Annabelle's mouth dropped open in shock, her eyes bugged out as big as they could go, and she stared at Regina, "How...how did you know?"
"Well..." Regina started
"Well a long time ago. Maybe a few years after I lost Daniel, so I was just starting to become evil and Tinkerbell came to me." Regina started
"Tinkerbell is real too?" Annabelle inquired shocked
Regina shook her head and rolled her eyes, "Says the adopted daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming."
"Okay whatever." Annabelle waved off "What did Tinkerbell tell you?"
Regina sighed softly, "She tried to save me. You know, from turning dark. She told me I would love again and then took me to my true love. I never knew his name. In my mind I called him the guy with the lion tattoo, because of the lion tattoo he has on his right fore arm."
"I found him, you know? I can take you to him." Annabelle stated
Regina took a deep breath, "I...I don't know if I deserve happiness anymore. I've done so many bad and horrible things."
"Everyone deserves their happy ending." Annabelle told Regina "And I think he could use some saving too."
Regina furrowed her eyebrows, "What do you mean?"
"His wife died and he has a two year old son who needs him, but instead he's drinking his life away in the Saloon in town." Annabelle explained
Regina sighed sadly, "Oh." Then she added, "Well what would you like me to do about it? Talk to him?"
"Well yeah." Annabelle replied dumbfounded "You're his true love."
Regina laughed amused, "Oh child, you're so naive. It's not that simple."
"Of course not. Who said getting your one true love is easy." Annabelle stated "My mama and papa had to work hard for their true love. For the life they have today. It's wasn't love at first sight."
Regina sighed and just gave in, "Alright I'll go talk to him." Then she added, "Tomorrow."
"That's all a wanted." Annabelle replied with a smile "Now I have to get going. My parents will be wondering where I am."
Annabelle exited the castle and walked outside. She untied her horse and mounted it, before heading onward to home. By the time Annabelle arrived home it was dark, she walked into the castle nervously as she knew that she'd be in deep, deep trouble.
"Where have you been, young lady?" Charming asked firmly with Snow standing at his side with her arms crossed
Annabelle sighed, "Oh hey papa. Hey mama."
"Don't 'hey' us, Annabelle." Snow scolded "Answer your father's question. Where were you?"
"Okay mama, please don't be mad." Annabelle started "I went to talk to Regina. I was helping her find her true love. Robin Hood."
Charming nodded, "Okay how did you find him?"
"I scryed." Annabelle replied "You wouldn't know what that is or understand it."
"And were Isabella and Henry in on this plan too?" Charming wondered
Annabelle shook her head, "No. This was all me."
"Is that the truth, Annabelle Kristina?" Snow questioned in a stern tone
Annabelle looked down, "No. I'm sorry, mama." She started to cry.
Charming nodded, "Thank you for telling the truth. Now go to your room and think about what you've done. Your mother or I will be in shortly."
"I'm really sorry, mama and papa." Annabelle cried softly before heading to her room.
Charming and Snow turned to look at each other, "What are we going to do with our three troublemakers?" Snow asked
"We could punish them how we were punished by our own parents growing up." Charming suggested
Snow nodded, "That's probably a good idea considering Annabelle was just grounded and Henry and Isabella are still grounded."
"Okay so I'll deal with Henry. You'll deal with Isabella since she's stubborn like you. And whoever is done first can deal with Annabelle." Charming explained
"Okay." Snow replied then she headed to Isabella's room.
Once Snow entered Isabella's room, the girl stared at her.
"Hey mama, what's up?" Isabella asked
Snow shook her head, "You just don't quit, do you?"
"What are you talking about, mama?" Isabella wondered as she furrowed her eyebrows.
"The whole Regina true love thing." Snow stated
Isabella blinked and sighed, "Oh that. I'm sorry, mama, but..."
"No buts, I know you and Henry were behind the idea and had Anna help with it." Snow replied
"It was her idea too." Isabella defended "She wanted to help us."
Snow nodded, "Okay well since you are still grounded and this plan was partly your idea, your father and I came up with another punishment for you."
Isabella looked nervous, "What is it?"
"Well when I was growing up, I got spanked by my parents and I'm going to do the same to you." Snow explained as she walked over to the bed and sat down "Lay over my lap, Isabella."
Isabella shook her head, "No! No way! No mama, I won't let you!"
"You don't get to tell me no, Isabella Payton." Snow scolded "Now get over here." She pointed to the ground in front of her.
Isabella sighed nervously as she took small steps toward her mother. Whe she got close enough, Snow grabbed her arm and pulled the girl over her lap.
"When I tell you to do something I expect you to do it." Snow lectured as she smacked Isabella's bottom a dozen times.
"Ow! Ouch, mama! I'm sorry." Isabella cried
Snow smacked her daughter's bottom almost a dozen more times as she lectured, "And I don't want you sneaking around anymore and doing anything dangerous. Your reckless behavior needs to stop."
"Ow. It will. Ouchie, mama." Isabella sobbed "I'm sorry, mama. I'm...Owie. I'm sorry."
Snow stands up her daughter, "I never want to have to do this again. Try to be good and stay out of trouble, yes?"
Isabella sniffled and gave a nod, "Yes, mama. I will. I promise. I'm really sorry, mama."
"It's all over now. You're forgiven, baby." Snow said as she hugged her daughter.
Meanwhile in Henry's room with Henry and Charming.
"Ow! Grandpa, ow I'm sorry." Henry cried "Ouch! Grandpa, I'm sorry."
Charming gave Henry a few more smacks before letting the kid stand up, "Henry, no more operations. Deal?"
Henry nodded and sniffled, "Yes Grandpa, I'm sorry."
"Alright kid, all is forgiven." Charming said as he hugged his grandson.
In Annabelle's room, Emma walks into the room when she hears her little sister crying.
"Hey Anna, what's the matter?" Emma asked
Annabelle looked up from the floor, "Oh hey Emmy, I got into really big trouble with mama and papa. I just wanted to help Regina find her true love so she could be happy." She started to cry harder
Emma walked over to the bed, sat down, hugged her little sister and held her close, "It's okay, Anna." Then she took a breath, "You know, you have a good heart. You always want to do the right thing and you're sensetive, which isn't a bad thing. The world needs more people like you."
"Thanks Emmy." Annabelle replied
Emma and Annabelle were interrupted by Snow walking in.
"Emma, what are you doing in here?" Snow asked sternly
Emma took a breath, "Um mom, I was just comforting Anna. She was sobbing when I came in."
"Ma...mama, I...I'm sowwy. I'm sowwy." Annabelle sobbed
Snow sighed, "Oh come here, baby."
Annabelle ran and hugged her mother, "I didn't mean to upset you and papa. I just wanted Regina to be happy and have her true love like you and papa have each other."
"Oh baby, your heart was in the right place, but doing it alone was dangerous and risky." Snow explained "So as a punishment, you're grounded for a month."
Annabelle nodded as she sniffled, "Okay mama. I'm sorry. I'm really sorry."
"You're forgiven, baby. You're forgiven." Snow assured her daughter as she continued to hug and hold her close.
