Did you read my crappy chapter title? Yeah...thought so. I tried to make this chapter a really good and not rushed chapter unlike the last chapter which we could all agree was far less than perfect. I'm very sorry for the late update I really didn't realize it's been so long almost a month...again I'm really sorry:( Please forgive me! (as you have noticed I don't take late updates lightly...)
Just so information on future plans for the story: ...Aizen will make an appearance and for the sake of the story, I'm going to make him seem weaker or has a weakness to halves or something along those lines... but I also might have an AC character death...it might be necessary...
Also, I researched a little about Toshiro's age and came up with 14-15 so he's about their ages physically and if not a little wiser, mentally.

"Alright fun team, let's move out," Urahara says after breakfast on Rukia's execution day.
"Ok," we all say and exit our home.
Preview: A woman with long purple hair in a ponytail appears beside Urahara, landing beside him with nimble feet.
No one's POV-
Nagisa and Rio both head the high points in the soul society to make sure they'll be able to help if someone needs them. Urahara, Professor Bitch, Kaede, and Karma all wait on top of a wall to overview everything and for Kaede and Karma to wait for their stage in the plan. They left Kuro-sensei back at the training place to make sure it isn't destroyed. He wanted to see his students improvements but alas, was left out. Urahara and professor Bitch are looking forward to seeing how everyone improved because Urahara only saw Ichigo's improvement and Professor Bitch never watched anyone because she was always in the kitchen cooking the next meal.
Yukiko's POV-
Asano, Ichigo, and I enter the soul society alone. Ichigo in the middle and Asano and I standing behind him.
"If we need to fight...let's fight back to back like they do in all of the movies," I say smiling.
"No problem weirdo," he says.
"Yay, thank you," I say.
"You're welcome," he says and turns his attention away from me when Ichigo talks.
"Today's the execution day so they will be bringing Rukia to the execution grounds. If she's already there then I will save her and you watch after her. Then you will send a signal to Karma and Kaede to tell them to go save the two captains that are supposedly going to assist in Rukia's rescue," Ichigo says.
"How will we send a signal?" I ask.
"Use your gun and shoot it in the air," he says.
"Ok," I say.
We flash step the rest of the way to the execution grounds and look around. Then we look up and see Rukia hanging on a huge wooden post with a fiery bird floating in front of her.
"Oh crap, I have to go do something now," Ichigo says.
"Bye," we say waving.
Asano and I flash step next to the line of people watching the execution. Ichigo stops the giant bird with his back turned to it. He says something and Rukia yells at him. Then the bird reels back for a second attack. I look at the line of people to see everyone with shock etched on their faces and they're staring at him with wide eyes.
"Badass," Asano says smiling.
"Totally," I say staring at Ichigo.
The bird-like thing and Ichigo stare each other down while Rukia seems to be yelling something at Ichigo.
"Listen! I told you I was going to ignore you!" we hear Ichigo yell back.
The flames of the bird grow and I put my hand on my face to shield it.
"It's like I can feel the flames from here," I say.
"Can you really?" Asano says with doubt.
"Yes, I can," I say.
"Alright," Asano says but I can tell he doesn't believe me.
"Who are you?" someone says and we turn to our side.
There is a boy with ice blue hair and a young face glaring at us accusingly.
"No one, actually we're not here at all. We're just illusions," Asano says not taking his eyes off Ichigo.
"Asano you really should pay more attention to questions," I say.
"No," he says.
"I thought you would say that," I say giving up.
The boy is about to say something back but stops when we hear a commotion. We see a man with brown wavy hair throw something on the big bird that makes it stop. Then a man with white hair shows up using flash step and assists him.
"Hey there, Mr. Handsome. I was starting to wonder if you planned to show up," the one with brown wavy hair says as he holds a spear down into the ground.
He has a woman standing next to him and the other man has two men standing behind him.
"Captain Kyoraku!" someone yells and the head captain turns around.
"It took a while to break the seal," the man with white hair says, "But! This ought to do it!" he yells and brings out a huge shield in front of him.
"Stop them!" a woman yells to her lieutenant.
"Me?" he says.
"They'll destroy the Sokyoku!" she yells.
"What can I do?" he says dumbly.
The two captains put their zanpacto's into the shield and the rope coming off of it lights up. A second later the bird bursts into flames and disappears so that the dark light is gone and replaced with the blue skies. Fire rains down from the destroyed bird and Ichigo takes the opportunity to flip up onto the stand next to Rukia. A fireball almost hits me and before I have time to react, I'm in a different spot in an instant. Asano is holding my arm and looking at me sternly.
"Please be careful," he says.
"Thank you," I say bowing to him.
Everyone in the line stares at the two men who we assume are captains and most are glaring. Then everyone turns their attention to Ichigo as his eyes start to glow an unnatural blue.
"Ichigo what are you doing?!" we hear Rukia yell.
"Isn't it obvious?" Ichigo says and starts to spin the sword by the cloth coming off of it.
"This stand is about to tumble down," he says and earns some gasps from the captains.
"That's crazy! Ichigo you can't! You'll only end up killing us both! The Sokyoku is too strong!" Rukia yells.
"Don't worry about it," Ichigo says and catches the sword by the hilt, "Just shut up and watch," he says.
He brings the sword down on the stand and it glows blue with pressure all around it. When the smoke clears, we see Ichigo holding Rukia under his arm.
"Yukiko, the signal," Asano says urgently.
Some people look over at us at Asano's words. Ignore them! You need to do the signal! I tell myself.
"Oh right!" I say and yell Azayaka's name.
The gun appears in my hand and I point it up and cover my left ear with my free hand as I shoot the gun towards the sky and the bullet explodes in the air.
Back with Urahara and others-
A woman with long purple hair in a ponytail appears beside Urahara, landing beside him with nimble feet.
"Yoruichi!" he says smiling.
"Long time no see, Urahara," she says.
"Indeed," he says.
"So what's going on here?" she asks.
"How much do you know?" Urahara says.
"I know Rukia's execution is today and you guys are here to save her, but I don't know who these people are," she says turning to Professor Bitch, Kaede, and Karma.
"Oh, these are people who are from another world. We ran into them about a month ago or so. They're helping us save Rukia then they are going to try to get home," he says.
"These three?" she asks.
"Not me," Professor Bitch says.
"So these two?" she says looking at Kaede and Karma.
"Not only these two," he says.
He points out Rio and Nagisa from afar and says, "Those two are long range supporters," he says.
Then he points to where Asano and Yukiko are by the execution ground and says, "Those two are in charge of keeping Rukia safe,"
"So there are 7 people from another world?" Yoruichi asks.
"No, there is nine. One of them we left back at the place to make sure nothing happens and one is not an actual person per say," he says.
"The one at home isn't a person either," Professor Bitch says.
"What do you mean?" she says.
"The one at home is an octopus and the other one is a virtual intelligence that can manifest herself in a human form when she needs to, which is now by the way," Urahara says when there is an explosion(Yukiko's signal) in the sky.
"There's the signal," Kaede says.
"And here I am," they hear a voice say and turn to see Ritsu standing there smiling.
"Okay, let's go before it's too late," Kaede says.
"Right, follow me," Ritsu says and the two follow after her into the soul society.
"How boring will this be? Can I beat someone up?" Karma says sighing.
"If you run into a captain that is not our ally, go right ahead. Except for the head captain, I don't want him to be too hurt," Urahara says.
"Ok," Karma says letting himself be pulled along by Kaede while grinning sadistically.
"What was that signal?" Yoruichi asks.
Urahara points to Yukiko who is standing in front of Asano and talking to Rukia.
"Her half is two guns. She's not as strong as Asano or Karma, but she can hold her own against a captain," he says and she nods.
"What are they doing?" Yoruichi asks turning her attention to Karma and Kaede.
"A week ago we put a document in the exact right place so the head captain would sign it without reading it first out of fatigue. That paper stated that the two treasonous captains were allowed to assist in Rukia's rescue. It's Kaede and Karma's job to retrieve the document and show it to the head captain before he fights the two captains," Urahara says.
"Hey, I have a question," Yoruichi says and her tone suddenly goes darker.
"Yes?" Urahara says.
"How strong are these kids? Can they really do it with their strength?" she asks.
"None of them are below a captain's level. In fact, some of them are far beyond a captain's level," Urahara says.
"Really?" Yoruichi asks while her eyes widen.
"Yes. To start off, they're all from a class of assassins because they're supposed to kill their teacher which is the octopus we left at home. They are all professionally trained in combat but ever since they got here, they've gotten even stronger," he says.
"You mean they all have zanpacto's?" she asks.
"Not really. They're a little different so we call them halves," Urahara says.
"Why?" she says.
"You can see them and their first form isn't a blade but an accessory. It's a hair tie for Rio, a necklace for Karma, a ring for Yukiko, and so on and so forth. Also, not all of them have halves," Urahara says.
"Which one doesn't?" she asks.
"That one," Urahara says and points to Asano who is standing in a very relaxed position beside Yukiko and Rukia.
"Is he strong?" she asks.
"One of our strongest. He didn't want a half so he just trained in the other 3. He's a master in Hakuda and Hoho. With one more day or so he would have mastered Kido. He is easily the fastest out of everyone in our group, aside from me of course. He ties with me. He is the 3rd smartest in our group with me being in first place again of course," Urahara says.
"Who's in second?" she asks.
"That one," Urahara says pointing to Karma.
"The girl or the boy?" Yoruichi asks unsure.
"The boy, Karma. On his first day with powers, he beat Byakuya in a fight. He's really sadistic and he caused a lot of problems in his school so he was put in their class, e-class. If you really think about it, he is as strong as Asano," Urahara says.
"They're both able to defeat a captain?" Yoruichi asks.
Urahara nods and points to Rio who was her bow drawn and pointed at all of the captains surround Rukia, Asano, and Yukiko. Ready to shoot at the first sign of danger.
"Rio, her full power is devastating. She has complete mastery over her bow and she can switch to a sling shot with a grenade and blow anything up within range. She can use flash step but has only dabbled in Hakuda and Kido," he says.
Yoruichi nods and looks to where Urahara points next.
"That's Nagisa. He's quiet but he's very skilled. He uses Kido and Hakuda mostly and isn't very fast, but he's the best with his half. He is the most natural talented assassin in his class but right now, Karma is a tad bit stronger," he says.
"What about the girl next to Karma?" Yoruichi asks.
"Kaede. Her power is very...strange. She focuses on a special and refined style of dance combat. Her half is a uniform. When she dances a certain way, a song plays that does something specific. For example, one that took her a couple days of dancing was a revival spell. But she can also do a special style of dance combat where she stops for a split second every ten seconds for a minute or so and it plays a song to make her stronger during the fight. She is very good with time and flash step. She is also a master in Hakuda and a practitioner in Kido," Urahara says.
"What is with all of these powerhouses?" she asks.
"They've gone through a lot and have endured a lot of training," Urahara says.
"Hey, I've been wondering. Earlier you said Kaede had to work on a revival spell and you just said they've been through a lot. What happened?" Yoruichi asks suspiciously.
"Well, first of all, they've already been through a lot before they got here, you know being in their assassination classroom and all. But since everyone's gotten here, there's been a lot of other stuff," Urahara says.
"Like what other stuff?" Yoruichi asks.
"For one, they put each other through hell. Karma and Rio tied those two together," he says pointing to Asano and Yukiko, "And they trapped Kaede and Nagisa in a small box together for a night,"
"Go on," she says.
"One time we went ocean training about a month ago, the car ride there was very amusing for me. Karma and Rio took it upon themselves to annoy Asano at the same time he had to make sure Yukiko and Kaede weren't;'t doing dangerous things like falling out of the car window. Karma and Ichigo have a long going rivalry, they don't really go along so he annoyed Ichigo too. There was a hurricane at the time of the test and they had to swim 50 meters out and 50 meters in. It was going smoothly until a shark bit Yukiko and pulled her over so Asano being the fastest had to go get her. She ended up fine but then after that the whole ordeal with the mind control happened," Urahara says.
"Is this when someone died?" Yoruichi asks.
"Yeah, the timing was off. Kaede, Yukiko, and Karma died. We had 2 revival pills which we used on Kaede and Yukiko then Kaede worked on the revival spell up until 2 days ago and now we're here," he says.
"Wow, that's a lot to happen in a month," Yoruichi says.
"Indeed," Urahara says.
"Oh hey, you're here," Professor Bitch says and Yoruichi and Urahara turn towards her.
"It's a pleasure to see you again miss Irina. I hope you don't mind my coming," Sabanto says and bows.
"No problem," she says.
"Oh, is this person your friend?" Sabanto says turning towards Yoruichi.
"I don't know," Professor Bitch says.
"I'm Yoruichi," she says.
"It's a pleasure miss," Sabanto says and bows.
"So you're her half?" Yoruichi says and points to Professor Bitch.
"That is correct," he says.
"Interesting..." she says.
"Oh, looks like some action has finally started," Urahara says turning to the execution grounds.
Yukiko's POV-
I turn back to look at Ichigo and after talking to Rukia for a little bit, he appears next to us and hands Rukia over to Asano just in time to stop the blade of a man. I recognize the man as the guy who fought Karma a month ago and my worry goes down. Ichigo can beat him.
"Hi, Rukia," I say and wave.
"What's going on?" she asks.
"He didn't tell you?" Asano says.
"I only know that he said he was saving me," she says.
"In short, It's our job to make sure you're safe. We have other people making sure everything goes smoothly," I say.
"He promised he wouldn't help," she says angerly.
"He was crossing his fingers," Asano says.
"That little..." she says and we turn when we hear someone yelling.
"My captains going to get hurt," Rukia says.
"Which one was he?" I ask.
"The one with long white hair," she says.
"The one that helped in destroying the bird?" Asano asks and she nods.
"Yeah we predicted that and came up with a plan to help them," Asano says.
"Really? That's impossible!" she says.
"One of my classmates is a fixed intelligence and she has been exploring the soul society for a while and she gathered a lot of helpful information for us. She also made our plan," I say reassuringly.
"Why? Why are you putting in so much effort to save me? You don't even know me," she says.
"We know Ichigo and Urahara," Asano says bluntly.
"Also, we're happy to help any innocent person," I say.
"Innocent?" she says.
I nod.
"Ichigo almost died because of me and I didn't even help him," she says.
"But he's fine now," I say.
She looks over at Ichigo who had already unlocked bankai. Two weeks ago we discovered that Ichigo's bankai was putting a strain on him because he didn't know how to use it properly. But now, he does because Urahara taught him. Now he has almost mastered it.
"He'll be fine," Asano says and I nod.
"So, what's the plan like?" Rukia asks.
I open my mouth to answer when a hand covers my mouth. I turn to the side and see Asano.
"I wouldn't be announcing our plan to everyone here," he says.
I turn back and notice everyone listening to us and nod.
"You're right, sorry," I say.
"All we can tell you is we all have certain jobs, and it's our job to make sure you're safe," Asano says.
"That's it?" she asks.
"That's it," Asano says.
I give Asano a look asking Should we take turns protecting her? He's about to answer when we turn at a huge explosion and see Ichigo and Byakuya standing a couple meters away from each other.
"Then there's only one thing to do, I will kill you Ichigo Kurosaki!" Byakuya yells.
"Don't die Ichigo!" Asano calls while nodding at my silent question.
"Like hell, I will! You just focus on your own job!" he yells back.
Asano sighs and says, "Yeah whatever,"
One of the people who was standing by the white-haired man gets knocked out by a captain then that same captain stares down the other one who was standing near the white haired captain.
"Hold it Soi Fon!" he yells.
He's about to run over to help the girl that was next to him earlier when he is stopped by the head captain banging his big stick on the ground.
"No one move!" he yells with authority almost as high as Karasuma.
"This crime of saving an executiony will be punished by death," he says, "Thus his fate is sealed. But that is the least of our problems. What you two captains have done is unforgivable!"
The girl says his name and starts to run over to him while saying, "You're in danger captain! Get away-!"
"Kiyone! Stay back!" he yells and the girl stops while her captain shakes his head slowly.
"Well, I guess we've got no choice!" the other treasonous captain says putting his hand on the other captain's shoulder.
"Are you ready Jushiro? Looks like we're going to make a run for it," he says.
"Wha-?" the man stops but disappears along with the other captain and his lieutenant.
"Shunsui!" the head captain says and chases after them.
"Captain," Kiyone says.
"How dare you stand there and do nothing while they get away?" the woman resumes her scolding.
The girl turns around only to be kicked in the face by the before mentioned.
"Yukiko," Asano says.
"Got it," I say and nod.
I get Gino out and get ready to shoot if I need to. The woman steps on Kiyone's chest and moves her foot back and forth while scolding her about 'traitorous actions'.Then she takes out a zanpacto and raises it to stab the girl. I take a deep breath and raise my gun.
"You can do it," Asano says with a hint of encouragement in his bored tone.
I nod and close my eyes for a second then open them and shoot. There is a clanging noise as the bullet knocks the zanpacto away.
"Nice shot, Yukiko!" I hear Azayaka say in my head.
"Thank you," I say back.
The captain turns and glares at me. She disappears and I feel dizzy for a second. When I grasp the situation I realize Asano is holding my wrist and has returned with me to the spot he was previously standing in while the captain is standing where I was.
"Careful," he says.
"Right, sorry," I say.
Within a second all of the people remaining at the execution grounds are surrounding us. Asano leans down to whisper in my ear.
"We'll stand back to back, you take the ones on your side. Don't be too reckless but remember Rio and Nagisa are on stand by just in case. Don't fight the captain with ice blue hair that we were talking to earlier," he says.
"Why?" I whisper back.
"Look at him carefully, he's not in any fighting stance and his eyes show he is not going to fight us," Asano says.
"What about the lieutenant? How do I know who to fight and who to not fight?" I ask.
"Easy, only fight people who attack you. We're here to protect not to fight people who don't want a fight," he says.
"Okay," I say and nod.
"Ready?" he asks holding up a fist and smiling.
"Ready," I say and fist pump him.
Then the first person attacks.
Kaede's POV(A little earlier)-
Karma and I follow Ritsu to the captain's office.
"Two captains have assisted in the rescue of Rukia, it was the two planned ones. So far everything is going according to plan," Ritsu says.
"Ok," I say.
I cautiously open the door to the captain's office and look right and left.
"It's completely empty," I say.
"Good," Ritsu says and walks in.
We cautiously walk into the head captains office and take the paper we last saw a month ago.
"Ok hurry you two, there's not much time and that captain is very strong," Ritsu says and we nod.
We flashstep to the sight to see the head captain facing two captains. One of the two captains(the one with long brown hair) notices us but none of the others seem to. The head captain dramatically grabs the hilt of his sword
"The head captain dramatically grabs the hilt of his sword while the captain with long snow-white hair says, 'Master Yamamoto,'" Karma narrates.
"Hey, would you shut up?" I whisper harshly and he smiles.
"I guess," he says.
"Do not say anything. The time for words has long passed!" The head captain says.
The two captains grab the hilts of their swords.
"Draw your swords," the head captain says and Karma says it at the same time.
"Pft," Karma starts laughing quietly into his hand.
I hit the back of his head.
"Karma! Stop fooling around!" I whisper yell.
"Aren't you proud of me?" Karma says mock-pouting.
"Maybe a little," I say.
There is a pause while Karma starts to laugh again at the captain's words. I notice the captain who noticed us earlier is staring at us and I wave. The head captain releases his zanpacto and swings at the captains knocking them back a few feet. They have some kind of conversation involving why the two captain don't want to fight and that's why they're not releasing their zanpactos's...blah blah blah. The head captain sticks his sword into the ground and spreads his arms which causes his long jacket to be pushed off of him and blown off into the wind which causes Karma to burst out in laughter as his skillfully dodges the coat as it passes. Which in the end, cause me to put my hand over his mouth to silence him. The captain's shirt falls off as flames engulf his and reveal's his muscular upper body. He laughs creepily and I press my hand even harder on Karma's mouth who has now started shaking from laughter. After cracking his bones in his hands the head captain picks up his zanpacto and takes on a fighting stance.
"Hey I think we should do something," I say letting go of Karma.
But what should we do...we need to stop him in order to show him the paper...I watch in fear as the man swings back his sword, he swings it forward and-
"Hold it," I hear say with his finger on the blade of the captains zanpacto and he has completely stopped it.
"W-wha...?" the head captain says.
"How did he...?" the captain with white hair starts.
"Karma!" I yell and try to hit him on the head but he moves out of the way in a swift movement.
"You said we needed to stop him, I did our job," he says.
"Only half of it," I say.
"Ok, then I'll do the other half," he says and pulls out the paper.
I can tell the two captains can't hear us and don't know what's going on, they don't know about any part of the plan. The captain's eyes widen and Karma nods.
"Yeah, we got you," he says.
"But how did you...?" he says.
"We happen to have a computer genius on our side," Karma says.
The head captain sighs deeply the says to the two captains, "You two are free to go with no punishment,"
"What? You're joking old man right?" the one with long brown hair says.
"No, they got me," he says pointing to Karma and me.
I smile and wave.
"So um... do we have any other job?" Karma says.
"No, it was just this," I say.
Hmm, I guess we really did have only this...Did Urahara plan this?
"So we're done?" Karma says.
"I guess. Let's go back to the execution grounds and see how Asano, Yukiko, and Ichigo are doing," I say.
"Fine," he says sighing.
"It'll be quick, I doubt Asano or Yukiko would need any help. Especially Asano," I say.
"This is one of those situations where I'm glad he's powerful," Karma says.
I nod and turn to the captains.
"We're going to check on some of our group, want to come?" I ask.
"Where are you going?" the head asks.
"To the execution grounds," I say.
