Rukido's Family?! New Vegeta!

A/N: Sorry I made a mistake with Goku and Gohan's power levels, where their base form was stronger than their Super form. I'll put the real one in the power levels below.

(Chapter Start)

(West City, Park)( 1 Day Later)

It was a hanami picnic, and most of the Z-fighters were enjoying themselves. Tien and Yamcha had chose to train with each other while Goku and Chi-Chi were going to a meeting for Gohan, also Chronoa had been bedridden and was being watched by Dr. Briefs. Everyone else was having the time of their lives as Rukido was just lying down next to Tights, Boxer, Beat and Natsumi, watching Master Roshi's performance along with everyone else.

"Honestly I didn't think that they would still do a picnic with the 'world ending, but I'm not complaining." Tights said as she pulled herself closer into Rukido's chest. Rukido only smiled down at her before he heard several people land behind him. They turned around to see Akane, 16, 17 18, 21. Bulma was able to get their clothes fixed with their old Red-Ribbon symbol replaced by a C.C. logo instead.

"Hey guys! We didn't miss much did we?" Akane asked in a better mood compared to yesterday. Vegeta had really pissed her off by his actions, but let it go after awhile.

"Not really, but I think Krillin's gonna start singing." Tights said as 18 immediately looked interested. She and Krillin had gotten closer quick, surprising everyone, especially 17.

"So your boyfriends gonna sing? This should be good." 17 said with a smirk while 18 blushed and hit her brothers arm. "Yesh take a joke will you."

"Please don't fight, it's a event for a reason. We don't want to cause anyone trouble." 21 said to the twin androids as they only sighed and nodded. They all turned to see Krillin's great performance...which was just plain terrible.

"Dad make it stop!" Boxer said holding his ears along with his siblings. Rukido only nodded to them as he walked over to Krillin.

"Krillin! 18 came here in a white swimsuit!" Rukido said out loud as Krillin fell over with a blush on his face along with 18, while everyone else was laughing. Rukido helped pick up his friend, who just gave him a small glare.

"That was mean and you know it." Krillin said as Rukido laughed harder.

"Sorry, sorry. But 18 is here so go crazy." Rukido said as he pointed where the female android was as Krillin went over immediately. Rukido sighed happily as he sat next to Akane and Tights, and pulled his kids in his lap. They saw Roshi doing some weird performances and found it much more entertaining. Rukido sighed happily as he finally had time to spend with his family. That was until people started screaming and pointing at the sky. He looked up to see a ship coming down for landing and glared immediately. This was his time off! He let out a sigh as he put his kids down and sat up along with Akane. Bulma and Tights went for cover with their children.

Everyone else got ready for whatever was coming out. They may have sensed weak but they could have been hiding their true power. A bunch of soldier's came out wearing blue battle and helmets covering their faces. They saw the group and started to run up to them, making everyone go on guard. That was until the soldiers...bowed? Right in front of Vegeta. Then a man with tanned skin and black spiky hair walked in front of them. He was wearing red and green battle armor with a black skin tight suit, along with white gloves, shoes and cloak. He stepped in front of the men and bowed directly in front of Vegeta.

"All hail King Vegeta!" They all said while everyone else looked at them stupefied.

"What's going on here?" Vegeta asked with frown before he looked at the man in front of him. "You're a Saiyan aren't you?"

"I am Paragus, lord Vegeta." Paragus said as a thoughtful look appeared on Rukido's face. The name caught Rukido's attention instantly. He heard it somewhere before but couldn't remember where.

It seems you've avoided our races destruction." Vegeta said as smirk came on his face. Soon the Saiyan would rise again.

"Yes my lord, we survived by a stroke of luck and…" Paragus said as he trailed off his attention was now on Rukido. "Is that you...my son?"

Everyone, except for Vegeta were shocked. This guy was Rukido's father?! Rukido himself was the most shocked, he never thought that he would ever meet his father. He was never really interested about his Saiyan family before, he was happy with the life fate had given him. Now fate had just gave him the chance to have a father.

"Son?" Rukido asked with some confusion.

"It is you! My son we were so worried about you!" Paragus said as he put a hand on Rukido's shoulder. "You truly have grown into a true Saiyan warrior, we have heard of your victories across the entire universe!"

"I see." Rukido said awkwardly while rubbing the back of his head embarrassed. He really didn't know how to respond, to a man he didn't even know that was his father. He remembered that Vegeta said his Paragus was his father and the man wouldn't lie about anything involving his race...just to make sure they sounded the best.

"We will talk later, for now we must depart for New Planet Vegeta." Paragus said while Vegeta look interested.

"What, New Planet Vegeta?" Vegeta asked with curiosity while Paragus nodded to the prince.

"Yes, it's time to show the universe the Saiyan's are the superior race!" Paragus stated. "By your hand we will rise as the mightiest empire in the universe!"

That got some worried looks from everyone as Vegeta looked at him uninterested and began to walk away, until Paragus spoke again.

"You are the only one powerful enough to defeat the Legendary Super Saiyan, King Vegeta." Paragus said as Vegeta stopped in place.

"Legendary, Super Saiyan?" Vegeta asked as everyone listened interested by what Paragus had to say.

"He's been wreaking havoc within our area, it won't b long before he takes out New Vegeta." Paragus said as Vegeta looked down thoughtfully. Trunks however wasn't buying and ran over to his father to convince him to see reason.

"Father, don't tell me your going to fall for such a story!" Trunks yelled in his face as Akane and Rukido walked up to him as well.

"Vegeta think about this if there was another Super Saiyan we would have heard of it by now!" Rukido said quietly to the Prince.

"Vegeta we need to focus on Cell remember, we can't waste time on a story with no proof of being true." Akane yelled with a glare. Vegeta said nothing as he turned back towards paragus with a determined look on his face.

"Lead on Paragus." Vegeta said as he walked past the group of soldiers and towards the ship. Rukido stayed silent as Trunks tried to tell his father reason while Paragus walked up to him.

"My son I'd like you and your mate to join us as well. You will be able to meet your brother on New Vegeta." Paragus said as Rukido froze in shock. He had a brother as well?

"...Give me a few minutes, I need to say goodbye." Rukido said to his father, who nodded and walked back to the ship. Once he was on, Akane grabbed Rukido by the arm tightly.

"What are you doing? I know he's your father but he wants a empire to show the power of the Saiyan's again!" Akane said.

"I know but...I need to know what happened." Rukido said as Akane looked at him confused. "I never why I was away from them. I was never interested back then but now...I just can't help it. I need to know why Akane."

Akane looked at him for a few seconds before she smiled at him and punched his arm. "Well we best get moving then. You've done a lot for me and the others, it's only fair you get something in return."

"Thank you." Rukido said before he kissed her on her lips for a few seconds before he pulled away and began walking over to the others.

"Did I hear that right, that man is your father?" Piccolo asked as Tights looked at Rukido with a pout.

"And you didn't introduce us." Tights said with a frown.

"Sorry but apparently he needs help with someone going on a rampage. Listen I'll be back in a little while okay. This shouldn't take too long." Rukido said as he pulled Tights into hug and kissed her forehead. He let and turned around to see the sad looks of his children. "Sorry guys but I need to go on a small trip."

"But daddy why do you have to go now?" Natsumi asked kinda made at her father.

"Because daddy has to go save the world again." Rukido said jokingly only getting small smiles from Boxer and Beat while Natsumi just frowned at him.

"But what if you get hurt?" Natsumi asked.

"Then I meet with Dr. Senzu Bean, worlds greatest healer in existence!" Rukido said as Natsumi still frowned but nodded regardless.

"Okay daddy, I love you!" Natsumi said as she hugged his legs.

"We love you too daddy!" Both Boxer and Beat said as they hugged the other side of his legs. Rukido just smiled and kissed them on their heads before they let go. He then walked over to where the androids were.

"Well come on then." Rukido said to the group as they looked at him confused.

"Wait were coming with you?" 17 asked before a big grin came on his face. "Sweet!"

"Why should I? There's nothing for me up there." 18 said with her arms crossed.

"Really cause I see krillin and the others getting on the ship." 17 said as everyone turned to see Trunks, Gohan, Roshi and Piccolo get aboard the ship.

"Let's hurry up then." 18 said as she began walking towards the ship, while the others sweat dropped a little bit.

"Well I best get going, before she starts yelling at me." 17 said walking after his sister. Rukido turned to the remaining two as they shook their heads no.

"Someone must remain to protect earth while your gone." 16 said as Rukido nodded. As soon as Goku hears about this, he'll come running. Also Yamcha and Tien could only do so much.

"I have some experiment to work on. Have fun." 21 said shyly as Rukido nodded and walked away towards Fu and Akane, who him.

"You know that it's a trap right? I can't imagine anyone just wanting a King out of nowhere." Fu said to Rukido.

"Without a doubt but if someone's causing trouble, we need to deal with it before it comes to earth." Rukido said as Akane nodded in agreement.

"Well no point in staying here then, onward to our next adventure!" Fu said as he marched towards the ship while Rukido and Akane followed him, with amused expressions.

(Three Hours Later, New Vegeta)

New Vegeta wasn't much to look at, in fact there wasn't much of anything at all. Just a few broken buildings and a large forest, but it wasn't nowhere near as good as Earth. Rukido hadn't asked his father about what happened, he had no idea to approach the situation. He'd just meet his brother first, then decide from there. He also learned that he technically had no Saiyan name, his father offered him one but decided to stick to Rukido, much to Vegeta's displeasure.

Everyone had taken a hover car to the palace, where he lived at. It was big, they had to give them that much. As they were walking they took notice of a rather tall Saiyan ahead of them.

He was a light-skinned Saiyan with dark eyes, long spiky black hair reaching his mid-back and short bangs framing his forehead (rather like Gohan's hair in the Vegeta Saga). He was very tall with a lean but well-built frame. He wears a crown with a blue jewel, In addition he also wore a golden necklace, boots, wristbands, and a belt that all sport blue jewels like his crown, along with golden bands on his upper arms and neck. He also had white pants and a red sash around his waist.

"Please meet my youngest son Broly." Paragus said as Broly smiled and bowed to them while Paragus pushed Rukido forward. "Broly this is your older brother...Rukido."

"Hello it's nice to finally meet you." Broly said kindly as Rukido smiled at how nice the Saiyan was along with Akane, while Vegeta frowned. To him he was a weakling that showed no worth as a Saiyan.

"Likewise." Rukido said as he was about ask something before a soldier came up to them, bowing.

"Sir! The legendary Super saiyan appeared on Planet Totokama!" The soldier said as fear spread amount the coward.

"About time, Broly let's go!" Vegeta said while everyone else looked at him shocked.

"Father we should wait until we have more information on the Saiyan before charging in recklessly." Trunks said hoping that his father would listen to reason.

"Feel free to wait cowards, Broly with me!" Vegeta said as he walked off with Broly right behind him. Rukido wanted to go after them but he still needed his answer.

"Feel free to look around, I will be in quarters if you need me." Paragus said as he walked off. He noticed that Rukido was following him. "Is there something you need of me, my son?"

"...I need to know why you sent me away." Rukido said with a serious expression while Paragus sighed heavily and motioned his son to follow him. They arrived on a balcony with Paragus sitting on the edge with a thoughtful expression.

"...What happened that day...I can't explain due to details being quote vague but I'll tell you what I know. Please don't interrupt me" Paragus said as Rukido leaned against the wall ready to listen. "We should start with your mother...Kiara. She was the most beautiful woman I ever laid my eyes upon. We met after she saved my life from someone coming up behind me. We beat down that poor bastard so many time that day. We agreed to become teammates for while and that grew into passion which grew into love. Which is how you were made.

"When Kiara was pregnant she had stay on a planet so that you would be delivered safely. I was out taking over another planet when...something strange happened. The planet you and your mother were on was giving off a ridiculous amount of power that covered the entire planet. There was no way for anyone to get in or out. I feared for you and your mother's safety so I tried to rush in but I was burned immediately and was forced away.

Then out of nowhere it all just disappears into thin air. Like it never even occurred. I flew in to see your mother but she was unconscious and you were gone. It took a long time to to force ourselves to forgive ourselves for failing you. When I heard that she was giving birth yet again I was overjoyed by the fact that this was our second chance. But...Kiara didn't make it after giving birth and passed away, leaving me and Broly alone. We survived thankfully after finding a pod and have been travel the the whole universe, hoping to rebuild the Saiyan's and to find you as well...Rukido." Paragus said as a sorrow expression came on his face.

"That's some story." Rukido said with wide eyes. While it wasn't much it was enough for him to be at peace at the moment. "...Dad I need time to think on this."

"Of course my son, I'll be in my quarters should you need me." Paragus said before he walked back inside leaving Rukido alone.

Rukido frowned as he thought over what his father said. An energy source that covered an entire planet? It sounded insane but it wasn't impossible. He thoughts wandered off to his biological mother and Broly. She sounded rather rough yet still found love with his father. Broly had to go on without his mother or even him for such a long time and suffered so much because. They went through so much pain because of what happened that day, his father's story was proof of that.

"So why don't I believe him?" Rukido thought to himself as he went back inside.
