The Renegade Revolution

Chapter 20: On Top of the World

After staying at the hotel that night, Phil and Hannah were woken early by a hammering on the door. Groggily, they debated what to do. 'You can get it Hannah, I'm knackered.' 'Why me?' 'There's only us in here.' Eventually, she got up, stumbling toward the door. The moment she opened it, she was flattened by Sean and Joe rushing in.

'Yo Phil, drove all night to see you. Congrats champ.' 'Thanks, but you didn't have to rush – I was going to come and see you later. By the way Joe, while you're leaning on that door, you are squashing my wife.' 'Wife? You got married without telling us?' Sean then pushed Joe off of the door, letting Hannah scrape herself out of her tight situation, and go back to bed.

'So what's this about getting married?' 'It was her idea.' 'It's a legal thing – in case something happens to one of us. Our proper wedding's going to be… actually, we never got round to discussing that, what with club business and all.' 'Sounds cool. So, fancy coming for a game of pool tomorrow to celebrate?'

'Would do, but we're going on holiday to Rome.' 'Cool, sure they'll have pool tables there.' Hannah then confronted the room invaders. 'No, you misunderstood him. WE are going, me and him. Nobody else.' 'Seriously man? We only want to spend some time with him.' 'Well you've had months to do that, and I've not seen you once Joe. How about you give a damn when he isn't loaded eh?' 'Shut up you vindictive whore.' Hannah then walked out of the room, a towel covering her decency.

'What's up with her?' 'Well you did flatten her with a door at 6am, and call her a "vindictive whore". It was 2am before we went to bed. Besides, we just want to spend some time together.' 'Well maybe she should think about your friends as well. Just because she doesn't want you having friends, doesn't mean she gets what she wants man.'

Sean then turned around to Joe. 'C'mon man, go and chill.' 'What?' 'Chill man, take some time out. You can go and get me a coffee.' As Joe left the room, Sean sat where Hannah had been. 'Sorry about that mate, Joe's just been looking forward to spending time with you.' 'I did post on social media that I'm going on holiday.'

'You want me to go and find Hannah?' 'She'll calm down.' 'You know, Joe's not seen you much since you got with Hannah.' 'I know, and I know he doesn't like her at all.' 'Yeah, I did warn him that you've not got as much time now.' 'Nice to see you anyway.' 'Thanks man. As I say, congrats for the big win.'

'Thanks. Can't say it's really sunk in yet.' 'I watched it on TV, drove down straight after.' 'Sorry Sean, but if we're talking, can you let me get dressed first?' 'Sure man, whatever.' Phil then left, as Joe came back with Sean's coffee.

About 20 minutes later, Phil was back, plain grey shirt and shorts. 'Fancy going for breakfast?' 'Will do soon. Going to check on Hannah first.' This thought annoyed Joe greatly. 'Forget about the bitch, focus on your real friends.' Phil thought, and came to a decision. 'I'm checking on Hannah. Sean, please make sure Joe's gone.'

'C'mon man, you're going to turn your back on us just for a girl? Bros before hoes and all that.' 'Joe, when you grow up, you'll understand responsibility. We will make time to hang out, but you have to give me chance.' 'You had plenty of chance, you went away.' 'Going away helped me become a world champion thanks.'

As Phil left the room, Joe and Sean got into a violent argument, ending with Sean knocking Joe out via a well-placed yet wild punch to the chest, as Maddy watched on in secret. She then came into the room. 'You're Sean, right? Dad's mate.' 'Yeah, that's me. You're Maddy, Phil was just talking about you on the phone the other day. Apparently you had an absolute belter of a semi-final.'

'Yeah, not that I can remember much of it.' 'Why?' 'Oh, reasons. You wouldn't understand, I know I don't.' Sean then shrugged his shoulders. 'I'll let you into a secret – I know more about what goes on in this club than nearly anybody else. I may not strike you as a clever guy, and I'm not really, but I know what goes on here. So you can tell me.'

'I dunno what happened even. Waiting to hear back.' 'What'dya know then?' 'I was duelling him, and I was lining up to revive Master of Oz and combo with Wild Nature's Release, but then, I dunno, felt like some spirit took over me, and the next thing I know, I'd summoned that Xyz monster, the big wolf, the Number one that Donna gave me.' 'Strange man. You know, if you wanted to see Donna, I'd drive you down there.'

'And Dad would be ok with that?' 'Don't see why not. I know he doesn't exactly trust my driving, but I got down here ok.' 'Never said where he was.' 'Trying to persuade Hannah that Joe's not a bad guy probably. I wouldn't bother.' 'Is he?' 'Bad, nah. Things just aren't working out for him at the moment.' 'Meaning?'

'The guy's way in debt. He was hoping Phil would pay it all off for him. Rather than take responsibility.' 'That's stupid man. It's his life, he shouldn't have Dad bailing him out. Like he's thick man, not saying he's thick, just like he is man, shouldn't he know that he wouldn't do that, he ain't that stupid'

'Phil was right – you've got a pair of lungs on you girl. I like that man.' 'Um thanks. Dad ain't really stupid enough to do that though is he? He wouldn't make himself bankrupt for nobody else, he's not that kind of guy.' 'Phil isn't stupid at all. But he's a nice guy and he's been Joe's mate for loadsa years. He'll help out.'

'How in debt is Joe?' 'About 30 grand.' 'How the fuck did he do that?' 'Poker mainly. Him and Phil used to play poker together.' 'Really?' 'Two differences though. Phil never got so drunk that he couldn't say no.' 'What's the other difference?' 'Phil can play poker. Real good man. Could have earned a killing on the pro leagues if he wanted.'

'And Joe?' 'Absolute crap. Never beaten anybody that I know of. Came to the point where Phil was paying for them both. Still made money from it.' 'He doesn't like Mam then?' 'He's jealous because Phil and Hannah lend each other money all the time. Also, I think Joe kinda expected Phil to always remain single. We had a pact of bros before hoes, but we sort of always knew that Hannah was an exception to that.'

'You have an opinion?' 'I like Hannah. She's good for him, she cares about him, that's all I'm bothered about. I'd be annoyed if he was with the wrong girl, but him and Hannah were made for each other. They're just so perfect man, I don't know why. Hannah just feels like one of us to me, she actually likes Phil hanging around with us. All she asks is that we don't pester him every day to go out, and we make his life easy as possible.'

In the foyer

Hannah was sat in the foyer, hair plaited and tied at the top and bottom, when Phil walked over as gently as he could manage. 'Phil, I'm not going to get on with him, I'm fed-up of you being his bank.' Phil then put his hand gently upon her broad shoulder, and spoke in a tone not befitting of revolutionary in his style. 'So am I Hannah. I'm going to give him £1000, and that's it. He's getting no more from me, and I'm changing my banking details. £1000 to keep him going, but he has to find a job.'

'Phil, can I ask you something?' 'Anything.' 'I want you to be honest with me here.' 'When would I not be?' 'Do you miss hanging around with the boys all night every night? Playing poker, snooker, drinking under the bar?' 'I miss spending time with them. But I'd give it all up for you. I don't miss the old days, because I didn't have you with me.'

'And you don't feel restricted by me?' 'No. I know that if I want to go out with them sometime, I can. You won't like it, but' 'I really don't mind.' 'Joe is just jealous. I didn't tell him to do that. C'mon back to bed Hannah.' 'No point now is there?' 'I'm really sorry about him.' 'I just don't understand the boys at times.'

Shortly afterwards, Joe came around, still hurting from the fight earlier on. 'Phil, we need to talk.' 'I completely agree.' 'Without her.' 'Joe, anything we say can be said in front of Hannah.' 'Fine, but no interfering like you always do.' Phil then picked Joe up and pinned him against a wall. 'That is my wife you are speaking to. I suggest you apologise and change your tone.'

'Fine- I'm sorry.' As he said that, Phil let his friend go. 'Now sit down and we can talk. Hannah, you want a coffee?' 'Please- black as coal.' 'Joe?' 'I'm cool man.' After getting drinks in, the talk began. 'Joe, what is your issue with Hannah please.' 'My issue is clear dude. She is bad news, she's tearing us apart. We're tight dude, real tight. But not when she's around. What happened to bros before hoes?'

'Hannah is not tearing us apart Joe. I was going to phone you later and ask you if you and Sean wanted to go and see a football match with me in a few weeks. I figured we'd sit down before I go on holiday, and decide which one to see. As for bros before hoes, that was you, Sean, and Reece. I never said that, and I'll go on record saying that. You need to grow up Joe.'

'I know, but' 'I know you're in debt, but every time I pay it off, you just go and get more drunk and lose more money. And I know that's exactly why you're here, don't deny it. So here's how it works from now on: I will pay £100 a week for 10 weeks to you to go towards your debts. That is all. And if I even get a sniff of you buying any alcohol or betting any of the money away in that time, not only will I pay no more into your bank, but you owe me every penny I paid in.'

'What about the rest of the money?' 'I haven't got the money to bail you out' 'Haven't got the money? You just earned over 200 grand.' 'Yes, I earned it for me. It isn't for you to get pissed with. Now we're done. I'll send a contract over later for the money I'll pay, if you don't respond in a week you don't get a penny.'

'C'mon it doesn't have to be this way.' 'What other way is there Joe? Go on- you tell me. What other way is there that we can do business?' 'I'm not asking you to give me loads, just a couple of grand to tie me over until I get a new job.' 'Joe, you've been out of work for a year. Perhaps there just isn't any plastering jobs around at the moment that you can walk to in less than 5 minutes.' Joe then left in a huff.

Several hours later

After everyone was up, they were packed up and ready to return home from London, new members in tow. As they went to leave though, a surprise return stopped them, and alarmed Maddy. Stood there with dirty blonde hair, and a ripped green coat, his 6ft frame confronted them.

'Rhydian, what are you doing here?' 'I've watched and I've put up with you nearly being killed. Please Maddy, I love you, but you need to leave these guys, just for your own safety. I don't mind if you're mates with them still, but please, just for you.' 'Rhydian, we went through this yesterday- not gonna happen. I'm safe.'

'Clearly not. Did you see what happened in your semi-final?' 'That was my fault. I shouldn't have summoned that card.' 'How did you get it in the first place?' 'A friend of Shan's. Before she turned all psychotic and tried to blow us up.' This revelation was news to the taff. 'Rewind- she tried to blow you up?' 'Yeah.' 'I only told her' 'Hang on, that was you? You told Shannon to kill us?'

'No, I told her to tell you that you'd be safer with us. Beg you if maybe. I didn't tell her to try to kill anybody.' 'You really are unbelievable Rhydian Morris. Listen, I'll come round next week and we can talk properly then. But you have to promise me that I can come and go as I wish.' 'Why next week?' 'Because I'm busy before then.' 'Doing what?' 'Eating and sleeping. Two very important things. Because after what I've done over the past couple of weeks, I am well and truly bushed.'

'Fine. I'm not done here though.' 'Didn't say you were. But next week, we can talk. Now, we can't.' 'Maddy.' 'I mean it- if you don't want to see my nasty side, give me some space.' Eventually, the Welshman stepped aside. 'My phone's waiting.' Maddy just flicked her hair in his face and smiled cattily as she stepped out the door.

When they were safely away, Blair inquired. 'Who's Rhydian?' 'Boyfriend. He seriously will not leave me alone.' 'Sounds more like a stalker. 'Starting to wonder myself. He's text me every day in the past 3 weeks. I love him, but he needs to stop being so neurotic man.' Shortly after that, the cars were started (Hannah, Rio, and Blair in Sean's hire car, everyone else in Phil's Suburu), and they set off for the base.

When they arrived at the base, Hannah appeared to slip on the gravel. 'Ow, my knee.' 'You ok Hannah?' 'Yeah, I'll be fine. Sorry, could you just park Sean's car for me?' 'Sure. You get resting up.' 'Thanks.' As they kissed, Phil went to park the car, and Hannah "limped" in, following everyone else.

Around 10 minutes later, Phil came in. As he walked through the corridor, everything seemed normal. Then, he looked around into the main hall, and saw a scene which was completely unexpected.

Bunting was up, everywhere. Balloons, streamers, and party food. A banner was up, the words "Godfather 4 World Champ" scrawled out upon it in large red letters, wet paint still dripping down, staining the carpet blood red.

As Hannah shimmied up to him, laughing, he asked the all important question. 'Hannah, what's all of this?' 'It's your celebration party. Because when I became world champion, I distinctly remember you threw a party for me the next day, and invited loads of people. I'm sorry I don't have so many people to invite, but you've got the people that matter. Sorry it's a bit of a rush job, only had about 18 hours to organise it all.'

'Thank you all so much.' A bit later, with the party in full flow, and the drinks flowing, Hannah tapped a wine glass to get everyone's attention. 'Everyone, we will now have a speech from the new WDC World Champion. He is the man, he is my man, the man for all seasons, and most of all, the Godfather and founder of the Renegade Movement. Phil, take it away.'

Still slightly bemused and embarrassed, he took centre stage. 'Thanks Hannah, I had no idea I was doing a speech here, I will remember this. I want to tell everyone that my win is not only a win for myself, or for Hannah, this is a win for the Renegades. We are more than just a club, a gang, a cult, we are a movement.'

'Now I know that you may wonder what the Renegades are about, what we aim for. The Renegades are about and for liberation. People like us, people who have massive intelligence in many fields, people who have powers which exceed that of the average person. We who are disrespected, we who are held back, we who are pushed down, we who are restricted to the standards of the average.

Hannah then joined in. 'It is time for our takeover. We are the revolutionaries, we are the rulers of this world from here on out.' 'The WDC season shall begin again. 2015-16 shall be the year of the Renegades. It will be known as the Era of Blood! Now join with me people, as we say together, the motto that identifies us.' Everyone then joined in. 'All for the Renegades!'

Then, as the party wore on, Hannah came up to Phil. 'Enjoying the party?' 'Yes, it's slightly humbling.' 'C'mon, you can enjoy yourself, the hard work's done now.' 'The hard work's only just begun.' 'Well you've got me as well. By the way, you didn't mention when we're going on holiday.' 'I feel like going soon. I've got a flight booked for 10pm tonight from Newcastle.'

'Could have given me some warning.' 'I've not had chance.' 'Who looks after the club then?' 'It's up to you. You're the boss.' 'Now you realise that. I've only been trying to tell you that for how long?' 'Too long. And while we're there, we can bond properly.' 'Phil, we don't need to bond more. Why do you think that?'

'Well, just thinking that with everything that's been done' 'If you're talking about when I was under your control, I let you do that. And you know the spell's practically worn off by now. You worry way too much babe. While we're there, I might get a tan. It's impossible to get a tan in Newcastle without getting cancer.'

'Well, there is that.' 'Also, I want to have a think about my career.' 'Just so you know, I support your decision either way.' Hannah then went back up, and got everyone's attention again. 'Right, I have a quick announcement, and I promise you can get back to the party shortly.'

'Now as you probably know, me and Phil got legally married the other day.' Cue cheers. 'Now me and Phil are going on holiday, and leaving tonight, we are flying out to Rome at 10 tonight. Therefore, I will not be able to effectively run proceedings here.' Tee then put her hand up. 'Does this mean you're quitting?'

'Quitting? Of course not. I am going to appoint a temporary president while I am gone, and I will take over again after I get back.' A statement that got everyone murmuring to each other, Maddy looked quietly pleased. 'Therefore, I have chosen the person who I think is the most mature member of the club, and the person I can rely on to keep things running. So I ask at this time for you to come up and accept your Interim term as president, Jodi Allen.'

As Maddy watched on fuming, a slightly un-nerved Jodi took her place next to Hannah. 'Jodi, you are the most mature member of the club, you are experienced in the ways, and you are somebody to be relied upon. So do you accept this mission?' 'Can we talk about this?' 'Sure.' Hannah and Jodi left the room, while everyone watched with baited breath.

In the president's office

'Hannah, please tell me this is a joke. Please?' 'Who else would I pick?' 'Maddy? She is your daughter after all.' 'She will make a great president, maybe in a year or two. But she needs to mature, and get a grip on her temper. And Blair would be a good choice, but she's too nervous and she needs to adjust to our ways.'

'Lydia?' 'Lydia is by no means a leader. Please Jodi, you are our best bet.' 'I'm no leader. I don't wanna be a leader, I never have done. I'm happy to just do what I'm told. Honestly, I was happier when brainwashed probably.' 'This is the only time I'll ever ask you to do me a favour like this.' 'Hannah, the answer is no.'

Hannah thought for a moment, then got Icaron's Force out of her top pocket. 'Jodi, I don't want to have to do this to you, but if I have to put you under a trance to persuade you, I will.' 'Why are you so desperate for me to do it particularly?' 'I have my reasons, Phil most likely agrees with them. So what's it to be Jodi?'

Jodi stood up, and looked at the closed door, then looked back at Hannah, bullish. 'Brainwash me. Make me do it.' Hannah then smiled, and put Icaron's Force back in her pocket. 'Knew you wouldn't do it.' 'You want to put money on it? When Phil reset your mind, he put a little key in each one. By saying the key words, I can awaken you.'

She then walked over to Jodi, and leant over to her. 'Jodi, back to school goes the soul, back to me goes the mind.' At that moment, Jodi's eyes narrowed and the light-blue darkened in them, a corrupted look. 'Jodi, you will look after the club until I return. You will rule with an iron fist, making sure everyone's dedications are on their respective roles in the club.' 'Nobody will disobey the Renegades.'

Hannah then went out of the room to see everyone else again, smiling. 'After assurances from me that this will only be a short-term deployment, Jodi has "chosen" to accept the role I outlined as Interim President. Now I know that some of you may see this as an opportunity to bunk off, or even to scupper plans for the club for your own ambitions. But please be warned that anybody who misdeeds will be noted down by Jodi, and all notes will be passed back to me when I return. In turn, this will affect promotion opportunities, and ultimately who can become president in the future.'

'Now I wish to have a short talk with Maddy and Blair in my office. Everyone else, feel free to get back to the party.' Just as that was said, there was a knock upon the heavy metal outer door. 'Rio, this could be your brother, so I'd advice you get ready.' Maddy and Blair then went up to the office, while Rio got her deck out.

In the office

'So, what did you want us up here for mam?' 'I figured that you might both want explanations as to why I didn't choose you as the interim president.' 'Why would I be chosen? I've only just got here.' 'And that is the primary reason. Also though Blair, another reason is confidence.' 'I've got confidence.'

'I'm not talking about confidence when you're duelling. I'm talking about confidence within yourself. You are naturally not a confident person, I can see that quite clearly. When you are outside of duelling, your personality is extremely quiet, it is a lot more introverted. You really need to learn how to harness that quiet personality to turn it into an aura of somebody to be respected and feared.'

'I really don't get you guys sometimes. Is this what everyone in England talks about?' 'It is something that you will gain with time I suspect. I just want you to know, I think that when the time is right, you could be a really great leader.' That comment made Blair smile. 'Thanks boss.' 'Call me Hannah, not boss.'

'Listen Blair, I'm just like you, all of you. I was once a follower, I became a leader. It isn't something you develop overnight, it is a skill which you acquire through time and necessity. I hope that you remember that.' 'Thanks Hannah. I'll take that on board.' 'One last thing.' 'Yeah?' 'This applies to everyone. If you ever need to talk about anything, just arrange a meeting and we can talk for as long as you need.' 'Thank you.'

The president then turned to Maddy. 'So what's the reasons with me then?' 'Trust me Maddy, there is nothing more than I would like than to see you as president. But you need more maturity.' 'I already apologised for what I said to Blair, I thought we were all cool now and stuff.'

'It's not just that. You need the opportunity to grow more as a person.' 'Please mam, just give me an opportunity.' 'You deserve an opportunity to grow, and I think a high role will give you chance to do that. But first you need to prove that your actions warrant such an important job. However, I do have a really important job for you.'

'Cool.' 'You're good at photography right?' 'Yeah, should be man, study it.' 'And you're good with computers?' 'Ace man.' 'Brilliant. I want you to completely overhaul the entire ID system, including getting everybody ID cards, and getting their personal details in the computer system.' 'Aye, I'll do that for you.'

'Thanks. I hope you understand my reasoning here.' 'I understand. I don't agree, but I understand. One thing though – who's assisting Jodi?' 'It's up to her whether she has an assistant or not. We haven't discussed it.' 'Cool man. I am sorry for what I said to Blair, I had no place saying that kind of thing to her.'

'We all make mistakes Maddy. Just don't do it again please.' 'Sure, not planning on doing. Am I allowed to continue looking into scouting reports while you're gone?' 'You can look at the people you wanted, but you're not to take any definitive action without mine or Phil's say so. Understand?' 'Understood. Thanks Mam.' A hug ended the conversation.

Back in the base

When they came out of the office, Rio was stood there drinking an alcopop, side ponytail draped down her shoulder. 'So was it your brother?' 'Don't worry B, it was just a package for Maddy.' 'For me? Cool- thanks. Your hair looks so good like that.' 'Yeah, thanks, I like it a load as well.' As Maddy went to retrieve her package, Rio pulled it away from her. 'Magic words?' 'Give me my property man, this ain't funny.' 'How about apologising to Blair for what you said to her?'

'I did that at least twice man. Now give it to me.' As Rio went to pull it away again, Sean plucked it out of her hand, grinning. 'Hey Maddy, nothing fragile is it?' 'No, just give it to me man.' Phil's friend then threw the package overarm, the young wolfblood at full stretch to catch it.

'Cheers Sean.' 'Not a problem. You know where your Dad is by any chance? I owe him some money.' 'You too?' 'I don't owe as much.' Phil then walked up, clearly enjoying the fuss. 'Looking for me?' 'Yeah man, got the £30 I owe you.' As Sean passed the money over, Phil shook his head. 'Is there something wrong?' 'Yeah, you gave me 40.' 'I know, the rest is interest.' 'I don't accept interest. I only ask that you pay back what you borrow.'

'I know, you're cool like that.' 'So Sean, are you going to stay here?' 'Nah mate, I'm renting a place over in Marsden. Nice place.' 'You can stay here anytime you like.' 'I told you, you're better off with me not here.' I disagree, but look after yourself, and see you in a couple of weeks.' 'Yeah, see you around mate.'

The now married couple eventually rejoined each other. 'So how did you persuade Jodi?' 'Oh, I have my ways.' 'Icaron's Force?' 'I showed her it and she agreed, no need to use it.' 'You're getting good at this.' 'I know.' 'Did you explain to Maddy?' 'Yeah.' 'How'd she take it?' 'She's more mature than you give her credit for.'

'So she didn't fly off the handle?' 'No. She didn't look impressed, but I've given her the job of overhauling the IT systems.' 'I was going to get Sean to do that.' 'Since when has Sean been any good with computers? Also, have you seen his schedule in the next couple of weeks? It's absolutely insane.'

'How do you know his schedule?' Hannah then showed Phil a piece of paper, with Sean's notes scrawled all over it, detailing over 40 dates and times. 'He really needs to be more careful about where he leaves his personal details.' 'Where was it?' 'Entrance to the lav. Anyway, I gave Maddy the job, because I want to see how she deals with responsibility. Because I think she'll be a really great president eventually. But she needs some responsibility first.'

'And Blair?' 'Didn't seem interested in being president. Are you serious about being her and Rio's manager?' 'Yeah.' 'What about Maddy?' 'Maddy doesn't need me.' 'More like Maddy won't do as she's ordered to by you.' 'Not at all.' 'Why then?' 'I told you. Why are you pushing for it?' 'Just between us, I think Maddy might want some attention from you. You can't deny that you two haven't spoken much since Blair joined.'

'I don't want her to feel that way at all- I'm doing my best.' 'I know, I didn't say you weren't. Trust me, I can see and feel that. I just thought that it might be an opportunity for you to get closer with each other again.' 'I'm going to speak to her.' Phil then walked off, and found Maddy texting. 'Hi Maddy.' 'Oh, hey Dad, you going?' 'No, I wanted to have a chat with you.' 'What've I done wrong this time? I apologised to Blair already, fed-up of telling everybody that.'

Phil then hugged his adoptive daughter. 'You're not in trouble at all. I just wanted to come and talk to you. Because I've been spending a lot of time with Blair and Rio recently, and that's really unfair on you. Because you deserve attention as well.' 'I'm not an attention seeker if that's what you think.'

'I don't think that at all. Quite the opposite – you should have said something if you were feeling lonely.' 'I dunno, it's just… feels like I ain't got anyone.' 'What do you mean by that?' 'Rio and Blair, they're all friendly, Jodi's got loads of people she talks to, you and mam have each other, but it doesn't feel like I've got anybody. That's why I wanted to bring new people in – wanted to find a proper friend. Feels like Rhydian's stalking me, I ain't seen Jana in weeks, and Shan's turned into a psychopath.'

'We'll have to work on that, won't we?' 'Yeah I suppose. But how do you work on that?' 'We'll find a way won't we? I just wanted to say though, if you need to talk to anybody, you have me and you have Hannah, and we'll always be here for you.' 'Thanks Dad.'

A few hours later, the party had wound down, and Phil and Hannah were all packed. 'Jodi, keep everyone in check.' 'Got it.' 'Maddy, I look forward to seeing your work.' 'Got it Mam.' Phil then walked to Rio and Blair, with timetables. 'I've got training guidelines for you both. If you've done something on there, just note down when you did it and what time if you could. I need to know how I can improve you.'

'Got it captain.' 'Thank you cuz.' 'You're welcome.' 'Freja, good luck with the shoot.' 'Cheers babe, enjoy Mr. Right.' 'I will do. Finally, Lydia, hope your job improves.' 'I doubt it, but hope so.' After kissing the girls on the cheek, Hannah was ready to go. 'We'll be back in a few weeks.' 'Enjoy yourselves.'
