Hmmm, my friend happened to read my fic and she said that my work is a little crappy. Not that I dislike critic, I want my reviewers honest opinion, in this case.
As the battle was over, all the injured people were escorted to the Houses of Healing to be treated.

Shadow lies between us
As you come, so shall you leave before us
All things must pass away
All life is doomed to fade
Éowyn was there as well, being laid on a stretcher with the worried Éomer sitting on her side. Aragorn came to her aid, and discovered that the Lady had broke both arms. Even worse, she was infected by Black Breathe because coming into contact with the Witch-King. The Ranger then dipped a rag into water infused with Athelas plant, and gently wiped Éowyn's forehead with it. Within seconds, she was breathing again, and coming into consciousness.
With a sigh you turn away
With a deepening heart
No more words to say
You will find that the world has changed forever
Éowyn was asleep until the next day. She woke up just when the dawn arrived. Slowly, she got up from her bed and walked to the window to see the sunlight. The White Lady looked at her arm, and she discovered that her wounds were all healed. The battle from the day before felt like forever. But after it was over, the memory of it seemed to pass in mere blink of an eye. It was just as waking up from a terrible dream.
And the trees are now turning from green to gold
And the sun is now fading
However when Éowyn recounted it slowly, with the leftover ache in her body, she realized that it was all happening. They had gone into the battle, and lost so many lives. They also lost Théoden. Éowyn shut her eyes, painfully remembering the last moment of her beloved uncle.
I wish I could hold you closer
Slowly, Éowyn turned around to see Faramir was watching her from far away.
In another section of Houses of Healing, Legolas was sitting at Arianna's bedside. Even though she escaped with minor injuries, she hadn't regained consciousness since the night before. Legolas was watching her sleeping face with anxiety. He recollected the moment when Arianna blindly attacked him with her knife. Time seemed to last forever, the Prince couldn't wait until she woke up so he could ask what actually was going on back then.
And finally, those blue eyes slowly opened.
"Arianna..." Legolas called with a sigh of relief.
The Sky Elf stared at the ceiling for few moment. Then her eyes turned around to see Legolas was sitting there. But when the Prince inched closer, Arianna suddenly jerked up and moved away.
"No! Stay away from me!" she cried out.
That action confused and worried Legolas even more. Why would she be so scared?
"Arianna, why? Man le trasta?" he asked anxiously.
"I do not think that this is going to work, Legolas..." Arianna said with shaky voice, "It is no use...! I am a descendant of Sky Elves, I cannot escape from Sauron's grasp. Look at this...!"
She stood up from her bed and showed her Wings in short brief. Much to Legolas' horror, those White Wings began to turn Golden partially. As Arianna saw Legolas' expression, tears began to form in her eyes.
"I cannot hide from the Dark Lord, not anymore..." she sobbed, "Sooner or later, he shall have me for real...! And then I shall have the same fate as my father and my kin."
"He will not touch you Arianna!" Legolas exclaimed as he stood up from his chair, "You will not die like that! I certainly will not let you die, this I promise you!"
"Do you not understand...?! No, I do not fear death," the Sky Elf whispered with flushed cheek, "But now, my own heart starts to betray me...! I begin to darken, I can feel it. So please, Legolas, do not come any closer...! I almost hurt you, I do not want it to happen for real...!"
With a loud cry, Arianna made a mad dash toward the door. Legolas sprinted forward and held her arm just in time.
"Arianna, dartho!" he objected.
"Lethio nîn, Legolas! Just let me go! I do not want to hurt you or anybody else!"
Legolas immediately pulled her into tight embrace.
"You are not going to hurt me, Arianna, I assure you," he soothed, "In this place you will be safe, you have to stay."
"But...nobody is safe from me..." cried Arianna, "As Sauron's grip on me grows stronger, there is no telling when my body will move against my wish...!"
"We already went this far, Arianna. You cannot give up or everything we had worked on so far will be in vain," Legolas said as he hugged her tighter, "I know what you are going through. But this is just another form of our fight. This darkness will soon pass, you have to endure until the very end."
Legolas broke the hug and lifted Arianna's face with his hand.
"I will be with you, we shall endure it together," he said, "You have promised me that we will survive this together, have you not? We will survive, and live a happy life under the light, forever. Please, do not make everything a lie."
"I...I do not mean to..."
The Elf-maiden broke into loud wail in Legolas' arms, as if the Prince was her last lifeline.
"But Legolas, if I happen to lose control of myself again, I fear that there will be no turning back..." she whispered, "If that is bound to happen, you have to stop me with whatever means."
"But that will mean...!"
"Please, you have to do it, for me!" pleaded Arianna, "I do not want to have any regrets. I cannot think of anything else...!"
"You do not need a sword for it."
Both Elves spun around to see Gandalf standing at the doorstep. The Wizard stepped inside and clasped his hand on Arianna's shoulder.
"The power of darkness will not endure as long as a true love is nearby," he said, as he turned around to see Legolas, "With him, you shall be safe. Still, everything depends on you, whether you will let Sauron to have your soul, or not."
"I will not," Arianna replied firmly.
"Then, that is more than enough," Gandalf responded with a smile.
The White Wizard then left the room. Still unconvinced, Arianna decided to go after Gandalf for more answer. She requested Legolas to stay before bolting out of the room.
"Gandalf!" she called out, "...I have to tell you something. I believe you already knew it, my Wings start to turn into gold."
Gandalf merely answered with his eyes.
"Even though I wasn't born with the malice of the Golden Wings, Sauron's power is passed down to me..." she trailed, "Even though Elanor said to me that I will be the only one to live. But...if these Wings turn Golden completely, would I...die when Sauron is defeated? Just like...my father and Elanor?"
"My dear, you are gifted with the White Wings not for nothing. Do not underestimate the true power of a blessing. Everyone is blessed with a power to make a chance, including you," Gandalf said, "Sauron will try everything to enslave you, this I know. I can sense a formidable will inside you. If you don't believe in yourself, then why should I?"
Gandalf paused as he paced around.
"Though, you still have the bloodline of Sky Elf kin, so I have to tell you this. In the end, you have to sacrifice something."
"What is it?" Arianna asked with a tense in her tone.
A hesitation was shown in the Wizard's eyes, "...A part of your future."
