*Bella POV*

"Can Jake and I go hunting?" Renesmee asked, hopefully. She was putting those big brown eyes on me, and I finally understood how Edward must have felt when I did that as a human. So, how could I say no?

"Fine. But, you better watch her, Jake." I ordered.

"Will do, Bells." He replied. I new I didn't have to worry. Jake was an amazing guy. My bestfriend. How could I not trust him. I relaxed. I nodded, and they began running from their spot on the porch.

I sighed watching them run, hand in hand. I knew it was going to take some getting used to, them all coupley and stuff. But, I vaguely remember telling Jake that the right girl would someday come along for him. After all, I practically all but ripped his heart out as a human. He deserved someone to love him. Even if that someone just happened to be my daughter.

All that mattered was if Renesmee was happy. And, Jake, I could see, made her happy.

Edward came and put a hand on my shoulder. I turned to face him.

"I love you." I stated simply. His eyes shone.

"As I love you. Forever." And he bent down. Even though I was no longer a human, I still felt that same spark whenever we touched, or kissed. That would never get old.

We jumped away from each other when we heard the sound of glass breaking inside the house. We both shot each other a worried look, and rushed inside.

Everyone was crowded around Alice, who was stick straight, her had still in the formation of holding a vase, which was now in a million tiny pieces on the floor.

I was at her side in an instant.

"Alice! Snap out of it! Tell us what you saw!" I practically yelled in her face. Her glazed over eyes fixed their gaze on me.

"Renesmee." She whispered. That was all it took for me to be sprinting out the door, in the direction I saw them head off.

I heard Edward call after me, and I could hear his footsteps gainging on me, but I wasn't stopping. My Baby girl needed me. And I knew from the look on Alice's face that it wasn't going to be pleasant.

He finally was right behind me, and wrapped his arms around me, keeping me in a stronghold. And away from Renesmee.

"Let me go!" I yelled slash growled, thrashing around.

"Bella, Bella, calm down. Please." He did not just tell me to calm down.

"No! I need to see her!" I seethed, and hissed when he still wouldn't let go. Fine. Let me humor him. I let my body fall limp, and I stretched out, my body a long, thin line.

He sighed. "Bella, don't be funny."

"I'm not being funny! How can I make jokes when you're sitting here, keeping me from my daughter!" I threw at him.

"She's my daughter too!" He yelled back, and I flinched.

"You know I didn't mean it like that." I said, softer. He still didn't reply. I sighed. Still, nothing. I tried again. Not a thing. I sighed, louder than ever.

"You are a baby." He replied. I chuckled. "But you're my baby." And he kissed me.

"Okay." I said when we were finished. "Now, will you please tell me what is going on?" I whined.

"Well, Alice, had a vision," He started, but I cut him off.

"Oh, really now?" I stated, sarcastically. He gave me a look, and continued.

"Anyway. It was about Renesmee," I butted in a again.

"No kidding!" I said, with sarcasm again. He sighed.

"Do have anymore comments, or may I continue?" He asked, impatient.

I motioned him to go on.

"As I was saying, she had a vision that, while Renesmee and Jacob were hunting, the Volturi came and kidnapped them both." He finished, his voice cracking at the end.

"What?" I asked, breathless, and then screamed. "N-No, They can't! I just got her back!" And the most heartbreaking tearless sobs erupted from my chest.

Edward wrapper his arms around me, and did his best to comfort my shaking form.

"Love, I promise, we'll get them both back. I promise." He soothed. But even though I wanted so much to believe him, I couldn't.

I don't know how long I cried. But I couldn't find the energy to stop. And that's saying something when a vampire can't find enough strength to do something.

"Edward." I managed between sobs, "What are we going to do?" I asked, my voice so weak, that if he wasn't a vampire, he wouldn't have heard it.

"I don't know. But I do know is that we are getting our daughter back, safe and sound. Jacob too." And, this time when he said it, I actually did believe him. With every cell in my frozen body, I knew we would get them back.

Even if it meant taking down the Volturi.

*Renesmee POV* [At beginning of hunt.]

"Jake, slow down!" I giggled, and called after him.

"No way, Ness! You gotta keep up with me!" He called back, teasing.

I hardly ever go hunting for real blood. My family likes me to get used to human food, so I can be somewhat normal. Oh well. I actually do like human food. It's tasty. But, nothing compares to the real thing. Animal blood, of course. I could never sacrifice the life of an innocent human. It would kill me from the inside out.

But, I actually found animal blood very satisfying.

"I'm gonna get the best smelling one!" Jake said, still infront of me. "And I'm going to kill every single one of them before you get any!" He challenged. I knew he was just kidding, though. This is what I liked best about Jake. He always could make me laugh.

And I did. "We'll see about that, dog!" I teased. He turned around to glare at me, and he lost some speed. I took that opportunity to catch up with him. I smirked when I was right beside him, winked, and then dashed ahead.

"Watch yourself, leech!" He called after me. I loved joking around with him. I responded with a giggle.

I heard a movement, and I thought it was an animal. So, I let my vampire side kick in, and follow the sound. If only I would have checked the scent.

As soon as I found the source of the sound, it was too late.

I was already scooped up, and being taken away.

"Jake!" I tried to yell, but they covered my mouth. It didn't matter though, because I saw them take him too. It took about three to carry him, because he's one strong dude.

Before I knew it, we were both tied up, face to face, inside a dark, dark car.

"Hello, Renesmee." Said a voice. It sounded worn, but it was definitely a man. It scared the crap out of me, though. I tried to ignore him, but he wasnt done talking. And the words that escaped his lips next, sent shivers all up and down my spine.

"We've come to see you."
