Guys I'm so sorry this chapter took so long. I had some serious writers block oh and before I forget this chapter focus a lot on Alex's problem at home

The Next Day in the Morning:

Dallas P.O.V

I woke up the next morning feeling better than ever. To know Alex was safe bad that she wasn't mad at me made me feel so much better. As I get out of bed and my room I remember that Alex was still in Mitchie's room. So I got curious I go into Mitchie room and see Mitchie cuddled into Alex side and see Alex holding her like her life depend on it.

That had to be the cutest thing I had ever seen. So me being me I took a picture and close the door both either if them would wake up. Seriously the cutest couple ever "hey what are you so happy about." I look up and see my mom looking at me "oh mom you have to see this picture if Alex and Mitchie." My mom made her way over to me and I showed her the picture "aww they're so cute together but I thought you and Alex had something going on."

"Eww me and Alex no way I can't see her like that at all." Alex was right she is like my sister and I wouldn't want to change that in any way. "Well then why did you guys have a date yesterday."

"How did you know we had a date yesterday" was all I could ask my mom. "You guys made it pretty obvious yesterday." Yup Alex went all out in front of my parents while I over did it when Mitchie was looking yesterday. "Mom that's a story for another day all you have to know and that Alex and I have no feelings for each other what so ever." My mom just smiles at me "good because no offense I have always liked Mitchie and Alex together" I just nod my head in agreement.

Looking down a the picture again. Yeah no doubt they were always met to be together no matter what. I send the picture to Alex because I know she would like but I also send her another one

Text to Alex:
Looks like some things never change. Let's hope it stays that way

After I wrote the message I put my phone down and went to go shoot some hoops.

Alex P.O.V

Beep...Beep

Ugh what the hell is that noise. As I start to wake up I see that my phone is going off well I guess I just answered my own question. "Hello" I said when I finally answered the call. "Where the hell are you!" I hear someone yell threw the phone so I pull it away from my ear and see that I had answer the phone to my mom.

Great just the way I wanted to wake up. "Alex are you even listening to me" of course not I'm to busy looking at the most beautiful girl sleeping next me. "No not really but when do I ever honestly" I told her truthfully. "I want you home now" I just roll my eyes "and what are you going to do if I don't leave right now."

"Alex don't push your luck come home now" then I just hung up on her. I was not in the mood to get yelled at by my mom. But I did get get out of bed because I knew I had to go home.

But then my phone went off again but this time it was a text message. From Dallas when I opened the attachments it made me the happiest person ever. It was a picture of when me and Mitchie where younger curled up in bed and one of us that I think was taken yesterday or today I'm not sure.

So I put one as me lock screen and the other one as my screen saver and left a note for Mitchie letting her know what happened. I give her a quick kiss on her forehead and made my way out.

Once I was down stairs and made sure no one was looking I left and started to make my way to my house. As I'm walking all I could think about was amazing memories I made yesterday with Mitchie. But in the back of my mind I can't help but wonder well she regret what happened yesterday. And I really hope she doesn't because if she does I wouldn't know what to do with my self this time

When I finally got home (if you can call it that) I went threw the substation. When I made it up stairs I heard a lot of yelling. "I know you know where she is" I heard someone yelling at someone else. "I don't she didn't tell me" I know that voice it was Max and he sounded scared out of his mind.

I ran the rest of the way up and see Max in a corner and I see Justin standing over him. To say I was mad was a complete understatement. I was beyond pissed I was probably fuming too I went up to my brother grab the back of his shirt and pulled him off. "What the hell do you want!" I asked him.

"Mom was looking for you and I knew that your little brother here would know where you were at" he said taking a step closer to the both if us.

I push him back "well I'm here now so what do you want and don't test my patients Justin." He just smirks " of Alex when are you going to learn that now that dad isn't here you're nothing. But a scared pathetic little girl you were before dad give you all your confidence."

"No she isn't Alex is one of the best and most strongest person I have and will ever meet . Can't say the same about you Justin." Max said defending me and it also made me feel really good that's what my little brother thought of me. "You shut up you're just as bad as she is you don't know anything. Because..." As he tried to reach over me to grab Max that's when everything just went black.

Max P.O.V

As I waited for the big blow to happen I didn't feel anything. When I open my eyes I saw Alex on top of just having the craziest fight they had ever had. I knew I had to break this up and quick.

"Alex... Alex let him go he's not worth it." As I start to pull Alex away from Justin. I heard him say something he shouldn't have "yeah Alex try to kill me just like dad died. What did you finally realize that he didn't love you."

I felt Alex start to tremble but for the very first time she finally fought back against her attacks she just and said something. "Fuck you dad loved me more than he ever did you and mom put together. That's why you guys where always jealous because me and Max had his love more than you guys."

"Is that what you tell yourself because it's a lie. I was you fathers life" my mom said coming down the stairs I guess it was because she finally wanted to see what was going on.

"No he didn't the only reason he ever stayed with you was because you got pregnant. You knew dad was going to leave you. You were already the disappointment in your family. Your parents had you but didn't want you but they couldn't get rid if you because it was against there belief. Then my dad came along and you knew that he would be the one to fix all your problems. But dad didn't want you he never did...""

"Shut up Alex you don't know what you talking about" my mom act like this didn't hurt her at all. "Come on mom tell Justin and Max the real reason why you had us. No more lying... Come on you bitch say it!. The only reason you was because you knew dad..."

Slap! That was what was heard threw out the house. I didn't even realize I was still holding Alex and it gave my mom the perfect opportunity to slap her. Alex just gives her this evil smile that I have never seen before "truth hurt doesn't it you can keep lying to them all you want. But just remember I know the real reason why dad stayed with you."

"I want you and Max out of this house now." Alex just looks at me for a little bit "Max had nothing to do with this you can't just kick him out." My mom just looks at me for a bit too but as she is about to speak I cut her off. "No" they all look at me like I'm crazy "I don't care if me and Alex end up sleeping on the street. Alex has taken care since dad left and even before that so if she leave I'm leaving too. Because Alex has been more of a mother to me than you well ever be." I take Alex's hand and take her to her room and tell her to pack while I go back my clothes.

Alex was the first one who was done packing. "Are you sure about this Max you can stay and I can always..." I cut her off by giving her the biggest bear hug ever "let's go" I said to her.

As we walk down stairs we see Justin holding tissues paper to his nose trying to stop the bleeding. And my mom looked at us with a look I have never seem before. And to be honest I don't really care. As we made our way out the door I heard Alex say something "free at last" and she was right. "Hey let's go get an ice cream" Alex said to me and I just mid my head.

Alex P.O.V

The walk to the ice cream parlor was filled with us just joking around. You would think that now that me and Max dint have a place to live we would be freaking out. But we weren't I think it was because we where finally just free. Form my mom always yelling at us and everything she put us threw.

Once we finally make it to the ice cream parlor I see Mitchie and Dallas sitting down eating ice cream too.
