"Japan! I'm home", she shouted as soon as they stepped outside Narita International Airport making some people around her turned their head and smiled at her as Hikata shook his head in disbelief.
"Let's pretend I don't know you ok", he said moving away from her as she laughed before she grabbed his clothes pulling him back. His parents just smiled and laughed behind them.
"Is that you Miki?", she heard a familiar voice as she turned to see Kuroda just stepped out of a car.
"Kuroda!", she screamed excitedly as she ran towards him before hugging him making him almost fell as she put all his weight on him.
"Whoa! Whoa! You missed me that much eh? Watch the paparazzi there, we might create a scandal", he laughed as she quickly let go and stepped back.
"I almost forgot you're famous. How are you? Shall I pretend I'm asking for your signature?", she chuckled as he grinned just as Hikata approached them.
"What are you doing here? I heard you're overseas. Its been like what now? 6 - 7 years?", he said as she nodded.
"I'm here finally agreeing to do a special recording for that Goggle V song, Hanasaku Goggle Pink. I told them I can't sing but they insist and I missed home so might as well do it", she grinned as she look at him "what about you? Going somewhere? Is that Kenji Ohba from Gavan?" She asked in surprised as Kuroda nodded.
"We're doing Asia tour for Goggle V and Gavan. We're leaving for Indonesia in a few hours. I guess I'm the only one from all of us agreeing to this. Kijima and Aoyama busy shooting for their next movie and you and Ryouji both quit the business so I'm the only one left", he grinned as she smiled. "I see".
"Hey Hikata, long time no see." He greeted Hikata as he smiled before Kuroda spotted his wedding ring. His eyes quickly search for Miki's hand but she was holding some papers and sunglasses he couldn't see everything.
"Are you going to see the others? Junya been asking about you." Kuroda said as Miki nodded. "I will try to see them all since I'm only here for 2 weeks".
"Will you see Ryouji too?", Kuroda asked again as Miki smiled "I guess so. Its been a while".
Kuroda grinned "He's a big boss now. You might want to make an appointment first or you won't see him", he laughed as Miki's eyes widened in surprised.
"Don't forget we also need to do shopping for the baby. I think mom and dad wanted you to come with them. Make sure you have time for that too", Hikata said as Miki nodded quickly not realising Kuroda's surprised before he eyed her.
"You have a baby?", he asked her as she blushed and Hikata laughed so hard Miki had to nudged him.
"Of course not!", she said as Hikata tried his best to control his laughter.
"Sorry I just thought baby shopping means you know...", Kuroda felt awkward as Miki laughed before Hikata put his hands over her shoulder.
"Nah! Baby shopping for the future", he winked at Kuroda as Miki nodded in agreement. Kuroda was going to say something else but Kenji signalled him to go inside so he looked at them both and promised to keep in touch and exchanged contacts before he ran inside. still feeling confused he took his phone out and typed away.
Miki in town. Just met her at the airport few minutes ago with Hikata. Looks like they married and baby on the way. Here's her number. She's only in town for two weeks - Junichi.
Ryouji stared at the message before he read it again and pressed delete. He threw the phone on the floor.
"Who is it?", asked the girl laying next to him as she caress his bare shoulder when he took her hand and pushed it away.
"I changed my mind. Just leave will you? I'm no longer in the mood." He said as he got up and put on his clothes leaving the girl stared at him speechless before she muttered some swear words and took her clothes. She headed for the bathroom and slammed the door hard as Ryouji sat on the edge of the bed.
After all this year, she's finally back.
He went over to the mini bar before taking a drink out as the girl stormed off from the bathroom before looking at him as he raised his eyebrows.
"You such a jerk", she yelled as he chuckled. "Ah! Thanks. I'll take it as a compliment. The door is right there", he said as she let out a scream of frustration before she stormed off.
He grabbed his phone as he make his way out of the hotel room and made his way to the basement where he parked his car.
Ever since he learned about Miki's wedding arrangement, he has stopped expecting for her to returned. He found himself back to where he start, playing around with girls and none of them seemed to be able to make him forget about her no matter what and none of them are even close to how he felt when he was with her. Its really frustrating.
The day Hyoga sent him that picture he was trying to hold on to the hope that Hyoga was right. That they still had the chance but after no news and nothing else to hang on to, he just had to let go though he knew its just impossible.
"What? Nikkatsu Roman Porno company is closing down?", she can't believe her ears as Seiya told her.
He nodded.
"Its all quite a surprised actually. First your pictorial book that already goes into production was put to a halt all of sudden then they made a big drama about it by sending people to investigate it so formally recalling all the issues related to your edition and a lot of book store placing order was furious as some payment has been made in advance and people demand for it." He explained as Miki held her breath.
"Then of course the rumour about your involvement in the edition break out and it made more people trying to dig in and demanded interview which you declined. And the last two movies you're in, they had trouble getting budget for the movie promotion and all big video stores refused to sell them so only very few small store actually distributing them and in result, not many people know about it and the company lose a lot of money because of it." He added before he threw himself back against the chair.
"If you asked me honestly, Akagi is behind all of this", he said as Miki's eyes widened in surprise.
"Ryouji? How?", she asked as Seiya chuckled.
"Don't tell me you don't know that he's quite powerful now. Owning a lot of buildings and quite a major player in the real estate industry pretty much ruling the Kanto region." He said as Miki's eyes seemed wider every second at everything that she just heard. Ryouji? Her Ryouji? Is that even possible? She had no idea.
"He quit entertainment business right after you left and joined his dad's company. Mizuho corporation", he said as Miki gasped.
Mizuho corporation is one of the largest financial service company in Japan and its no wonder his dad was a powerful man. She never really asked and find out exactly what his dad's doing when Seiya suggested to ask for his help. Its all now made more sense now. As a big finance company such as Mizuho, of course he would be well respected by others even at entertainment industry and could easily help her back then. She closed her eyes as she took a deep breath.
"He left after two years and build his own company and apparently very good at what he's doing because within few years, he's one of the youngest business man that are quite well respected." Seiya grinned. "You should have never let him go, Ogawa".
"What make you think he's behind all this?", Miki ignored his last remark.
"Ah.. He bought Nikkatsu Roman Porno's office just last year and ever since he made it difficult for the company and they seemed struggling as it is. Its only a matter of time they will be out of business soon by the rate they're going", he explained as Miki shook her head in disbelief. Its very hard to digest everything that she just learned.
"How do you know all this?", she asked Seiya as he laughed.
"I made it my business to know who's the key players and business man that could benefit my business in the future and the up and coming entrepreneur such as Ryouji Akagi just caught my attention especially I have met him before and how much he was trying to protect you." He smiled.
"Another interest thing, he took over Ryoko's company. He bought a lot of share and kicked her out of management right before his dad divorced her. So Ryoko is un heard of anymore. I think two Akagi's power combined, she won't find any job in the industry easily and ever since Ryouji Akagi took over the company, there's a lot of rising new singers from their companies make it harder for me even though I'm not exactly concentrate on singers. But its just a very interesting change of direction." He said.
Music has always been his main interest so its not a surprise if he's easily managed singers than actors, she thought to herself.
"Are you going to see him?", Seiya smiled at her as she nodded slowly.
"I'm planning to see him after this. I just arrived yesterday and not staying for long so I guess today is the only day I could see him." She said as she recalled Hyoga's operation that she had to thanked him for and now she just learned about Nikkatsu, she pretty much owed him big time.
"Just a warning. Rumour has it, he's a very playboy. Good in business and a heart breaker. Some said he's married but still play around", Seiya said as Miki's heart stopped a beat. Married? Did he said married? The playboy rumour has been around him forever but married? Suddenly she wished she didn't have to see him.
"Thanks Seiya. I'll see you tomorrow at the recording studio I guess", she said as Seiya nodded.
"Thanks for dropping by Ogawa. You looked even more beautiful with your hair long like that. I just wished you would consider getting back", he said as she chuckled and shook her head.
"I'm really done here". She smiled as she turned and walked out.

"What is it? I'm busy", Ryouji snapped at the phone receiver as Chiemi Kai smiling sweetly at him before he smiled back and signalled her to order.
"I'm so sorry to disturb you but you have a guest that just came. She had no appointment but said that she could only see you today as she has to go back overseas by next week", his PA said sounded nervous knowing she has disturbed his lunch break.
"Just tell her to get lost. I don't care who she is, if she got no appointment she can go back to wherever she came from. She's not the only one with schedule." He said as Chiemi took spoonful of her steak and fed him.
"I understand. I will tell her that. I'm sorry again to disturb you", she said as Ryouji hang up before she could say anything more.
"Ah.. You're always so busy with work." Chiemi protested as he took a sip of the wine in front of him. "So do you still want me to come over tonight? We can mix business and pleasure at the same time", she winked as he laughed. "Sure! Come over".
All of sudden like a strike of lightning he grabbed his phone before he speed dial to his office.
"What's wrong Ryouji? You suddenly look so serious", Chiemi said as Ryouji ignored her.
"Arisa, the guest you mention just now. What's her name? Did she say her name?", he asked impatiently as he closed his eyes praying its not what he thought it might be.
"Ogawa. Megumi Ogawa. But she just left. I told her what you told me so she left", his PA said as he cursed out loud.
"How long ago did she left? Check the camera. She's should still be in the building. Call the security downstairs and make sure she's there when I get back. I don't care if you have to run after her or took a cab to chase her down, if she's not there when I get back don't bother coming in tomorrow", he said as he hung up and stood up quickly.
"Chiemi.. I gotta go. Put it on the company tab will you", he said as he ran as fast as he could towards the lift before Chiemi could even say a word.
Ryouji drove so fast he almost hit the red light. As soon as he heard her name, he couldn't believe his ears. She came to see him. After all this years without a single words, she came just like that. What is it that she want? Is she there to see him or to brag about her marriage life? Either way he couldn't think. All he could think of is to get back to the office as quick as possible and see her with his own eyes to believe that it is her and not some of Hyoga's sick prank on him.
His phone rang as he pick it up before the second ring.
"You got her?", he barked straight away.
"Yes. The security downstairs managed to stopped her but we can't really hold her with no grounds. She's free to go if she wanted, I'm worry she might make a scene." His PA sounded panic as he imagine security guards trying to stop her. He almost laughed at the idea.
"Well. I remember her. She stole something from me. Just get the security bring her up to my office and let her wait there. I won't be too long. Don't worry, I had a very strong reason if she made a scene", he said.
"Stole something? Should I tell the security guards to performed thorough check first?", she sounded worried it almost made him laughed.
"Don't even think about it. I'll do the search necessary. Just get her to my office and I'll be there in 5 minutes", he said as he hang up and press on the gas once again.

"I don't understand. I didn't steal anything. There must be some kind of misunderstanding", Miki protested as her face grew hotter from the people around the lobby staring at her.
"Its an order. Just follow us without much fight and we won't have to embarrassed you further, Miss", said one of the security guard as Miki nodded reluctantly.
Its bad enough to be told to go home and that he's too busy for her. And its worst to know that he was busy with Chiemi Kai. The name was so familiar and she couldn't shake it till it hit her like a thunder bolt in a broad day light. Its the extra girl during Goggle V that she found kissing him after shooting. An episode where Ryouji even put his hands around her and she held him so tight during that motorbike ride. The thought of it brought back memories and how much she was jealous of her.
Exactly what is her relation to Ryouji? After all this year, could it be that she's his wife? The thought it self made her want to run the other way as they guided her to a big office overlooking the city and soft music was playing constantly from the audio set coming from one of the cabinet. Its a very posh looking office and its very Ryouji to have music on at all times, she thought.
She was so busy with her own thoughts as she stared at the city view below her when the door slammed startled her and she turned around to found a figure that she's been missing and dreaming of all this time. That leg, that broad shoulder, that face, that lips , that eyes that staring straight at her as their eyes locked.
"Ryouji..", she heard herself call out softly.
"Its been a while. How are you?", she asked as she smiled at him but he didn't smile at all. He just stared at her with an expression that she can't read as he took a step towards her.
"After all this years, not a single word from you.. And you want to know how I am?", he said sarcastically as he walked over passed her and grab a seat at his chair before he looked up to her. She look even more beautiful in person than the picture. Her hair is much longer and she wore a one piece dress looking so feminine.
Miki bit her lip surprised at his reaction. She didn't expect a warm embrace but at least a descent conversation like she had with Kuroda or Seiya.
"You really want to know how I am or its just a formality questions? Don't bother if its the later. Sit down and tell me what brings you here. What can I do for you Ogawa?", he asked as she flinched at his remark using her surname.
"I just thought of dropping by to see you and thank you for everything you did for Hyoga and myself but I guess that was a wrong decision. You obviously busy and too important now", she said.
"I'm leaving then. I'm glad to see you well after all this year". She said as he laughed sarcastically making her stared at him.
"You came and you go just as you please. That's how you do it. You did it before and you're doing it again. Are you having fun there?", he mocked as she shook her head in disbelief.
"I'm sorry I left before. I just couldn't face you after everything that happened and I realised I was wrong but I wasn't finish with my study and I didn't want to make the same mistake twice by leaving my study halfway to come back for you when I'm not even sure you would be there for me. Obviously you have moved on and I'm glad I didn't come back then or I'll make a fool out of my self", she said furiously as he looked up to her in surprised.
"Moved on? Whatever gives you that idea..", he shook his head in disbelief as she closed her eyes before pointing at his ring finger.
"I don't believe in rumours. You know I don't. But for once its telling the truth", she said as he followed her gaze to his finger before realising the ring on his finger. Why did he have to wear them today out of all day. He cursed himself as he looked at her again. He was going to tell her but decided not to.
"So what if I moved on? Its not like you gave me any hope not to. And isn't that you're the one married and about to have a baby? If you really care for me then why did you even married to another men?", he said as she stared at him dumbfounded.
"Don't play innocent. Pass my best wishes to Hikata will you. And congratulations for convincing you to marry him after all those times I suggested it and you laughed at my face. I guess now I understand why. Your heart wasn't in it. As long as the right man ask, you would be ready for marriage." He said as Miki stared at him as if he lost his mind.
"You both would have a very cute baby. Too bad its not mine", he said as Miki suddenly laughed.
He stared at her as she took a seat and held her stomach from all the laughter.
"What so funny?", he asked as she wiped a tears that came out from all the laughing.
"You thought I'm married to Hikata and that we're having a baby. And you even thought I didn't love you enough to agree on marrying you back then when was only 21 going on 22?", she said in between her laughter before suddenly she stopped and looked at him furiously.
"Have you lost your mind? Is marriage and playing with girls like Chiemi made you lost your mind?", she asked furiously as Ryouji stared at her feeling confused.
"If you really must know, Ryouji.. I'm sorry.. Mr. Akagi or whatever name you wish for me to address you with.. I never been married before let alone having a baby. Hikata did got married and he is expecting a baby in the next 8 months. But not me". She said as she shook her head in disbelief.
"You're not married?", he sounded stunned.
"Some kind of faith you had in me", she said coldly as she grabbed her bag and walked away but Ryouji quickly pulled her hand back.
"You're not leaving. Not now! If you dare leaving now, the security guard will bring you back here anyway so you might as well stay until I tell you to go", he said as she pushed his hand away.
"I didn't steal anything. It must be your sick joke", she said as he laughed before he opened the door and signalled her to wait.
"Arisa, blocked all calls for me no matter how urgent it may be. And don't let anyone come in to my office no matter what's the reason, understand?", he said as she nodded nervously before he went back inside and slammed the door behind him before he approached her until she stepped back as he stood too close.
"You did stole something from me, Megumi. A very important piece as well." He said before smiling cheekily.
"You left me 6 years ago and stole my heart away. Oh and .. Your pyjama or should I say my shirt?", he grinned as she blushed. How did he know? Did he really counted his shirt?
"I'll give it to you back then. I'm sorry I shouldn't take it." She said as he smiled.
"I don't mind you did actually just curious to know why did you take it?", he ask softly this time as she looked away.
"I knew I would miss you badly so having it made me think of you and felt like you around me when I.. Arghhh why do I even bother explaining. Its none of your business", she said quickly as he smiled. He heard enough. The fact that Hyoga sent that picture only few months ago means she still thinks of him after all this year.
"What about my heart? Why did you take it with you?", he asked as she rolled her eyes at him.
"I didn't take it. It just followed me." She shrugged making him laughed when he suddenly lowered his head and kissed her making her gasped in surprised before she pushed him away.
"What do you think you're doing?", she asked him as he looked at her flushed face "You're married!", she added as he chuckled.
"Have affair with me, Megumi", he whispered as he stared at her in the eyes before he kissed her again. "Gosh! How much I missed this", he said in between the kiss as Miki pushed him again panting and there's a clear pain in her eyes as she stared at him.
"Are you crazy?", she said.
"You just told me you're not having a baby and you're not married. That means you're a free woman. Am I wrong?", he said as she shook her head in disbelief.
"I am, you're obviously not", she said as he traced her face with his fingers.
"Then I don't see what's the problem here. Just don't think too much and be honest for once. Don't tell me you don't miss this as much as I do", he said as he kissed her again this time he unzipped her dress despite her protests and with one hand he let the dress slipped away. The one piece dress fell on the ground around her heels making her gasped as she tried to retrieve it. He lifted her up and sat her on his desk as he looked at her.
"You're still as beautiful as I could remember. Even better", he said as she pushed him away trying to get down on the floor but he just held both of her hand in his palm closely.
"Stop this Ryouji. We're in your office", she said sounded panic as he laughed.
"Do you prefer to go to hotel or my place instead?", he teased clearly enjoying this as she shook her head in disbelief.
"Don't make me kick you where it hurt and made you incapable of having descendant", she warned him as he laughed.
"Its your loss if you do. You won't be able to see little Ryouji running around. And don't worry, no one would dare coming here and my office is sound proof so feel free to scream all you want", he grinned as she finally pushed him hard as she get off the desk but Ryouji took her dress before she did and put his hands up with it making it hard for her to reach it as he's much taller than her even with her heels on.
"Stop it Ryouji. We're not 5 anymore! Give it back to me. Enough game ok." She said furiously.
"Consider yourself lucky I didn't make you wait like that in one of the cabinet while I'm having a meeting here", he said as she suddenly laughed.
"You're punishing me for making you hide in the wardrobe aren't you? Gesh Ryouji.. That's 6 years ago. Let it go already", she said as he put her dress on one of the top cabinet out of her reach.
"Punish you? I'm getting even with you", he grinned.
"I'm paying you back. Hyoga's operation, no matter how much it cost, just know I'm paying you back in time. Let's not do it this way ok", she pleaded as he looked at her amused.
"Hyoga? He has nothing to do with us. I never ask for your money and I won't accept it either. But you do owe me something that's overdue, if you're willing to pay me back then maybe I'll call it even", he said as she stared at him feeling so uncomfortable to only stood there in her undergarments and high heels.
"What is it?", she asked.
"My 2nd anniversary present. I gave you the CD you requested but you never gave me what you promised me. So .. Do the bubble pop dance here now", he said as she stood up looking angry and grabbed the chair before trying to climb it to reach the cabinet before the chair wobbled and she let out a scream as she felt she's falling down and noticed a pair of hands caught her before she hit the floor and held her tight.
"Why you have to be so stubborn? What are you trying to do? Break your neck?", he sounded angry as he reach the cabinet for her dress and gave it to her before she snatched it off him and quickly put them on.
"You're have it too easy with other girls that used to do anything to please you. You forgot I'm not one of them. Good bye Ryouji. I mean it this time", she said as she turned and walked away only to have Ryouji pulled her so strong she fell on his arms and before she could say anything he kissed her hard making her struggle to breath as it gets more passionate and she heard herself moaning without her realising.
"Stop thinking just for the moment will you? Do you miss me, Megumi? Cuz I'm sure as hell miss you like crazy and I'll show you just how much", he whispered in between their kisses and lost in the moment, she kissed him back before holding on to him closely as tears filled her eyes. She missed him just as bad but she never thought this would be the way.
She closed her eyes as she let him take her over.
"I can't believe this is happening", she said as he held her close. Both of them sat on the carpet staring out at the city view with Ryouji behind her wrapping his hands around her.
"Well, it did." He said as she closed her eyes.
"You're married Ryouji. This is not right", she sighed sounded sad as he chuckled.
"Would it makes any different if I don't? What would you have done if I'm not married? Would you like to marry me instead?", he asked as she looked away.
"Stop joking around. Its not even funny", she said as he laughed.
"Why do you care so much about it? No other girls ever fuss about it before", he said as Miki gave him an eyeful.
"Well.. I'm no other girl. I believe a marriage should be a sacred union between two people who are in love and no other woman should come in between them", she sighed as he smiled.
"Glad to know you think that way. Shall we go and meet my wife then? You can apologise to her if you feel so bad. Personally I don't think she would mind", he said as she stared at him speechless.
"You really enjoying me getting hurt don't you? For all the pain I may caused you, you really want me to suffer. As if all this time I'm not suffer enough", she said sadly.
He played with her long hair as he stood up and buttoned up his shirt before he pulled her to her feet.
"Let's go." He said as she stared at him.
"Where?", she asked as he smiled.
"To the place I should bring you hours ago. Our place", he smiled as he grabbed her hand making her quickly grabbed her bag.
"But I have to go home", she said but he kept on walking.
"I'll drop you home later." He said as he opened the door but still holding her hand tightly not letting it go. She felt so many pairs of eyes staring and watching them as they made their way out. She started wondering if the office really was sound proof. She blushed at the thought when Ryouji noticed it and smiled before he put his arms around her protectively and keep on walking towards the lift.
They saw his PA ran after them looking nervous as Ryouji held the lift back at the sight of her.
"Just faxed me everything urgent home and cancel all meeting in the afternoon. I'm off for the day", he said as she nodded and he let go the door before it closed on them.
"I wonder what they must think of me. First I'm an unwanted foreigner guest, then I was a thief and then I stayed too long in a closed room with their boss and now the boss taking the day off", Miki sighed as she looked down making Ryouji laughed before he kissed her briefly.
"Let them think whatever they wanted to think. But one thing they will surely wonder, just who is the beautiful girl in my arms", he grinned as she rolled her eyes at him.

"You still live in the same place after all this year?", she looked surprised as Ryouji smiled.
"I bought the building. So I actually live in the penthouse now but occasionally I drop by our place. All your stuff still there and all the furniture and everything else. There's too many memories there. I couldn't really stay there without thinking of you so I moved to the penthouse this year." He said as she said nothing.
As soon as he opened the door, memories returned and she smiled at the sight. Like Ryouji said everything is still in its place as if nothing has changed.
"Missed it?", he asked as she nodded.
"Why don't you go and see if you still got all your stuff and if you need to take any of them", he said as she nodded and made her way to the bathroom.
Ryouji opened the drawer next to bed taking something out. Something that he meant to give her 6 years ago, the day she left him.
"Everything still there?", he asked her as she nodded smiling.
"Do you need new pyjama to take with you?", he grinned as Miki blushed and shook her head.
"Ah, by the way.. My wife is here. Are you ready to see her?", he asked as she looked pale all of sudden. She really didn't expect it. She looked at him to see if he's joking but he looked just as serious.
"Do I really have to?", she asked as Ryouji chuckled.
"Well, you have to see her soon or later anyway. Beside you already knew her", he grinned as she felt her heart beat stopped. He must be talking about that extra girl. Chiemi Kai. The girl he was busy with and didn't want to be disturbed. She closed her eyes feeling like a total fool. She wished she could just run out.
"I see. She makes you happy?", she asked as tears try to break free.
"She made me the happiest man I could be just by standing next to me", he said earnestly as he looked at her wondering if she knew what he meant. But to his surprise she turned her back on him and he could see through the mirror a tears fell on her cheek as he quickly got up and wrapped his arms around her.
"Why are you crying? I thought you would be happy to hear it", he said as she nodded weakly.
"If you're truly happy with her than stop playing around with other girls and stop playing with my heart." She said as he looked surprised.
"Megumi.. ", he said as he took something from his pocket.
"You misunderstand. Look in the mirror", he said as he slid a ring on her finger. "There.. Megumi.. Meet my wife, Megumi Ogawa", he said as she stared at their reflections in the mirror and saw him smiled at her before she looked down at the ring on her hand. Its the exact same ring as the one he wore. What is the meaning of all this?
"I don't understand..", she finally said as she looked at him.
"I'm not married, silly girl. Never married unless its with you", he said as he took the ring off his hand and showed her.
"This is not a wedding ring. Its a couple ring I bought 6 years ago and was going to give it to you as our second anniversary present when you're nowhere to be found. I kept it since then and just decided to wear it today as a perfect excuses to avoid some girls who can be very persistent and aggressive regardless I'm married or not", he explained as she quickly sat on the floor feeling weak learning everything.
"You're not married..", she said slowly as he laughed. "No, Megumi. You can check at the registry if you still not sure."
"Then why didn't you say earlier? Why putting me through all this stupid emotion making a fool out of myself?", she yelled at him feeling tears coming out as he smiled.
"I was going to but you were so worked up in believing I am so I let you. I thought you were married too. I met Hyoga when Hikata's parents proposing", he said as she shook her head in disbelief.
"Hikata parents went and proposed without even discussing it with us. We never went out. I never been with anyone else after you. Hikata was almost like a brother and best friend to me and vice versa. His parents has always liked me and even treated me like their own daughter and thought it would be great if we both married especially knowing we both used to have feeling for each other in the past. But he knew well I wasn't over you and he met his wife at the dojo. She was one of his student." Miki sighed as Ryouji took everything in slowly feeling relief at the same time.
"His parents finally accepted her and agreed for them to be married and I was their maid of honour. She fell pregnant only few months after the wedding so she didn't come along to Japan. And I met Kuroda at the airport when Hikata mentioned the baby shopping and he must have misunderstood him and I assume he's the culprit who let you know the news too since I haven't even been home. I stayed at Hikata's house yesterday", she said as Ryouji raised his eye brows.
"Why is that?", he sounded jealous as Miki laughed.
"They're like my own family already. We got home pretty late yesterday so no point of making a fuss waking up my family and I had meeting with Seiya this morning before coming to you only to be rejected and treated like a criminal and harassed like a helpless office girl", she sighed as Ryouji laughed so hard he was practically rolling on the floor.
"Glad you find it entertaining", she said as he looked at her smiling before pulling her towards him.
"Look at us, two fools who misunderstand everything. Let's just ask each other directly next time before we both have to go through unnecessary emotions ok?", he said as she nodded in agreement.
"Let me start first then. What's Chiemi Kai to you?", she asked directly as he smiled.
"Jealous Megumi?", he grinned as she blushed before slightly nodded as he looked amused at her admission.
"Obviously you remember her from ..", he was about to finish when Miki cut him off.
"She's the cockroach .. Yeah.. I remember too well.. So .. What is it?", she rushed him as he laughed.
"Ah.. She's one of my new and upcoming artist. And well.. One of my playmate", he said as Miki stood up and walked out the room before Ryouji quickly stood up chasing her.
"Megumi.. Wait! Let me explain first..", he said as she pushed his hand away.
"I heard enough. You're a free man. I left you ages ago, I don't have the right to question you anyway and I'm sorry I ask." She said before he turned her around and kissed her.
"Listen first, gessh you're stubborn. Didn't we just promise to be direct to avoid misunderstanding? Well let me explain before you jump into any conclusion first", he said as she crossed her arms stubbornly.
"Just how many playmate do you have?", she asked as he laughed.
"One question at a time, will you?", he shook his head in disbelief.
"All those songs you sent me, I believed you. What a fool! And to think you were with her before you're with me just now. Arghhhhhhhh", she let out a frustration scream as he laughed again hugging her but she quickly pushing him away.
"I didn't do anything with her before. Stop making it sound so bad. All those song were true. I was waiting for you all those 5 years until I learned you getting married and I just couldn't cope and just felt like giving up. And since then I started getting back to playing with love instead of waiting for love. But believe me, for 5 whole years I was truly waiting for you and there was no one else." He said as she closed her eyes feeling frustrated at him, at her self and at everything that happened.
"And just so you know, 5 years was a very long time for any guy especially me. After all, I'm a guy in my prime time. Its a record for me", he grinned at her.
"If it makes you feel any better, I can promise you from now on there won't be any other girls but you", he said as she looked at him.
"What make you think I'm coming back to you? Especially after knowing this", she said as he pulled her and made her lay on him.
"Stop playing games with our heart, Megumi. We both wasted 6 years. No, you did! You left me and didn't even bother to write a single email when you could have if you really care. So stop it now. We're just meant to be. Now you're back in my arms don't ever think I would let you go again. Beside you have no reason not to be with me right? I wasn't the reason for you to leave back then so if that reason has gone, you could stay right?", he said as she held him close. Everything he said was true.
She has wasted their time and feelings for nothing. At the end, he was always there and everything that made her run away from, he has fixed it for her. Hyoga's leg, the magazine, the movie, even Ryoko. There's nothing left for her to run from.
He didn't even looked at her differently after he knew everything about the magazine and the movie. He still looked at her lovingly and still wanted to be with her.
Ryouji felt his shirt damped as he realise Megumi was crying on him. He lifted her chin up to face him as he raised his eyebrows at her.
"Are you honestly saying you forgive me for taking those pictures and doing that kind of work regardless the reason? Can you really look at me the same way without thinking the worst?", she said as he shook his head in disbelief at her question.
"Its not your fault Megumi. I understand why you did it and I blamed Ryoko and the company for making you go through it but never blamed you for it. Is that the reason you didn't come back to me all this time? I could strangle you if you said so. Can't you see I was madly in love with you and didn't care about it?", he got up as he stared at her.
"How would I know. Even my own dad and brother was looking at me differently as if I'm a monster. How would I know you wouldn't see me just as bad or worse", she cried as he pulled her close to him.
"Oh! Megumi! You really wasted 6 years for nothing if that's what you really worried about and to think what you have put me through those years." He let out a scream before he kissed her.
"You really have no choice now. You just have to marry me to make up for it. I don't accept apology or any other way. Either marry me or lose me for good", he said as she cried and held him close.
"Ah.. Now I think about it, we might even have a baby on the way. I really didn't plan for whatever happen in the office to happened." He grinned at her as she stared at him before she hit him on his chest.
"What were you thinking?!", she hit him again as he laughed even louder.
"So, will you marry me and make it up to me for the rest of your life?", he asked her as she chuckled.
"The worst proposal I ever heard." She laughed before she kissed him "I'll marry you on one condition", he said as he smiled "what is that?".
"No more playmates or other girls for the rest of your life either", she said seriously as he laughed. "Who needs them when I have you". He grinned.
"Is that a yes?", she asked
"Is that a yes?", he asked back as they both smiled at each other before nodded in unison.

Nikkatsu Corporations is one of Japan's oldest major movie studio. One of its subs is Roman Porno (Romantic pornography) which started in 1971 and focus on pink films heavily on S&M especially between '74 - '84.
1988 (6 years after Goggle V was aired was their very last production of movie before declared bankruptcy in '93.
In 1983 - megumi ogawa listed among few other stars who posed for Pornographic Ukiyo-E Shunga under Nikkatsu Roman Porno production. But mysteriously the book never made it out. The production was put into a halt and the company was investigated regarding the book. However some did leaked and that's how the rumour started. But apart from rumour, many fans couldn't really find anything or pictures on it. Some also said she did posed for an S&M pictorial book but again not many prove on this and still an ongoing debate at many forums.
Her two last movies also was extremely difficult to find and so far no one has confirmed they actually watch it. Many tried to find it but apart from Kung Fu Chen and Goggle V, no one has successfully managed to get a copy of her other movies (strange?.. I think so)

Chiemi Kai born a year after Megumi Ozawa was actually from the same hometown as Ryouji Akagi among many other goggle v casts such as deathgiller, goggle red and Kuroda. She made her debut as a singer in 1980s. (Incase you curious about her) :p on goggle v she did looked a bit too cosy with Akama. So just thought of include her in this drama. LOL
Mizuho Corporation is exist. Its one of the largest financial service company in Japan along side Nomura Holdings but of course its not a true fact that Ryouji actually linked to it. Its fiction afterall :p
