage of Garp who is known as "The Fist". Next chapter Luffy will be using his Fruit powers off the bat and Arlong will find out just how much difference there in between someone with a parmecia power and someone with a Logia power. and ofcourse Arlong park will still be destroyed. Then the after math of the battle and the beggining of Lougetown, i know i promised it for this chapter but the fights took to long. anyway as always read and review. Until next time.
