Austin's POV:

I come to school today with a huge smile on my face. This weekend was amazing not only did Ally and I have the perfect date on Friday but Riker says he is getting better. Nothing can ruin my mood right now...okay I spoke too soon something can ruin my mood. Here he comes walking straight towards me what does he want now.

"What"

"wow Austin attitude much I just wanted to tell you what I heard."

"And why would I care what you have heard "

"Because it is about Ally"

"and why should I believe you ?"

"You don't have to but I think I should still tell you"

"Fine what is it Elliot?"

"I have heard around from others that Ally hasn't been all faithful to you"

"What do you mean?"

"Some have say they saw her flirting with the new music teacher who is only like 21"

"Uh huh well thanks Elliot it was nice talking to you but I have to go"

"Okay don't say I didn't warn you"

He says while I walk away. Like I'm going to believe him. Ally may have forgiven him and she may trust him but I don't and it's because he does crap like this to make me start doubting Ally which I don't she gives me no reason too. I keep walking towards my class so I can get there early to see my favorite teacher. As I'm walking I hear a lot of people talking around me and I just shake my head at them. He has got the whole school involved wow can he he just give up nothing is going to tear our relationship apart. Nothing not even Mr. Christian walking out of Ally's classroom. Wait what? Why is the music teacher walking out of the Pre-Cal classroom. Okay don't freak out Austin this is what Elliot wants and it's not going to happen I am not going to give him that satisfaction. Nothing is going on I trust Ally. I walk into the classroom and see Ally's eyes light up. See I have nothing to worry about.

"If it isn't my favorite student! why are you here so early?"

"To see my favorite teacher duh"

I say while walking closer to her smirking.

"Oh man do I feel special"

She says while putting her hand over her heart. I look at her hand and I see it there shining and I smile. She is wearing the promise ring I gave her. (A/N I decided to add that bit in there because I really was upset I didn't add that! lol) I remember her face. It was right after we got back from our date.

Flashback

We get to the house and she is rushing to open the front door. I laugh at her eagerness and decided to help her out. Once I do she looks at me well more like glares.

"I had that under control"

"did you because it looked like you could use some help"

I tell her and she just sticks her tongue out at me. I just smile at her and we go inside. She walks in and stops. I look at her with confusion.

"It feels weird now walking in here knowing Jake isn't here"

"Oh Ally I'm sorry he will be home soon."

I say while pulling her in a hug. She hugs me back tightly but suddenly pulls away. I look at her and she points down.

"What is that?"

I raise my eyebrow and look down with her and see what she is talking about. Oh wow how could I forget! I reach my hand down in my pocket and grab the box with a pretty little bow on it.

"It was your gift I was supposed to give it to you earlier but I got a little side track"

"Well give it to me now"

"Okay here you go and when you open it just remember my speech because thats when I was supposed to give it to you"

I tell her while she opens it and gasps.

"Austin is this…"

"A Promise Ring why yes it is….After I asked if you loved me as much as I loved you...you were hopefully supposed to say yes and then I would have got down on one knee and gave it to you but you being you also gave me a speech instead of just saying yes and so I forgot"

"oops I'm sorry I ruined that surprise"

'It's okay it's better late than never right?"

"Absolutely I love you"

"I love you too!"

I say and we started kissing =best night of my life! If you know what I mean!

End Of Flashback.

Yes definitely the best night of my life. She is looking at me while waving her hand in my face. I look at her and grab her wrist to make her stop.

"What are you doing?"

"You blanked out on me and now class is started so you have to go take your seat"

"Great so much for seeing you"

"You still have after class"

She says and I nod and go to take my seat. As much as I love Ally Pre-Cal is still boring I mean I just can't stand this class. After an excruciating hour and a half the bell finally rings and Ally jumps. It's so adorable at how when she is so in to teaching she freaks out when the bell rings. She tells the class that our last test will be next week and then we are pretty much doing nothing the rest of the year since we are graduating in like a month and 2 weeks not like I'm counting or whatever. I gather my stuff together and head to my next class since my other teachers know Ally is my Pre-Cal teacher they won't accept any late passes from her so I have to just leave right away. I wave bye to Ally and she smiles and waves back and I walk towards my next class. After all these boring classes we finally have lunch so I decided to head towards the Pre-Cal room and talk to Ally. Once I get there I see once again Mr. Christian in the classroom. I knocked on the door and see both of them look my ways. The good thing about him being new he doesn't know about Ally and I.

"Austin you here for tutoring right?"

"Yes Al-Ms. Dawson I am"

"So this is your star student Austin...I can tell you he is my star student in music too. Well I'll let you get to tutoring see you later Ally"

"Bye Cody"

He nods towards me and I wave goodbye. I then look at Ally and raise my eyebrow.

"Cody?"

"I know it so weird but so cool that I can call teachers by their first name!"

Only she would be excited about that. I just chuckle at her and put my backpack down on my seat and sit on my desk.

"so what do you need help on Austin?"

"Chemistry"

"Chemistry?"

She says with a smirk and I nod.

"Yup chemistry because it's my favorite subject"

"And why is that?"

"Because I have it with you"

I say and she blushes. She then walks towards me placing both her hands on my legs and smiles.

"Then I guess we should get started"

She tells me while leaning in but I lean out and she backs away.

"You retreated why did you retreat?"

"because I have to ask you something first"

"Okay ask away"

"Wanna go out on Friday?"

"I would love to but-"

"Okay I'll pick you up at wait what do you mean but?"

"I have a teachers meeting and I don't know how long it will take if it isn't too late I'll text you and we can still go"

"Oh okay yeah thats cool"

"Cool now where were we?"

She says and kisses me and I know I should be enjoying this but I can't help but feel sad that we can't go out alot because she is a teacher now. So now the days off I will have she will still be working unless it's an actual holiday. She also will have meetings like this with other teachers a lot. Other teachers like Mr. Christian. I feel a little bit jealous but I'm not going to let it affect me. I trust her. She won't do anything to me.

Right?

Ally's POV:

After Austin left I only had two more classes than I can go home and sleep. Being a teacher sucks...I mean you never have any breaks always have to be here an hour earlier than the students and worst of all you have to sit there and listen to all the stupid shit that comes out there mouth. Wow today is just not my day and it's all because of that new teacher. The principal had chosen me to help him around and he hasn't left me alone probably because he likes me but he doesn't know my past how I was a student and how I have a boyfriend but man does he get on my nerves. I tried to be nice and friendly but I swear he is almost as stupid as some of the kids. I shake my head and sit down so glad this day is almost over. Once the final bell rings I grab all my stuff and get ready to leave before anyone else can bother me that is until I hear a knock at the door. I swear if that is Cody or Mr. Christian I'm going to flip. I go over to the door and open it to see Becca standing there. I look at her and smile.

"what's up Becca?"

"Can we hang out or are you with Austin right now?"

She says looking around in the classroom to see if Austin is here.

"No I was just headed home to take a nap but yea sure we can hang."

"Oh no if you were going to nap we can hang some other time"

"No Becca it's fine wanna meet at the coffee shop I kinda want to go home and change."

"Yea see you in 10?"

"Sounds great"

She nods and walks out. I feel bad for her she is taking Jake leaving the hardest out of all of us and she could really use a friend right now. I grab my stuff and get ready to leave when I bump into someone. Great just great. I look up to see it is Trent.

"Oh I'm sorry Ms. Dawson"

"No it's fine and Trent it's after school you can call me Ally"

"Okay good because that is just weird"

"Yea it is anyway Trent you're Becca's friend right?"

"Yea I guess I'm not on good terms with her boyfriend though"

"Oh well I need you to do me a favor"

"Okay….what is that?"

"I need to you to take Becca out hang out with her be a good friend help her get her mind off of Jake"

"why what happen?"

"Jake went off to college so she misses him"

"Are they still together?"

"Yea"

"Oh that must be tough yeah I'll try and help her"

"thanks Trent"

"No problem Ally tell Austin I said hi"

"will do"

We say our goodbyes and part ways. I like Trent he can be such a sweetheart at times but don't get on his bad side or he will turn into a giant ass . I know because he used to go out with Trish and that went all badly when she dumped him. He was such a jerk to everyone especially Austin because he thought thats who Trish dumped him for but he got over it and now everything is cool. I finally arrived home and got dressed in something more comfortable and headed towards the coffee shop. when I get there I see BEcca sitting there. I walk over to her and sit across from her .

"Hey Becca"

"Hey Ally"

"how are you?"

"I'm fine I just miss him alot"

"I know me too"

We sit there and just talk about everything and try our best to avoid Jake as a topic. I try and ask her who she has been hanging out with but she tells me no one really she just goes home right after school. I really wanted to avoid Jake as a topic but I had to know.

"Have you talked to him at all?"

"Yea he texted me goodmorning and told me to have a great day at school and he misses me. He also told me he would call me after his first day to tell me about it."

"Oh okay thats good"

"Yeah have you talked to him."

"I called him at lunch today but we only talked for a little bit because I had to go"

"Why Austin interrupted?"

"No Mr. Christian did"

"Oh yeah what is going on between you two I always see him with you people are spreading rumors"

"rumors What kind of Rumors?"

"Oh just that you two have a thing"

"Ughhhh great"

"well?"

"Well what?"

"Do you...have a thing?"

"No I'm dating Austin remember….He is just annoying he is new so the principal assigned me to be his buddy as students do for new students and he just won't leave me alone!"

"Oh that sucks Ally well I have to go it was nice talking to you we need to hang out soon"

"Yea we do"

I tell her and she nods. We go back to our cars and honk goodbye. When I get home I get into my pjs and go over to the guest room. I open the door and the fresh clean smell Jake always had fills my nostrils. I go over to the freshly made bed and sit down grabbing his pillow.

"Hey Jake…..I really miss you right now"

I say as if he could hear me while doing whatever he was doing right about this time.

Jake's POV:

College is so freaking cool except for the fact I have no friends. I mean no friends that I actually want all the girls here are extremely nice because I'm hot and the guys try and act like they know me just to get to the girls who are all over me. thats how my morning mostly went and right now I have the rest of the day off . While walking to my dorm I see all the girls pointing and giggling and I roll my eyes . Bex would have never acted like that man I miss her so much. I keep walking until I stop hearing a girl. She sounds like she is having trouble.

"Brett will you just leave me alone!"

I look over to see a girl with long straight blonde hair that has bangs that stop right above her eyes. She is standing with her arms cross while this guy is standing in front of her looking through a book of some sorts.

"Why should I?"

"Can you just give me back my sketch book and go screw your girlfriend"

"Oh come on Lil don't be like that!"

"And don't call me that...now leave me alone"

"What were you drawing anyway?"

"None of your business just give it back!"

She yells clearly getting pissed off. I decided to intervene. I walk over to them and tap her shoulder. she turns around confused and the guy is looking at me with the same look .

"Yea hey um you're needed by the dean"

"Really?"

She says with a small smile forming and the guy is just as confused as ever.

"yea she said it was urgent"

I tell her and she crosses her arms and sticks her hip out and turns to face the guy.

"You see that Brett I have to go so give me my book back before I tell the dean you are the reason I'm late"

"Whatever here"

He says and gives her the book and walks away. She then puts it in her bag and turns towards me.

"The dean wants to see me? Really thats the best you can come up with?"

"Hey I couldn't think of anything else...who was that guy anyway?"

"My boyfriend"

"Really?"

"No he is my ex-boyfriend but you should have saw your face!"

She tells me while laughing and I shake my head at her. Now since I'm up close and personal I can see she is actually really beautiful. She has blue eyes that are the color of the sky. She is what most girls would call perfect. I see she has finally stopped laughing and is now looking at me.

"Okay well you're welcome if you excuse me I have to go"

I tell her and turn to leave. I hear her rushing to pick up all her stuff and run behind me.

"Hey wait what's your name...I haven't seen you around before"

"Yea thats because I'm new and I'm Jake"

"well Jake I'm Lillian Scott but call me Lilly"

"Okay Lilly it was nice to meet you"

"You too so where you headed?"

"To my dorm"

"cool I'll walk you"

I look at her with a confused face and she laughs.

"what?"

"Why?"

"Why what?"

'Are you walking me to my dorm?"

"Because I'm a nice person and you helped me out so I'm helping you"

"I have a girlfriend"

I tell her and she just laughs and looks at me.

"And I'm a girl your point is"

"wait how does that have anything to do with what I just said"

"Because you stated the obvious duh a guy who looks like you is never single"

"Okay….."

"Thats a compliment dude lighten up! I'm just being friendly and it looks like you can use a friend who is drooling over you"

"How do you know?"

She points over to these set of girls standing by the door smiling and giggling and now blushing since I noticed them. I look over to her and raise my eyebrow.

"Then what's wrong with you?"

"what do you mean what's wrong with me?"

"why aren't you drooling over me?"

"because I have class….I will drool over you in private not public"

"what?"

"Dude I'm kidding you really need to chill ha! Come on let me take you to this ice cream place and you can get to know me and decide whether or not you will accept my friendship and no it's not a date'

"Alright then why not?"

I say and she smiles. While walking to the ice cream place she tells me about herself. How she is 18 and is majoring in the medical field because she wants to be a pediatrician but she is minoring in music just in case. She then tells me how she loves kids and animals. Then she goes on and tells me how she loves to watch baseball and football but she is also a cheerleader. So I can't really put her in a tomboy or girly girl category but the more she tells me about herself the more I start to like her. I can tell she will be an awesome friend. The biggest thing I will have to get over is her sarcasm she loves to be sarcastic. After our ice cream I ended up walking her to her dorm and she smiles.

"Ahhh the tides have turned you have walked me to my dorm so I can take this as we are friends?"

"Yea we're friends"

"Good because I wasn't going to take no as an answer"

She says and I laugh and tell her goodnight. I turn to go to my dorm but she calls my name.

"Tomorrow you are telling me about yourself because you were very quiet tongiht"

"Okay Lilly whatever you say"

"You got that right goodnight Jake"

"Night"

I tell her and finally go to my dorm. Once I get there I pull out my phone and dial the number I know by heart.

"Hello?"

"hey Bex's what's up?"

"Jake! Hi Nothing just doing homework what's up with you how was your first day? I thought you weren't going to call me"

"My first day was awesome! Of course I was going to call you I told you I would how is Haze?"

"I know Haze is great she misses you did you make any friends?"

"I miss her too and you too! Yea I made one friend her name is Lily"

"I miss you too and Lilly?"

"Yea she is awesome she is the only one who isn't drooling over me out here"

"Well you are pretty hot it's not your fault you were blessed"

"Yea you're right no one can stand this"

I say and she laughs.

"I miss your laugh"

"Awwww….well I have to go now Jake I wish we could talk longer but I have school tomorrow"

"Awww okay I'll let you go I miss you"

"I miss you too bye jake"

"Bye Bex"

I say and hang up the phone. After that I decided to call Ally. We didn't talk for long but it felt like forever. Man I miss everyone….but college will be great right?
