Chapter 21 Epilogue

Five months later...

Dean watched as Roman and Seth battled against The Wyatts from ring side. He was always worried that one or both of the men would come out injured; but each and every night Roman and Seth proved to him that they were perfectly uninjured and still love Dean.

This match was going to start off the new script for Shield...

Ending the trio's run as a group and start them on a singles' run with a rivalry between Roman and Dean.

"I swear to you, Dean, that I will never hurt you," Roman had said last night while in the hotel room.

Dean stood at the window in the room, watching the city they were in at a standstill. Roman wrapped his arms around Dean's shoulders and rested his chin on the blonde's shoulder.

"I will always love you and no matter what the script says, I'll always be here for you."

"I know you will," Dean smiled. "You and Seth."

"Where is Seth anyway?"

"He said that he had something to do in the lobby real fast."

"That was twenty minutes ago," Roman said as he looked at the clock.

At that moment, Seth opened the door and entered the room. "Is everything okay, Dean?"

Dean turned and nodded his head. Roman released his hold and watched as Dean went over to Seth and gave him a gentle kiss on the lips while holding his waist. "I love you so much, Sethie."

"I love you, too, Dean." Seth gave Dean another kiss before moving over to Roman to do the same. "I have something for the three of us."

"What's that?" Dean asked.

Seth pulled a small box from his jacket pocket and opened it to show three silver rings. "I thought that it would be a nice way to show how dedicated we are to each other since I don't think that we three can get married."

"Baby," Roman started.

"I really do love you both and I don't think that I can survive if we go back to the way things were," Seth said with some tears starting to form.

Dean wrapped his arms around the youngest man and held him tightly. "Things will never go back to that. Believe me, I never want to go back there, even in memory."

"Do you want to do the honors since you were the one who thought about this?" Roman asked as he motioned to the three rings.

Seth nodded and Dean loosened his hold for Seth to maneuver his arms. Seth placed the first ring on Roman's left ring finger, then gave Dean his. Roman grabbed the third ring and Dean held Seth's left hand out for Roman to place the ring onto his finger. Dean kissed Seth's neck softly before pulling him onto the bed.

"Love you guys so much," Seth whispered as he held onto Dean and Roman as the three started to fall asleep.

Dean pulled Roman's leg off the apron, causing him to fall and miss the tag to Seth to help him. Dean then threw a punch at Roman to end the match in disqualification. Dean leaned down and whispered so softly that no one could hear.

"I love you, but I look forward to our rivalry."

"Love you, too, jerk," Roman whispered in return.

I have a request from someone on my one shot to turn it into a story, so I might be working on that. And I might figure something out for Walking Dead.
