Chapter 20- The Crystal Fair

Me: Alright, a lot has happened thus far, and it's time to advance! Let's start the show!

Tid: Hold it! What's going to happen?

Me: You'll find out soon enough. I don't own the rights to Naruto Shippuden or My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Later in the same day of the meeting with the Princesses, I was sitting on the couch in my home when I heard a knock on the door. I stood and walked across the living room over to it, grasping the doorknob before opening the door. On the other side, to my surprise, I saw Fluttershy standing there.

"Hello, Fluttershy," I said in greeting. She looked up at me.

"Oh, hello," She replied in the same soft voice that she always used.

"Would you like to come in?" I asked her opening the door further and gesturing to the inside of the house.

"Oh, yes please." She responded with a slight smile. I stepped aside and she entered into my home. I closed the door behind her and joined her on the large couch.

"So, Fluttershy, what brings you here?" I asked her when we had settled in.

"Well, you see, um... I was... hoping you would, um, train me." She replied. I stared at her for a few moments, trying (albeit not very hard) to contain my shock. To be perfectly honest, I was surprised that she was the first to approach me for training, and not Rainbow Dash or Applejack.

"You want me to train you?" I asked her. She nodded. "Train you in what?"

"I'd like you to train me to not be afraid," She replied.

"Train you to not be afraid?" She nodded once more.

"I don't want to be afraid of little things anymore. I mean, I still get scared at a leaf touching me when I don't expect it, so, I want to be more brave." She answered. I had to admit, she had determination.

"Right, well, I suppose you realize that you'll be subject to things that are scary, even for people who don't scare easily?" I asked her.

"Oh yes, I wouldn't expect anything else out of this kind of training," She said. Her face had changed from one of trying to hide in a shell to one of flat-out determination. She had her body turned toward me, she was looking me dead in the eye, and she seemed to give off an air that I hadn't expected out of her. I smiled.

"Of course. I'll train you then," I told her. She smiled.

"Thank you very much!" She said a bit louder than she usually spoke; though it still wasn't very loud.

"You're very welcome, Fluttershy. I do have one question, though," I told her.

"And what's that?" She asked.

"When do you want to start your training?"

"Well, how about today?" She asked in response.

"Today? Are you sure you want to start so soon?" I asked in a bit of surprise.

"Well, we don't have to do it today, if you don't want to," She replied.

"Oh no, it's fine, I was just trying to make sure they you were really okay with it," I responded.

"Oh, well, I am." She confirmed. I nodded.

"Alright, then let's get started," I said. She nodded.

We both stood from the couch and walked through the living room. I opened the door and allowed Fluttershy to pass through before I followed her, closing the door behind me. Fluttershy waited on the porch and I took the lead, leading her around to the back of the house. We stood at the foot of the hill, right next to the river. The sun was high in the sky, providing enough light for what Fluttershy and I were planning to do. I sat on the ground and she did the same.

"Now, Fluttershy, I'm going to be using my Genjutsu on you," I said to her.

"Genjutsu?" She asked. I nodded.

"You're familiar with Genjutsu, aren't you?" She nodded. "Well, what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you some images that are going to look very real. Now, do keep in mind that these are meant to frighten you, so you can get used to these kinds of things and they won't scare you anymore. However, they will not hurt you; they might be a little painful, but that's because your senses are tricked into believing that things are happening to them. In actuality, you won't be harmed in any way." I told her.

"Oh, okay. That sounds perfect," She replied with what appeared to be a nervous smile.

"Alright, all you have to do is stare into my eyes." I instructed.

She nodded and stared deeply into my eyes. I slowly activated my Sharingan, and I was pleased to see that she didn't show any signs of being frightened by it. I then placed her under my Genjutsu.

Fluttershy was standing in a dark forest, much like the Everfree Forest that I did my ritual in every morning, however, there were less creatures of any kind here. The wind was still and quiet, blowing only occasionally and bringing with it a foul smell of darkness. Fluttershy nervously looked about her, fear already creeping in. Unfortunately for her, the fear was going ot get much worse.

I infiltrated her mind, traveled to the deepest recesses where her deepest, darkest fears lived, and I brought them to life. Suddenly, the area around Fluttershy began to get darker. Darkness spread through the dress, seeping into the clearing like a black mist. She wimpered as she tried to shrink back away from the darkness, but it surrounded her on all sides. Then, the ground began to shake. Fluttershy's eyes widened, tears of fear welling up in them. The creature that was the source of the rumbling stepped one claw into the clearing, and Fluttershy screamed in terror. I thought for a second about ending the Genjutsu, but then I remembered that I was doing this for her own good.

The Genjutsu continued, and the creature stepped completely into the clearing. It snarled at Fluttershy, releasing small wisps of flames from its nostrils. It slowly opened its mouth, saliva dripping from the roof of its mouth down to its tongue. It showed off its many sharp teeth, inching closer to Fluttershy as he did so. Fluttershy backed away in fear, tears streaming down her face. She was in a situation that seemed hopeless, one that she couldn't win. The dragon approached her, small puffs of smoke flying from its nostrils, wisps of flame leaking from the corners of its mouth. She was petrified, unable to move. Her muscles had locked themselves from the sheer fear of the situation. She couldn't move, couldn't scream; all she could do was watch as the horrific dragon approached her.

Tears continued to stream down her face, her wimpering pulling at my heart. I had to make a decision: continue the Genjutsu, or end her torture. As I continued to look on, I chose the latter. I released the Genjutsu. Fluttershy and I were returned to the normal world and I pulled Fluttershy into a hug. I had gone too far, much too far, and now I regretted it.

"I'm sorry, Flutteshy," I whispered into her ear.

She was trembling violently. her eyes were still wide, though they didn't seem to register anything in front of her. Tears were falling down her cheeks, and I could feel them brush against my neck as they fell. I pulled her tighter, trying to assure her that she was safe. She continued to wimper, unable to make any other sounds, or even move. I held her close and didn't let go, not until she had stopped trembling.

It was a good hour or so after I had released the Genjutsu that Fluttershy finally stopped trembling. She blinked, her eyes red from crying. She tried to raise a hoof to wipe her tears, but it collided with my body. That's when she realized that I was embracing her.

"T-Tid?" She asked looking at me. I held her at arms length.

"I'm so sorry, Fluttershy. I went too far, way too far. I should've taken it easy, especially since it was only the first session. Please, forgive me." I begged.

"I-it's okay. You did a great job, thank you. I really appreciate you helping me out," She said. I stood up and helped her do the same.

"Come on, I'll take you home." I told her. She nodded and we began walking back to her cottage.

"Hey, Tid?" She asked as we were walking.

"Yeah? What is it, Fluttershy?"

"Um, could we do this again tomorrow? I think I could get better at it if we continued on a regular basis," She replied. I stared at her for a few seconds, and I could see the determination in her eyes.

"Yeah, though I think I should dial it down a little." I answered.

"No! I mean, we have to keep going at the same pace, otherwise I'll never get used to it." She responded. I looked at her in astonishment. I had never expected to hear her be so defiant, especially about matters that would frighten her, but here she was, walking just a few feet from me, and ready to take action. Then I smiled.

"Of course," I said with a single nod.

"Oh, thank you!" She said.

"It's no problem, Fluttershy. If you think you can handle it, then I'll give it to you." I replied.

The rest of the walk was finished in silence, which I had come to expect. I dropped Flutteshy off at her cottage and was about to return home when I was approached by Twilight.

"Twilight, what are you doing here?" I asked her as she approached. She came from the direction of her house, so I had assumed that she had come directly from there.

"I needed to talk to you," She replied. She was approaching quickly, which worried me. She grabbed my hand and immediately teleported me back to her home. She appeared flustered, and every time I tried to ask her exactly what was going on, she simply gave me an incomprehensible response.

"Whoa, Twilight, slow down for a second," I told her when I saw her knock over a stack of books that had been stacked precariously next to her desk. They scattered along the floor and the top of the desk. Finally, Twilight stopped in her tracks and took a deep breath. "Now, tell me, what's going on?" I asked one last time.

"Rarity's going to ask you to accompany her to the Crystal Fair," Twilight responded.

"The Crystal Fair?" I asked her. She nodded. "What's the Crystal Fair?"

"The Crystal Fair is a fair held in the Crystal Empire every year to celebrate a year of peace, as well as to fill the Crystal Heart with happiness so that the peace and prosperity can continue." She answered.

"Oh, I see. And Rarity wants me to go with her?" I asked. She nodded. She was still moving about the room, this time more slowly, checking books.

"So, why did you bring me here? What do we need to talk about?" I asked her.

"I'm looking for my- Ah! There it is!" She said when she had laid eyes on a purple notebook that sat next to one of the chairs. She sat down on the opposite side of the table from me and opened it, flipping through the pages so fast I thought she was going to rip them. "Here," She said when she had found the page she wanted. She quickly read over it and then passed the notebook over to me.

"What is it?" I asked before glancing at it.

"Just read it, it's very important." She replied. I looked back down at the notebook and began to read. There were lines of notes that seemed to be out of context, as I didn't understand a word of them. Finally, I got to a bit of information about a very dark and powerful mare.

"Queen Chrysalis? " I asked looking up from the notebook. She nodded.

"It appears that Queen Chrysalis is working with Discord. We managed to defeat her a number of years ago, but we've had no information on her whearabouts since then." She informed me.

"Ah, I see. So, you believe that she will have some plans with the Crystal Fair?" I asked staring back down at the book.

"Well, we're going on a theory here. We don't know anything for sure, not yet at least." She answered.

"I see. So, what is it that you wanted me to do?" I asked trying to get down to the point.

"Well, if Chrysalis does show up at the Crystal Fair, we need you take care of her. None of us have the power to do that anymore." She answered. I sat silent for a moment.

"Alright, I'll take care of her. What does she look like?" I answered after a short while.

"That's the thing, she's the Queen of the Changelings; she can look like anyone." She replied.

"I see, so there's no use in seeking a profile, then?" I asked. Twilight hesitated.

"I wouldn't say that," She replied after a short pause. "I mean, if you manage to find her while she's not trying to look like anyone, then you'd need to know what she looks like."

She stood and walked over to one of the shelves that lined the walls of the room. She pulled out a black-covered book with its title written in gold lettering. She walked back over to me and set the book down. She opened the book and flipped through the pages until she found what she was looking for. She turned the book over to me.

"Here, this is her," She said.

I looked into the book and saw a black-skinned mare with eyes that glowed slightly green and a mane that was a shade of blue that I didn't recognize. She appeared to have holes all over her body, including in her horn and her insect-like wings.

"I see- she does look very fierce." I said as I continued to examine the image.

"With that Sharingan of yours, you should be able to distinquish between her and the other guests, right?" Twilight asked crossing her legs.

"I should, yes. However, that's assuming that she's even there. If she has any subordinates with a chakra network similar to hers, then I won't be able to tell them apart." I replied. She seemed to ponder this for a moment.

"I see. Well, I think we could deal with that if it ever became an issue." She said. I nodded.

"Is that all you wished to discuss with me?" I asked her.

"Pretty much," She responded. "Though I was wondering what kind of progress you had made with getting me some study material for medical ninjutsu."

I palmed my forehead in realization of my mistake. "I'm sorry, I completely forgot about that. I'll summon Ryujin this afternoon and let him know what's going on with that." I apologized. She giggled.

"That's okay, this is a lot to take in at once. I know you're incredibly busy as it is, so take all the time you need." She responded. I nodded in agreement and partial relief.

I stood and bid Twilight a farewell, thanking her for informing me of her concerns. I promptly turned and walked out of her home, closing the door behind me. When I had made sure that the door was firmly shut, I heaved a sigh of relief. Talking with Twilight was never an activity that I found particularly enjoyable; not because she was unpleasant, but rather, I never knew what to say. I was more comfortable with her telling me what she thought, rather than actually carrying on a conversation.

I opened my eyes and looked up at the sky. The sun was shining warmly and the clouds dotted the pale-blue background.

The Crystal Fair, I thought to myself. Another social gathering. Great. And, to make things worse, Rarity's invited me. This last thought came with mixed feelings. I was beginning to grow frustrated with how everything was playing out. Discarding these thoughts, I forced myself to take a step forward, and then another. Eventually I eased into a relatively normal pace and walked about the sunny village of Ponyville.

Everything was relatively calm that day- aside from Twilight's frantic search for a way to convey information to me that is. The ponies were carefree and energetic. In a way, it brought peace to my heart to see that such a blissful and prosperous land could actually exist. It was so much like those wondrous days immediately following the war, where no one had any intent to enter conflict with each other. In my heart, however, I understood that nothing lasts forever. This prosperity and peace would eventually come to a screeching halt, especially with Itachi and I's presence in the world; it was a simple fact that no matter where we went, there was always conflict that followed.

I shook my head. This wasn't the time to be thinking about that. Eventually this peace would end, and the time for enjoyment would be over. With that I gave a big grin and thrust my arms into the air as if I were worshipping a deity. I received a few strange glances, and, after growing hot in the face, I lowered my arms and continued on through the village.

In the afternoon, I found a place outside of the village that seemed distant enough so that no one would notice a gigantic dragon appearing out of nowhere. I bit my thumb to draw blood and performed the hand signs before slamming my hand down on the earth below me. There was a large cloud of smoke and from it emerged the God of Dragons, Ryujin. For a moment or two his eyes remained closed after the summons. A moment later, however, he opened them and gazed around to look for me. Eventually he spotted me on the ground before him.

"Ah, there you are. What is is you needed from me?" He asked laying down and crossing his arms in front of him.

"I need you to talk to Lady Tsunade and gather as much information as you can on medical ninjutsu for me." I replied.

"I see. As you wish, then." In a moment he was gone and I was left on my own.

"Well, now that that's done, I suppose I should go talk to Rarity." With a heavy sigh I turned on the spot and walked back toward the village.

(A week and a half later)

It was a bright and shiny day that day, though it was obscured through dark clouds and the falling water. There was an ocassional thunderclap in the distance, which was barely enough to make Fluttershy's mane stick out. We were all gathered in Itachi and I's house, and by 'we' I meant Fluttershy, Rarity, Pinkie, Twilight, Rainbow, Applejack, Itachi, and myself. Fluttershy was sitting on the larger couch next to Pinkie. They were having a conversation about what they were looking forward to at the Crystal Fair. Before them stood Rainbow, who was stretching out her wings. The stormy weather was making her wings twitch for some reason, and she intended to stop it. Rarity was sitting on the smaller couch next to me with one leg crossed over the other. Twilight was sitting on the end of the larger couch so that she and I could carry on a conversation while Rarity listened intently.

After a short while, there was a bright flash of light and before us stood Princess Celestia herself.

"Hello everyone," She gladly announced to the room. Every eye in the room was upon her and her elegance.

"Good afternoon, Princess," I greeted her with a simple raise of the hand. She nodded to me.

"I suppose you could call it a good afternoon," She added looking out of the window at the rainy weather. "If you were into the dark and dreary." The rest of us couldn't help but laugh.

"We've been waiting for you, Princess," Twilight informed her.

"Oh well I'm terribly sorry to keep you all waiting. But, now that I'm here, why don't we get going? I know you all must be ready to have fun." She replied with a wink. Pinkie was the first to stand.

"Yup! I'm ready! Let's go!" She said through short, quick bursts. Celestia giggled.

"Alright, then allow me to take you all there," She offered.

Almost simultaneously, we all stood. She glanced round at all of us and we each gave her a nod. When the last nod was given, Celestia herself gave us all a single nod and then closed her eyes. There was a white light that grew from the tip of her horn; faint at first. Then, with every passing second, the light grew brighter and brighter, the sphere of light growing accordingly in size. The sphere continued to grow until it engulfed the entire group, and then we were gone.

We reappeared seconds later in what appeared to be a plaza. There were stands everywhere. Each one had a striped awning and was managed by smiling ponies. Crowds were travelling here and there, many no bigger than six or seven ponies. Unlike in Ponyville, the sky here was beautiful and clear, with only the occasional white cloud dotting the background. The sun was shining brightly and warmly, though it always seemed to do that more when the Princess was around. In the distance was a beautiful palace, made entirely of crystals. It towered above the rest of the buildings, many of which stood no more than two stories, and seemed to give off a peaceful aura that encompassed the entire empire.

"Welcome," Said the Princess, "to the wondrous and beautiful Crystal Empire!" She gestured about with one hoof and a beaming smile.

A few of the ponies standing about near the stands heard her and looked over. They bowed immediately on seeing the Princess, though she seemed to be disappointed when they did.

"Please, I don't want you to bow. That's not the kind of ruler I wish to be," She pleaded. The ponies stood and bowed their heads apologetically. She turned from them and faced us. She opened her mouth to speak, but she was cut off by Pinkie.

"Let's go play some games! I really wanna get moving!" She said.

The others agreed and we all broke off into groups. Twilight, Celestia, and Fluttershy went toward the palace immediately. Pinkie, Rainbow, and Applejack went toward what appeared to be a jousting tournament. Itachi, Rarity, and myself were wandering about the stands, Rarity standing on my left and Itachi standing on my right.

"I'm so glad you decided to come here, Tid." Rarity said with a smile.

"It was no problem, Rarity." I replied with a smile of my own.

After that the conversation drifted to a discussion about the monarchy that was governing the country. We talked about the similarities and the differences between the governing systems that were apparent in this world and mine. Eventually the topic shifted to my world, and what it was like there. I told her all that I could, trying to embellish it as much as I could without making it sound ridiculous.

"My, that sounds like a wonderful place," Rarity said in admiration.

"It is. Honestly, it was a very beautiful place, when there was no war." I confirmed. I turned to ask Itachi something, though he wasn't there. Rarity noticed this too, though I don't think she minded very much.

"It seems we've lost him," She said.

"Yeah, it seems we have." I agreed turning toward her.

When I looked at her, she was facing away from me. It was now evening, the sun setting and turning the sky from a blue to a golden-orange. She seemed to glow in the brilliant light, her mane gently flowing in the breeze that passed us by. Once again I felt something in my chest. It was a feeling that I despised, one that I regretted. I felt my face go hot and turned away, hoping she didn't catch it. She didn't.

"Tid? Are you alright?" She asked looking over her shoulder at me.

"Yes, I'm alright," I responded.

"Do you know why I wanted you specifically to come here with me?" She asked.

"Er, no, I don't." I answered. She turned to face me, her mane continuing to blow.

"It's... not easy for me to say this, but-"

She was cut off by the sound of fanfare in the distance. Our attention was immediately turned to the source, which stood before the palace and took the form of two lines of royal guards with trumpets. Whatever she was going to say was lost as we made our way silently toward the palace. After just a few minutes, we were able to catch up to the crowd, at which we stood at the back of. There was a podium on which stood Princess Cadance, accompanied by her husband. She cleared her throat.

"Attention everyone, the time has come to pay homage to the sacred artifact that keeps our beloved kingdom safe- the Crystal Heart." She announced.

At the latter part of her announcement, she and her hsuband stepped to the side and gestured toward the artifact itself. It was a beautiful gem-like artifact that was in the shape of a heart. The cuts on it were symmetrical and rough in nature. The artifact was aqua in color and gave off a slight glow. All at once, everyone in the crowd, including Rarity, bowed to the artifact. Only Itachi and I were left standing and looking at each other in confusion. Quickly we surmised that we were also supposed to bow to this artifact, and knelt respectfully.

At this the artifact began to glow, which surprised me. Itachi and I watched in awe as a sort of energy was pulled from the crowd's members and floated- or rather, danced- toward the Crystal Heart. This energy took the form of little orbs that were the same color as the Crystal Heart's aura. As the Crystal Heart absorbed these orbs, it began to glow brighter and brighter, it's aura expanding in size. Finally, when the last orb had been absorbed, the aura abrubptly vanished and everyone stood.

"Thank you all for another wondrous festival! We do hope we can-"

Cadance was cut off in the middle of her speech by a shadow passing over the kingdom. Everyone looked up, including Celestia, to a sky filled with dark clouds.

"That's funny, it was sunny just a moment ago," Rarity commented.

The scene didn't sit right with me, and I activated my Sharingan. I scanned the clouds, but there was nothing unusual amongst them. Then I heard a quick scream, and quickly looked beside me, thinking it was Rarity. However, she was still looking up into the sky intently. I spared her but a glance and looked amongst the crowd, trying to see if any of them had been the source of the noise. Silently I registered the chakra networkds of everyone present in the crowd, trying to look to see if Twilight had been right.

I passed over the entire crowd, and then my eyes widened. There were a few chakra networks similar to those that I had seen at the Grand Galloping Gala present amongst the crowd. Unfortunately, I couldn't do anything with all of the innocents surrounding them, so I just stood there. My eyes never left those chakra networks, however, and I made sure that Itachi saw them too.

The clouds remained above and the shadow remained cast over the kingdom. All was silent for the moment, all was still. Without looking at her or taking my eyes from the chakra networks present in the crowd, I whispered to Rarity, alerting her to the dangers that lurked. She gave me a silent confirmation.

"It's funny that you should mention them," She said after a short while.

I stole my glance away from the crowd for a few moments to look at her. When I laid my eyes upon her, however, I saw that her chakra network was different; different from what I remembered hers being. She didn't match the other chakra networks, but I knew she wasn't the real Rarity. It wasn't long after I made this realization, however, that she changed back into her real form. There before me stood a tall, greenish-black mare who's eyes pierced through me and seemed to instill the same fear and intimidation that the Sharingan did. I knew instantly who this mare was- Queen Chrysalis.

"Because I'm the one who brought them here."

I saw her attack, but I couldn't react in time and I was blasted by a beam of magic. It hit me square in the chest and struck with the force of a cannonball, sending me flying and tumbling along the ground until I came to a stop some sixty feet later. Everyone had noticed this action and began to panic. The Changelings in the crowd revealed their true forms and began to terrorize the crowd even further. I turned my gaze for a moment toward Princess Cadance and her husband, but they were occupied by two more figures that had appeared. One was a black stallion, wearing what appeared to be steel armour, the other a figure I knew all too well. My attention was returned to the Queen of the Changelings as she cackled wickedly.

"You've given me much power, Tid." She said.

"What the hell are you talking about?" I asked her, trying to maintain my cool.

"Oh come now, surely you know what gives me strength, don't you? After all, Twilight showed you everything she knows about me." She responded.

I flinched in surprise when I heard this. She chuckled a bit.

"Oh, you thought I didn't know? Anyway, you know perfectly well that I gain power through how much someone loves the pony I am impersonating."

"That's a lie! I don't love anyone!" I denied in a shout.

"No, you do. I know you do- you can't hide those feelings from me. I know you whom you love, and exactly how much you love them. I know what you would be willing to do for them. You already know who it is I'm talking about, but you don't want to admit it." She replied.

"Don't lie to me!" I shouted as I ignited my fists.

I launched myself toward her, but by the time I reached her, she dissipated. I looked round for her, and she reappeared a second later between the two figures. She laughed wickedly, and in a short while, they were gone. The remaining Changelings, feeling their Queen's absence, ceased to terrorize the crowd and instead flew away in a single direction to the south. I punched the ground in anger, extinquishing my flames at the same time as a crack formed. I stood up straight and looked around for any of my friends. I found only Itachi. I walked over to him and asked him if he had seen the others.

"No, but I do know where they are probably being kept." He responded glancing at me.

"Is that so?" We heard a voice call.

We both turned to face the source and found that Robert was approaching us. He grabbed Itachi by the collar and stared him in the eye, which probably wasn't a good idea.

"You tell me where they're keeping her, and I'll let you go." He demanded. Itachi remained silent, much to Robert's discontent.

"Who exactly are you looking for? Vinyl?" I asked him in place of Itachi's response.

"Yes, genius. Now where is she? I heard you say you know where they're being kept, so tell me, and I won't have to hurt you." He replied.

"You won't be able to go alone," Itachi said. He forced Robert to release his grasp and brushed off his cloak. "There are hundreds, if not thousands, of these Changelings where they are, you couldn't possibly hope to defeat them all alone."

"Are you saying I'm incompetent?" Robert asked indignantly.

"No, I'm simply saying that one versus thousands, especially attempted by someone of your calibur, would simply be suicide." Itachi replied.

"Yeah, you'll need our help if you plan on getting Vinyl back." I added.

"Shut it, you. Last time I saw you, you were coughing up blood from just a few of these things."

I took a step toward him.

"There were circumstances behind that, I'll have you know. I'd watch my mouth if I were you, otherwise Itachi and I will just head there by ourselves." I warned.

He scoffed.

"You think you can take them all on your own? I know I'm much more skilled than you are," He taunted.

I grabbed his collar.

"Listen, if you don't shut your mouth, I'll shut it for you, got it?" I said through gritted teeth.

He said nothing but stared back into my menacing eyes. I released him and he brushed himself off indignantly. I took a deep breath and let it out, calming myself. I then turned back to Itachi.

"So, what's the plan?"

Me: That truly was a wicked turn of events, wasn't it?

Tid: Yeah, and I bet you'd say you have nothing to do with it.

Me: I don't! Okay, maybe a little...

Tid: That's what I thought.

Me: Anyway, that's it for this chapter! Stay tuned for more exciting action and an unlikely alliance between two enemies! See ya next time!
