I have changed a little of my writing style. I've decided to re-edit the other story I've written. But please wait a little, kay. I have a heavy workload. School load. Whatever. A little time would be appreciated.

Ikuto: *death stare*

Amu: *on the verge of punching somebody*

Tadase: *frowning with disapproval*

Me: aha... Don't be mad.

Ikuto/Amu: *takes out knife* Die, Noelle

Tadase: *cheers for Team Amuto*

Me: *throwing random papers at the lot* Look look look at my schoolwork you bunch of dumbasses. Reality sucks more than anime you know. You people who live in animated luxury everyday will NEVER understand how we people feel. Now shoo and prepare for your role in the story. Three, two, one, ACTION-

"Just where on earth were you?" asked Utau, swinging off the bed.

"Who knows?" Ikuto shrugged, smiling as he closed the door.

"Ooh, someone's in a good mood." She knocked his head. "Well what exactly happened? Found yourself a girl, did ya? Oh no you don't. Just kidding!" She laughed casually and tried to take his jacket for him, but Ikuto waved her off instead.

"Yeah, a nice girl too. What are you doing here anyway?"

Utau stopped laughing. "You're joking, right."

"No, not really. I have an amazing girlfriend. Just celebrated her birthday."

"What the hell. That's not funny, Ikuto." She followed him into the bathroom as he took off his shirt and prepared for a bath. "I prepared the water for you, by the way."

"Oh. Thanks. But next time, don't do this. Now get out. I need a bath-"

He was immediately silenced by a pair of soft lips. He pushed her away in disgust and wiped his mouth. "Out. Now."

"Ikuto, we've known each other since we were young... When did you get that?" Utau felt for the key in her pockets, and glared at Ikuto's hand that was waving the key in front of her face.

"You're not having this now. I'm a gentleman, so I won't kick you out."

Her eyes widened. It was the first time she'd seen the angry glint in Ikuto's eyes. He was always gentle to her. "I see. If that's what you want. Don't forget about my talent, though," she said, faking a smile. She shut the door behind her and felt her eyes growing moist.

Before being adopted by Ikuto's dad, she was a thief. An orphan thief who was sneaky and skilled in acrobatics. Aiming to be a professional thief, she became more and more arrogant, so arrogant that she'd storm into museums, break the alarms just for fun and steal ancient priceless artifacts. Unfortunate (or fortunate, because this was how she met Ikuto) she was, that her third museum was owned by Ikuto's father. She'd been caught redhanded by Ikuto, who was punished by his father to take care of the museum because of playing around while he was supposed to focus on his studies.

Ikuto's father took pity on her and took her under his wing. She became a hardworking child, and even worked as Ikuto's father's secretary. She'd gained trust from his father, and also fatherly love. It was Ikuto's father's wish to have them marry and bear his grandchildren.

"And a girl just barges in and wrecks everything," she spat, rubbing her eyes dry. She fished out Ikuto's phone from her pocket and looked through the contacts. There. Last night, at about ten thirty.

Hinamori Amu, huh.

I'm gonna make your life like hell, Hinamori Amu. Until you regret you ever touched my future husband.

After a sinister beep, Utau snapped her phone shut. She was going to call a particular 'friend' tomorrow.

"Uh, hello?"

"Oh, hi! I'm Utau."

"Utau? Do I... know you?"

"Actually, you probably heard me over the phone the night before. When Ikuto called you."

"...Oh." Amu was a little shocked. Was this his fiancee? Shoot. "And what exactly do you want with me?"

"Not much!" The voice was cheery, which made Amu feel a tad bit guilty for snatching her fiance. "Just wanted to say hi. I actually don't hate you, you know. How's it going with Ikuto?"

Was she seriously asking her that? She didn't sound jealous at all. Perhaps this was a kind of forced marriage that even this girl Utau wanted to break off. That made Amu feel a little better. "Good, I guess?"

"Oh, congratulations! So when are you going to meet up again?"

Yikes, what exactly did this girl want from her? "Dunno. He's busy, right?"

"But you're dating! How can he just throw you off because of work?"

"I fully respect his job, and his own choices, you see. Now, Senna, why are you calling me? And did Ikuto give you my contact?"

"Duh, 'course he did."

Ow, that hurt. "Hey, Utau, can I ask you something?"

"Sure."

"Do you like Ikuto?"

There was a long pause. Amu dreaded the answer.

"I love him."
