It's always the same dream.

There was fire. Blue and yellow fire. On all sides. No matter where you turned, no matter where you looked, the fire surrounded you. But there was no pain.

You remember swiping your hands in the fire for the first few dreams, but it never hurts. Nor did it burn your hand or left burn marks. It just moves a bit, wavers, then goes back to flickering like normal.

It was strange. At first it seemed like a repetitive dreams to you, but since a few weeks ago, you started to think different. Maybe it wasn't just a dream, but actually a memory. A memory from long, long ago.

And when a figured appeared, it convinced you all the more.

Yes, it was not just a repetitive dream. It was a repetitive memory. But you weren't sure yet. You had to ask. And if it sounded weird, you could just pass it off as a joke.

Now...if only you could muster up the courage to ask...

"Marrrrrcoooo!" A sudden tell before a familiar-like thump was felt on his back before arms snaked their way round to his chest. Marco chuckled before grabbing the hands with both of his and pried them gently off. Then he turned around to face you.

"Was that a warning? Because it didn't sound like it-yoi."

You gave the man a sheepish grin before laughing lightly. "Er, it was my version of a warning?" Marco raised a brow at that but didn't inquire any further. Since you were as bad as a liar as always. "So what is it-yoi?"

"Eh. Nothing. Just that I'm bored and I knew you'd be here." Marco smiled faintly at that. It didn't sound like much but it made him happy. Because it made it seem like you paid attention to him. Because it made it seem like you knew more about him than other people did. Like in the past...

"Marco?"

Said man was brought out of his thinking and was back to looking at your confusion lit face. "Is something wrong?"

"Naw. Nothing-yoi."

You were a bit doubtful at his words but what he said next blew all those worries away.

"Want to get some coffee?"

"Okay!"

Oh well. Maybe you could ask him next time.
