I wonder if any of you guys know how the dates in this chapter are seriously crucial to what happens .

Chapter Twenty One

Dunno Where to Go from Here

Destiny sat down in Randy's hotel room November 12th in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her eyes were puffy and red, and she really wanted to talk to Lexi.

She couldn't though after what was said. What made matters worst?

Not only were they suppose to celebrate their win by watching terrible chick flicks over the years, but they were also suppose to celebrate Lexi's 26th birthday. They had made it a tradition since they had a common interest at laughing at horrible things. They'd just sit down in their shared hotel room, curled onto the same bed, and snacking on all the junk food they carried.

Okay, so, eating junk food needed to stop, but that was their thing. Now it was ruined because of how she didn't watch what she said, and hurt her best friend. Sure, Lexi always never watched what she said, but it was never toward her, and if it was it wasn't hurtful.

"Destiny, she is your best friend, she'll get over it," Randy spoke. Destiny tried to crack a smile, but failed. She had already changed into her ring gear for the night. Lexi had a match that night on Smackdown facing Stacy Keibler.

Since Torrie and Candice had been switched over to Raw last Friday, Stacy and Christy had been traded over to Smackdown as well.

Things had seen to become an absolute cluster fuck over the past week.

Matt returned to wrestling that year, but traded over to Smackdown as well due to the stipulation that he left Raw. Amy was heel now, and working as Adam's manager. Mickie James had soon debuted and Maria had small matches, but stayed more as a interviewer. Some wannabe rocker chick name Ashley had received one of the biggest pushes ever to be seen. Thankfully, Nora and Gail were leaving that month, so no more torture was to be endure. Randy was on Raw now and Lexi wouldn't say a word to Destiny.

Oh and was it mentioned that Trish and Jeff were exclusively 'dating,' now?

"Randy, you and I both know how Lexi can be. I really screwed up with this," Destiny tried to laugh it off, but really couldn't.

"I'm sorry. Get some rest kid, you need it," Randy told her. He had agreed to sharing a room with Destiny, while Lexi roomed with Candice and Torrie.

Randy was the only one who honestly knew what was wrong, and it'd be best to keep things that way so there wouldn't be any drama.

Destiny smiled gingerly, and laid her head back down. She wondered if Lexi was worried about their friendship as much as she was.

...

"I just don't know what to do, I wanna forgive her but she went too far," Lexi sniffed.

"Alexis, that's your best friend, I think I've taught you better than to hold grudges," Eddie told her, as he laid a reassuring hand on her shoulder.

Since Matt and Jeff had been in the business, she had become close with many of the wrestlers there.

Shawn Michaels and Paul Levesque were like those goofy cousins she was always excited to see. Torrie, Amy, Stacy and Candice were the sisters she always wanted to have but never got. Chris Jericho, John Cena, and Christian were like extra older brothers. Randy Orton, well we all knew what he was to there were Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero. They were the "uncles" who gave her all the advice and wisdom.

"Eddie's right Lexi, life is too short to hold things over each other," Chris told her.

"But, she called me a whore, the one thing I hoped she'd never call me," Lexi cried.

"She was in the heat of the moment chica, you would've done the same," Eddie corrected. Lexi shook her head.

"In the 3 years she's been my best friend, I've said so many mean things to everyone, I wouldn't remember saying something like that to her. At least not hurtfully,"Lexi explained. Chris and Eddie chuckled.

"Then maybe you should be the one to go and apologize," Chris said even though it was a possible.

Whether she wanted to admit it or not, Lexi was terrible at apologizing, especially when she didn't know why she was suppose to.

"I'm a shit friend guys," she laughed bitterly. That's how she felt though.

It was 2 pm, and she was holding up two men with ongoing lives, and sulking about petty things.

Definitely a bad friend.

"Enough about me, how've you guys been, you know the wife and kids?" Lexi asked trying to take the heat off herself.

Chris decided to answer first, "Nancy's fine, and Daniel wants you to babysit soon and bring Mackenzie as well," he told Lexi. Lexi smiled. Mackenzie and Daniel had a budding friendship since both their parents worked in the same business.

"This girls are doing great, and Vickie, Shaul, and Sherilyn also want to see you and Mackenzie soon," Eddie answered. For some reason, as he said this, there was a hint of sadness in his voice and etched into the features of his face.

Lexi shook it off, thinking it was just her imagination.

"Oh, you did a great job this Friday with your match against Mr. Kennedy," Lexi congratulated. Eddie smiled before adverting his eyes to the tv screen in front of them.

...

Jeff ran a hand through his freshly dyed green and blue hair. He was sitting at the table with Trish. Earlier while arriving at the hotel to bring Lexi something, he watched Destiny being comforted by Randy.

Which confused him since Randy was suppose to be with Lexi.

"Trish are you sure this is going to work?" Jeff asked worriedly. The blonde sent a sweet smile that lit up to her hazel eyes.

"Jeff, the girl is in love with you, this'll just make it better," Trish reassured.

Whether it was for him or herself, she didn't know.

...

"Why are we here again?" Destiny asked Randy as they pulled up into the driveway of the Hardy household. Randy had forcibly put Destiny into his car on November 13th.

"You're going to go see one of the Hardy's because I'm sick of watching you mope and cry about not having Jeff or Lexi with you. As your best guy friend, I'm doing this for your own good," Randy told her.

Destiny pouted and folded her arms over her chest. "You and what army are going to make me get out?" she challenged.

So, Randy simply pushed Destiny out the car, and locked the doors so she couldn't get back in.

"Randall Keith Orton, open this right now!" she warned. He smiled as Destiny tried tugging on the door handle, and he just drove back so she couldn't touch it.

"Are we really doing this right now?" she asked.

"Go apologize, and I'll let you back in," Destiny sighed. She knew she wasn't about to win this argument.

Looking over the acres that surrounded them, Destiny knew exactly where to find at least one Hardy sibling.

...

Jeff kneeled down, running his hand through his hair. He seemed to do that a lot more lately. Maybe it was due to being nervous, or just because he didn't know how to handle situations anymore.

He learned through the grapevine, or Torrie to be exact, that Destiny and Lexi weren't getting along right now.

This happened to be because someone said Destiny had literally knocked some sense into Nora, and the news Jeff had given her right before.

At least that was what he heard. Jeff let out a sigh of breath. He always somehow managed to mess up relationships that he tried to create.

And boy, did he really want a relationship with Destiny. He knew from day one she liked him, and when she wrote him that letter, he was really hoping she would pursue something with him.

They only thing that really stopped him, was how Destiny was his little sister's best friend, and that didn't work out before either.

Jeff didn't have more time to think about anything because the crunching sound of the rocks brought him out of his thoughts.

He looked up to see Destiny.

" Look I can explain," he began.

"No, you listen. If it weren't for the fact that Vince told me to keep my temper in check after hitting Nora, I would've have torn your Barbie doll limb from limb that night," Destiny spoke.

"I know but-"

"I'm not done! Because of you, I went on some rage knowing you're with Trish, and though I still want to be royally pissed at you, I can't!"

"What are you trying to say Dest?" Jeff asked once he knew it was okay for him to speak. Destiny sent him a shocked but angry look.

"Don't you fucking get it Jeff! I could possibly be in love with you! Scratch that, I am in love with you. And whether or not the feeling is returned, at least if I were in you're position, I wouldn't be that dumb!" Destiny yelled, referring to Jeff starting a relationship with Trish.

She needed to get it all off her chest. Her tears were pricking with tears, but she refused to let them fall. She had done all too much of it for the past week.

"Destiny," Jeff started. She shook her head.

"Save it," and with that she carefully walked back down to where she came from.

...

"She did what?" Lexi questioned. She and Torrie had been packing at the hotel, so they could go visit Stacy who had Mackenzie, when Matt called to tell them that Destiny had come and laid it all onto Jeff.

"Lexi, calm down," Matt said calmly over the phone.

"Calm down my ass! She didn't have a right to do that," Lexi retorted. She wasn't mad Destiny went there, just mad that Destiny went to apologize to Jeff first, or so she thought.

"Alexis-" Matt started to warn, but she hung up on him, and walked out of the room. She looked out the window and saw ambulances pulling up to their hotel, but choose to ignore it since it wasn't her business.

"Lexi, don't do anything stupid!" Torrie yelled after the younger girl.

"Maybe!" Lexi responded. She went down the hall looking at every hotel room number, until she found the one she needed, and knocked profusely on it.

"Damn who is it? Oh, baby!" Randy grinned. Lexi pushed past him, and walked up to she was really looking for.

"What the hell were you thinking?"she yelled. Destiny turned around.

"I was thinking that I needed to set the record straight," Destiny countered. Once both of them were fired up, you might as well have stayed back for cover.

"I'm gonna step out here," Randy said grabbing his keycard, not wanting to be there in case blood was spilt. He figured one of them would be crazy enough to do it in their state.

"Oh really? If it were me, I would've worried about my best friend first, not my best friend's brother," Lexi said ignoring what Randy had just said.

"I was worried about you! I looked for you and you weren't here, so Randy figured he forced me to go and find one of you guys and make amends," Destiny yelled.

"Oh, so you had to be forced to do the right thing?"

"Don't twist my words Hardy,"

"Well maybe I should twist your arm out of it's socket,"Lexi threatened.

"Then do it!" Destiny challenged.

"LADIES!" Randy yelled over the two. They both looked back at him. Apparently their own fight was too loud for either of them to notice he came back.

"If you're going to make a stupid comment about something, then I hope you're not planning on having kids,"

"No, both of you just sit down, it's best," Randy said through a shaky voice.

"I'm sitting down because I want to," Lexi said smartly.

"What is it?" Destiny asked obviously annoyed.

"Chavo found Eddie passed out," Randy started.

"So? He probably has a hangover or something," Lexi said, knowing they had had a couple of drinks last night.

"No, Lex, Eddie's dead,"

...

I did this because Eddie Guerrero had to be one of my favorite lucha libres of the 90's. May he rest in peace since this is the week after his death.

Such an intense chapter. This will also strongly tie into the next chapter. I'm sorry if I somehow disrespected Eddie's death in anyway because if I did, it was in no way intended.

Read and Review.

Next chapter will be next week.
