For this chapter I worked on half of the chapter and Fairy-L-Tail worked on the second half. You can really tell who wrote which because of our different writing styles. I don't know if the rest of the chapters will be like this, but it was exciting.

Cooro had a hint of excitement in his eyes. Even though he usually didn't like fighting he was feeling more upbeat about his opponent. A creature made entirely out of glass ran towards Cooro, and it tried kicking the new Fairy Tail recruit in his face, but failed. Cooro transformed his arm into a cannon, quickly ducked and sent the glass warrior shattering into the wall with his large ball shooting out of his cannon.
A very powerful glass behemoth lion charged towards Cooro. Cooro didn't know how to act, but the lion ran over him, and continued charging towards someone else. The lion seemed to forget Cooro was there, and it let out a powerful growl before it shattered into glass.
Cooro only respected two people in his life; those that were either strong or intelligent and those who cherished scarfs as much as him. The person he was fighting with was both. Even though he had little to no brain capacity. If you guessed he was Natsu Dragneel...you would be right. Cooro turned around when he heard a friendly growl and a glass pterodactyl flew down to his side.
" Cooro!" Another animal looming in the giant hole through the glass ceiling swooped down. It was a female cat who followed Cooro in all of his Fairy Tail missions, and continued to follow him in to the Ice Kingdom " Cooro, she's sending in more reinforcements!"
" What? But we just took care of twenty of her guards. How many more is she sending?" Cooro gasped.
" Over one hundred!"
" Of yeah!" Cooro spun around. Natsu was hitting his fists together. His fists ignited in flames and he breathed fire from his mouth like a dragon, looking excited about the fight. " I always wanted to fight one hundred monsters! This is going to be fun."
" You simple minded fire breathing LIZARD!" Just for stress relief Cooro tried hitting Natsu. Natsu was onto Cooro's attack and blocked it grabbing Cooro's hand. Cooro tried pulling out of Natsu's hands, but he was grasping him like a bear sitting on his hand.
" If you want to get out of here you have to stick with me kid," Natsu laughed.
The Dragon Slayer mage let go of Natsu's hand. It was red from Natsu's mighty strength. Cooro heard Natsu's magic relied more on his strength, but this was ridiculous. The only other Fairy Tail member who used strength more than magic was Erza Scarlet.
The crystal enemies emerged from the ground, and Gia with her pterodactyl friend were already finding a place to hide. Natsu was surprised and a little disappointed to find four crystal Cyclops instead of the one hundred crystal warriors he was promised. A crystal Cyclops was turquoise in color and there one big eye was cobalt. They were Cyclops, but could see Natsu and Cooro as well as the Fairy Tail mages could see them; crystal warriors had a kind of clairvoyance from their ice queen.
" You are not going to try to chicken out of this fight like last time, are you?" Natsu laughed.
" We were fighting ten of those crystal things. And I only know one...well, I know two spells now. That's beside the point!" Cooro shouted.
" Ready...let's go!"
If Natsu was fighting, Cooro could tell he was in for a volcanic battle. Natsu shot a ball of fire in the air. The fire ball hit one Cyclops chin, but did little damage to him. Natsu buried his face with his hands taking a balloons' worth of air. " Fire Dragon's Roar!" Natsu breathed a wicked blast of fire at the Cyclops. The fire scorched the Cyclops. It's body was charred black from the flames, but it continued to move. Natsu stomped the ground in frustration.
" You can't break glass with flames," Cooro remarked. " You can only melt it. If you want to break glass...let it fall." Since when did Cooro tell Natsu how to fight? Cooro transformed his hands into two cannon-like weapons. Instead of cannons there were holes drilled through the top. " Chains: Slithering Snake Toss!"
Cooro shot ten chains from his cannons. Each chain had a gauntlet that resembled a snake on the front. Two chains wrapped around the right leg of each Cyclops, and the two remaining chains pushed the Cyclops by the blow of their heads. When the Cyclops were pushed back their crystal glass legs were torn apart, and the Cyclops shattered into dust from the fall.
" See. That was easy," Cooro said sounding like April and her pride. Natsu was too annoyed and frustrated that his attack didn't work to care. Even though it was one of his weaker attacks the great Natsu wanted to beat at least one of the Cyclops with his fire based attacks.
Cooro was in a predicament. He would be stuck in this castle fighting glass and crystal monsters with the legendary mage Natsu until he died, which was something he would rather die than do. Cooro was amazed at how young Natsu had become. He was sixteen or seventeen years old due to that spell, also weakened his usual spells. Even though Natsu was weaker he was still stronger than Cooro.
Cooro was surprised Natsu looked so, dare he say it because it didn't fit Natsu's profile, normal. Cooro heard Natsu was raised by a dragon; he was expecting him to have a tail or little scaly skin. If he had a tail would it have fire on the tip, be big and bulgy, or look a lot like Gia's? Natsu looked the same as Cooro in every way other than Natsu had the muscles of a body builder and Cooro looked flabby in comparison.
This all started yesterday. Cooro was having a very bad day at school...things got worse. Even though school was hard Cooro was happy when his best friend from Khara's mansion showed up with big news. He unfortunately met two people afterwards; Erza Scarlet's prodigy and a male member even worse than Khara and Gregory who wouldn't shut up about how great he was. Now he was trapped in a castle belonging to an ice queen and her husband the ice king...he had to chose whether to fight and die or live in this castle with his sister Nana as their adopted children.

Yesterday
Yesterday, as soon as the four Fairy Tail members, and Zira, returned home, April dragged Cooro and Zira over to one of the barmaids, who had given them both guild marks. April then proceeded to bombard Zira with questions, dragging Cooro along for the interrogations.
After refusing to stay any longer, Cooro had realized the time. Slowly collapsing in on himself, Cooro had wasted more time, wallowing in self-pity. Snapping out of it when a brawling April and Lola slammed into him, Cooro jumped up to his feet, grabbed Gia, and sprinted out of the guild hall.
It was around lunch time when Cooro and Gia arrived to Cooro's school. Sneaking into the school, hiding behind corners as teachers walked by, Cooro had stealthily made it to his class, only to be given detention by his teacher, who noticed him as soon as he walked in; even though her back was to him.
So, that's how Cooro spent his lunch; surrounded by Neanderthals, delinquents, and the 'bad seeds' of his school. As he sat at the back of the room, hidden by a few shadows, his eyes focused somewhere out the window, Cooro had begun to notice something rather odd.
Suddenly, the window exploded sending shards of glass shooting everywhere. Blinking a few times, Cooro looked up to the shadow of someone in the window.
"Cooro!" they laugh, lowering their face and staring at him. "Long time no see, how have you been?"
"Huh?" Cooro looks at the person their face still shadowed.
"Mr. Dash!" the director cries as he stands up at the front. "Is this your doing?!"
"What?!" Cooro cries. "No way!"
"Can I borrow him?" the shadow says pointing down at Cooro.
Without a second thought, or an answer from the director, the shadowed man grabs onto Cooro and disappears from the window, a struggling Cooro in his arms. Now on the ground, the man, still holding onto Cooro, sprints away from the window.
Finally coming to a stop, the man pushed Cooro down, giving him a good view of his face. With a laugh, Sano stood confident in front of Cooro, making the young boy look at him in shock.
"Sano! What are you doing here?!" Cooro cries angered, but happy to see his friend.
"I come bringing news." Sano smiles.
"What news?" Cooro asks confused.
"This news," Sano smiles, handing a sheet of paper to Cooro.
Grabbing onto it, Cooro begins reading it aloud.
"Though a trial will be held, Lady Khara and all of her possessions will be handed over to a Mr. Sano. With the Lady charged at fault with destruction of property, the gathering and use of Lost and Forbidden Magic, and the assault of members from a legal guild, she is charged with ten years of imprisonment and will be handed over to the Magic Council. Sano, being the only man on the premises who had helped the legal guild, and did not obtain or use Forbidden and Lost Magic, will testify and gain everything from the property." Finishing, Cooro looks up at Sano. "That's awesome," Cooro laughs as the two high-five. "Congrats."
"Thanks," Sano laughs. "Hey, have you -" he starts but halts when Cooro is swept off to the side, screaming in shock. Laughing and shaking his head, Sano begins to walk away, shouting out to Cooro. "See 'ya around!"
Cooro, punching his new captor in the arm, causes them to trip and both of them to start rolling around in the dirt. "Ow," the person mumbles, bringing themselves to their knees and rubbing their arms.
"Who are you?" Cooro sneers, backing away from the person.
"Depends on who's asking," they stand up, their hair covering their face. "You are, Cooro Dash, right? April's partner?"
"Partner?" Cooro questions confused, standing up. "No way, I want nothing to do with her." He shakes his head.
"Okay, well, you are a member of Fairy Tail, right?"
"Yeah," Cooro trails off.
"Excellent!" they smile, looking up at him, giving Cooro a good look at his face. This short boy with long white hair set loose had bright blue eyes and a small form. Wearing an armour chest plate, blue jeans, and a necklace hidden inside of the armour, he sticks his armoured hand out in front of him. "I'm Haru!"
"Right," Cooro shakes the young boy's hand slowly. "I'm Cooro."
"Hey kid!" a new voice shouts as Haru is tackled by them. "Don't run off on me again! I don't want to think about what Erza'll do to me if you go missing," he shudders.
"Although, I could take her down easily because of how amazingly skilled and great I am, but I really don't want to get on her bad side," he shudders once again.
Haru, standing up, smiles at Cooro. "Look, I found him." Haru says pointing up at Cooro.
"Oh?" the new person says standing up and brushing off their clothes. Wearing a loose white shirt, now covered in dirt, and black pants with an iron chain hanging on his right side, the other person looks up at Cooro, his short black hair flipping slightly as he looks at Cooro with dark green eyes. "I assume you've met the brat," he sighs, sticking his hands in his pockets and looking away. "I'm Bones, it's your pleasure."
"Right," Cooro trails off, looking at the two boys. "Who are you, and why are you here?" "We already told you." Haru crosses his arms. "I'm Haru Usataki, I'm Erza Scarlet's prodigy, and a member of Fairy Tail. That," Haru says pointing at Bones. "Is Bones, he a narcissistic jackass, but he's a member of Fairy Tail too."
"Okay, why are you here?" Cooro says looking down at the young boy.
"We're here for collection." Bones sighs grabbing onto Cooro's shoulder, pressing down slightly. "Really, I don't know why I'm here, but I can only assume that I was the perfect one for the job. With my skills and power, of course I had to be the one to go! But oh, woe is me! Why must I be here with such pathetic young wizards whose power doesn't even compare to mine?!"
"See?" Haru says standing beside Cooro. "Narcissistic."
Nodding silently, Cooro watches as Bones finishes his monologue. Turning back to the two boys, Bones smiles as Haru attaches himself to Cooro. With a snap of his fingers, Cooro, Haru, and Bones disappear, only to reappear outside of the guild hall, Haru now sitting on top of Cooro.
"Ow," Cooro mutters into the stone ground.
"Stand up, Cooro." Haru sighs. "You're embarrassing us."
"Oh, of course. I'm embarrassing you, apologies."
"I hear Cooro." April's voice rings in his ears as the doors of the guild hall open. "I was right," April says looking down at Cooro as he continues to lay on the ground. "What are you doing on the floor? Is it comfortable?! Let me try!"
Before she can move a muscle, someone walks up beside her, smiling softly. "April, as excitable as ever."
"You know it!" April grins, giving them a thumbs up. Looking up from the ground slowly, Cooro travels up the person's body, getting a look at who they are. With black boots that end at her knees, leading up into a blue skirt, Cooro notices that, like Haru, she's wearing and armour chest plate, and gloves as well. With long red hair set free, and confident brown eyes looking down at Cooro, she smiles. "Is this the member you've been telling me about?"
"Yeah," April nods. "His name is Cooro Dash, he just joined recently."
"Well then," she nods. "Welcome to Fairy Tail."
"Teacher!" Haru grins at her.
"Teacher?" Cooro questions. "Wait, you're Erza Scarlet? The powerful S-Class Mage of Fairy Tail? Titania Erza?!"
"Hello," she nods.
"N-nice to meet you." Cooro stutters getting to his feet, afraid that he might anger Erza with the slightest word or sentence.
"Likewise," she nods. "Now tell me something Cooro, are your powers like anything April has told me?"
"What has she told you?" he asks annoyed.
"That your arm transforms into a cannon and you can turn into a dog-man?"
'She's talking about me, right?' Kanellos asks.
'Who else would she be talking about?' Cooro sighs. "Yeah…" he trails off.
Nodding in confirmation, Erza looks at April, who gives her a thumbs up. "Pack your bags," she says as she turns around, heading back into the guild hall. "We leave in ten minutes. Now, where is this Zira you speak of?"
"She should be around here somewhere…" April trails off, following Erza.
Suddenly hearing a crash and a table come flying through the doors, Cooro, Haru, and Bones all slam into the ground, duking out of the way. Hearing shouting and a yelp of pain, Cooro looks up to find Erza running around the guild, chasing someone who makes a mess of the guild, trying to block her path.
Noticing pink hair, a scaly looking scarf, and the outfit he's always depicted in, Cooro looks at him in shock, following his every move. Unexpectedly getting hit in the face with a chair, Cooro falls backwards; the world starting to spin.
The last thing Cooro hears before he's moved and dragged around was Erza screaming one name that confirmed his shock. "Natsu!"
