Summary: My name is Kagome. Since the end of my adventures down the well, I've been living in what one might say was an 'alternate universe'. And maybe that's true...the world I knew, was no longer. I came up through the well of a family I had never met...and was taken in by them. I became a storyteller...a tutor...and the caregiver of the orphans near the outer wall Maria in the city Shiganshina. Kagome called out for Jean to take the lead, "Get them to the Supply Depot, or the cathedral...something!"
"Yes Ma'am! You heard the Captain, follow me! Avoid confrontation with Titans at all costs!"
"Kagome!"
Kagome's eyes widened as she moved towards Mikasa, her eyes turned to see Armin behind her. "Soldier, did you not hear your orders?!"
"Don't talk to me like I'm just a Cadet, Kagome! Mikasa is family to me too!"
"..." Kagome smirked, "Snarky brat..." She pulled her cord and landed a few feet away from Mikasa who was lying motionlessly on the closed lid of a dumpster. "Mikasa!" A thumping shook the ground and Kagome glanced up as a Titan made itself known. "MIKASA! Snap OUT OF IT!" Kagome unsheathed her blades and shot her MG towards a building, letting the cord pull her forward before she flew forward and let herself be carried with the momentum of her Gear. "DAMN!"
"Mikasa, get up!" Armin called out, pushing and pulling at Mikasa's jacket.
"Mikasa! I told Armin that Eren wasn't dead! Those words weren't lies! Get up!"
Mikasa's eyes were filling with tears as a Titan hover closer to her and Armin. She watched Kagome move to intercept it when a hand came at her from behind and caught the cord of her MG, sending her flying into the nearest wall. The force of which should have easily killed her, but shockingly, it only left her momentarily immobile. "KAGOME!" Mikasa moved forward all of a sudden, pushing her MG's trigger as she tried to get some gas, but they did nothing to help her. She stared in horror as the two Titans grew closer to Kagome. "No...no, KAGOME~!"
~POOOSH~
The sound of walls giving out under pressure of heavy weight caused Mikasa to open her eyes. Shocked, she stared wide eyed as a third Titan made itself known. Tearing down one of the Titans as it knocked it into a wall, the other had its face quickly smashed in before the third Titan began to continuously beat the creature senseless. "Wh-what's...going on?"
Armin shook, frightened out of his mind. He ran forward and grabbed hold of Kagome's shoulders. She was still a little out of it, the pain coursing through her body was driving her insane; she could only hope Levi was okay. Glancing down at the glow of a barrier she had brought up subconsciously around her abdomen. "...thank Kami...but still." Her eyes moved to the blood caking her right arm, chest and right leg. "Damn...I had to mate with him the night prior to an attack...Levi~!"

Levi was grimacing at the pain in his body. Though he made no noise or show of pain it was obvious to Petra, who was nearby during his episode that he was in pain. She kept quiet though, only watching curiously, and in wonder all the while, as to what could possibly be causing him so much pain. Her Major was hurting...and she wanted to know how she could ease such pain. A blush formed on her cheek as she realized, she was the only one to see him in such a weak state.
"We need to head back!" Levi called out to his troop. "Return to the walls immediately!"
"W-wait, what about our scouting missi-?"
"Later we can return, but it won't do us any good destroying Titans for the Human Race if there are no Humans to return back to!" Levi snapped, the pain in his chest subsiding as he took off in the direction of the walls with the rest of his group following.
'Hehe, how cute!' Petra smiled sweetly as she followed after her Major.
"Petra..." Hange called, slowing the girl down as Levi, Mike and Oluo moved up ahead, the others in their group coming up from behind, but still not close enough to over hear their conversation. "I understand you have an...attraction...for our resident shorty, but let me inform you, that you have no chance in hell with him."
Petra's eyes widened, "...Hange...I'm sorry, I don't understand..."
"You don't?" Hange smiled, "I thought that I simplified the situation...did I not explain properly?"
"I believe you were threatening me..." Petra turned to Hange, her eyes darkening in shade.
"No...Not me. Please don't get the wrong idea. Shorty is my friend, and I will remain as such, but there is someone who he likes, and it isn't you. Though...you are sweet...albeit a little unstable...he's just already taken."
"Things like that...are a minor inconvenience."
Hange pulled the reigns of her horse in surprise, watching Petra's back as the girl continued forward. A look of concern crossed Hange's eyes and lingered before she shook her head and started off in a faster run with her horse on Levi's command.

One hundred and ten things were on Kagome's 'likely-to-happen' list...but what wasn't on her list...was a Titan fighting off a Titan, and protecting herself, Mikasa and Armin. Leading her to believe only one thing. "...Eren..."
Mikasa frowned and turned to look back at the Titan. The release of gas drew forth the attention of the three soldiers as Connie could be seen moving towards them through the air. "Connie, what are you doing here?"
"Got worried! Jean is still leading the others to safety, but we need to get you to safety too, Captain! We are all aware of the fact, that without you, we would all probably be dead having sat and lingered there on the rooftops, so we owe it to you to help you through this fight!"
"You're...a good kid...now be a good soldier!" She turned to the Titan that had just finished with the fourteen footer in front of them and was now yelling and crying out in rage. She could feel it. His cried were for the humans, the screams of anguish and hate all rolled into one. Kagome moved forward with her gear and landed close to the Titan, directly in front of it, but the Titan moved on impulse and made to swat her out of the air. Dodging like the expert she was, she flipped back and held a hand out, a barrier forming around her in time to block off the Titans' hand as it moved and tried to crush her again. "EREN!" Kagome cried out, the Titan stopped, and stared down at her, it responded to the name, and it moved. Its hand lowered as it dropped down to her eye level. A look in its eyes made her rethink her next words, the look of confusion, fear and uneasiness. "Eren...everything will be okay. I knew about this from the start, and should have explained it to you when I learned about it, but you hadn't shown signs of transformation, so I assumed it wouldn't affect you. Just calm down, and relax."
The look in his eyes changed once more, still confused and uneasy...but the fear dwindled with her words.
"We can use this...will you help us? Will you help us destroy the Titans?! ONLY WE CAN DO THIS! YOU AND ME, EREN! WE CAN DESTROY THE TITANS!"
Connie jumped in front of her, but Armin and Mikasa grabbed one of his arms each as Kagome moved forward. The Titan kneeled down before them, registering her, she was no threat, not to him...not anymore.
"Is that really Eren?" Connie shook in fear and uncertainty.
"...I don't know..." Armin frowned, "...I saw him, get eaten by a Titan...his arm, his leg...gone...I don't know...but, if it is...then Eren can help, EREN!" Armin cried out to the Titan as chaos struck nearby where the rest of the soldiers in their corps were stranded. "THE HQ! TAKE OUT THE TITANS AT THE HQ!"
It was quiet for a moment before the Titan took hold of Kagome, taking her by surprise before depositing her with the other three behind her. Standing tall, the Titan growled out a fierce battle cry before charging towards the Headquarters.
"...let us consider this a miracle..." Kagome spoke calmly, her hand numbly running over her stomach without her paying any attention. This didn't go unnoticed by Connie who frowned, but said nothing. "We have...a chance. This time...we have...hope."

Me: Here is chapter 21! I hope you all are enjoying this story. I know I said I would post last night, but my mom and I are watching Mirai Nikki…which is actually pretty freaking awesome! The Psycho crazy pinkette is actually coming along in the series as the only one I could possibly have paired with Yuuki who has become this total badass finally. Anyways, if you haven't watched it, think Battle Royal/Hunger Games and watch it! Really good anime. It's English dubbed and subbed, so, pick your poison my friends! Also called Future Diary for those unaware of its Japanese name but familiar to its English title.
