So guys I meant to update earlier but I went to the mall with my friend today (and it may have inspired a short little fic about Fosterson and Tasertricks in a mall, just for giggles idk if I'm gonna do it or not) And I spent the majority of things on food. I know it's sad, but it may be the last time I get to eat real genuine mall food (cinnabon and all that jazz) because I'm going vegetarian and eventually vegan over the summer, or I'm hoping to at least.

Anyway enough of be babbling, here's the chapter

Loki's POV

I pace the room, waiting for Darcy to wake up, she had been unharmed by the accident, only the airbag, she had fractured her wrist and had a few bruises on her face and a cut on her lip but that was all. I was calming Thor down when I received the call about the girls' crash. But as soon as I found out I came right over, as did Thor. Darcy was fine, just sleeping off the sedatives for the shock that she was given as she had been freaking out when I had arrived about Jane and the accident.

Thor on the other hand was nothing but fine, he was pacing the waiting area waiting for Jane to come out from surgery as they had to remove the glass from her torso and add a few stitches to her head. I had tried to calm him down but it was no use. He truly did love her and was worried for her.

I'm brought out of my thoughts as Darcy grumbles and wakes up,

"Drake-no wait-Loki?" She asks sitting up, slowly opening her eyes. I walk over and then take her hand in mine and press my lips to her knuckles. She smiles and asks, "Where am I-" before shooting up, obviously remembering, her heart rate spiking and the monitor making a noise.

"Oh my God, where's Jane. Is she okay?" Darcy asks. I put both of my hands on her shoulders and bring her to my chest.

"She is going to be okay, the doctors say that it could have been worse and that there wasn't any damage that couldn't be fixed." I say kissing the top of her head and rubbing her back.

"How's Thor?" Darcy asks after she's calmed down.

"Not as well. He is beating himself up about the whole thing. Blaming himself for making her angry and saying something rash when he shouldn't have." I say

"I mean he loves her and she was breaking up with him. And I know she would've been more miserable then him because she never breaks up with somebody because she doesn't like them anymore or gets bored." Darcy says.

"I do not understand." I say.

"Okay so I've known Jane for a few years and every time she begins to fall in love with somebody, she breaks it off so they don't break it off with her. And I suspect that when Thor was out with Sif the other night-"

"And when Miss. Becky-"

"Oh my god did Becky talk to him?" Darcy asks. I nod and say,

"Thor said that after a blonde woman named Becky talked with him Jane flipped her lid as you would say."

"Becky and Jane do not get along. They hate each other.." Darcy says.

"Why is that?" I ask.

"They were really close apparently and in High School Becky joined the cheerleading squad instead of the science fair team and just changed. Began to pick on Jane all of a sudden. According to Jane and my ex-Ryan, who was on the science fair team with Jane, it was weird and so sudden. And apparently what really got them fighting is when Jane won Prom Queen at Senior Prom and Becky stole Jane's boyfriend of three years." Darcy says.

"How did Becky and Jane meet?" I ask curiously. Darcy sighs and says,

"They're fraternal twins."

I appologize for all the plot twists in this story, I can't help it. I needed to explain Becky and their rivalery without the cliche two best friends in high school story, sooo yeah.
