My classes were cancelled due to winter weather, so I had a chance to do some writing today! YAY! Anyway, I hope you all enjoy this chapter!
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT! IT MEANS SO MUCH!
Please remember to review in the end! :)
Caroline rubbed her cheek against a bare chest, and smiled as she opened her eyes. "I thought I would never feel this content again." She muttered, moving her face to gaze up into his smiling face.
He smiled, and moved his right hand over her face. "Neither did I." He replied, gazing into her eyes. "I'm so glad that you never gave up to me." He added, watching her smile.
"How could I?" She asked, moving to sit up to gaze down into his eyes. "I love you, Niklaus." She added, holding his eyes.
He moved to sit up, moving his eyes down to glance down at her chest covered with the white sheet, with her hair falling down over the top of her chest, and then to her eyes. "You said that you never feel…empty with me." He began, after a moment of silence. "What did you mean?" He asked, watching her carefully.
Her lips lifted in a bright smile, as she slowly searched his eyes. Lifting her left hand, she placed it on his scruffy face. "I meant what I said." She answered, softly. "When I'm with you, I don't feel alone. I feel…" She paused, shifting to sit closer to him. "Like I belong here…with you." She added, tipping her head forward.
Klaus smiled, and leaned forward to kiss her lips. He didn't say a word as his nose moved across hers, and felt her breathe touch his lips as she laughed with joy.
"Do you think we should go and see Hope?" She asked, scooting closer to him.
Klaus smirked, and kissed her cheek, moving his lips down her throat, relishing the sound of her moans. "Oh, she's asleep. I imagine." He returned, brushing his lips over her throat with slow trails.
Caroline tilted her head back, and bit her bottom lip. "How do you know?" She asked, carefully.
He hummed the sound vibrating against her skin. "I checked on her while you were sleeping." He answered, pulling back when she straightened her head. "She's fine, love, just exhausted." He added, watching the concern fade, slightly from her face.
She nodded, and placed her left hand on his chest, wishing that this moment would never end.
"We'll have a thousand more, Caroline." He remarked, interrupting her thoughts.
Lifting her eyes to his, she asked the question with her eyes.
He smiled, and caressed her face with his right hand. "I read your face, love, and I was thinking the same thing." He answered, watching her smile, faintly. "I hope you know that I will never let you go, now." He added, after a moment.
She smiled, and pushed him back until he was lying flat on his back. "You better not, Niklaus, because I'm here forever." She remarked, lifting her brows in her cocky way. "Besides, your daughter is mine now." She added, shrugging her shoulders as she moved to straddle him with the white sheet falling to her waist.
He chuckled, and placed his hands on her waist, loving the sight of her on top of him. "Is she now?" He asked, watching her nod with a sly smirk on her face.
"Um hmm," She groaned, bending her body so her face was level with his.
He hummed, and leaned up to capture her lips with his. Laying his head back down on the pillow, his left hand threaded through her hair. "Did I ever tell you, how much I love hearing you say my name?" He asked, gazing into her eyes.
She shook her head, and smiled. "No, but I gathered from the gleam in your eyes." She returned, nibbling his bottom lip.
He sighed, and opened his mouth to accept hers as their kiss became heated, and full of promise. As she pulled up, he rolled them over, and smiled as she giggled with her hands grasping his upper arms, gently.
Caught off guard by her beauty, he stared at her sparkling blue-green eyes, and her blonde hair spread out in a fan around her head, looking more like a halo, for she truly was an angel to him. Swallowing, he searched her eyes, and traced her face with his right finger.
"Marry me, Caroline."

Hope knew this was wrong. Oh, did she know this was wrong.
Her mind was racked with scenarios of her dad yelling at her for leaving the house, and her mom scolding her for doing such a thing.
Granted, she didn't plan to leave the house, but this was something that she had to do. She couldn't explain it, not even to Bonnie, but this was something that caused her to leave the house at a quarter to midnight.
She shook her head as she made it to a small graveyard, and walked carefully towards a small headstone towards the other end of the cemetery.
Stopping in front of the stone, she took a deep breathe, and closed her eyes.
The things she did for family.

Stefan smiled as he watched Rebekah comb her hair until it shone like the sun. Walking towards her, he placed his hands on her shoulders, and gazed at her through the mirror. "You are so beautiful." He whispered, causing Rebekah to lift her eyes to his.
"You said that thirty minutes ago." She mocked, but smiled at him.
He chuckled, and bent his head to kiss the top of hers. "I can't help it." He whispered, moving his lips over the top of her head, and down her neck to her the bare shoulder with only a thin strap from her nightgown positioned in the middle. "I love you." He added, pushing the strap from her shoulder.
She sighed, tilted her head to the side. "Has love blinded you?" She asked, lifting her eyes to his in the mirror.
He shook his head, and moved to lift her out of the chair, and turned her to face him. "I always thought you were beautiful, even before I fell in love with you. The first time I laid eyes on you, I thought you were the most beautiful woman in the world." He remarked, cupping her face in-between his hands.
She smiled, and placed her hands on his chest. "And you were the handsomest." She added, searching his eyes.
He smiled, and leaned forward to kiss her lips with a tenderness that shook them both. Pulling back, he searched her eyes. "The wisest decision I ever made was asking you to be my wife." He said, softly, watching her smile as the tears filled her eyes.
"I love you, Stefan." She returned, trailing her hands up his chest to encircle his neck.
He smiled, and lifted her to his body. Carrying her towards the bed, he laid her down, and smiled wider when she laughed. "I have two years to make up for." He remarked, watching her smile, as her hand stroked his face.
"They'll hear." She returned, though she didn't care if they did or not.
He shook his head as he bent his head to brush his lips over hers. "I don't care. The family is together like you wanted, and I have you in my arms. That's enough for me." He stated, watching her laugh, and hummed as it filled his ears.
"It's enough for me too, Stefan." She replied, searching his eyes.
As he brought his head down once again to kiss her lips, she thought her life was now content.
She had her family, and a man who loved her, and it was enough.

Hope lifted her eyes to the sky, and closed them, slowly. Holding her breath, she began to recite the incantation she was given, and slowly opened her eyes.
Looking in front of her, she sighed as she saw a light appear behind the headstone, and bit her bottom lip.
She closed her eyes, and repeated the words. Opening her eyes once again, she gazed upon the light, and felt a smile touch her lips as the light turned into a hole of sorts, and stepped closer to the hole.
Ten years old, and she was stepping onto dangerous ground.
"Come out." She called out, lifting her right hand.
A figure slowly exited the hole, and Hope smiled with satisfaction as the body fell to the ground, as if stepping on solid ground was difficult enough.
Stepping around the gravestone, Hope knelt down beside the person, and touched the figure's head. "It's okay." She remarked, as the figure jumped, slightly at the touch, and lifted its head to look at Hope.
Hope smiled, and nodded. "Welcome back." She greeted, nodding her head.

Bonnie smiled as she tilted her head to the side, and watched as Kol slept peacefully in their bed.
So many times in her life, she had wanted to fall in love, and have someone put her first, and now here he was. Kol Mikaelson, Original vampire, irritant, egotistical, extremely sexy man, who loved her with all his heart, or at least he showed her.
She blushed as she thought of the many ways he showed her, and slowly shook her head. Turning her head away from him, she gazed out the window of their bedroom, and slowly walked towards it. Staring out into the growing darkness, she felt something shift in the air, and her eyes narrowed, slightly as she saw a bright light in the distance for only a second before it disappeared.
Shaking her head, she realized it was probably someone flashing a light or a witch practicing a spell. She held back a chuckle at the last thought, and shook her head. For so long, she felt indifferent because she was the only witch in Mystic Falls. The only Bennett, and it held her down, but now…
Now, she was loved and appreciated. She wasn't the only witch in town, though granted, she was the only living Bennett, but still, she wasn't alone.
"You'll never be alone, Bonnie lass."
Bonnie turned her head, and smiled when she found Kol propping up on his left arm, gazing at her with love in his eyes. "How did you know?" She asked, turning to face him, as she walked slowly towards him.
He sighed, and scooted back in the bed, the sheet falling to his waist as he did. "Because I know that stance, Bonnie." He answered, as she stopped at the edge of the bed. "You used to stand that way after you brought me back." He added, watching her dip her head. "You would get that look of longing on your face when we discussed family or something, and I would know that you wanted someone who could understand." He finished, as she untied her robe, and let it fall to her feet, revealing her bare body, before climbing in the bed with him.
"You understand." She returned, placing her left hand on his face.
He smiled, and leaned forward. "I'll always understand."
She smiled against his lips, and felt her back hit the bed underneath her as he laid her down. As she felt his love surround her, her mind and heart filled with joy. Someone understood her, and loved her.
She had found it all.

The door rapped loudly in the middle of the night, waking everyone in the house. Klaus raced downstairs, wearing only a pair of jeans he had hurriedly slipped on, followed by Caroline, who had slipped on one of Klaus' shirts. He quickly opened the door, just as the rest of the family followed downstairs, wanting to know who was knocking on their door in the middle of the night.
As the door swung open everyone saw two things: Hope lying unconscious in someone's arms and the person holding her.
Elijah grasped the stair bannisters with his left hand, and the rest of the family stilled in their tracks, except Caroline, who reached for her daughter.
"Hope," She whispered, taking her daughter from the visitor's arms.
The visitor swallowed, and let the little girl go. "She passed out as soon as she brought me back, but told me to bring her here." The visitor remarked, watching the display, before moving her gaze to the man on the stairs. "Elijah…" She whispered, her eyes fading to a dim light.
Elijah stepped down the stairs, and approached the woman on the other side, with a tender gaze, he studied her face, and swallowed.
"Katerina…"
Please be kind!
I know the surprise was pretty much a given, especially if you know me! Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this chapter!
One more to go, plus...yes an EPILOGUE! I hope to have them up today or in the next few days!

Also, I have said this before, but I will say this again. I am working to update my other stories, but when I get close to finishing one story, my other stories pale in importance at that moment. I know it's bad, but it's how I work. They all, including The Ranch and a few others will be updated this weekend! Or sooner, depending how far I get today! PLEASE BE PATIENT!
