Recap: "Bastard! I was telling you something." Naruto says as he lays his head on Sasuke's shoulder.

"And I wasn't listening. Because I want to go, with you, to my bed. So stand up." Sasuke stands up and tries to pull Naruto on his feet.

"I'm not going anywhere!" Naruto screams with a smile on his face as he tries to pull Sasuke back on the couch.

"Now you are just asking for it." Sasuke sighs as he lets himself fall on the couch.

"Ha! I've got you!" Naruto says as he wraps his arms and legs around Sasuke. Sasuke smiles. "W-what... Why are you smiling?" Naruto asks confused.

"I think... I've got..." Sasuke says as he swiftly stands up. "you." Sasuke wraps his arms around Naruto and starts to walk to the bedroom.

"You know..." Naruto says as he looks at Sasuke.

"What?" Sasuke says while he opens the door of the bedroom. Naruto smiles and gives a kiss on Sasuke's forehead. Sasuke gently lays Naruto on the bed.

"I still win." Naruto says as he pulls the blankets over him.

Pancakes!

When Sasuke opens his eyes, light falls already into the room through the curtains. Naruto softly mumbles something not understandable and clings on to Sasuke's shirt. Sasuke smiles and starts to gently stroke Naruto's hair, carefully so he won't wake up.

I still can't believe it. He thinks. This beautiful angel really lies here in my bed. He is really here and all that had happened yesterday, is true... I still can't believe it, I'm too afraid to... But he is here. We did kiss and we nearly made out. Sasuke kisses Naruto's forehead gently without waking him. Not to mention that we said "I love you" to each other. Sasuke had whispered those three words to the sleeping blond as he thought of it. We love each other and we will stay together. I already made up my mind that I will do whatever it takes to make him happy. To make him smile... laugh... I love it when he does that... Sasuke's smile grows bigger and he kisses Naruto softly one more time before he frees himself from Naruto's hug. He gets up and walks to the door where he looks back one more time to see if his blond lover is still asleep, which he is. Sasuke smiles and closes the door behind him softly and starts to make his way to the kitchen. I shouldn't keep wondering about whether he is really here or not or other 'what if's'. Let myself think about such stuff and I'd only get confused or depressed. 'What if's' are just as useless as regrets. Future cannot be foreseen and the past can't be rewritten. As Sasuke walks into the kitchen, he takes a look at the clock. Nearly midday... Last time Naruto tried to make me breakfast, so I guess it's only fair that I make breakfast for both of us now. But first... Sasuke quickly summons a clone.

"Know what to do?" The real one asks and the clone nods, leaving the house shortly after.

I will give Naruto the best day of his life! I will surprise and give him reasons to smile and laugh all day long. Sasuke takes a look at his food supply and smiles as he thinks of something. And it starts with breakfast. I will ask him out through that way. Sasuke blushes at the thought of asking the love of his life out for his and their very first date.

Naruto slowly opens his eyes as he yawns. He stretches his arms as he looks next to him. Naruto smiles as he rolls out of bed. I did get what I wanted. He thinks as he walks to the door.

Sasuke cracks some eggs in a bowl and pours some milk in it. Would he like some pancakes for breakfast? As he puts some butter in the bowl he listens carefully. He doesn't want Naruto to be awake before breakfast is ready. There is no sound. Thank god... Hopefully I'm done before he is here. Sasuke ads some flour and some syrup and mixes everything together. He wanders around the kitchen, grabbing things.

Naruto closes the door behind him. What is that smell? Is Sasuke making breakfast? Naruto smiles by the thought of Sasuke cooking things. Naruto walks to the kitchen not knowing what to expect. He really wants to make this day special.

Sasuke heard the bedroom door closing as he sits at the table with their breakfast ready. Finally he's awake. Sasuke walks to the fridge and grabs two glasses filled with a smoothie.

"What do I smell?" Naruto says as he walks into the kitchen. Sasuke smiles and walks to Naruto.

"Good morning." Sasuke says as he gives Naruto a kiss on his cheek.

"Morning, Sasuke." Naruto says as he gives Sasuke a hug. "You baked pancakes!" Naruto says as he rushes to the table. "I hope they taste as good as they smell." Naruto smiles as he looks at the tower of pancakes.

Sasuke joins Naruto at the table and says: "Go ahead, that is all yours." Naruto grabs his fork and digs in.

"You know..." Naruto says with his mouth full. "I could 've helped you."

"I know, but then it wasn't a surprise anymore." Sasuke says as he puts his glass back on the table. Naruto stops eating and looks at his pancakes.

"Sasuke?" Naruto says. "Were the pancakes trying to tell me something?" Naruto can't stop staring at the pancake mountain which apparently had letters on it. But because Naruto had digged in so eagerly it had become unreadable. Sasuke chuckles a little as he walks around the table to Naruto's side picking the syrup bottle along.

"Here, I'll show you." He says softly while standing behind Naruto and remakes the words. Just before he's done, Naruto drops his fork and stares wide eyed at the text, the question, that was written.

'Will you go out with me?' it read.

Sasuke smiles at the surprised look on Naruto's face whom doesn't know how to answer.

"S-Sasuke... I'm... I'm so sorry..." Naruto eventually manages to say. Sasuke didn't expect this reaction and looks confused at the blond that avoids his eyes. Sasuke intends to say something but is unable to speak when Naruto suddenly hugs him. "I'm sorry Sasuke, I completely screwed up your surprise for me." He says as he holds Sasuke tight and feels him sigh in relief before Sasuke returns the hug. Naruto leans back a little to give Sasuke a short kiss and looks him in his eyes. "You didn't think I would decline now did you?" He asks with a teasing look in his eyes. Sasuke looks away, a soft smile and slight blush on his face.

"So, you will then?" He asks and looks up to Naruto with hope in his eyes. Naruto is amazed to see such an emotion in his eyes, though it doesn't surprise him all that much. Ever since they don't treat each other as enemy's before, Naruto got to discover many sides of Sasuke he's never seen before. And he knows that it's likely that nobody else will ever get to see most of these sides.

"Of course I will, silly." Naruto answers Sasuke's question and hugs him again and kisses him deeply. "I love you, teme." Naruto says after breaking their kiss.

"I love you too, dobe." Sasuke says with a smile and he kisses Naruto again, long and slow. Naruto enjoys it till the fullest and can't hide the sigh of disappointment when Sasuke pulls away.

"You should finish your breakfast before it gets cold." He says with the love for his blond still in his eyes.

"Sasuke?" Naruto asks while he fills his mouth with a big chunk of the pancakes.

"What is it? Is something wrong?" Sasuke asks.

"Well..." Naruto starts with his mouthful. Sasuke looks at him and sighs.

"Your mouth Naruto. It's full." Sasuke says as he holds Naruto's hand, which was on its way to his mouth, down. A light blush appears at Naruto's face as he tries to swallow.

"Sorry... I just wanted to ask, why aren't you eating?" Naruto looks at Sasuke.

"I wanted to eat but then you asked me about the pancakes." Sasuke says as he sits down at the other side of the table. "Just eat, you seem to love it." Sasuke says and eats some of the pancakes of his plate. Naruto smiles as he looks at his plate.

Naruto looks up and sees that Sasuke has already finished.

"I'm not so hungry anymore... Can I save this for later?" Naruto asks as he lays his fork down on the plate. He had three pancakes left.

"Well, I don't think you want those pancakes later, but we'll just put them in the fridge."

Naruto grins and says: "Oi~ oi Sasuke! What have you been planning for today?" Naruto asks as he lays his head on the table.

Sasuke smiles as he says: "It wouldn't be a surprise if I told you, now would it?"

Naruto pouts but when Sasuke strokes his cheek he can't help it to smile.

Hey guys! Here is a new upload of our fanfic! (This time you didn't have to wait that long right?)

Anybody else feel like eatin pancakes? We did, when we were writing this.

Chan and I are just starting with writing chapter 22. Oh, chapter 21 will be really long so look forward to that. (I'm sorry if its dragging a bit... I mean we only described like, what 4 days? In 22 chapters... ^.^")
