Zack's P.O.V.
We all got up the next morning. Kara held Breeze close to her watching us as we got our things ready to go. Calley, Jackman, Wilson, Brew, and Fletch came down with their weapons. Kay came down with Tyson following her. They stood by Kara watching us. "daddy." Tyson said and I looked at him. "will you come back?" He asked. "of course I will." I said softly. He ran over hugging me and I sighed. "just stay here with the others. I'll go get the three of them back." I said and he nodded. I pulled away and looked at Rag. "you ready?" I asked and he nodded. "you guys too?" I asked looking at the others and they nodded. "let's go then." I said and we headed out.
I got into my truck with Rag and started it up. Calley, Jackman, and Wilson got in Calley's car while Brewster too Fletch in his car. We headed off and Rag had his tracker set up and it picked up the girls on it. "I got them down boss." he said and I smiled speeding off. We headed out of the city and through the mountains. I looked outside and sighed softly. "hey. Don't worry." Rag said looking at me. "things will be alright. We'll get them back from them and then we'll make them pay." I nodded slowly. " I just hate having this all happen." I said and he sighed. "let's just get this over with." he said and I nodded. I checked behind us to see the others still following. I smiled to myself heading off down a side road on the mountain. The others followed closely as we crossed the roads heading down a road. We eventually got to a stop when there was no way through. "now what?" I asked. "we have to keep going. It says to on the tracker." Rag said. We got out and Chug Patrol went around looking for anyway around it. Fletch looked at me and I looked at the dead end again. I climbed up the side of it and walked over some rocks. "hey guys. I think I found it." I called. They came up to where I was to see hidden by a ring of solid rock was a huge building with multiple building surrounding it. Fletch stared at it and then look at me. "and we have to find them somewhere in that?!" he said and I nodded.
We jumped down into the shadows. We headed over towards the building. The truck that had the three of them was parked outside. We got to the building and got inside quietly. Men were walking around the place. Draco was at the end of the hall with Stefano and Zanobi talking. I saw Brett and Daryl walk out with Lexie. "we'll take her off your hands." Brett said and Draco nodded. "alright." he turned to Kara's brothers. We just need to get hold of Kara now. Then you two have what you want." he said and they smiled. Tyne's grandfather walked out. "Draco!" he yelled and he turned. "yes Kevin?" he asked. "you take the child. At least you can make the child how you'd like. I want to make Tyne pay for leaving me." he said and Draco nodded. "alright." he said and they walked off to a room. Fletch growled and I held him back. "hold on kiddo. We need to work this right. We need to get Lexie first. She knows where Tyne is." I said and he sighed. "alright. Just hurry." he said and I nodded.
We headed off following Brett and Daryl. They were loading somethings into the truck. "alright. Let's see. We have Lexie and all our gear. Now what?" Daryl asked. "now we head out of here and deal with Lexie." Brett said and Daryl smiled. "alright. Let's go." Daryl said. "I don't think so." I said walking over. They turned looking at us and growled. They went to call out to Draco when Calley and Jackman grabbed them and tied them up covering their mouths. They glared at us and I smiled. "well now, let's see what we're gonna do." I said. Fletch got into the truck and came out carrying Lexie. "now ya see, she's not gonna to be goin' with ya. She'll be coming with us and you two will have a wonderful ride to your death." I said smirking. Calley and Jackman put the two of them in the back of the truck. Brewster got in the truck and took off the brakes and put it into drive. He then got out and I shut the back roller door locking it. And then he, Wilson, and I pushed the truck towards the edge of the cliffs. Fletch kept hold of Lexie and watched with Rag, Jackman, and Calley. "ready?" I asked and the two boys nodded. We pushed it off the side of the cliff and it fell crashing to the ground below. It shattered and the two of them were killed. We then heard Draco, Kevin, and their men running out. We all ran away from the cliffs and hid in the shadows. They looked around. "I heard something crash." Draco murmured. They walked to the edge of the cliffs to see the truck. "well, I guess they can't drive." Kevin said and Draco nodded. "let's go back inside." he said and they went inside.
We sighed and looked at Lexie. She stirred and Fletch sat her up. She looked around and sighed. "what happened?" she asked. "you were almost taken but both your brother and his friend are dead now." Fletch said and she nodded. "they still have Tyne though. They had her locked in a room and had Xavier in another." she said. "where abouts?" I asked. "I'll show ya." she said taking us inside. We followed her and she led us down a hall quietly. She stopped outside a room and opened the door going inside. We followed closing it behind us. She led us into a hidden corridor and took us to another room. Men were inside and Tyne was in a room. "she's there and Xavier's in the next." Lexie whispered and I nodded. "I want her out now! And Xavier." Fletch hissed and I nodded. "I know kid. Just let's do this right." I said and he sighed. "alright, you go in and get Xavier Fletch with Brewster and Rag. Chug Patrol can get Tyne. Lexie and I will keep Draco and Kevin away from the area." I said and they nodded. They split up to go off and Lexie and I headed off the other way to make sure that the others didn't see them.
We got out of the hidden area and headed off to another part. Lexie threw one of her knifes and it hit the area the two of them were standing. They turned and glared at us. "how did you get here?!" Kevin growled. "that's classified." I snapped. "nevertheless. Get them!" Draco yelled and the two of them followed their men after us. We took off down the halls getting away from them. Men started coming out from everywhere. "split up." I said and Lexie nodded. We took off in different directions and headed around the building. Draco followed after me while Kevin followed after Lexie. After a while I skidded around a corner and he ran past me. I took off down another hallway. After a minute I somehow ended up behind him. He ran around a corner and saw me and growled. Lexie crashed into him and he fell down. She gasped and jumped over him as Kevin fell on Draco after crashing into him. I grabbed Lexie's hand pulling her off down the hall. We met up with the others and took off out of the building and away from the area.
We headed off back towards the house with the three of them. Lexie kept a watch behind us for anyone who was following. I sighed looking out the window. "well, at least we got them back." Rag said and I nodded. "but they'll be back I know that." I said and he sighed. "well, we'll stop 'em when they do come anyway." he said smiling. "I hope you're right." I murmured. "I always am." he said and I just looked at him and he chuckled. I shook my head as we headed back into the city. We pulled up at the house and got out. I took Tyne inside and Fletch followed with Xavier. We lay Tyne on the couch and Fletch sat by her watching her. Kara came up next to me. She kissed my neck. "did everything go alright?" she asked. "sorta. Lex's brother and friend are dead now but your brothers and Tyne's uncle and grandfather are still alive. But we'll get to them soon enough." I said and she smiled hugging me. I smiled resting my head on hers gently. Kayla came to the top of the stairs with Tyson and Breeze. I smiled as they stopped looking at me. "daddy!" they said running down the stairs. They grabbed me and I hugged the them gently. Kara took Breeze from Kay. Kay hugged my neck holding me tightly. "I was worried." she said softly. "I know kiddo. I know." I murmured nuzzling them. They both smiled and Tyson climbed on my back. I smiled keeping them close to me.
I went up to my room and sat down at the desk. Kayla and Tyson sat on my bed watching me. I went through some papers when I felt Tyson tap me. "yes Tyson?" I asked. "can we go out? Please?" he begged and I sighed. "oh please daddy." Kay said running over hugging me. I smiled hugging them both. "alright." I said and they smiled. "yay!" Tyson shouted running out followed by Kay. I shook my head and followed them both with my laptop. We headed out to the park and the two of them went running off. I sat down and started work again on my laptop. I could hear the both of them chattering away to each other while I was working. "hey Zack!" I heard someone call. I looked up to see Jamie and Susannah. I smiled as they walked over. "hey you two." I said. "what are you doing here?" Susannah asked. "Kay and Tyson wanted to come out for a play." I said and they nodded. "is Kay alright? I mean with the pregnancy?" Jamie asked and I nodded. "yeah. She's doing alright." I said softly and they smiled. "that's good." he said. "so what were you two doing?" I asked. "tennis practice." Susannah said holding up her racquet and I smiled. "oh. And who won?" the two of them looked at each other. "well, we're not entirely sure. We kinda lost track." Jamie said and I chuckled. "uh huh." I murmured nodding. They giggled softly. "but it was still fun." Susannah said and I nodded. "well I guess that's the main thing anyway." I said and they both nodded.
We were there for a couple of hours. Kay came over after a while and climbed on the bench and lay across my lap. "Kay. I'm tryna work." I murmured. "well tough. I want you." she said and I looked at her. She pushed my laptop off my lap and sat looking at me and smiled. "I miss you." she said and I hugged her gently. She sighed snuggling into me. "I need you more than anything else." she whispered. "I know baby. And I'll be here for ya." I said and she smiled softly. She nuzzled me gently purring softly. "I love you dad." she said softly. "I love you too." I whispered and she smiled kissing my cheek. Tyson ran over to me and lay at my feet. He yawned stretching. "I'm tired." he murmured. "then we should go home." I said softly and they nodded. Jamie and Susannah followed along with us and we got back to the house. The kids sat on the couch talking to each other and I went up to my room to see a note on my desk. I picked it up reading it.
Zack,
I've gone out for a while. You've been busy lately and I just wish you were home more. I understand you're helping the family but I need you now. I just miss you so much. I love you.

I stared at the note. Kara was the most important person in my life and I wasn't gonna lose her. I folded the note up and put it in my jacket. I'd just have to go out and find Kara and bring her back home cause I knew a few people who would take advantage of the face of me not being around.
