Taiga put her feet up upon her foot rest, downing a third of a glass of juice. "Servant, foot massage!" She leaned back, smiling as a wonderful sensation found her feet. This was the life. She looked around the room she was in, her favourite living room in the entire world. The mat covered floors, the small yet cozy space, and finally her new chair, and the footrest that came with it. She looked down at her servant, whose attention was focused entirely on her feet. She couldn't help but turn her mind to recent times..."And to think you almost strayed, that stupid mutt..." She turned on the third being in the room. "Apologize, Chihuahua!"

In the corner of the room, a blue-haired, dog-eared young woman bowed, her tail as still as she. "I'm sorry, my lady. I am but a lowly stupid Chihuahua. I have no right to take what belongs to you."

Taiga grinned savagely, that mutt was finally in her place. She turned on her favourite. "And you, servant! Pledge your loyalty!"

Her servant turned his attention from her feet, meeting her eyes with a devoted gaze which she couldn't help but smile back at.

"I will never stray from you again. Your perfection and beauty are without equal. My day is not complete without you. I am not complete without you, my master "

She leaned forward, beckoning him with her hand before gently patting him on the head. "Good boy." He leaned in to his petting, never letting his hands sway from their duties at her feet. Taiga felt a rumbling in her stomach. "Servant, my meal!"

"Yes, master."

Her dog rose up, leaving his petting, and her feet unattended. Oh well, something better would be here very soon-

It was already here. Her dog approached with a round tray, covered by a metal lid. She took a whiff at the air, she could smell something really good. Her dog came to a stop before her, kneeling and presenting her meal. He pulled off the lid, revealing-"Good boy, Ryuuji!" Just what she wanted. He'd spared no small detail, her favourite sauce, her favourite side dishes, and above all her favourite meal. Only her dog made Pork Cutlet this good.

She reached for her fork, expertly using it to cut away a piece of the meat for herself. She stabbed it, raising it slowly, she could practically see its flavor. She closed her eyes, opened her mouth, and guided the fork in.

She bit down.

"TAIGAAAAAAAAA!"

Her eyes opened. She was staring at a familiar ceiling. It was gone! The luxury armchair, the foot rest, the stupid chihuahua, everything/ She stood up, her hair blazing like fire, her eyes like the heart of the sun.

Her Pork Cutlet was gone!

She jumped off the bed, shaking the room, her every step from the bed to the window seeming to threaten the very stability of the building. She reached out, growling like an army of unholy Tigers. Hell itself would tremble before her fury. She opened the window, shaking the entire building.

"WHAT!?"

Every person perhaps within a thousand miles was woken by the roar of the tiger, some cats in the street quickly scurrying away from the sound of their kin's rage. The heavens themselves might have heard, but upon discovering the source of the noise, wisely pretended not to notice. The only being not awoken by her yell was "Ryuuji?".

Ryuuji was tossing and turning, his blanket long since removed from his body. Taiga was opening his door before she even realized she'd jumped, and she could finally hear his frantic mumblings, though she couldn't make out what he was saying. She knelled, placing herself on all fours before him.

She lightly poked his head. "Ryuuji?" He tossed again, facing her finally. She put her out her hand again. "Ryuu-" He wrist was caught in his hand. "JIII!"

He pulled her down, and quickly trapped her in one-armed embrace. Taiga felt a flush rush across her face, and the whispers of an urge to follow her natural reflex to such an action, but..."I'll let him off, this time." Though if he ever tried this while awake she'd-

"No!" Whatever she'd have decided to do would have to wait. Ryuuji's free hand swatted at the air violently. "No, get away!" His breathing quickened, his started struggling against something only he could see. "No, no! Kushieda! Yasuko!" His other arm coming down, wrapping itself around Taiga. "Taiga! TAIGA! Noooo!"

"Ryuuji, I'm here!" She tried to move, but Ryuuji's grip was surprisingly strong. "Ryuuji..." Ryuuji whimpered, holding desperately to Taiga as she could only listen to his cries. She leaned into his chest, closing her eyes as she whispered. "It's okay, Ryuuji, it's okay..." She moved her arms, putting them around him as best she could. "I'm here." She tried to drown out his cries as she silently pleaded..."Please wake up, Ryuuji. Please..."

Ryuuji released her, batting the air relentlessly against his foe. "No! It's everywhere!" Taiga grasped the sides of his face, making him face her as she called his name, but he did not seem to listen."Mold!"

Taiga froze. Her face slowly morphed into what many fairly assumed was her natural expression. Her brow started twitching...

"MOLD!"

Ryuuji's eyes snapped open, full of fright and panic before he blinked. Then blinked again, and his fear was quickly gone; That was just a dream! Thank god! Now why was he face-to-face with a fuming-"Taiga?"

WHAM!

Taiga soon stood up, looking over the once more unconscious Ryuuji. "Damn Ryuuji, making me worry over nothing." She turned around, walking out of Ryuuji's room and taking a second to align her jump. She jumped, landing in her room with rare grace. She shut her window again, she wouldn't hear anything else from him tonight if he valued his health. She slowly returned to her bed, her eyelids scarcely open as she hit the mattress.

Maybe she could still get that pork cutlet...
