Now, let's start on the first ever Bushtail POV

Bushtail's POV

Bushtail wondered why the Dark Forest wanted him to have kits with Morningpool, She is just like any other cat! But in order to becoome stronger, he had to follow orders. He could clearly remember Morningpool's terrified expression. He had lined her down so she couldn't escape and he wished he could reset and just be friends. No, you have to follow their orders! A voice inside his head growled.

Bushtail padded into his nest and noticed Morningpool had moved away as far as possible. He closed his eyes, ready for more training with the Dark Forest.

"Ah Bushtail, what took you so long?" Snapped his mentor, Frostscar. "Darkheart is always in time!"

Bushtail peered over his shoulder to see that black warrior training with Blazehawk.

"Now, why do you wish you never got some kits?" Snarled the white she cat. "You can use them to our advantage."

"But why Morningpool?" Asked Bushtail, feeling his pelt prickle.

"Morningpool deserved to be punished."

"But why?"

"Why? Because she is the one that will defeat us! We need her kits to turn against her!" Frostscar rolled her eyes.

Bushtail sighed. "But why did I have to do it?"

"Because she trusted you!" The white scarred she cat gave a snarl, "Now, show me that move again!"

Bushtail nodded and waited for Frostscar to attack.

Frostscar ran at him, giving sharp blows to his muzzle. Waiting until she had stopped, he ran me into her, kicking her down and trying to pretend to snap her neck. But the old she cat was faster and bowled him off.

"Pathetic!" She snapped, "You can do better than that!"

Giving a snarl, he slammed his paws into her chest, winding her so he could snap her neck for real.

"Enough!" She grunted, "Enough!"

"Fine." Bushtail panted.

"I want you to battle Darkheart. She is one of the strongest cats here." Frostscar ordered.

Bushtail nodded. Darkheart paddd up to him, her eyes gleaming with pleasure.

"Lets fight!" She growled, lunging at him. Bushtail tried to dodge but she was faster. Us in his hind paws, he kicked her off and slashed her ear. Darkheart easily pinned him and Frostscar gave a groan.

"Try again tommorow." She sighed. "And practise!"

He woke up to find Darkheart glaring at him. "That was easy last night." She snapped.

Bushtail rolled his eyes. "Morningpool!" He called. The ginger she cat quickened her pace. "Wait!"

"What." She mewed coldly.

"Want to hunt together." He asked, well it was more of a plead.

"Sure I guess.." Morningpool mewed.

They went out hunting, and both came back with two mice and a fat rabbit.

"Good catch!" Mewed Skypaw. "I hope I can catch like that on my final assessment!"

It was his assessment in just a few days and Bushtail heard Morningpool purr something to him. Why does she like apprentices so much? Then he remembered Plumekit, Loudkit and Silverkit were becoming -paws tommorow. They weren't yet six moons, they were six moons in a week, but Moonstar needed more warriors.

"Who would you like to mentor?" Bushtail asked, "I hope I get Plumekit. She seems like a great warrior."

"I like Silverkit but I think he is going to become a Medicine Cat." Sighed Morningpool.

"Maybe you will get Waspkit?"

"No, Mooncloud wants Silverbird to mentor him. And I think Darkheart will get Loudkit or Plumekit. They love her!"

Darkheart is just trying to use them! He wanted to yowl.

It was a few days later and Plumekit, Loudkit and Silverkit were getting apprenticed. Morningpool's kits are starting to show, I'm guessing she won't apprentice them. It was obvious Morningpool was trying to hide it.

"Plumekit, Loudkit and Silverkit have reached the peak of kithood. And-"

Bushtail was bored of listening. He wanted to see who would mentor the kits.

"Then Plumekit, from this day forward, until you gain your warrior name, you will be known as Plumepaw, your mentor will be Darkheart. You are a brave and loyal warrior, I hope you will pass these skills onto Plumepaw." Loyal, hah! Moonstar said the same words to Silverpaw who was apprenticed to Goldenfern and Loudpaw was apprenticed to Bushtail.

"Lucky you!" Commented Morningpool.

"Can we train?" Asked Loudpaw in his loud voice which drove everyone crazy.

"Sure." Bushtail mewed, "Morningpool is coming as well."

"What?" Morningpool gave a small yowl of surprise.

"We need to talk." He whispered.

"C'mon, let's go!" Ordered Loudpaw.

"Let me just wish Skypaw and Larchpaw luck on their final assessment." Muttered Morningpool.

I swear that she likes the apprentices more than everyone!

Bit of a filler but oh well. We have a little POV from Bushtail. Hopefully now you understand why he did it. At least a bit.
