Owen and Dalton loved going to preschool. They loved learning new things, making new friends and making things for their daddies. Every night at dinner they would talk non-stop about what they did at preschool.

Owen and Dalton usually were easy to wake up, but this morning, they were being very difficult.

"Come on boys. Time to get up. You don't want to be late for preschool." Blaine coaxed.

"No school." Dalton whined, as he rolled over to his other side.

"Why don't you want to want to school?" Blaine asked.

"Tired." Dalton mumbled.

Blaine took the covers off of Dalton and started to tickle him. He knew that would work. He started giggling immediately. When Owen heard his brother laughing, he had to see what was so funny. He jumped out of his bed and went to the other side of the room.

"My turn papa." said Owen, as he lightly hit Blaine's arm.

Blaine turned his head towards Owen. "Oh really?"

Owen nodded.

Blaine then started to tickle both boys and soon all three of them were laughing hysterically.

Kurt came in a few minutes later to see if Blaine had managed to wake the boys up and found Owen and Dalton on top of Blaine, trying to attack him.

"What's going on?" Kurt's voice echoed through out the room.

The three of them stopped what they were doing and looked at Kurt.

"I...I was...I was trying to wake them up." Blaine stammered, as he started to blush.

"Well, we have to get going soon. Ms. Whitney told me you two have a special guest coming to preschool today." Kurt admitted. "So hurry up and get dressed."

The three of them nodded, as Kurt turned around and left the room.

"Ok. Come on boys. Let's get you dressed, before daddy gets mad." Blaine insisted.

"Mad daddy." Dalton teased.

Blaine giggled slightly. "No, we don't want to make daddy mad."

"Happy daddy?" Owen asked.

Blaine smiled. "Yes. You should always want to make me, daddy and Emma happy."

Owen smiled and pressed a sloppy kiss on Blaine's cheek.

"Thanks buddy." Blaine stated, as he lifted the two boys off of him and placed them on the floor. He then went to grab some clean clothes for each of them.

"Here you go Dalton. You can where this." said Blaine, as he handed Dalton a red shirt, a pair of underwear and denim pants. Dalton quickly started to change out of his pajamas.

"And Owen, you can wear this blue shirt. What do you think?" he asked.

Owen examined the shirt Blaine was holding and nodded. Blaine grabbed a pair of underwear and pants and started to help Owen get dressed.

When both boys were dressed, and had their teeth and hair brushed, they finally made it down to the kitchen.

"It's about time." said Emma in a snarky tone.

"Emma." Kurt scolded.

"Sorry." she murmured.

"Are you boys ready to eat breakfast?" Kurt asked.

Dalton and Owen nodded as they sat at the table. Kurt poured them some cereal, while Blaine poured himself a cup of coffee.

"What took so long?" Kurt whispered to Blaine.

"Dalton thought it would be fun to make you mad." Blaine replied.

Kurt rolled his eyes.

After everyone had finished their breakfast, they put their shoes and coats on, grabbed their bags, and left the house. Blaine got into the driver's seat, while Kurt got into the passenger's seat, with the three kids in their seats in the back. Blaine started the car and made his way toward Emma's school.

Blaine parked the car in front and let Emma out. Kurt turned around. "Bye Emma girl. Have a good day. I'll see you later."

"Bye daddy." she said, as she hopped out of the car.

"Bye bye Emma." said Owen and Dalton in unison.

Emma turned around. "Bye boys. See ya later."

Blaine had stepped out of the car, to walk Emma to the front of the school. Once they had reached the front door, he bent down and pressed a soft kiss on her cheek.

"Bye princess. I'll see you later." said Blaine.

"Bye papa. I love you. I'll see you later." she squealed, as she quickly went inside.

Blaine walked back to the car and began to drive to the preschool.

"Daddy, surprise?" asked Owen.

Kurt laughed. "Yes, Owen. Ms. Whitney said someone special is coming to your school today."

"Who?" asked Dalton.

"You have to wait and see." replied Blaine, as he pulled up in front of the preschool.

They all got out of the car and went into the building.

Kurt signed the boys in and followed them and Blaine to the classroom.

"Good morning Owen. Good morning Dalton." greeted Ms. Whitney.

Owen and Dalton ran up to their teacher excitedly.

"Surprise?" Owen and Dalton asked quickly.

Blaine and Kurt laughed.

"Yes, I do have a surprise for you. But it's not going to be here for a little while. Probably before lunch time." she explained.

"Awh." they both whined.

"Well, come say goodbye to us, so you can play and you can tell us about your surprise when we pick you up." Blaine suggested.

Owen and Dalton turned around and ran back towards theirs fathers. They each gave them big hugs and kisses.

"Bye daddies. Love you." they said in unison.

Blaine and Kurt smiled. "We love you too. Have fun." said Blaine.

Owen and Dalton hung up their bags and went to play with their friends, while Kurt and Blaine left hand in hand.

All morning, everyone in Ms. Whitney's class kept asking about what the surprise was going to be. After they had come back in from the play ground, washed their hands and went to the bathroom, they all sat at the carpet.

"Ok. I have a very special guest today." Ms. Whitney started. "Does anyone know who we call when there's a fire?"

Everyone's hands went up in the air.

"Jacob." she called on the little boy sitting next to Owen.

"Firefighter?" he guessed.

Ms. Whitney smiled. "That's right. And does anyone know what number to call if theres' a fire?"

All of the children looked around and started to think. No one knew the answer.

"That's ok." Ms. Whitney stated. "If you have an emergency, like a fire, or you or someone is hurt or in trouble, all you have to do is find a phone and dial 911. You tell them your name, address, and what you need, and they will send help."

The children listened intently.

"When you call 911, and a firefighter comes, he might wear a large uniform. They wear those uniforms to protect themselves in the fire so they don't get hurt." she continued. "Now there is someone hear who wants to talk to you about what he wears and what he does. His name is firefighter Lee."

Then a man, wearing heavy pants, boots and a grey t-shirt walked in the classroom and in front of the kids.

"Hi kids. I'm firefighter Lee." he introduced himself to the class. The kids looked up at him as if he had four heads. "Now, I know Ms. Whitney just told you what to do if there's a fire and if you're hurt or in trouble. What number do you call?"

All of a sudden, everyone's hands went up. He pointed to a little girl with red hair.

"What's your name sweetheart?" he asked.

"Emily." she answered sweetly.

"Emily, can you tell me what number you call when you need help?" he repeated.

Emily nodded. "911."

Lee smiled. "That's right. Now, you only call that number if it's really an emergency. Don't call it if you aren't really hurt or in trouble."

All the kids nodded.

"Now, I brought in some things to show you what I wear when I go into a fire." he started. He picked some things out of his bag and started to show off each piece and explain what they were. After he explained what each piece was, he put it on, until he was all dressed in the uniform.

All of the kids' eyes went wide. They looked very scared as they saw Lee transform from a normal looking person, to a person with a scary looking mask and helmet.

"It's ok boys and girls. It's still firefighter Lee. He just wears this to keep him safe." Ms. Whitney reassured the kids.

When Lee saw the kids' reactions, he quickly took off all of the equipment. "See? It's still me." he said, after taking off the last piece of his uniform.

When the kids realized there wasn't anything to worry about they started to laugh and ask questions. When Ms. Whitney told the kids it was time for Lee to leave they all said thank you and goodbye very loudly.

When it was time for Owen and Dalton to go home, they couldn't stop talking about the firefighter they saw.

"911 in trouble papa." Dalton stated, when they were in the car.

Blaine smiled. "That's right Dalton. You call 911 when you're in trouble."

"Only in trouble." Owen emphasized.

Blaine and Kurt laughed.

"Yes buddy. Only when you're in trouble." Kurt agreed.
