Chapter 20
The next morning SG1, Jon, Samantha and six SG teams were all in the mess hall. Jack and Sam told them what they got plan and where they would be going. When they finish the plan they all went their separate ways.
Jack and Sam were in the gate room with Cassie and Janet; they said their good byes before they were beams away to Washington. Then they went to the infirmary where Sam put the tracker back into Jack and she did the same to her self. Then she put one in his foot and she did the same to her self. Then she used the healing device on Jack foot.
Once done they both walk out and went to their rooms and got change. When it was time they headed to the surface and walk over to Jack truck and got in. Jack moves the seat ford before putting his seat belt on. Then he started his truck up and then they were on their way.
When they got to the front gate the guard open it for them while the other gave Jack the signal since he is one of the SF to let him know that he saw a black SUV truck driving past. Jack gave him a nod then they were on their way into town. Not long after Jack and Sam left the front gate, the black SUV follow them then the SF got on the radio
"One bass are biting"
So the ones who were waiting in different ares between the base and the mall heard on their radios knowing the NID are following Jack and Sam. At each checkpoint the ones who were there would radio in to let the others know how many NID were following them.
By the time they got to the mall the last cheek point they past spotted two black SUV and one blue van which was spotted from three check points ago. When Jack park the truck they both got out and headed into the mall acting naturally. They went to a couple of stores and brought some clothes. When Jack cell phone ring he answered it
"O'Neill"
"Two bass one unknown fish" then the phone went dead. Jack hand up and they carry on looking at some clothes
"Two bass and one unknown"
Sam nodded then she pass him four of black jeans and four different colour tops then they walk over to where the jersey are and Sam pick up one from the rack and put it against him
"What do you think Jack?"
"Well what do you think Sam?" she stood back and look at it on him then smile and nodded
"It will look good on you"
"You think so?"
"Yep" she steps fords and look at others.
She picks three more different colors ones. Then they walk over to where the tee shirts are. Jack picks four with the Simpson's on them and Sam pick four plan tee shirts. Then they walk over where Jack pick up five white briefs while Sam pick out five silk boxer shorts with the Simpson's on them.
Once they got them they walk up to the counter and put the items down. While the assistant was telling up the items, Sam looked around when she spotted four NID agents watching them. She turned back and watches what was happening as well look at Jack who was looking at her. She gave him eye signals and he turn to see the against then turn back to the assistant, he pass her his credit card then he look at Sam and gave her a slight nod knowing he saw them.
After Jack fill out the paper work and he got his credit card back with the receipt, they thank the women as they pick up their bags and walk out of the stop.
"Lets got some thing to eat" Jack suggested
"Sounds good to me" they walk over to where the food court is and look around.
They decided to go to a cafe where Jack pass the bags to Sam while he got them slice of cake and coffee. While Sam was sitting down at a free table one of the team members walk in and over to her
"Hey Carter what are you doing here?"
"Shopping sir, you?"
"Same here"
While they were talking Sam show him four fingers since her hand was on the table so he knows that there is NID close by then he look around and saw Jack paying for their morning tea
"I bet Jack please to get out of the mountain?"
"Yes he was getting board" he chuckle
"What about his paper work?"
"All done and memos read, luckily Daniel check our homes and brought back some DVD's to watch"
"Ah… the Simpson's?"
"Yes and MacGyver?" she said smiling
"Well that would keep him happy for a short while"
"True" then Jack walk over to them
"Dixon"
"Jack, I'll leave you guys enjoy you day"
"Thanks"
Then he turned and walked out of the coffee shop when he saw the four NID not far away watching Jack and Sam. Jack and Sam enjoyed their morning tea while they were talking about what to do next.
Fifteen minutes later they went into the woman's shop where Sam brought some clothes, then they went to 'Victoria secrets' where Sam brought some panties and bra sets. When she show Jack them she heard him groan then she look down at his crouch and lick her lips then she look back up at his face and grin.
"Dam you Sam" she lean ford and gave him a kiss.
"At lest I know these will turn you on?"
"Sam seeing you naked turns me on"
"Really" she raised her eyebrows
"Yes"
"When this mess is sorted out we should book our selves into a hotel for one night"
"Mmm not a bad idea"
"Come on we only got so much time"
"I know" Sam pick out what she wanted then she walk up to the counter and put the items down. The assistant looked at them in shock
"Your Major Carter"
"Ah yes"
"I…we saw you and Colonel O'Neill on the news… we all were shock and jealous" Sam smile at the women
"You're not the only ones"
"Any luck with the court case?"
"Hopefully it would be over soon and for every thing to return back to normal so to speck"
"Yeah what is the president like in person?"
"Good, he a good man who worries a lot but that is his job and he also jealous"
"I bet he would be" when finish telling up Sam pass the women her credit card.
Few minutes later they were walking out of the shop with bags in hand, since their arms were full they headed back to Jack truck where they put the shopping in the back seat and close the doors when they felt a prick in their arms. They look to see what it was, when they collapsed on the ground.
The NID van showed up and they pick them both up and put them in the back then they left again not knowing that three SG team members saw what happen and called it in
"The bass took the bait, the bass took the bait" then they waited since there was cameras in the parking lots.
They walk pass since their cars were few cars down from Jack truck when they saw Sam bag on the ground. One of them picks it ups and look around then he got his cell phone out and called General Hammond. He just hung up when they heard sirens, so they stayed where they are
"Security must have called them?" One of the captains said
"Could be" then the cop car stop and they got out just as security showed up.
"This is the truck officers"
"What going on?" Dixon asked
"Do you know who own this truck?"
"Yeah I do it belongs to Colonel Jack O'Neill air force"
"Colonel it Major Carter bag" the captain show colonel Dixon Sam new ID badge
"Oh no"
"I saw what happen on the camera, they just put their bags in the back seat and close the door then they collapsed on the ground. Then a van pulled up and four guys in dark clothing got out the back and pick them up and put them back into the van and they left"
"Sir can you tell us what they were doing between the close the door and collapse?" colonel Dixon asked the secret guy through about it
"They look at their arms before they collapse"
"Sounds like they were tranquillize"
"Any ideas who might have taken them?" one of the officers asked
"Yeah the group that on trial with x-vice president Kinsey… there must be more of them…. I better call the General, boy is he going to be piss off"
"What do you think he would do?"
"Call the chief of staff who would contact the president" they were all shock
"Wait a minute colonel O'Neill and Major Carter... they are the ones who turn into teenagers few weeks back?"
"That them"
"Wow"
"Yeah we still trying to get use to it our selves" then colonel pulled out his phone, all they could hear is one side of the conversation.
"General Hammond Colonel O'Neill and Major Carter have been kidnap sir… yes sir it seam there still more of them out there…. Yes sir… yes sir… sir the media just showed up… ok sir" then he hung up.
"He piss off"
"I bet"
"He will be here soon as he spoken to the chief of staff"
While they were talking and General Hammond was on his way to the Mall, the NID drove till they were at Peterson air force base. Once they were on the tarmac they pick Jack and Sam up and load them onto the plane.
Two of the SG team members follow them. Once they were on the base, they saw where the truck and vans were going. They ran over to the towel and up the steps to the control room they show the SF their ID then walk over to the guy.
"Who are you"
"I'm Colonel Reynolds from NORAD" he shows the captain his ID
"Sorry sir" he stood at attention and saluted Reynolds, which he did back in return
"At ease lieutenant, Listen to me what every you do, don't let that plane" he point to the one on the tarmac
"Don't let that plane Get off the ground those guys just kidnap two high decorated air force officers"
"For how long sir?"
"Twenty minutes"
"I'll try sir" Then he spoke to the pilots, every one heard and could tell he was impatient guy. They waited for a couple of minutes and notice the plane was moving
"Zero nine eight you're not clear to take off," the captain said
"We are taking off"
"Negative zero nine eight I have not given you clearance if you look to your left you can see why?" when he saw on radar jets heading towards Peterson tar mat
The pilot look to his left to see four jets heading his way and started their descent, one by one. So he had no choice but to stop. When they landed, they landed three minutes apart, and then four more jets did the same.
By the time the last jet landed it stop right in front of the big plane then the canopy open and the guy and the Co pilot stood up and took their helmets off. The pilot and Co pilots were shock then the guy picked up the phone and said some thing then hung it up. Then they saw two guys walk into the cockpit and look out to see Jon and Samantha waving at them with grins on their faces.
While they were distracting the ones up front, the black ops team manages to get on the plane from the rear and take care of the ones on the plane. While the black ops team put the rouge NID and the two pilots under arrest, Janet and her medical staff check on both Jack and Sam.
Her staff put them on to stretchers and took them back in the truck back to the SGC. When all of the NID were off the plane Jon and Samantha walk over to them
"You guys just mess with the wrong people," Samantha said
"Who are you?" then they remove the devices and their true selves appeared. It was Daniel and Teal'c, Daniel was being Samantha while Teal'c was being Jon.
"Take them away"
"Yes sir" then they were put into two of the trucks and taken away.
"Boy they sure look shock?"
"Indeed"
"Come on lets head back to the SGC" when They saw SUV pull up. Once in they headed back to the base.
When General Hammond showed up with two arm SG teams, he walk over to Colonel Reynolds
"General" he stood at attention and saluted, which Hammond did in return
"Colonel"
"Any news sir?"
"Yes the trackers worker, they are heading to Peterson air force base, but don't worry colonel O'Neill had a back up plan if he and Major Carter were kidnap" the cops there were listening to every thing that was said
"Plan 'b' sir?" he nodded then his cell phone rang so he answer it
"Hammond… that is good news Dr Jackson, how are they" Hammond smile
"I see thanks for the up date doctor, I'll be returning soon as things are sorted out here… Tell Walter to call the president and up date him on the kidnapping's till I return… yes that is fine by me, Hammond out" then he close his phone
"Good news Major Carters trackers work, all the kidnappers are under a rest"
"That is good news what about Colonel O'Neill and Major Carter?"
"They going to wake up with a headache"
"Ouch at lest they are safe"
"For how long" the captain said
"General Hammond we will need these gentlemen statements" An officer said
"Go ahead and when you finish return back to base and do up your reports about this"
"Yes sir" Then he turn around and walk back to the SUV and got in then the SF drive him back to base with the two SG teams I tow.
When General Hammond return back to the SGC he was beam to the oval office where he told the chief of staff and the president about what happen. By the time he finishes, they knew what has happen and that Jack and Sam are going to be fine.
"Thanks for letting us know George, they sure took one hell of a risk"
"I know sir but their plan did work"
"That is true, the operator from here has been getting calls about the kidnapping and wondering if I'm going to make any comments"
"Are you sir?"
"Yes there going to be a media conference in few minutes, this time I'm going to make it public and hopefully it will do the trick and they will back off"
"I hope so to mr president"
"Well I better go and get this over with… when both the colonel and Major get the all clear, let them know I wanted to talk to them"
"Yes sir"
"In person"
"I'll tell them"
"Good, Frances, shall we" they walk to the door and the president stop and turn to look at George
"We are not going to lose them… not now"
"What do you mean?"
"Thing are going to change George, we will get together once this mess is sorted out"
"Yes sir" then they walk out the door.
Hammond pulled the stone out of his pocket and beams him self up on Promethis then back down to his office. He took his jacket off and hang it up then he walk out of his office and walk down to the infirmary to see how Jack and Sam are doing.
