The GJ Counsel has decided Shego is too dangerous to be left to roam and remain alive, calling her an animal and has ordered a shoot to kill target on her, their figure head Betty Director, tries her damnest to recall the vote with little success.
After the heated debate, Betty decide to get relief from all the stress of the day, by receiving carnal pleasure and pain by visiting her favorite gentleman club in Go City, owned and operated by a good friend and robotics specialist Vivian Porter, only to discover her friend has hired the one woman she's been trying to put in jail and now trying to figure out away to save.
During a private dance, she to tell the plasma-wielder about the bounty on her head, while also hiding her big secret, however Shego discovers the secret before learning of the bounty, which it is in that moment, Gemini, Betty's bullhead of a brother, barge into the club, looking for the green woman and Betty does all she can in that one incident to protect her.
The women go to Betty's personal hideout, outside Go City and they have a tense night together, followed by a relaxing morning of passion, to which the one eyed woman regrets later that day, which is when she has a discussion about morals and regulations on being a GJ Leader to her yet, not knowing, prodigy, who leave in raged by the woman's blunt disconcert for the decision her organization has made.
Three months pass and a weary and stressed Betty, has one last conference with her encryptors on finding any loopholes in the contracted bounty and come up empty yet again, that is when her appointed prodigy visits again asking where Shego is, they talk with much less venom, although the redhead is still upset about the whole situation, however their discussion and plans are interrupted by an alarm.
The two sprint into action, despite Betty's concern for Kim's safety and her concern is manifest into more mess than they bargained for in a simple rescue mission and the rescuers become the rescuees as the one woman they've been searching for shows up, to risk her lief in saving them, she then help them recover and discover their own abilities in their comet powers.
Until Kim's brother's along with the remaining members of Team Go, come to rescue Kim and Betty from the green woman, well mostly Kim, and after some hateful and misguided words are spewed from Kim's mouth, Shego ends up explaining why she became evil, a secret she's been hiding in her heart from her own brothers.
Soon after that whole ordeal, Shego and Betty set off on getting recon and how to get her pardoned, discovering all three are now being targeted the two decide to escape to warn Kim, but that plan is halted by the new leader of GJ being informed they are hiding inside the facility and as Betty chose to save Shego over herself, Shego decide to change her mind by revealing her secret, she's pregnant, with the woman's baby, which only urge Betty more in trying to get Shego out.
Displeased with her baby's other mother's decision, Shego goes on a quest to get Betty back and gain new information, learning that their are people working behind the scenes to help her and eliminate their suppose target, the Counsel or the one behind the Counsel's decision and discover that her lover has been rescued from the hell hole called GJ.
Kim and Shego head to the hideout her tech guru had built for Team Possible and find Betty sitting with Shego's grandfather, who had rescued the woman from GJ with his twin grandsons, while on the other side of the globe, behind the scenes Ron is getting Bonnie and Tara settled in at Yamanouchi, while Master Sensei is being targeted and disposed of, making Yori the new Master Sensei in his place.
At the Team Possible base camp, Betty has been anxious about Shego asking to bed her again and because of the torture happening to her body, especially her extra package, she seek the help of Kim and gets it, however both discover something else, the thing Betty has already known, that Kim is one other person, besides Shego that she has desired to copulate with; Kim on the other hand, has yet to truly figure it out, that is until the four people behind the scenes, help her and confuse her, by revealing who they are.
