Hey im back with another chapter for this story. Thank you so much for those of you who have stayed with me throughout this story so far. Its not ending yet but it will You tell me and I'll make a sequel for this story. YAY!

Briarpaw's POV.

I walked around the Leafclan camp, YES! My hind legs were fixed and now I can walk again. I love it here in Leafclan, my apprentice training is beginning again and I am doing wonderfully. Soon I can have my warrior name! OH I CAN'T WAIT! I went over to the freshkill pile and grabbed a trout. Don't tell anyone this but I think trout is my favorite out of all the freshkill!

"Hey Leafstar, do you know when I can go home?" I asked when I noticed Leafstar sitting beside me.

"I don't know, it'll be whenever your clanmates can spare a few warriors to come and get you. I would send a warrior to tell them but no one knows the way there except for me and Crowfeather but we are needed here. I am sorry I know that you want to go home but think in a few days you'll get your warrior name."

"Really?" I shouted.

"Yes, you may not be in my clan but i am still a leader and you deserve your warrior name." Leafstar said to me.

I purred in happiness. "Oh thank you Leafstar."

"Besides my offer still stands."

"What offer?"

"Your clanmates didn't tell you? Well when you first arrived at leafclan I told your clanmates to tell you that if you wanted to stay in leafclan then you would be welcomed into the clan fully."

"Really Leafstar?"

"Really Briarpaw."

"cool"

"Crowfeather come on we're assessing Briarpaw for her warrior name!" Leafstar yowled.

"Coming Leafstar." said Crowfeather.

the more I thought about my clanmates not telling me things the more determined I am to stay in Leafclan. I mean how can your mother and father not tell you that you could join a clan that was meant for you. Or your clan leader not want you to be happy, or the medicine cat not even look for a cure to fix my legs but then decides that your never going to amount to anything and decide what your going to do from then until I reach Starclan! What kind of clan is that keeping secrets about me from me?! Well you know what I'm joining Leafclan, Its where I belong.

"Leafstar I would like to say something." I called out.

"Sure Briarpaw, what is it?"

"I would like to announce that I'm joining Leafclan." I said in a clear voice.

"BRIARPAW, BRIARPAW, BRIARPAW!" I heard my name being chanted and I spun around and saw my new clanmates cheering for me. I hadn't even realized that they had come out to see what announcement I had. I purred in happiness.

Sunhigh after Briarpaw's Warrior Assessment

"Cats of Leafclan I would like you to gather around the Great Rock for an important meeting.'' Leafstar called.

Soon all of leafclan was gathered around the Great Rock and listening. I sat near the front.

"Cats of Leafclan I would like to announce that one of our apprentices is ready to receive her warrior name. Brairpaw do you promise to protect and defend Leafclan even at the cost of your life?"

"I do." I said. I stood shaking in excitement.

"Then by the powers of starclan I give you your warrior name. Briarpaw from this moment on you will be know as Briarlight. Starclan honors your enthusiasm, determination, and how you bring light to every cats' lives here in leafclan. I now pronounce you as a warrior of Leafclan."

Leafstar jumped down from the Great Rock and rested her muzzle on my head. Then I in return licked her shoulder.

"Briarlight will hold silent vigil tonight until dawn. Right now I believe she has some hunting to do." Leafstar said her eyes shining in amusement as I bounded off happily.

I know short chapter but i thought the ending was pretty good. Tell me what you think After i finnish this story should there be a sequel?
