The doctor pulls out his instruments. He inserts them inside me one by one. This is not how I
wanted the birth to go. "Everything will be ok" Endiymon assures me. I want to believe him, but my
pain has blinded me. I fear the baby may be the death of me. "Get it out, but let it live!" hysterical, I
demand. My life passes by me as fast as the shooting star outside.
