Midterms are upon us folks! I hope you all have been studying lol... so lets get this party started!

It was the final study day before Midterms would start. It was also the only hour that Blake, Trinity, Ruby, and Phoebe could practice before their Training Midterms. Since you had to sign up for Danger room practice in the last month before Semester ends, getting a time to practice was "Harder than a fight against Blob" as Bobby Drake had so eloquently put it.
They had decided to Practice one on one and two on two, as to practice for more than one course at a time. Jamie had come along to Ref the fights and to secretly study up on how strong each of them had gotten, since he would be in the same class as them.
"Ok lets start one on one... when you give up or you're pin to the ground... or if you get knocked out, then you're done!" Jamie announced for the side of the room.
"Whose going first?" Ruby asked looking over at him. The teachers picked who fought who in class so it made more since to let Jamie pick. He thought for a moment, then pointed to Blake and Ruby.
Blake nodded at the other then shot out her claws, Ruby in response, quickly coated herself in copper and motioned for the other to come at her.
Blake chuckled and jumped forward slashing at the other girl who jumped and flipped backward with insane strength, dodging the attack all out. Blake slashed at her again to which she turned sideways and when the Feral girl stumbled forward, the metal mutant swung and sent her flying to the ground with one swift kick.
Just as Blake rolled over to rise the other jumped and straddled her waist, holding her flat to the ground while she struggled. After a short two or three minutes of struggling, Blake shouted loudly.
"Fine fine just get off me!" She yelled with a growl. Ruby laughed and stood helping her to her feet just after Jamie called the fight.
Next was Phoebe and Trinity, both girls sized each other up then Trinity Transformed herself to a bat with black wing and a white abdomen. Phoebe nodded and pulled out her Zippo pulling the flame into her hand and throwing one of several small fire balls at the bat that was flying around near the Consul room window. After several misses, Phoebe directly changed her tactic. She Pulled out the Zippo again and pulled two small flames into her hands.
After a few seconds the flames had grown to the size of human beings. Then in another spilt second the flames had disipated and Phoebe was flying toward the flying creature who looked startled as though she had forgotten the fight. As they were within a mere foot of each other Phoebe reached out and snatched the bat into her hands and lowered them both to the ground.
After trying to shake the flame powered mutant off of her, Trinity Transformed back to her normal self kicking and screaming as Jamie called the fight.
When Trinity had finally settled down Blake walked over to her and patted her shoulder. Then she and Ruby exchanged a glance. A moment later Ruby had flipped Phoebe so fast she hardly knew what had happened. Blake reached for Trinity but she was a second to late. Trinity had transformed to a black and white mountain ram and was charging toward her dark haired room mate.
"Oh Shit!" Blake whispered then turned on her heels scrambling towards Jamie, "I quit, I quit!" She shouted, turning her head to look at the charging mutant.
Just at the moment she turned back, she was crashing into Jamie before she could stop herself. She and Jamie had both went flying to the ground and Jamie was splitting like usual. At least they all thought.
Blake stood and Jamie was kneeling with his head in his hands and his splitting wouldn't stop. They all looked wide eyes as they counted twenty copies of Jamie before there eyes each paler, thinner and sicker looking.
As Jamie started to lift his head he realized moving was a mistake, then he was gone, completely unconscious crashing to the ground. Trinity gasped and rushed over as the clones moved back into her boyfriend. Blake looked from Jamie's almost lifeless form, to Trinity and then to the two others who looked just as concerned as she was.
"You guys go get Beast or Wolverine now!" She shouted rushing over to Jamie to see if he was still breathing, "Go now!" she barked as they hesitated then darted to the elevator to find a teacher.
A moment later Beast and Storm were running towards them. Beast lifted Jamie and rushed him back to the hospital with Trinity at his heals.
Storm stayed behind to ask the three others what had happened. They each explained what had gone on then the three students and their teacher made their way to the hospital.

The weekend had passed and Jamie was still in the hospital. Trinity and Bobby had been the only people allowed to visit him and they both said things were looking better than everyone had expected.
Despite Jamie being in the hospital, classes did resume and Midterms had started. Phoebe and Bobby had just arrived at their One on One Sparing course and they were excited for their first day of midterms to be over. The Midterm for the class was very simple. A list of who was sparing with who was posted in the Consul room on Sunday night after the danger room had been shut down for the night. Then everyone in the class waited in the hall while each group went into the danger room for their individual fights. Wolverine had decide each of their programs that their fights would be in.
After an almost thirty minutes of waiting it was Bobby and Phoebe's turn. They walked into the Elevator and stood together holding hands in silence. When it opened they were surprised to see no program. Bobby shrugged his shoulders and they both walk together to the middle of the room. Then Wolverine's voice came over the loud speaker.
"Alright you have twenty five minutes. Once you're pinned I'll call it and you start again! You need three fights for an A regardless of a win or a loss, Questions?" He announced. They both shook their heads and he said to start.
Phoebe Flipped her lighter and pulled off four fireballs, two in each hand. Bobby coated himself in ice and quickly jump as she chucked one of the balls at his head. When he landed and sent a wave of frozen air toward her she darted forward throwing two more balls hitting his arm with one. The impact startled Bobby leaving him opened to be pinned to the floor by his girlfriend. Wolverine called the fight going to Firefly. The next went to Bobby who flipped them quickly when Wolverine started them again.
Wolverine chuckled as he called the fight in Bobby's name. Bobby leaned down and pressed a kiss to her lips before the third and final fight started. They both separated and got to their feet. Then the chase was on first Bobby had the upper hand on Phoebe Skating through the air on a sheet of ice, Phoebe trailing just behind. A moment later the rolls were reversed and so on and so for till Wolverine came over the speaker again.
"Alright we'll call it a tie... your time is up! Get out of there!" He told them. He met them out in the hall with the rest of the class.
"Before you go Chuck told me to remind you all that you will get all your grades on monday before the break!" he announced to the class before he let them go. Bobby and Phoebe walked away holding hands then parting at the hospital so Bobby could visit his bed ridden room mate.
