Auther Note: This isn't my best or longest chapter, but it's building up to better things, I promise! Thank you for reading and don't be afraid to review! Thank you~

Heaven walks down the hall, feeling hyper-aware of all the eyes on her. It had only been two days since Blayke and her had been released from the hospital, three days since the pictures of her had been put up all around the school. She could hear the whispers of her classmates, but she tried not to pay attention.

"Heaven!" Skyler calls from down the hall, clutching a piece of paper in her hand. Heaven flinches inwardly, the last time she had seen a flyer at this school, it had her naked body on it.

"What's up?"

Skyler thrusts the piece of paper in Heaven's face. "Look, the school is having a talent show! Do you think you're going to enter? I'm thinking about entering. I know Blayke is too."

Heaven takes the piece of paper into her hands, scanning it. "Oh yeah, I remember Blayke saying something about this. First place is five hundred bucks, right?"

Skyler nods, "Yeah. Second place is three hundred, and third is one hundred and lunch. So, are you gonna enter? Madison and Shulk are entering, of course."

"Madison and Shulk are entering?" Heaven asks, "Huh. I haven't heard from Madison in forever. She kind of dumped us when her and Shulk started dating. So, what are they gonna do?"

Skyler rolls her eyes, "Something indie, of course. They're gonna sit across from each other and strums their guitars and look lovingly into each other's eyes."

"You sound a little salty." Madison grins.

Skyler frowns, her mouth looking like an upside-down V.

"After she broke away from out group, she just started being really rude. For no reason. Like, when we ditched school cause our dad was in the hospital, I told the teacher the next day what happened, and she stood up and told me to suck it up and get over it. She calls me a cry-baby in gym class cause I take a lot of water breaks. I don't know what happened, but she just became really rude."

"Wow. Why did you tell me she was being mean to you?" Heaven asks, crossing her arms.

Skyler looks down, embarrassed, "You were dealing with Diddy, who was a much bigger evil than my sister. And I don't know, Madison being mean doesn't really seem mindlessly malicious like Diddy. I can handle it."

Heaven bites her lip, but doesn't say anything. She wishes that Skyler told her that Madison was being a bully, but she understands why she didn't. Heaven decides that she needs to have a little talk with Madison.

Heaven makes her way to the quad, where Madison and Shulk could always be found either singing or making out. As expected, Madison was sitting on one of the benches, tuning her guitar, by herself.

Heaven had no idea where Shulk was, but it was probably best that he wasn't there at this particular moment.

"Hey Maddie," Heaven says, taking a seat next to Madison on the bench.

Madison looks up, the perpetual look of annoyance on her face making Heaven feel unwelcome. "Polari," she responds flatly, "what do you want?"

"I heard you're being kind of a bitch to your sister." Heaven says, not beating around the bush. Madison was a blunt girl, and the only way to deal with her was to be just as blunt and harsh back.

Madison rolls her eyes, "Did she run crying to you like a baby? Ugh. So, I told her to suck it up, all she does is cry and complain about her life. Like, get over it. So, our dad was in the hospital? So, she claims to have anxiety problems. So what? Who cares?"

"So, you've made it your personal duty to make sure she feels even worse about herself?" Heaven asks.

"I made it a point to make sure she knows that nobody gives a damn about her problems." Madison answers.

"You're being a bitch," Heaven says, "Could you not? It's really bumming Skyler out."

Madison widens her eyes, pressing her fingers to her cheeks, "Oh dear me, is it really?" She responds, sarcastically, "What are you going to do, Heaven? Try and fight me like you did Diddy? Get over yourself."

"I'm not going to do anything," Heaveo sighs, "I'm just asking you to leave her alone. Skyler is a nice girl, she's never been mean to anyone."

Madison scoffs, "She's a nice girl? You should have heard the things she would say about you. How Blayke was too good for a girl like you. How slutty you looked at Homecoming. She said some nasty things."

Heaven purses her lips together. Skyler told her that she wasn't Heaven's biggest fan when they first started hanging out, but she didn't know that Skyler had said those things about her. But Skyler didn't feel that way anymore, right? She couldn't.

It was impossible. Skyler and Heaven were best friends, after everything they had gone through with Mario, Isabel, and Diddy... No, Heaven could never doubt Skyler's feelings towards her.

"I don't care what Skyler used to say about me," Heaven says, standing up and clenching her fists, "Skyler and I are better friends than you could ever be with anyone. And if you don't leave her alone, I'll do worse than beat the crap out of you."

"What's worse than beating the crap out of me?" Madison asks, amused.

Heaven looks over at Madison's guitar, then at Madison. "I'm going to destroy you in the talent show." Yeah, okay, it sounded stupid and something stolen from Glee, but she knew it would elicit the reaction she wanted from Madison.

The other girl stood up, facing Heaven, her brows furrowed. Her cheeks were flushed and her jaw clenched.

"You don't even have any talent," Madison hisses, "I don't care what you do, but if you take the Talent Show away from me, then you're ruining my life. Me and Shulk were going to take the money and run away to Sunset Heights. We need the whole five hundred dollars. Could you just take a break from ruining everything for everyone?"

Heaven shrugs, her arms crossed and her eyes narrowed, "If you're really as good as you think you are, then beating me should be a cakewalk."

Blayke walks into Heaven's room cautiously. Every time she had invited him over, it meant something bad had happened and she needed his help. But she told him to bring his guitar this time, so Blayke had no idea what the hell she was up to this time.

Heaven was at her white, wooden desk, scrolling through a website, intently when Blayke walked in. She was humming something, nothing in particular, from what Blayke could tell. It almost sounded like a warm-up.

"Hey Heaven, what's up?" Blayke asks.

Heaven turns around to face him, smiling. "Hi Blayke, glad you could make it."

Blayke nods, before pointing to the guitar strapped to his back. "Yeah. Any reason you asked me to bring this?"

Heaven nods, "Yeah. We're going to enter the talent show. Together. Is that okay?"

Blayke feels his face flush. Him and Heaven on a stage together? Singing? Her face illuminated by the lights on stage, while her voice chimes along with his guitar... He couldn't imagine anything more that he ever wanted to do in his life.

"Absolutely."
