Yami's POV

It looks like I was faceing off against Mokuba in this challenge. Uhg…doesn't he ever learn? Oh well it wasn't him that I was after, once I beat Mokuba I will face off against Kaiba himself. Just one more challenge then he will get what is coming to him. "Jonouchi, Anzu, Kris…I will win for you, for Honda, and for grandpa. Wish me luck."

"Yami…"

"Yes Kris?" She pulled me into a hug and whispered into my ear. "Go get 'em tiger." I blushed at the comment. "I will Kris…I promise." So I walked over to the center of the arena. The people in the crowd saw me and started to yell at me, calling me a loser or weirdo, and frankly I didn't give a shit about what they say. All I was worried about was beating the Kaiba brothers. I got to the center where Mokuba smirked. "Well congratulation Yugi…or should I say 'Other' Yugi. You may have come this far but sadly for you that was just the warm up."

"Mokuba Kaiba…looks like you still haven't learned your lesson from me. Is that minor penalty game and poisoning not enough for you?" Mokuba growled under his breathe. "Look the only way for you to go against my brother is to win against me in a game of capsule monsters." I just sighed. "Well well well, not only will the challenge be against you but I'm going against you in a game I have already beaten you in. This won't end well for you Mokuba."

"We'll see now we'll take turns and take our capsule monsters." I glared at Mokuba. "Oh and if you don't do what I say…well things won't end well for your two friends and your girlfriend." I was confused at first then I looked and saw that Jonouchi, Anzu, and Kris were held at gunpoint by three of Kaiba's men. "NO! MOKUBA YOU LET THEM GO NOW!"

"And miss out on all the fun? That wouldn't be interesting at all now will it? You go first." I glared at him as we each took turns getting capsules. The machine was rigged so that every time I got a monster, they were weak while Mokuba's monsters were all very strong. "Great he cheated." Mokuba gloated saying how it was very lucky that he had all the strong monsters. Yea really 'lucky'. Anyway we placed our pieces on the board in a formation and started the game. I placed all my pieces together on my side of the field while Mokuba did some sort of zigzagged formation. It was weird even for me but I could feel my strategy was somewhat familiar. I don't know how but it's like I have done this strategy before. "HAHAHA! What kind of formation is that? They're all clumped together like a bunch of weaklings…kind of like you 'Other' Yugi."

"Don't let this formation fool you Mokuba. It's stronger than you think. You will see."

Kris's POV

As I waited for Yami's challenge to started, I started to see a vision. It was a battle, not like the ones that I've seen so far but it felt earlier. I saw this captain with bandages over his chest and a red with blue tunic. Now I knew that red was the color of Seth in Egyptian mythology but to see an Egyptian general have red was so bizarre. He had gold and silver eyes and his head was covered by a headdress that was similar to the pharaohs. He looked like he was about thirteen years old which was a surprised that he was a captain already. That was when this guy with a long purple robe and a grey beard walked in. everyone bowed or kneeled down to him. I assumed that he was the pharaoh. "Captain Kisimra…I need you to help train my son in strategic warfare. He shows promising skills but a bit a grooming will sharpen his intuition. Can you do this for me?"

"Ay pharaoh…anything for the future king." This scared me. When I was in that room with the Chopper and Jonouchi called out for me, I said Ay…coincidence? Maybe. That was when one vision moved to another. Kisimra and Yami in ancient clothing were playing this game. He hadn't moved a single move and Kisimra was confused. "Prince, why won't you move? You haven't made a single move since we've started."

"You'll see soon enough Captain." That was when I was yanked out of my visions and noticed that the game had already started. "Wha…how long did I black out?" Anzu frowned. "You didn't black out did you?"

"Nevermind." I watched as Mokuba made his first move.

Yami's POV

Mokuba moved his Armosaurus forward. I knew what I wanted to do. "Now 'Other' Yugi it is your move."

"My formation is fine the way it is. I pass."

"What!? Well fine it's your funeral!" Mokuba taunted and then moved his forces closer. It took a few move but I waited for the right moment. I could hear the audience in the background. "That spiky haired kid hasn't moved at all." One of them said. "Has he given up already?"

"What is he planning?" No one knew my plot, which was a good thing. Mokuba surrounded my formation. Time to start my plan, I moved my worm monster forward but at the cost of my brain monster. I am sorry my monster. "HA my Armorsarus beats your brain monster! Now the on slaughter continues." He used Armorsaru's special effect and killed my Toppo monster as well. Two kills on his side, but my plan will still work. "'Other' Yugi if that is how you are going to fight then I can crush you with just Armorsarus alone. ATTACK THAT WEAK MONSTER! HAHAHA!" Unknowingly to Mokuba, my Mogrin has it's own special ability. It dug into the ground and his Armosarus hit his other monster ,Megaton. "WHAT NO THAT LITTLE MONSTER!" Not only did this knock out both his monsters, this even out the playing field in my advantage. "I move my Squid Ninja to attack your Zoid M. Of course he could never defeat a monster of Zoid M's level, but even this loyal monster has an ability that can defeat even the strongest enemies…forgive me…SUICID ATTACK!" the Squid Ninja exploded and killed Mokuba's other monster now we each had two monsters left and I had a clear path. Mokuba realized what I was doing. "What! You sacrificed your monster to let that one weakling get to the evolution pad!"

"That I did, and there is nothing you can do. Beeton will evolve." Mokuba now knew that I will get to the evolution pad and make my monster a level five monster.

A few moves and I was there. The audience gasped as Beeton changed and got stronger. "See Mokuba, even if a monster is weak. If it goes the distance…it can become very strong." Funny thing was it really reminded me of Yugi. He is stronger than he gives himself credit for. "Now…HYPER BEETON ATTACK WITH FLIGHT HORN ATTACK!" this killed his Namahaagen monster. "Now you have one monster left. "Uhg! I have one monster left!" this left Hyper Beeton in close quarters with his Bigfoot monster. "Ha, this match is decided 'Other' Yugi! Hyper Beeton has no chance against Bigfoot in close combat!" the tension was thick, everyone was silent. At the same time Mokuba and I yelled "FIGHT!" both monster struck each other, but Hyper Beeton collapsed. "…No…". Mokuba laughed. "Your done for 'Other' Yugi! Now time to kill that little runt underground." I prayed that my monster will not get crushed. "BIGFOOT CRUSH THAT LITTLE RUNT AND WIN ME THE BATTLE! FINALLY I WIN MY BROTHERS RESPECT! I TOLD HIM I COULD BEAT YUGI!" that was when his Bigfoot started to crack and crumbled apart. My attack was a critical hit. "Mokuba…I win." Mokuba was really upset. "No…nononono! I can't lose….not like that."

"Mokuba…I'm leaving to face Kaiba now." I heard Jonouchi, Anzu, and Kris cheering for me. Even some of the audience members were cheering for me.(Spiky haired kid is what they yelled until Jonouchi shouted that my name was Yugi) "'OTHER' YUGI WAIT! How could you have possible beat me? I had all the stronger monster and you had nothing! How could you beat me!?" that was when Kaiba appeared on the monitors. "Yugi…I will be waiting on the top floor. Take the elevator and face your final challenge."

"Don't worry Kaiba I will be there, but you will lose." Then he turned his attention to Mokuba. "Mokuba…I felt those pitiful eyes on my back for way too long. Now you must suffer the penalty game."

"What NO BROTHER DON'T! YOU CAN'T!" I heard screaming in the booth and as I turned I saw that Kaiba had but his own brother in a penalty game. I couldn't let that happen. I heard why he was fighting. No one should ever go though that for wanting to be notice. So I ran up to the booth and stuck my hand in the mist of holograms. "MOKUBA GRAB ON! FOLLOW MY VOICE!" I felt a hand in mind and I pulled him out of that hellish booth. He gasped and pulled his hand out of mine. "Wh…why did you save me? After all the hell I put you and your friends through? Why?" I gave a small smile. "Mokuba…the reason I won that battle was because I had friends who believed in me. Especially the one who you called my girlfriend." He said nothing as I headed towards the elevator. Something tells me that he understood what I meant and maybe…just maybe I just made a new friend.
