"Gou…" He held her hand tightly in his as Gou smile weakly at him. Tears start to stream down his cheeks which cause Gou to frown and wipe the tears away with her other hand.
"Rei-kun, why are you crying…?" Rei look up at her then his eyes landed on her legs covered by her long skirt. He looked down and his eyes sadden, seeing there's no feet rest on the footplate of the wheelchair. Breeze blow resulted her skirt to flew to side, showing that her legs below the knees… no longer there. Gou quickly readjusted her skirt as she ran her fingers over her covered knees with a sadden eyes.
"I'm sorry…" He whispered quietly and Gou looked down at him as he landed his head on her laps, gripping her skirt tightly in his grip.
"It's my fault… it's my fault. If only I didn't thrown my anger towards you… You won't…" He whispered through his sobs and he felt fingers gently ran through his hair and he looked up to meet with her red eyes. She gave him his favorite smile as she shook her head.
"It's not your fault Rei-kun. It's my fault."
"N-No! It's definitely my fault! I was frustrated and angry, and I yelled at you for no reason at all! T-Then this happen! I-I-"
"Rei-kun, it's alright. Things already happen…" She smile softly and he looked up at her and sat back straight. Seeing Gou on the wheel chair who's smiling at him as she went through the pain of losing legs that has been supporting her since she was born, he was amaze by how strong she is as there's no single tears falling out from her beautiful shining eyes.
He decided, right now. He gulp then he dig his hand into his pocket and took out a small maroon box and she blinking at this as he position himself into a kneeling position.
"Gou, y-you've been there for me for a long time… And I coming to realize that you are actually the one for me. So please…" Rei hold her hand as he gave a gentle smile to her. "… will you complete my life as my wife?" Gou eyes widen and suddenly tears start to fall down her cheeks and she began to nod rapidly.
"Y-Yes… Yes…!" She gasped as Rei wrap his warm arms around her small frame and kisses her temple.
"I love you Gou…"
