Recap from chapter 19

Flashback

Lindy POV:

I waited for him to answer and he said "Look, Lindy I know that you are happy for me, but I already told you what happened in the cinema so can you please let me go?"

He sounded sad, but he already told me that he was tired so I stood up and said "fine but tell me tomorrow the other stuffs" he nodded and walked upstairs.

I swear Logan and Jasmine have to learn to kiss in public and I'm going to help them…

Because I'm sure Logan is the one for Jasmine.

Delia POV:

Lindy stopped talking and said "But I guess I was wrong" and this is the moment Jasmine would say 'nobody is perfect even miss perfect was wrong.'

"So the conclusion is that nobody is perfect even miss perfect was wrong." Jasmine said.

Lindy glared at her and said "Well I'm sorry, to believe that my brother had a girlfriend who was supposed to be my ex-best friend!"

I rolled my eyes and said "here we go again!"

Skyler nodded and said "Yep, I think forgiving each-other is going to be really hard."

I nodded in agreement. "It's not going to be hard if Jasmine apologizes to me!"

Lindy said mad and glared at Jasmine who was crossing her arms now and then said "Yeah I'm sorry to agree with you brother's stupid plan!"

Mr. Thompson crossed his arms and closed his eyes.

"Wait a second why do I get blamed all about it, since Garrett had the same stupid idea as I had" Logan asked us

"You started it!" Garrett, Jasmine and I cried at him.

Logan went silent and by now everyone was silent.

"Okay so who is going to tell the story on?" Mr. Thompson asked us when he re-opened his eyes.

"I can tell on, since nobody wants to tell on" Skyler suggested when nobody answered.

Mr. Thompson nodded and said "Please go tell on"

"With pleasure." Skyler said and started to tell her part of the story. "Well the next day…"

Flashback

Skyler POV:

I walked in to school wearing a white and rose printed top with a brown belt, white shorts, rose wedges, a rose bag, a silver necklace, golden and rose earrings, some make up and my hair was curled up at the side with a braid at the other side. (AN: Link on profile)

I walked to my locker and opened it.

I got out my bag my timetable and saw that I had to go to Spanish, English and History for the first three periods.

Three hours long boring lessons, but it was better than facing Logan and Jasmine fooling around with each-other.

That reminds me that I have to ask Jasmine what happened on the date.

As I grabbed my books I heard "Hey Sky"

I turned to face the person and turned back to grab my Spanish while greeting Jasmine "Hey Jaz, how are you?"

"I'm great you?" She answered me a little too soon.

I closed my locker door and asked her "Are you sure you're great?"

Jasmine nodded and said "Yeah why wouldn't I be okay?"

Well she looked like how she looked as always, she was wearing a white collar sleeveless shirt, black front ripped jeans, black wedges, her hair was straight and some locks were pinned back behind her head and a matching bag (Link on profile)

This is your chance Skyler to ask her about yesterday.

"Well yesterday you acted really strange, to all of us when I asked you to kiss Logan." I replied.

"Pf, what I wasn't acting strange" Jasmine told me.

I could hear in her voice that something was bothering her.

"Are you sure? Because when I ask you to kiss Logan you leaned in, but then mumbled something and pulled away" I questioned her.

"Yeah so?" Jasmine asked me.

"Didn't you want to kiss Logan?" I asked her.

Jasmine held her shoulders up and said "I don't know the moment wasn't right."

I crossed my arms and asked her "What wasn't right at that moment?"

Jasmine thought about it and then said "Well, first of all I had a bad breath because of the popcorn I ate and second of all I don't want to kiss Logan because I don't like to kiss him in public."

"Why couldn't you?" I asked her.

"Well people are watching and awing and so on" Jasmine answered me while she grabbed one lock off her hair lightly twirling her hair

"But I thought that you guys were deeply in love with each-other?" I held myself in not to puke about my last sentence.

"Yeah I guess" She answered me softly. Guess?

"You can't guess if you love someone" I told her.

Jasmine stayed quiet and looked at me.

I realized then that they may have break up! Wait why was I happy again?

I'm still waiting for an apology from Mister Watson!

"You guys are still together right?" I asked her then.

Jasmine answered with "Uhu" while she looked at her phone.

Oh no not this guessing game I'm so bad at these!

"What does that mean?" I asked Jasmine.

Jasmine put her phone in her bag and faced me and asked "What does what mean?"

Seriously! She's forgot what her answer was to mine question?

"The uhu, part Jaz" I reminded her she answered after a second or two with "oh that"

I nodded and asked her "can you please answer me?"

Jasmine nodded, finally I get the answer!

"Yes" that's all what she said. What the heck?

By now I was shaking her shoulders while asking "but are you guys still together?"

When she wanted to answer the bell rang "You've got to be kidding me!" I called out.

"Well got to go see you in History!" Jasmine said and rushed to her lesson.

Well I've talked to Jasmine and still don't know my answer why she didn't want to kiss Logan and if they were still together!

"I guess I have to ask her or Logan if they are still together." I told myself.

Flashback end

Lindy's POV:

''With neither of the two it was any use when it came to their 'relationship'!'' I stated mad at my twin and ex- best friend.

Both of them glared at me and Skyler nodded. ''There you are completely right.'' She replied.

Jasmine and Logan looked in disbelief at her.

''It was no use with us? Why did you agree with Garrett then on making us jealous?!'' Logan asked mad.

''Because someone had to knock some sense into you!'' Skyler cried.

''How , if you didn't even know at that time that we were together?!'' Jasmine now snapped back.

As much as I hated to admit it, there she was kinda right. Skyler didn't know about the fake dating either.

''Yeah. The only one who knew was Delia and not you!'' Logan added mad.

Skyler crossed her arms and didn't reply.

''And Delia should've just spilled the beans.'' I added.

Delia groaned at that and shook her head.

''For what? That you guys would've gone already there at each other throats?'' She asked us.

We glared at her and she added, ''It wouldn't have ended any better!''

''How do you want to know that? You didn't even try!'' I exclaimed mad.

''Well, I have to agree with Delia. I don't really have the feeling either that it would've been really usefull.'' Mr. Thompson now added.

I looked in disbelief at the principal and he shrugged.

''Agreed.'' Jasmine and Logan said at the same time.

Mr. Thompson sighed and then asked, ''Anyways... Who's going to tell on?''

At that we all looked mad at Jasmine and Logan.

Jasmine sighed and then replied, ''That would be me. Well, at lunch...''

Flashback

Jasmine's POV:

I just went out of maths class, trying to avoid a talk with Logan who had the same class as me.

He already tried to talk to me over the whole lesson, but I tried to do as if I would concentrate.

After what happened yesterday I really didn't want to talk to him.

I still didn't know, if I could keep that up. Things were getting seriously creepy for me and that almost kiss...

I sighed and just wanted to walk around the corner as Logan grabbed my arm.

''Jaz! Please wait!'' He told me.

I turned around mad to him and snapped, ''What do you want?''

Some other people stopped suddenly and looked at us.

''What? Never saw a couple fighting?'' I asked them mad.

They quickly continued walking again and Logan looked worried at me, dragging me to an empty corner.

''Jaz, I am still sorry for what happened yesterday, but we can't stop now!'' He exclaimed.

I looked in disbelief at him and crossed my arms.

''Why not? This is getting crazy and I don't want it to end bad.'' I said to him.

Logan sighed and then took my arm. ''It won't. Please, Jaz.'' He told me.

He looked into my eyes and I looked away. I didn't want to feel guilty, because of such a stupid plan.

''Logan, I don't know … This-''

''Hey guys! Is everything okay?'' Delia suddenly greeted us confused, coming up to us.

Logan looked worried at her and then shook his head.

''Jasmine and I had a little problem at our date yesterday as it turned into a double date with Skyler and Garrett.'' Logan replied.

Delia looked confused and asked, ''Isn't that goood? Couldn't you make them jealous?''

I sniffled a laugh and then stated, ''Yeah, it would've been good , if Skyler wouldn't have told us to kiss and Logan would've agreed what caused me to back away and run away.''

Delia looked a bit stunned at us. ''Skyler asked you guys to kiss?'' She asked.

We both nodded at that and she still looked shocked.

''And now they think that you guys aren't really together?'' She added.

I sighed at that and replied, ''I don't know. Skyler asked me, if we broke up, but I didn't give a real answer.''

Logan looked at me in disbelief. ''Delia, please tell her that we can't just stop yet!'' He exclaimed.

Now I looked in disbelief at him. Was he kidding me right now?

''Well, you could break up , but that would really give trouble.'' Delia stated.

I looked confused at her and she added, ''They would get suspicious and you would destroy your own plan.''

I didn't exactly think about that, but it was sadly true.

''And what are we supposed to do then? Skyler is suspicious now anyway!'' I exclaimed frustrated.

Couldn't someone finally understand me?!

''Well, either you guys really kiss or you'll get a really good excuse...'' Delia said.

Logan looked at me and I shook my head. ''I am NOT going to kiss you!'' I whisper- yelled to him.

Logan looked offended at me. ''Oh come on! It would be my first kiss, too!'' Logan exclaimed.

I looked shocked at him. ''You would loose your first kiss to me only to get together with Skyler?'' I asked him shocked.

He really had to like her, if he was serious with that. To say that I was shocked was a real understatement.

Logan looked down at that and nodded. Delia also seemed shocked.

''Maybe we can find something else...'' She stated unsure.

I sighed and then asked, ''Yeah, but what?''

Logan shook his head and then replied, ''We'll have to find out I would say.''

Flashback end

Lindy POV

The more I hear from Logan, Jasmine or Delia the more I think how stupid they are.

I had my arms crossed and I shook my head when I looked at Delia.

How could she do that to me? I thought she was my best friend like Jasmine, but clearly they are both betrayers!

I hugged my arms and said "The more I hear, the more I think that I'm losing my friends"

Nobody said a thing to me. So I sighed.

"Losing your friends, you called me your ex-best friend an hour or two ago." Jasmine told me then.

I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms for the tenth time today.

I wonder what useful and learning stuff I'm going to miss while I'm sitting here.

I used to help a kid with Math, but I don't think it's going to happen.

I looked at the time and saw it was 1.50pm and it looks like we are here in like forever…

"Well who is going to tell the story on?" Jasmine asked.

I looked at her and gave her a look "Because I don't have to tell more about the day where we were talking about."

Jasmine added in.

I sighed and Garrett said then "Well I can tell it on…"

We all looked at him and he started to tell, "Well after school…"

Flashback

Garrett POV

I was at my locker trying to get it open; I usually know the numbers but now since Jasmine almost kissed Logan.

I can make the lock open. It's like the puzzle back in Mrs. Babcock classroom.

I kicked the locker and then someone said "Wow take it easy, Garrett"

I looked behind me and saw my friend Logan.

I smiled weakly at him and said "hey"

Logan nodded and said "need help with your locker?"

I shook my head. I can do it myself I told to me and did my code but still couldn't open it...

I groaned, I took another shot, 32485, and my locker didn't open. I kicked that locker again.

"Okay" he answered and walked away.

"Logan wait" I called, when I couldn't open it.

Logan turned around and asked "Need help?"

I shook my head and said "No I want to talk to you"

Lindy and Delia passed by and I noticed that they were wearing. Lindy was wearing a blue dress with a brown belt, white flats and a white bag and Delia was wearing a white dress with a zipper at the front, blue flower coat, some flats and a bag (link on profile) they look both cute today…

but don't blame me that I'm head over heels over Jasmine and can't think straight.

"Sorry Garrett, but I really have to go to Jasmine." Logan told me.

He was looking at Delia who pointing to the door while facing him. I rolled my eyes.

"Oh yeah sure making out with her like yesterday when you two both ran away from us." I mocked and snapped at the same time.

Logan now turned around and I looked statisfied at him.

''What are you talking about? As far as I remember Jasmine and I didn't make out in front of you guys.'' He said to me, waving with the hand to Delia and walking up to me.

I rolled my eyes, but slowly nodded at that.

''Yeah, because Jasmine backed away. Was your breath that bad or why didn't you get your kiss?'' I asked mad.

How could that guy be together with the girl I love?

I really didn't get it and it hurt me to see them together like that.

''Who knows? Maybe I did get my kiss.'' Logan now snapped back.

I looked shocked at him. They did make out in the afternath?

''If you guys kissed, why couldn't you kiss then in front of Skyler and me?'' I now asked.

Logan at first didn't reply to that.

He didn't really seem to have an answer to that and I just crossed my arms.

I was furious at him. I actually didn't want to fight with him, but I was really furious.

Once again, how could he do that to me? How could he make out with Jasmine after all of this?

''Jasmine didn't want it.'' Logan slowly replied to that.

He also looked down a bit at that and I looked guilty now at him.

''What are we doing here, dude? We shouldn't fight over girls.'' I stated.

Logan looked up and slowly nodded at that.

''I know. I am sorry for what I said.'' He replied.

I chuckled and patted his shoulder.

''Same here about the thing I said. I didn't mean to snap at you.'' I told him.

We both went into a bro hug at that.

As we broke apart from our short hug I looked confused at him again.

''What was that with Jasmine why she ran away?'' I asked him.

Logan sighed and shook his head.

''I don't know. I tried to talk to her, but I guess she was just uncomfortable with it in public.'' He replied.

He really looked down about the whole thing or was it another thing that was bothering him?

Now I did kinda feel bad for letting him down like that, just because he got Jasmine.

I put a hand on his shoulder and Logan looked confused up.

I swallowed hard. I couldn't believe that I would say what I was going to say right now.

''Logan...'' I started.

''Yeah?'' He asked confused.

I sighed and then added, ''Look, I have no idea what happened between Jaz and you, but I just want you to know that you'll always have my back. If something is wrong with Jasmine and you, you can come to me.''

Logan looked shocked at me, but then smiled. ''Thanks man.'' He told me.

I chuckled at him and patted his shoulder. ''Always.'' I replied.

And once again: I couldn't believe that I really just did that.

Flashback end
