*This chapter has a suicide attempt in it. It's really not that graphic, but read with caution.*
(Okay so like I said this story is being re-writting. This chapter is 90% the original one, I just changed a few things and bad spelling and stuff. So if it seems different, that's why.) :)

Third Person

"Aria, please try and eat something?" Ezra pleaded with Aria. She was laying on her side on Ezra's couch, turned away from Ezra.
"Why. It's not like I have anything to live for" she said through her stuffed up nose. Ezra gets up from the kitchen table where he was eating his own lunch and walked around the other side of the cough to see her face. "Yes, you do. You have a whole future in front of you. And you still have a baby. Our baby." Aria sat up.
"What are you saying?" she asked. This was the hormones Ella had warned him about. The miscarriage hormones, the pregnancy hormones, the teenage hormones, all of them piled on his shoulders as Aria shoots daggers at him.
"I'm saying... I know it's hard." He starts. "And I know it stinks that a baby had to lose their life, but think about it. It was your dad's baby!"
"Yes, Ezra but that wouldn't matter because you'd be the one she called daddy!" Aria said, almost yelling.
"Okay, okay." he said putting a hand on her shoulder. She smacked it away.
"Ezra, don't you dare turn this into a good thing. My child just died. And you are not helping one bit"
"Hey, Aria that's not fair. I held you while you cried for hours in the hospital room. And Aria you know I love you. But it's been a week. I think you need to start looking at it differently."
"So you're saying I need to get over it"
"No I'm saying…" he shrugged. Aria stood up.
"Okay, well call me when you figure it out" she grabbed her purse. "I'm going home" she said slamming the door.
It was noon, Mike and mom were at school. The house would be empty. So after sobbing the whole way home, she walked into the empty house.

-

When Aria walked into the house, she saw a cake cover on the table. She walked up to it. When she opened the cover, a note from A sat on top of a broken cookie. The note said: "Sorry, Honey…..Not even icing can put this back together. - A" Attacked to it was a USB drive. She moved it out of the way to see the cookie was a wedding dress, broken in half. Cleaver, devious, and heart wrenching.
"Yeah, real funny. Icing. Broken cookie, broken marriage. You're good, you know whoever you are, apparently you know everything. So how about you know this. If I ever meet you, I'll bury you. Right next to Alison!" Aria took a deep breath, calming down. Then she plugged the USB drive attacked to the letter into her laptop and double clicked on the video. A title pops up.
"Three strikes, and you're out. Shall we review?"
The first clip, was of the fire. It was afterwards, when Jenna had already been taken away and they were lying to the cops. Who had the sick mind to record that, Aria didn't know.
The next titles comes up. "So, your first strike was getting involved with that walking drama movie, and morphing into her little liar." the next clip, was of her dad with Meredith. Recorded from the window. They didn't know they were being watched, let alone filmed. They were sitting on the couch, talking. - about Ella and Aria.
"Strike two. Picking sides. Maybe daddy would've hated you for telling, and maybe you wouldn't be pregnant with you brother right now!"
The last clip, had Aria in tears immediately. It was a security camera, from the bar Aria and Ezra had meet in. The entire thing. From the fist word he spoke, to the second he grabbed her by her arm, slid her jacket off, and dragged her into the bathroom.
"Don't you have enough A's in your life, Aria, without needing an A+ from Mr. Fitz? Oh, honey... you're really in a mess here, aren't you? And the worst part is, you have no idea what you ever did to deserve it! What do these three things have in common? Maybe you'll never know. But I do. And you won't life it down. Ta-ta for now, sweetheart! -A"

Aria went into the bathroom and sunk down next to the sink and started sobbing all over again. Her phone rang. If it was A, Aria was sure she'd throw it against the wall. But it was Emily. Aria answered it but didn't say anything. "Aria, hey, how are you?" Silence. "Aria? Are you crying? What's wrong?" Aria told Emily everything, as best as she could through her sobs. "I, I just really want my dad right now! My old dad, before all this, I just want things to be normal again!" Aria finally said.
"Okay, Aria listen. I'm gonna come over right now. Do you want Spencer and Hanna to come?" Aria nodded her head forgetting Emily couldn't see it.
"Okay." she whispered.
"Alright, you gonna be okay?"
"Not till you get here." Aria said sniffing.
"Alright. I love you Aria, okay?"
"Thanks Em" she said. Aria used the sink to help her stand up. But when she did, she saw something sitting on the counter, that would throw her into overdrive.
"Just end it Aria - A" was written on a note attacked to a plain brown box. She opened the box, to revel a knife with a big red bow around it. Aria took the knife out and looked at it. Any other time in her life, she would have taken it and buried it in the backyard. But this time, she unwrapped the bow and set it on the floor. She got a paper and pen from the kitchen and started scribbling out a letter to Ezra, the girls, her parents, and Mike. It was short, and sweet. Not even mentioning what she was about to do. She even wrote whoever A was a little message. Aria put all the girls letters in one envelope, Mikes, Byron's, and Ella's in one. And Ezra's, sealed with a kiss into its own. She signed each one ~ A. then she went back into the bathroom. She slammed the door. "Should I do this?" she thinks to herself. She thought of everything going on. How would she get over it? Would she? You don't get over a friends death. You don't get over being rapped by your father. You don't get over a miscarriage. And you don't get over dating your English teacher. But then Aria thought of Mike and the girls. How could she do that to them? Who would Mike talk to? And Hanna, Emily, and Spencer already lost Alison. Could they handle another funeral? And could she die knowing her mother was broken hearted? What about Ezra? If Aria died, he could have a life. A real life. With a real girlfriend and be 23. But WOULD he? Would he get over it?
Regardless, she makes the most permanent decision of her life.
She watches blood come from her wrists and immediately realized what she's done - she's going to die soon. Did she want to?
She hadn't quite second guessed herself yet, but God sent an angel regardless.
"Emily?" Aria screeches as the door knob turns.
But the person who walked through the door, was the biggest surprise yet.

Alison

I walked into the bathroom with the biggest smile on my face, but it slowly turned into horror when I saw Aria sitting on the floor with blood streaming from her wrist and a knife in her hand. "Aria?" I said. I barely recognized her like this.
"Ali?" Her face drains off all color and she stares right past me. "Oh no..."
"Aria, honey." I bend down next to her. I slap her cheeks a little. "Hey, you, you're not dead. This is real."
"But you, you are dead, remember?" She thinks she's dead, seeing her best friend again.
The Aria I remember was always fixing everything. Always trying to keep everyone together and happy. Always happy to be herself, always happy in general. She had pink streaks in her hair, and always wore the most creative things. Her clothes were paint and her body the paper. This Aria, was torn down. Her eyes had these huge dark circles under them. She was wearing black shorts, a white tank top, and black converse. Something the old Aria would only wear to the beach, or to gym. The new Aria didn't have pink in her hair. Only black, straight hair pulled up into a messy bun. This new Aria, wasn't happy.
I knelt down next to her to hug her. She wrapped her arms around me and sobbed into my shoulder, staining my shirt with blood.
When I imagined coming back to Rosewood, I thought seeing the girls again would be amazing. That we'd have a huge group hug, and after the couple minuets of shock, Id tell them everything, then they'd tell me everything. We'd stay up the entire night in one of our bedrooms all five of us, talking, laughing, crying, hugging, catching up, and explaining everything. I'm sure that would still happen. But it will have to wait. "You're, back? You're not dead? Where did you go?" Aria said still holding onto me.
"I'll tell you all that later. I'm okay. But you're not. What's wrong, Aria?" I rubbed her back, the same way I had the night of the fire. "Everything! You have no idea how much you've missed" She says and I lay her down and wrap her arm up in a towel to slow the bleeding. "What made you do this, Aria?"
"My... I don't know. I lost my dad's baby and... I feel good about it and that's awful.. right? I deserve to die so..so I should and...my boyfriend...he'll be so mad..."
She's close to passing out.
"Keep talking, Aria. Tell me about your boyfriend. What's his name?" Aria winced.
"Ezra…" She said. My eyes widened.
"Ezra…what?"
"Ezra Fitz.."
"My cousin?"
"I'm sorry Ali!" Aria said started to cry again.
"No! No don't be sorry! I'm not mad! I'm just..shocked!
"No, Ali. I didn't mean about Ezra. I meant about the night you went missing. What went down. I wouldn't have said those things if I had known.. And I wouldn't have.." she stopped when I put my hand on her shoulder.
"It's over now." I told her.
Aria opened her eyes to look at me. "I love you Ali" she said. "Thank you for saving me." I knew by coming when I did I saved her life. But what she meant, was that now, she had something to live for again.
