21. Chapter 21

Chapter 21: Into the Void… Again.

Kyle coming back yet again, folks!

I was out in the town, running through at mach speeds. I stopped in front of the Mr. Smoothies.

Ali: "Wow!"

Kyle: "Told you I could run across town and not break a sweat!" My quills went back into my head and back.

Ali: "Does that still hurt?"

Kyle: "I'm getting used to it." I rubbed my head as I went to sit with the others.

Gwen: "30 seconds."

Kyle: "I'm almost caught up with XLR8 and Fasttrack."

Kevin: "Don't even need them, huh?"

Kyle: "Their Ultimate forms are still astronomically faster than me. That's a reason."

Ben: "If only there was a way to skip past going to the normal form just to go Ultimate."

Kyle: "Yeah. I wish there was myself." I need to go to the alien's normal form before I go Ultimate anybody. That can get annoying at times. I also need to be that alien's Ultimate before I go Giga. Speaking of Giga, I haven't used it in so long. Maybe I should use it next fight just for kicks. I have that feature, and I hardly use it.

Ben: "So, when are we going back to training me?"

Kyle: "As soon as you're not grounded, Ben. I need to respect your parents' wishes."

Ben: "I'm not grounded anymore, I swear!"

Kyle: "That's not what they told me. Buuuuuutttttt….." I held that pretty long.

Ben: "Yes?"

Kyle: "They said you could go with me on a mission if you asked first, and I needed the help. Not that I didn't appreciate you showing up before to help with the Xenocyte shipment a week ago, but I had it under control."

Ben: "Right…" He rolled his eyes.

Kyle: "Benji… Listen. I appreciate your help. I love training with you and developing your skills. You've been showing a lot of progress, and you're even getting to be as good as me."

Kevin: "But he still needs our help to stack up to you."

Ben: "Kevin, you don't really believe that, do you?"

Gwen: "It's true."

Kyle: "You mean the 1-on-4 training?"

Kevin: "Yeah." He sipped from his smoothie. I actually fought all four of them in training before at once. I had to use Giga Humongousaur, but I stopped them in their tracks easily. It was supposed to get me to fight multiple powerful opponents at once. I had a hard time, but once I transformed that far, I stopped each of them easily. Giga is insanely more powerful than Ultimate, and since I actually started practicing routinely after I unlocked my Mobian abilities, there's been a significant power gap between me and them. Ben is a pretty good second, though.

Kyle: "Well, I had to go Giga."

Kevin: "Yeah, but you're still improving. You keep getting stronger and stronger no matter what. And you train every day."

Kyle: "You guys don't?"

Ali: "How hard do you train exactly?"

Kyle: "It's a secret. I could show you all if you need help improving."

Gwen: "Now I'm curious."

Kyle: "I developed it in secret, and I was going to show you all after I figured it out 100%. Still working out the kinks."

Ben: "Kinks?"

Kyle: "You'll see. But for now…" I smirked at them.

Ali: "Yes?"

Kyle: "Wallow in suspense." I drunk my smoothie in big gulps. "I am seriously thirsty after that run, though. I practiced a little bit on my running speed today." I said. Ben and the others looked at each other, wondering exactly what was going on.

Later…

I took them to the desert, and we parked in front of a large rock formation.

Kevin: "We always go out here." Ali and I got out of her car, and Kevin, Ben, and Gwen left Kevin's car.

Kyle: "Okay." I looked around, found a rock, and put my hand on it.

Robotic voice: "Password, please."

Kyle: "KyAli."

Robotic voice: "Password accepted."

Kevin: "What the hell?!" A door opened on the Cliffside. It looked like there was a large path to a big basement.

Kyle: "Keep in mind. Work in progress." We walked down the large staircase as the door closed behind us. Lights came on as we walked further down.

Gwen: "Huh?"

Kyle: "Remember when I went to Omni's universe and I said he had a base in an abandoned warehouse?" (A/N: Omnitrix1 and I have been working on a crossover with our universes for a long while now. It is almost complete, actually.)

Gwen: "Yeah."

Ben: "You wouldn't stop talking about it for a long time."

Kyle: "I took it upon myself to build ourselves a base."

Kevin: "What?!"

Ali: "But… what's wrong with our meeting spots?"

Kyle: "I'm becoming too famous. Everywhere I go, I always am getting asked for autographs and picture taking. So I figured we needed a secluded place to hold our meetings." We walked to the bottom of the staircase, and all of the lights turned on in a massive room.

Ali: "WHOA!"

Kevin: "Work in progress my ass! How'd you get this together so fast?"

Ben: "Ooh! Smoothie machine!"

Kyle: "Yeah. It isn't operational yet, though." Ben had seen a smoothie machine in the corner, which I installed just for him.

Ben: "Darn." As I looked around, I walked to a control panel, and hit the button, turning on even more lights, in what looked like an empty room, but a bunch of pods started flying around in it.

Ali: "How did you find the time to do this?!"

Kyle: "I had clones down here working while I did other things." That Echo Echo cloning power is so good. I could be a 1 man army. Wait. I already am.

Ali: "Why isn't it done then?"

Kyle: "They have to come back to me eventually, you know. They get hungry and need to rest, too. I've worked here myself at times. The room down there and this control panel was the first thing I finished up. Azmuth even gave me advice and helped me get some of the tech."

Kevin: "Some of it?" He gave me a look.

Kyle: "And I 'borrowed' some things from Kevin's stash."

Kevin: "Hey! Not cool! I knew I was missing some pieces of alien technology!"

Kyle: "Most of it is Galvan… some of it is-"

Gwen: "Kyle, what is this supposed to be?"

Kyle: "Isn't it obvious, guys?"

Ben: "Kind of?"

Kyle: "Our new headquarters!" I turned all of the lights on, and they now saw everything I did. There was a vehicle storage area, where they saw part of an incomplete motorcycle, a work station which looked like Jury Rigg had been all over it, some rooms off to another corner, all marked with names. There were doors for me and Ali in one room, Ben, Gwen, Kevin, Kayla, Omni, Tonto, Trey, Charity, Logan, April, and a bunch of doors marked with 'Guest' in sticky notes.

Kyle: "Those aren't done. I was going to do interior designing later."

Kevin: "Okay. You're going all out. I can see that." He smirked. "How about putting Gwen's and my room together?"

Gwen: "Kevin…" Even she couldn't help but snicker. I opened the door to my and Ali's room, showing a bed, with an Xbox ONE, a PS4, and a Wii U, on a stand with a 55-inch Samsung on the top of it.

Kyle: "Sometimes I crash here when I don't want to be found, but that's really all it's good for right now. I also set up an intangibility laser net so rouge Ectonurites and things like that can't sneak in."

Ben: "How's my room?" He opened the door to his and found nothing.

Ben: "Oh."

Kyle: "Yeah. Decorating rooms will be your jobs. Moving on." I said. I took them to the showers.

Kyle: "One for each of us."

Ben: "Nice."

Kevin: "They're all next to each other."

Kyle: "I can change that." I sweatdropped. I just put them all next to each other because I had nowhere else to put them at the time.

Ali: "Nice thinking in our case, baby." She rubbed my back.

Kyle: "Thanks." We kept going, and I took them to the room below.

Kyle: "Training room. That's kind of all this is right now. But it does have one feature I've been testing extensively. Can you guys go back out and go to the computer panel?" They listened, and they looked at it, and found an intercom.

Kevin: "What am I supposed to hit?"

Kyle: "There should be something called 'gravity booster.'"

Kevin: "GRAVITY BOOSTER?! Are you insane?!"

Kyle: "Just turn it to 3 times and watch."

Ali: "But you'll be crushed!"

Kyle: "Ali! I wouldn't ask Kevin to do it if I wasn't sure I could handle it! Do it!" Kevin gulped, and Ben and Gwen looked worried. He turned it on, and I immediately got to my knees, but slowly got back up.

Kyle: "Phew! Still… having issues with that. I was stuck on 2.5 for so long…" I wiped sweat off of my head.

Kevin: "WHAT?!"

Kyle: "What are you so impressed by? Gravattack's gravity output is way stronger than this."

Ali: "He is right."

Gwen: "You can stand that much in human form?"

Kyle: "I decided to stop slacking off in my training. If I want to really protect Earth, I can't slack off."

Kevin: "But you have Alien X."

Kyle: "True. But the point of this training is to get to a point where I never have to use him. Or Kurama. I just started to do this."

Ben: "Just started?"

Kyle: "Yeah. It was easy to breeze past 1.5 times, 2 times, and even 2.25 times. But 2.5 was too much for the longest time. I just now got to trying 3." I got to my knees again, and panted. I got to my feet again, looking at the pods floating around. All of their gravity repellent force fields were working. They all had aimed at me.

Ben: "What are those pods doing?!"

Kyle: "I have to take them all out during a training exercise. If I can't, I try again later."

Gwen: "Kyle, you can't be serious…"

Kyle: "I'm 100% serious!" The pods began to fire lasers at me. I zoomed, dodging the shots, and then I jumped, and used the Homing Attack to burst through three pods before the gravity pulled me into the ground again. I got to my knees, panting again, and the drones flew for me. I rolled to the side, dodging their charge, and more of them began to shoot lasers again. I got nicked in the knee by a laser, then rolled out of the way as another one charged at me.

Ali: "Turn it off!" Kevin did as she said, and the pods went out of battle mode and went back to analysis/repair mode. I took a deep breath, and got to my feet.

Kyle: "Just wanted to give you guys a brief demo… Thanks for the save, Ali!" I got up, and gripped my knee. It was still in pain, so I hobbled out of the room, as Ali sat me down, and Gwen had to use a healing spell on me.

Gwen: "Kyle… You're insane. You're pushing yourself too much."

Kyle: "Am not. No one is ever too strong for saving the world."

Ben: "I'm betting the aliens can take even more pressure." I nodded to Ben.

Kyle: "And it wasn't easy. The only ones immune to it are Gravattack and Alien X. I hardly have to train them at all."

Gwen: "It's still very taxing on your body, though. You need to calm down for a bit."

Kevin: "I'm with Gwen. You're pushing yourself WAY too far."

Kyle: "Am not."

Ali: "Honey…" She hugged me, as Gwen stopped her spell. My knee was fine again. I kissed her.

Kevin: "When were you planning on telling us this?"

Kyle: "When it was done." I stood up, giving a thumbs up to Gwen. She smiled back.

Kevin: "And about that motorcycle over there…"

Kyle: "Yeah?"

Kevin: "Did you by any chance use that Tetramand Power Driver I found?"

Kyle: "Yeah… Should I-"

Kevin: "Don't worry about it." He sounded strangely nonchalant about it.

Ali: "Kevin…"

Kevin: "It was a gift, don't worry, sis." I raised my eyebrow.

Kevin: "Mind if I look at it?"

Kyle: "Go ahead. Just don't work on it at all. She's going to be so COOL when she's done!" We all walked to it, and they saw a skull-shaped hood ornament, and the body being primarily black. The seat was already in place, and the Tetramand Power Driver was in the engine slot of the cycle. The work table showed I had been working on afterburners.

Kevin: "Even though it isn't finished yet, it looks kinda badass. Nice work, Kyle." I smirked.

Kyle: "I'm gonna call her, the Ghost Rider!"

Ben: "Really?"

Gwen: "After that comic book character you love so much?"

Kyle: "Yes. But it's still a work in progress. I can change the name later." Ben, Gwen, and Ali nodded.

Kevin: "She is pretty beautiful, alright."

Gwen: "Kevin!"

Kevin: "I'm admiring the craftsmanship, Gwen. That's all."

Gwen: "Right."

Kyle: "And that concludes the tour of our new underground base. In progress, though."

Kevin: "Anyway, which aliens did you end up using?"

Kyle: "To build this place?"

Gwen: "Yes."

Kyle: "I used Wildvine and Armodrillo for a lot of the digging, and I used Void Matter to change the properties of the foundation and shelter to be made out of impossible to penetrate metal. Brainstorm, A.I., and Grey Matter did all of the construction planning and security set up, and I used Jury Rigg for the construction of a lot of these devices, just to make it go by faster. I even used Ultimate Grey Matter for the combination of telekinesis and better mind than a normal Galvan. Azmuth gave me advice as I constructed it. I used Echo Echo to get a construction crew going, used Humongousaur and Fourarms for a lot of heavy lifting, and this place is powered by a Giga Chromastone crystal. Those things never run out of power. Though, just in case, I used Alien X to bend reality to create an unlimited power source to separate this base from the U.S.'s power grid, and to fuel the crystal just in case it chips or something."

Ali: "You thought of everything. I'm impressed."

Kyle: "And a vehicle launch bay will be added at a later time, when this place is more prepared to run efficiently."

Kevin: "I'm surprised you're not done."

Kyle: "Me too. I have like two clones here at almost all times to build this place. I also haven't put in plumbing yet, but that should change very soon. Production is going by faster than expected."

Gwen: "How soon is this going to be done?"

Kyle: "Soon. Can't give a definite date yet."

Ben: "And the smoothie machine?"

Kyle: "That's kind of a low priority right now. But it'll be done soon as well."

Ben: "Low priority?! Dude, I could be getting free smoothies!"

Gwen: "Really, Ben?"

Ben: "What? Smoothies are delicious."

Kyle: "I was also going to put in a food synthesizer, but finding a good place to put it, and finding the tech is insanely hard." I put my hand to my chin to think about what else I might possibly need.

Kevin: "It's still a good setup. Tell us when it's done, huh?" I nodded.

Kyle: "No problem, Kev." They decided to spend some time to set up their rooms as I used Jury Rigg to get back to working on my hog. As we were leaving, we noticed it got dark out.

Ali: "Wow. We were out here for a while."

Gwen: "We had a lot of interior designing to do."

Kyle: "I just wish I knew what the others wanted." I was thinking of Trey, Logan, Omni, and Tonto specifically.

Ali: "Why was there a door marked Charity?"

Kyle: "She's Trey's girlfriend. At least, that's what he said when we saw him." I wonder how he's doing. I need to warp over to his universe sometime. He and I are like twin brothers, and I'm sure we'd surprise Charity quite a bit with how well we get along.

Ali: "Totally forgot about that."

Kevin: "I'm sure she'd appreciate it. Come on. We need to hit the hay."

Gwen: "Agreed. Come on." We all headed our own ways home, going to get some sleep for the night.

The next morning… I woke up, as usual, and kissed Ali awake.

Ali: "Did you just wake up before me?"

Kyle: "Yes. I believe I did." We walked into the kitchen and begun to eat some pop tarts.

Ali: "So… you push yourself really hard now."

Kyle: "Ali…"

Ali: "Kyle. I just want you to not push yourself too hard. There's always a chance you could go too hard and make yourself weaker instead of stronger." My eyes widened.

Ali: "Ever since Ben got grounded, you've been pushing yourself and concerning yourself with multiple different issues all at once. You can't stress yourself the way you've been."

Kyle: "Ali. What you need to understand is that I have a lot going on here. There's a lot I want to do, and the base I'm building will be able to make things much easier. We can move there after it's done, we'll be able to crash and hang out, train more often, we won't have to pay rent on this place, and we'll have a direct link to the Plumbers, still. I want to make our hero work as easy as possible for us, and also allow us to continue to improve. Besides, I feel this is how I can stop slacking off. I never trained before because of Alien X, but with how often I've had to use him… and with how much I dislike using Kurama, I think this is necessary." She nodded.

Ali: "I understand, Kyle. Just help us help you, huh?" She smiled to me while putting her arm on my shoulder. I smiled, and hugged her completely.

Ali: "You can do it."

Kyle: "Thanks." We headed back to the bedroom to grab clothes and get ready to shower, when I was going to pull out the quarter to flip to decide who went in first.

Ali: "Kyle… I have an idea."

Kyle: "Yeah?"

Ali: "You think we can… um… shower together?" I gasped.

Kyle: "But what about Kev-"

Ali: "We don't have to tell him about that. Come on." I thought to myself. Is it too soon? Ali and I haven't been going out that long. Hell, Gwen and I never even did that when we were together. I think I remember her asking about when it would be a good time to be intimate like grown-ups once, but I didn't want to try anything until we were both adults, and that would have taken a LONG time. But Ali and I, while we bond better and have grown together much faster because of our closeness in age and the fact that she isn't a minor, we were able to associate much quicker with each other, and do things Gwen and I only dreamed of.

Ali: "If it messes up, we don't have to try again until we feel better."

Kyle: "You know what? Yeah! Let's give it a go!" All of a sudden, I heard scampering, and looked behind me.

Ali: "Hearing things again?"

Kyle: "Yes. I didn't think Mobains had better hearing, but I swear I keep hearing things!" I looked in the direction I heard the sounds from. Nothing was there yet again. This is making me pretty suspicious of what's going on, honestly. I've been suspicious for a week or two about this feeling. Regardless, we need to stay on our toes. I'm not going to let this go. Yet. We walked into the bathroom, as Ali turned the shower on.

Kyle: "Okay… I've only seen you nude once, and that was on accident. Are you sure that-" Ali covered my lips.

Ali: "Yes. I'm letting you look on purpose. After all, how else are we going to scrub each other?" I smiled.

Kyle: "Yeah." Then, her PJ's came off.

Kyle: "Nice."

Ali: "Thanks. Your turn."

Kyle: "Well, we do have to shower naked." I slipped my clothes off as well.

Ali: "Um…" She blushed.

Kyle: "Huh?"

Ali: "Nothing."

… One shower later…

Ali: "You are the best back scrubber ever!" She left wearing some towels over herself and towels in her hair like a bun, and I just had one covering my lower half as we walked out of the bathroom together, and it was tied by Ali like a skirt earlier.

Kyle: "Thanks."

Ali: "Can't believe you have the waist for a skirt."

Kyle: "Shut up."

Ali: "Must be the side effects of transforming into girl forms so much!"

Kyle: "Hey! They're all effective in combat and you know it!"

Ali: "True…" She rolled her eyes. "But does Firecracker REALLY need a better rack than me?"

Kyle: "I'm sorry! I can't control that stuff!"

Ali: "I'm just playing around with you, Kai." She kissed me again. I snickered. As we got dressed, we got a call from Gwen on my Ultimatrix.

Kyle: "Hi, Gwen."

Gwen: "Get over here! I got a call from Helen!"

Kyle: "Helen?! Is she okay?!" Helen was a half-human, half-Kineceleran that went to the Null Void who went in to free some people that weren't meant to be in there. She also took a half-human, half-Tetramand named Manny there as well. Manny insists that I still owe him a match as Fourarms, but I don't think so. Fourarms is way stronger. They also went to find Helen's adopted brother, Pierce. I hope I can make it over there without messing up anything.

Gwen: "She called saying something was wrong… there was a lot of static, and they called for you specifically."

Kyle: "Got it. I'll be over to your location right away."

Gwen: "We're at Ben's. I'm explaining the situation to Uncle Carl and Aunt Sandra." I nodded.

Kyle: "Looks like Ben's in charge of being substitute hero while I'm gone. Alright."

Gwen: "Did you have class or work?"

Ali: "I'll take care of it. Just go, baby." She winked. I transformed to Big Chill to phase out of the apartment, then transformed into Ultimate Big Chill to fly faster. I made my way to Ben's house, and floated into Ben's room.

Ben: "Kyle!" I waved to him.

Ultimate Big Chill: "How bad is it?"

Gwen: "It sounded urgent. Helen said something about a D'Void, too." I transformed into Sorceressa.

Sorceressa: "You think you can transfer it to me?" Gwen made a mind link with me, and I saw the message.

Helen: "Send Kyle… D'Void… dimension destabilizing. We could… Help!" That was a lot of static.

Sorceressa: "Shit."

Gwen: "I know. Shouldn't you take someone in with you?"

Sorceressa: "I think I can handle it. Whoever this D'Void is can't be too strong for me."

Ben: "Why can't I come?"

Sorceressa: "Ben, I'm leaving you in charge until I get back."

Ben: "Whoa, seriously?"

Gwen: "Ben has school today!"

Sorceressa: "I don't think we have a choice in the matter. Kevin and Ali have your number, people know who you are now, I'm sure we can get a call out."

Gwen: "You know what to do then?"

Sorceressa: "Yes. I do. Ben. Do you?"

Ben: "Totally!"

Gwen: "We'll see you, then." I nodded, and put my hand up.

Sorceressa: "Here goes." After I put my hand up, I made a chant.

Sorceressa: "Portallus… Projectum!" I created a portal in front of me right away.

Gwen: "You were learning."

Sorceressa: "Duh." I smirked. "I'll be back." I flew into the portal, seeing the old familiar floating rocks from when Kevin 11 and Vilgax chased me before. I then closed it behind me.

Sorceressa: "This place brings back memories alright. Plan A. Find Helen immediately and figure out what's going on. Got it." I flew ahead, looking around for them, but found the bat creatures from before.

Sorceressa: "Again with these motherfuckers!" I shot manna beams at them right away, knocking them away. They began to fly for me, and surrounded me.

Sorceressa: "Oooh… boy." I flew for one, then punched it. They all roared and flew at me. I dodged one, and whipped at one with my long hair. I dodged yet again, and kicked another one into its buddy. One bit me, and hurled me into a rock.

Sorceressa: "Oh. I see now!" I transformed into Cywolf.

Cywolf: "Eat hot laser, bitch!" I shot two lasers from my chest, knocking some of them away, and spun my mace around after I pulled it out. The chain lashed out and smacked a bunch of them as I hopped out and transformed to Stinkfly.

Stinkfly: "OH YEAH!" I shot four streams of goop from my eyes, blasting more of them, forcing them to run into each other. I had to then slap my symbol, forcing it to grow spikes. After this happened, my two front legs became arms, an armored shell grew over my wings, then reopened, making another set of wings, I grew one big horn out of my head, like a Hercules beetle, and my antennae eyes grew to be on longer stalks, like the Stinkfly in Ben 10,000. My whole body got covered in a tougher exoskeleton, and my rear stinger seemed to gain a hole in it and sink into my abdomen.

Stinkfly: "So this is what Ultimate Stinkfly is like. Huh… I don't know." I flew ahead, and slammed some of the bats with my fists, and horned one through the gut, hurling it off. I focused my eyes forward, and shot green lasers from them instead of goop.

Ultimate Stinkfly: "Huh! Okay. Now I get it!" I flew forward again. The bats began to shoot lasers themselves.

Ultimate Stinkfly: "WHOA! HELL NO!" I dodged around, but noticed when one grazed me, it seemed to bounce off a bit.

Ultimate Stinkfly: "I have a tougher exoskeleton! Nice!" I rammed a few of them head on, and heaved them above me. They flew in random directions, and I shot some goop from my mouth to trap the last few of them to a rock fragment.

Ultimate Stinkfly: "This Ultimate isn't bad. Nice." I flew ahead, and started to look around for them. I realized I did not have their communicator frequencies. Looks like I was on my own to get them. I transformed to Astrodactyl to fly faster.

Astrodactyl: "No way I'm gonna fly around as that slow bug though!" I turned on my jetpack and zoomed off.

Astrodactyl: "Ultimatrix! Try to locate Tetramand or Kineceleran DNA."

Ultimatrix: "Locating DNA."

Astrodactyl: "I hope I can get to them in time here." As I zoomed around, I wonder how Ben was doing.

Ben's POV

After Kyle left through the portal and closed it…

Ben: "How come I never learned that spell? All he taught me was how to repair buildings."

Gwen: "Maybe it takes more manna."

Ben: "Or maybe you taught him and he hasn't taught me yet?"

Gwen: "He's getting good with the Anodyte powers I taught him."

Ben: "I knew it!"

Gwen: "He has Metrion, too. Maybe he doesn't want to give you too much information at once."

Ben: "You're probably right. Oh well. See you later, Gwen!" I transformed into Rhapsody, then got out of the house. I then transformed to Jetray, and flew for the school.

Jetray Ben: "Kyle gets to go on the good mission. Does he still think that I'm not good enough?" I really want to be able to fight as well as him. Is he really trying to just keep me as the sidekick? But… he did leave me in charge of the Earth while he was away. Why was I thinking that? He's giving me this chance to prove myself! Will that mysterious Omnitrix wielder from the other night show up again? Life is getting way more exciting nowadays. Why did that Omnitrix guy not want me to tell Kyle about him, though? It is pretty shady honestly. I need to keep a better eye out for that guy, even if he encouraged me. He probably has a deeper agenda of some type. I saw the school below, and Julie waving at me. I waved, then transformed to Bullfrag, extending my tongue, wrapping it around the flagpole, and pulled myself in on it, sliding to the ground. I pulled my tongue back into my mouth.

Bullfrag Ben: "Hey, Julie."

Julie: "Hey, Ben."

Bullfrag Ben: "Yeah, uh, Julie. Sorry 'bout dat uh… thing…"

Julie: "I'm over it. Mostly." She got a minor frown, but smiled again.

Bullfrag Ben: "See you in class, then?"

Julie: "I need to see you at lunch."

Bullfrag Ben: "Sure. No problem, Julie." I transformed back to normal, going into class. Julie and I had our Physics class together first. As we sat together, Julie showed me her physics test. Of course she had an A+. The teacher gave me my test back. I got a C+.

Ben: "Oh yeah!" I exclaimed this loudly in class, then sat back down, noticing I embarrassed myself. I sheepishly laughed and cleared my throat.

Teacher: "Mr. Tennyson, I'm glad you're happy your grades have been improving since you and Ms. Yamamoto have begun studying together, but please keep your voice down."

Ben: "Sorry, teach." I smiled again. As she went over our lecture, I noticed Julie smiling at me as she took her notes. I smiled back, trying to take my notes as well. It seems to be easier now. With this whole Julie/Kayla drama off of my shoulders, I'm feeling much better about myself. The only thing that needs to change is my reputation. Everyone is like, Kyle this, Kyle that… You know.

Later in the day, I was in my P.E. class. Since Cash and JT know I have an Ultimatrix now, they never mess with me anymore, and it was soccer class. Cash tried to kick the ball into my goal, and I caught it with my hands, then threw it back to another classmate of mine. They ran it back to the other end of the field. The last goal was kicked, and class was over, allowing me to go to lunch.

Cash: "Tennyson! How do we know you're not using alien powers to win in these games?"

Ben: "Because I'm not transformed. Give it a rest, dude." I rolled my eyes at Cash. Ever since I got my powers, he's been on my case, saying Kyle just gave me it out of pity. No. I earned it for saving the world. JT isn't hard on me at all, and mostly stays quiet when Cash is taunting me now. Besides, after the first time they met Kyle and he went Rath on them, Cash doesn't mess with Kyle much at all anymore, and the only time they talk is if Cash forgets to leave me alone. I still remember when Kyle would send Cash to the hospital over and over again… Grandpa hated that.

Cash: "Kyle's half-alien! What makes you any different?"

Ben: "Because I still need to transform to use my powers. Also, I don't need to transform to stop you." Ali and Gwen both trained me a little bit in martial arts. Kyle, too. I can protect myself against him easily. Not that I needed it badly before…

Cash: "Wanna prove it, Tennyson?"

Ben: "Cash… not now." Cash took a swing at me anyway. I dodged to the side and flipped him to his back. Learned that one from Ali.

Cash: "OOF!"

Ben: "Seriously, Cash. Just calm down. I don't want to do anything else to you if I don't have to." I began to walk off to the cafeteria again. Cash got up.

Cash: "BENJI!" My eyebrow twitched. Okay. I wasn't going to break him, but I was going to give him something to think about now. I transformed to Spitter, turned around, and blasted Cash with slime.

Cash: "EWW!"

Spitter Ben: "Let that be a lesson to you. By the way, I'm being merciful. Just go to the showers." I turned back to me, and left the gymnasium, walking to the cafeteria.

Julie: "Hey, Ben!"

Ben: "Hey."

Julie: "Cash giving you trouble again?"

Ben: "Yeah. Same old same old crap."

Julie: "He's just jealous."

Ben: "Or something." As I sat down, I opened my lunch, seeing Mom packed leftovers from the night before. In it was a note. 'Son, I know you haven't been eating this in your human form. Now you have to eat it! Signed, Mom.' Julie snickered.

Ben: "Oh man…"

Julie: "And I'm her witness."

Ben: "I know." I begun to eat what she left for me, which was vegan seaweed casserole. Why can't I eat normal meals like everyone else? And even worse, Julie knows who to call to say I haven't been eating the meals.

Julie: "It's good for you, Ben. You shouldn't knock it as much as you do."

Ben: "I miss chili fries."

Julie: "You can get those any old time."

Ben: "Yeah. In fact…" I turned the Ultimatrix on again, but Julie grabbed my arm.

Julie: "No."

Ben: "Oh, come on, Julie!"

Julie: "No."

Ben: "This is something Kayla should do. Not you."

Julie: "You and her are official. I know. How is she doing?"

Ben: "Okay, considering she's going to a school for a super intelligent race of frog-like aliens."

Julie: "Is she passing?"

Ben: "Her grades have been going up pretty well since they allowed her to use Grey Matter in class."

Julie: "Good. She constantly complains about that when she emails me."

Ben: "She emails you?"

Julie: "Yeah. I hung out with her the other night. It was awkward to start, but we got used to each other."

Ben: "Great! Glad to hear it." I put some of the casserole in my mouth, and chomped hard.

Julie: "Good job! You took a bite!"

Ben: "Bleah!" I almost spat some up, but swallowed it.

Julie: "Is it that torturous?"

Ben: "Kyle ate Grandpa's Flodderworms, Splug au Gratin, Centipede Gumbo, and his Mealworm Special all without barfing, yet he can't stomach my Mom's cooking easily. What does that tell you?"

Julie: "Gross."

Ben: "Yeah…" Kyle has the most durable stomach I have seen on anyone. Ever. Especially when he is Upchuck. Julie put her food down.

Julie: "I have now lost my appetite. Thanks, Ben."

Ben: "Sorry!" I put another bite into my mouth, then it fell out.

Ben: "Oh MAN!" Julie shook her head.

Ben: "What? I can't stomach Grandpa's cooking either."

Julie: "You spent the entire summer with him, right?"

Ben: "Yeah?"

Julie: "You should've learned to stomach it, too."

Ben: "I think I know why. Kyle's half-alien, and he's always been liking that food. Maybe because he's half-hedgehog, the hedgehog stomach makes him much more tolerant to any inedible substance!"

Julie: "Don't make fun of your Grandpa's cooking. Come on."

Ben: "It's just a theory I had." Julie giggled again.

Ben: "But I am happy that you and Kayla are getting along. Thanks."

Julie: "No problem. She does look cute with you." I smiled to her, and we went to eating our lunches again. Kayla is important to me, and I want to show her how. I should ask Kyle what I should do for her when he gets back.

Kyle's POV…

I was still Astrodactyl, and landed on a rock.

Astrodactyl: "This isn't working. I need to try a new tactic." I transformed into a maroon-furred canine-like creature. He wore a camo shorts, had the Omnitrix symbol on his chest, and had red eyes, with claws fully extended on his hands, while he wore combat boots.

Kyle: "BLOODHOUND!" I sniffed the air.

Bloodhound: "Come on… half-human… half-Tetramand…" As I sniffed, I located the scent. Bloodhound is very awesome for tracking, because one of his abilities is tracking someone's scent merely by forming a mental image of the person in their head. I hopped from meteor to meteor, I followed the scent, and saw laser fire.

Bloodhound: "That could be coming from Manny's guns." Sure enough, there was Manny, firing against the bat creatures.

Manny: "COME AND GET SOME, BITCHES!" Helen had grabbed a yellow alien in a red shirt, and sped him away from the fight. Looks like they needed my help. Of course, I would be there to help out, because I am a hero. I hopped, and extended my claws out of my fingers. They instantly became metallic, and I slashed through two bats, and landed in front of Manny.

Manny: "What the…?" He saw my red Ultimatrix symbol.

Manny: "Tennyson! You came!"

Bloodhound: "Why wouldn't I?" The bats roared.

Manny: "These Null Guardians were outnumbering us!"

Bloodhound: 'Is that what these are called?"

Manny: "Yeah!"

Bloodhound: "Got it." I bared my fangs, and howled. Helen got back.

Helen: "Manny, we need to- Kyle!"

Bloodhound: "Helen! Ready to kick some Null Guardian ass?"

Helen: "You bet!" I jumped at them again. One of them shot a laser at me, and I took it, but the burn healed quickly.

Bloodhound: "Healing factor, freak! Take this!" I swung my claws, chopping it into sushi bits. The Null Guardian next to it grabbed me in its teeth and bit down. I jammed my claw into its head, and it fell to the rocks below. I saw Manny jump and punch one with his left arms as Helen spun in a tornado, blasting them all away.

Bloodhound: "I think I know what will get them all to go away." I transformed to Echo Echo.

Echo Echo: "ECHO ECHO!" I slapped my symbol again, making it grow spikes, and went Ultimate.

Ultimate Echo Echo: "Ultimate Echo Echo…" I flew into the air, and separated the sonic disks from my body.

Ultimate Echo Echo: "Sonic… DOOM!" As I sent out sonic blasts, the Null Guardians all flew away, roaring in pain. Manny shot at all of them again to prove his point.

Manny: "YEAH! You better run, you freaks!"

Helen: "That was close."

Ultimate Echo Echo: "I'll say." I flew down to them.

Ultimate Echo Echo: "So, how about telling me what's going on?"

Manny: "There's been a lot of problems since we started looking around in here for Pierce and the innocents."

Ultimate Echo Echo: "I gathered. What else?"

Helen: "There's a ruler to this dimension. D'Void. He makes everyone here work in the mines for Kormite to supply him with power."

Ultimate Echo Echo: "Kormite, huh? Sounds important."

Manny: "It is a good heat source, but other than that, it doesn't have much importance. We don't know why he wants it."

Helen: "And the Null Guardians aren't usually that violent. We think he is controlling their minds somehow, to further aid him, and hinder our efforts."

Ultimate Echo Echo: "Interesting. Why call me in if it isn't super important?"

Helen: "We've been trying to fight D'Void off, but there's no way. Even with The Wrench's help… we can't stop him."

Ultimate Echo Echo: "Well, this Wrench guy has the right idea, I'd say. Let's meet back up with him and solve this problem. The sooner we stop D'Void, the sooner you guys can get out of here." I floated upwards again, then I heard a voice.

Voice: "Plumber's Helpers! Again you stand in my way!" We looked up.

Ultimate Echo Echo: "No way…" I couldn't believe it. Dr. Animo! But it looked like he worked out. He was shirtless, his skin was no longer pale green. It was very tan now. He wore brown pants, and a long cape. He had more Null Guardians with him.

Ultimate Echo Echo: "Dr. Animo?!"

Dr. Animo/D'Void: "You know my name from before I became D'Void? That is rather odd."

Manny: "You know this guy, Tennyson?"

Ultimate Echo Echo: "More than I'd like to admit."

Helen: "You beat him before? How?"

Ultimate Echo Echo: "The same way I beat everyone else. Pure, old-fashioned beatdown!" Dr. Animo's eyes widened.

D'Void: "KYLE TENNYSON?! IS THAT YOU?!"

Ultimate Echo Echo: "Of course." I took a mock bow in front of him.

D'Void: "Null Guardians! DEFEAT the Helpers! Tennyson is mine!" The Null Guardians flew for Manny and Helen. I used my disks to bounce them away with sonic barriers, then threw two more discs at D'Void. He caught them, and broke them in his bare fists.

Ultimate Echo Echo: "Damn… Okay then. You two distract the Guardians. I'll get to finishing it after I finish off D'Void."

Manny: "Sounds like a plan I can get behind! Let's go, Helen!" Helen jumped off the rock, and bombarded one of the Null Guardians with kicks to the face. I trick she learned from me, no doubt. I flew at Animo, preparing to punch him, but he caught my fist.

D'Void: "Why come into the Null Void, Mr. Tennyson? Surely you have bigger fish to fry than me!"

Ultimate Echo Echo: "Is this what you've been doing since I tossed you in here 5 years ago?!"

D'Void: "Yes! I was building my power for five years! Now… I will have enough to defeat you!" He hurled me into the rocks below, but I had used two sonic disks to cushion my fall by projecting sounds from them, and called them into my body.

Ultimate Echo Echo: "Well, I've gotten stronger, too, D'Void! Watch!" I slapped my symbol again. It sprouted another set of spikes. I grew a tail shaped like an electric guitar/axe, amplifiers grew out of my arms, I sprouted a spiky Mohawk and got Kiss-styled makeup on my face, then got an amplifier on my body.

Kyle: "GIGA ECHO ECHO!"

D'Void: "SO you have obtained new tricks as well. No matter!" He flew at me, and I focused my amplifiers at him, and sprouted more out of the ground in my immediate location. I launched very very loud sonic vibrations at him, blowing him back and into another rock.

Giga Echo Echo: "Wow. That blew you right out of town, Animo. Let's see how you like this!" I flew at him, kicking him. He blocked my kick, and I scratched his arm with my tail.

D'Void: "GAH!" He grabbed my tail, slamming me into the ground.

D'Void: "HA!" I planted my fist into the earth, sprouting yet another amplifier, and it blasted him with more sound waves.

D'Void: "GAHH!" He let go of me after the sound blasted him, and I elbowed him, then did an elbow drop boosted by my sound power. He pulled his head out of the ground as I transformed to Garchomp, and rushed into him with a Giga Impact. He flew into another rock.

Garchomp: "And I still rock! Oh yeah!"

D'Void: "Do not get cocky, boy! Our fight as only just begun!"

Garchomp: "Boy?!" I slapped my symbol, making it grow spikes again, making me Mega Evolve into Mega Garchomp.

Ultimate Garchomp: "THERE WE GO!" I hopped at D'Void, then slashed at him with my scythe hand. He caught it.

D'Void: "Told you! I AM SUPERIOR!" He whipped me into the rock he was in, breaking it entirely. He then kicked me into a rock. I spun back around, breathing fire at him.

D'Void: "Nice try, Tennyson! Fire has no effect!" I rushed at him again, ceasing the fire, and slashed him with both claws. He grabbed me, and threw me into the ground. I transformed to Grey Matter after I landed.

Grey Matter: "Just wish I wasn't so vulnerable while preparing for this." I slapped my symbol, going Ultimate. My head increased in size, allowing me to have a much larger brain, and I had to be seated in a floating platform.

Ultimate Grey Matter: "Here goes!" I sent a mind ray at D'Void.

D'Void: "GAHH!"

Ultimate Grey Matter: "Attacking you this way seems to be much more efficient." I kept sending bolts at him, and he kept getting shocked, then I telekinetically lifted him as I floated myself.

Ultimate Grey Matter: "As much fun as brute force is… This is equally as good." I tossed him away.

D'Void: "GAHHH!" I turned to see Manny and Helen. They were both protecting the yellow alien from before, and were shooting the Null Guardians with their pistols. I released a mass brain blast at the Null Guardians, making them all drop away and fly away from them.

Helen: "Thanks, Kyle."

Ultimate Grey Matter: "No thanks are necessary, guys. It's just what I do." I floated over, and reverted to normal.

Kyle: "I may hate how that looks, too, but hey, anything that allows Grey Matter to fight." I walked to the yellow alien.

Kyle: "Are you okay, buddy?"

Yellow Alien: "Thank you Plumber's Helpers! Thank you!" He jumped onto me.

Kyle: "Whoa! Easy, bro!" He hopped off.

Yellow Alien: "I thought D'Void was undefeatable. How did you manage to win?"

Kyle: "I used a bunch of transformations on him and went Ultimate a few times. No big deal."

Yellow Alien: "Huh?"

Helen: "He has the Ultimatrix."

Manny: "You're safe now. We can take you back home. Where do you live?"

Yellow Alien: "I can guide you." We followed him to a village in the middle of a canyon. It looked like the aliens located here were farmers. They were plowing fields and trying to get crops ready. I was surprised crops could even grow here.

Kyle: "How long was this here?"

Yellow Alien: "Since the Null Void was created. It was meant to be a prison for the galaxy's worst criminals, yes… but… it was also a new chance at life for others. We made the village here, away from the criminals and jails. The Null Guardians never used to be a problem. Until D'Void came." I shuddered. Back then… if I had known… I would have never sent them all to the Null Void. I would have sent them somewhere else.

Yellow Alien: "Once D'Void came, he gained control of the Null Guardians, and used them to snatch up innocent people day after day, to work in his Kormite minds. No one knows why, but it is ruining the stability of this dimension.

Kyle: "No…" I shook my fist in anger. Manny noticed.

Manny: "Why are you so mad?"

Kyle: "I need to talk to the villagers."

Helen: "Are you sure?"

Kyle: "Yeah… this is important." I got to the center of the village. All of them looked to me, Manny, and Helen.

Kyle: "Guys! I may not be good at speaking like this, but this is something you all have to hear! I'm Kyle Tennyson. Galaxy-famous superhero." I saw some faces smile with familiarity of my name. Others looked confused, but seemed to accept my words regardless.

Kyle: "I'll be helping the Plumber's Helpers and the Wrench now that I am here. However, there is something I need to make clear right now. About D'Void… I used to know him as someone else, back in my world. Dr. Animo was his name. He could control animals with his thoughts and wanted nothing more than to mutate everyone in the world so he could rule over it. As to why he's here messing things up, that would be my fault." The crowd gasped in amazement, and started to talk amongst themselves.

Manny: "Kyle, what are you saying?"

Helen: "He's saying it's his fault D'Void is ruining everyone else's lives." She looked angry herself.

Manny: "WHY?!" He picked me up by my hoodie, and I noticed his hand. One of them was a robotic clamp. I focused on it.

Manny: "Yeah. D'Void did this to me. It's YOUR fault I have this then. It's YOUR fault all of these people are being enslaved by him! It's your fault that…" My eyes glowed red temporarily, and I super-speed kicked Manny off of me all of a sudden.

Kyle: "YOU DIDN'T LET ME FINISH!" Manny held his chest in pain.

Helen: "You didn't even transform…"

Kyle: "I don't always need to anymore. I'm half-alien like you guys."

Helen: "That's… admittedly pretty cool."

Kyle: "Anyway! Yes. I admit it was my fault D'Void is here. But I'm willing to make up for it and do better by all of you. Starting today! Right here, and right now! We need to band together and unite to stop this threat! But first, I need to know where the Wrench is." The aliens talked amongst themselves.

Blue alien: "We do not know. Only the Plumber's Helpers do." I looked to Manny and Helen.

Helen: "He's right. We do."

Manny: "But we only take people to him that we trust."

Helen: "MANNY! He said he was going to fix this!"

Manny: "How? By making it worse?!"

Kyle: "No." I walked right up to Manny, looking him in his eyes. All four of them.

Kyle: "We will stop him. I will make up for my poor judgment, and I will NOT take no for an answer. Now. Where is the Wrench?" Manny sighed, knowing he was outnumbered, but I knew he was not liking this.

Manny: "He's in a canyon. It's pretty far away from here. But we can help you find him."

Kyle: "Okay. Lead the way."

Helen: "No problem." She walked ahead. I walked behind her, and Manny stood frozen, then just shook his head and followed us. There is NO way we're letting D'Void get away with this. But at the same time, how did I get the strength to kick Manny away from me a few feet just now? Why were my eyes red?

Ben's POV…

I had gotten out of lunch and into my fifth hour class, being geometry. I know why Kyle hates this class so much, too. No one likes listing the proofs to solve the problem.

Ben: "Oh man…" I wrote notes as my teacher, Mr. Augustus, was talking.

Mr. Augustus: "Of course you know the Base Angle Theorem and…" I tuned him out just a bit. I was trying to listen for the important parts, since he rambles on forever. Any time he mentions theorems and postulates and other things like that, I have it auto-tuned out. This is the only class I use my alien brains to get through. Why get tutoring from Julie then? Because she can teach me to be smart. Not just with aliens, but with my own mind, in a way I can follow. The teachers aren't as good.

Mr. Augustus: "Mr. Tennyson, if you wouldn't mind explaining the process of proving the angles of this isosceles triangle are properly noted…?" I snapped to attention, and the class was looking at me again. Oh man…

Ben: "Um… Yeah. Sure." As I was getting up, though, the weirdest thing happened. A DNAlien hopped through the wall and roared.

Ben: "WHOA!" He shot a slime ball at me, and I dodged. Everyone else in the classroom ran off.

Ben: "Are you serious?! Wait. Then again, fighting a DNAlien is the perfect excuse to leave school!" I transformed to Rosescythe, a form I got when Kyle got Firecracker. She was slightly shorter than Firecracker, with a large green scythe/sniper rifle as a weapon instead of shotgun gauntlets. This was called Crescent Emerald. I was in a black dress with a black/green combat skirt, with black boots, and a big green hood with a cape. My eyes had green pupils, but silver irises, and my hair was black with green highlights.

Rosescythe: "Interesting time to show up in class!" I shot the DNAlirn back through the wall, and hopped out after it. When I looked, I saw DNAliens were covering the football field.

Rosescythe: "Oh… man…" The DNAlien I launched swiped at me with its claws, knocking me over. I swiped my scythe at it, making a gash in its chest. It roared in agony, then I grabbed its head.

Rosescythe: "Sorry, but you need some purification." I focused my mind on that, and the Xenocyte fell off. When I looked, I saw a girl I recognized from the Kyle 10 Fan Club at the High School.

Rosescythe: "Tamara…"

Tamara: "Ben?"

Rosescythe: "What happened?"

Tamara: "The last thing I remember was some white aliens bursting in with eggs. Some squid monsters attached to my face, and to a few others, and then it was black." HighBreed. They're trying to draft people now?!

Rosescythe: "Can you move on your own?"

Tamara: "Not exactly." Great… I moved her to my shoulders.

Rosescythe: "Hold on tight, Tam. I'll find you a good place to rest, away from the DNAliens and the HighBreed."

Tamara: "That would be nice." I zoomed off at super speed, leaving green flower petals behind as I ran. I took her to the top of the school roof, and hit the Ultimatrix symbol on my cape to call the others.

Rosescythe: "Come on… Come on…" I made it a conversation call, too.

Kevin: "Ben? Are you ok or did you just want to chat? Cuz I'm kind of in the middle of something important."

Rosescythe: "Emergency. DNAliens. Army of them. They have control of the football field!"

Kevin: "Really? This I gotta see. DNAlien football game."

Rosescythe: "KEVIN! Now is not the time to joke around! HELP!"

Kevin: "I'll be there ASAP. Keep your bra on."

Rosescythe: "Bra?!"

Kevin: "You're in a girl form. I can tell by the sound of your voice. That's unusually high pitched though. Who'd you turn into?"

Rosescythe: "Rosescythe…"

Kevin: "Wow, that's high. Okay. I'll contact the girls, and we'll be there shortly. In the meantime, try to be the hero."

Rosescythe: "Right." I hung up. If there's anything Kyle taught me, it's that you always have back up ready, even if you don't need it! Or something like that. Whatever. I transformed the scythe into the more compact sniper rifle shape, and looked through the scope at the surroundings I had. Football field was completely filled. Also, the parking lot was getting covered. The insides of the school were probably not much better. There was only one way I could hold them off. Only, I wasn't sure if I perfected the technique yet.

Rosescythe: "Here goes…" I transformed into Big Chill, and went intangible to sink through the ceiling back into the main building. I slapped my symbol yet again, becoming Echo Echo.

Echo Echo Ben: "Here goes." I multiplied myself into two clones, and both me and my clone slapped pur symbols. I became XLR8, and he became Fasttrack.

Fasttrack Ben: "Hey! It worked!"

XLR8 Ben: "Let's split up. We need to evacuate the school before everybody becomes a DNAlien!"

Fasttrack Ben: "No need to tell me twice!" We split up, as I suggested. I took the left half of the school, recovering some of the students immediately.

XLR8 Ben: "I got you guys!"

Guy: "Thanks, Ben!"

Teacher: "When will Kyle be coming?"

XLR8 Ben: "He's out doing another mission. There's only me for now, but my other friends will be here soon. Hopefully."

Teacher: "You seriously don't know when they'll be here?"

XLR8 Ben: "I'm sorry! I don't!" I got them on my back.

XLR8 Ben: "But I'm trying the hardest I can!"

Guy: "We're dead." I rolled my eyes as my visor closed. I zoomed them through the parking lot, and dropped them outside of there.

XLR8 Ben: "Try to call the cops so they can help with evacuations!"

Teacher: "Seriously?! Against an alien invasion?!"

XLR8 Ben: "I said I already called my friends, but there's only four of us right now! Just do it!" I ran through the parking lot again, then heard some DNAlien roars. They hopped towards me.

XLR8 Ben: "Should I have taken them out first?!" I jumped over one that tried to slash at me, and I kicked him in the face, then tail-whipped him into another car.

Guy: "MY CAR!"

XLR8 Ben: "Sorry!" I dodged around more DNAliens, and ran into the school again. I saw Frankenstrike shocking some DNAliens away.

Frankenstrike Ben: "This way!" He had a whole crowd of people behind him.

Julie: "I found your clone, and I called for Ship, too!" Looks like Julie was my only ally for the moment. Ship was not going to be here for a little bit either.

XLR8 Ben: "I only had two people! But there are a bunch of DNAliens outside in the parking lot."

Frankenstrike Ben: "Then this is perfect. I'll go out there and distract them. You can speed everyone out. Julie, single file on everyone."

Julie: "Got it." I nodded, zooming back out immediately, making a sonic boom, scattering them around. Frankenstrike hopped out, also scattering thunder at the DNAliens, shocking them.

Julie: "Follow me!" I stayed to the sides of the crowd, knocking the DNAliens back towards Frankenstrike, who socked one of the DNAliens into the ground.

Frankenstrike Ben: "That all you got?!" I ran back into the school after the crowd of people escaped, and I had to zoom back into the school.

Kid: "Help!" A brown haired freshman was running away from three DNAliens. I zoomed at them, and kicked each one of them away.

XLR8 Ben: "You okay?"

Kid: "Yeah. Thanks." I heard more DNAlien wails, and ran the kid to the front door, where Frankenstrike punched a DNAlien into the flagpole.

Frankenstrike Ben: "Whoops."

XLR8 Ben: "Careful, man!" I had to run off again. I decided to look around the cafeteria. I saw there were kids tied up, and the DNAliens were holding Xenocytes.

DNAlien: "Listen up, human meatsacks! You all have been given a good opportunity! If you surrender to us, you will be free when our HighBreed leaders destroy the Earth. Defy us, and you will die!"

Kid: "I'll never-" He was shot in the chest by a blaster.

DNAlien: "That child chose to make an example of himself. So, now do you all understand?" I saw Cash and JT amidst the people that were being held captive.

DNAlien: "Who wishes to surrender themselves?

XLR8 Ben: "How about none of them?!" I ran in, and transformed to Starfire, blasting them away.

DNAlien: "BEN TENNYSON!"

Cash: "Tennyson?"

Starfire Ben: "Hold on!" I sent concentrated starbolt beams at the ropes, freeing them all.

Starfire Ben: "Everyone's escaping through the parking lot! Go! I can't hold them all off!" Everyone ran off.

Cash: "Tennyson!" I looked at him.

Cash: "You still owe me a shirt!" He ran out of the cafeteria.

JT: "Thanks, Ben!" He followed him out. I waved to him. I then turned my look to the other DNAliens, who begun shooting at me. I fired back with my starbolts. All of a sudden, a pellet knocked one of the DNAliens on the head, and knocked him down, something that made all of us stop to look at what happened.

Starfire Ben: "Huh?"

DNAlien 2: "What was that?"

Voice: "I'll tell you who it was! It was I!" We saw a guy dressed in green overalls. He had a long pointy nose, almost like Pinocchio, and he was holding a slingshot. He wore a wrist band on his left arm colored purple, had seemingly curly black hair that dropped to his shoulders, wore a dark green bandanna, goggles over his eyes, and he had the Omnitrix symbol on his left overall strap. I looked at him.

Starfire Ben: "No way! Ant-Man?!"

Ant-Man: "Right person... Wrong form, Ben! I'm called Usopp in this form!"

Starfire Ben: "Regardless… you mind lending me a hand?!"

Usopp: "That's why I came here in the first place! I've been following the DNAliens the whole time!" He shot some more pellets at the DNAliens. Each shot landed directly in the DNAlien's eyes. He then pulled out a hammer weapon of some type, and swung it, knocking one of them through a wall entirely.

Starfire Ben: "WHOA! That thing packs a punch!"

Usopp: "Sure does, huh?" He turned his eyes to the DNAliens.

DNAlien 3: "Not bad, Plumber!" They began to spit globs at Usopp. He dodged around each one relatively fast, and swung his hammer into another one, knocking him through the ceiling. I punched one into the cafeteria tables, then threw another one into the kitchen. I fired starbolts at him, blowing up the oven.

Starfire Ben: "No more bad cafeteria food for people who can't make their lunches! YEAH!"

Usopp: "Nice one!" He pulled out his slingshot again, firing pellets at the DNAliens. They got hit yet again. One sliced at Usopp, and he kicked it into the floor.

Starfire Ben: "This guy is still human? How is he an Omnitrix alien?"

Usopp: "Funny story. My Omnitrix not only lets me become any alien in the Milky Way Galaxy, mine also lets me transform into everyone I've met in my dimensional travels, and use their abilities on command by turning into them!"

Starfire Ben: "Sounds pretty nice, I guess."

Usopp: "Yours doesn't work that way?"

Starfire Ben: "Mine is an Ultimatrix."

Usopp: "Huh… Oh well. I'm here now. Come on. We need to find more kids and free them! By the way, your friends are almost here. So don't worry. They got your back, Ben." He nodded to me.

Starfire Ben: "Thanks." I transformed into Ghostfreak.

Ghostfreak Ben: "Split up?" Usopp nodded. We split up. I don't know who this guy is, but it's like he's secretly trying to watch out for me. Huh… Why the interest? Why can't Kyle know yet? This guy is shady and helpful at the same time. I need to remember to ask him before he decides to leave randomly again.

Kyle's POV…

Back in the Null Void…

Manny, Helen, and I were still walking through the rocks in the Null Void to reach the Wrench's lair. I had been pondering about my sudden strength boost I got as I hopped. Is there more to my Mobian half than I thought? Is there something special I don't know about? What? Whatever it is, I need to know!

Helen: "Need to rest, Kyle?"

Kyle: "No, Helen. I'm fine." I looked around as we stopped. The more I looked, the less it made sense. I was sure we had a set path, but they had never told me which way to go.

Manny: "Since we're alone, maybe you can explain what happened back there."

Kyle: "I can't tell you what happened, Manny. I'm just powerful, I guess." Manny growled.

Manny: "Tennyson!" I dodged after he tried to grab me again, then stopped.

Kyle: "Manny. This being half-Mobian thing is very new to me. I thought I was a fullblooded human until about 3 or 4 months ago. That's all I know." Manny turned to look at me.

Manny: "Still doesn't change the fact I need to have this robotic hand thing!"

Helen: "Kyle had nothing to do with that, and you know it."

Kyle: "Yeah. Chill out, bro."

Voice: "Maybe I can help." We looked around, and when we turned our heads, we saw a being who was humanoid, but his right half was colored white, and his left half was colored black. He had yellow eyes, and had a purple belt. He had a Plumber's Badge/Omnitrix symbol on it. He also had a yin-yang symbol on his body.

Kyle: "Whoa… No way!"

Manny: "Huh? You know this guy?"

Kyle: "I know who he is, but… I don't know him personally."

Helen: "Who is he?"

Kyle: "Equinox. A celestial being of some type. He represents the balance of good and evil."

Equinox: "But you never believed I was real."

Kyle: "How did you?" He poked his head, and chuckled.

Equinox: "Telepathy. Plus, your look was easy to read." He floated down to us.

Equinox: "Your hand is gone, is it?"

Manny: "Yeah. No thanks to him."

Equinox: "Watch." He divided into two halves. One was white, and one was black. The white one looked at Manny. He walked closer, and used some white magic on Manny. The claw got replaced by Manny's actual hand!

Manny: "WHOA! How'd you do that?"

White Equinox: "As a deity of the void, it is one of my many gifts. I am the healing half."

Black Equinox: "And I am the warrior half."

White Equinox: "We can be one in the same, but our powers will be weaker."

Kyle: "Like Duo…" It was a form I got from Omni recently.

White Equinox: "Manny Armstrong, you cannot blame Kyle for your misfortune. He sent D'Void here before you were even here to begin with."

Manny: "Still doesn't change the fact that he did it."

Helen: "Manny!" The Black Equinox tackled Manny to the ground.

Black Equinox: "You listen here you Tetramand freak! Kyle is not responsible for you losing your hand! Plus, you're better now! FEEL BETTER!"

Manny: "Fine. I'm good! Just get off!" Black Equinox listened.

Black Equinox: "Good."

Helen: "If you're a deity of the void, why didn't the people ever mention you?"

White Equinox: "I can only reveal my existence to a select few. Since you were actively trying to save the Null Void from certain destruction, it is my duty to inform you of the tasks you had to handle. You are headed to the Wrench's headquarters, are you not?"

Kyle: "Yes. We are."

White Equinox: "I am familiar with you, Kyle Tennyson. You left some criminals here in the past. One of which is trying to take over my dimension."

Kyle: "Funny you should say your dimension."

Black Equinox: "Why would you question us?!"

Kyle: "You have an Omnitrix symbol on your belt. Deity of the void my butt!" The Black Equinox narrowed his gaze at me.

White Equinox: "You are suspecting me of using an Omnitrix like you."

Kyle: "Yes."

White Equinox: "All will be revealed in time, Kyle Tennyson. Just know, I am an ally."

Kyle: "Right. Take us to the Wrench, then." The Equinox's merged into one.

Equinox: "Follow me. I know the quickest path there." He floated away, and Helen, Manny, and I bounded after him. This guy has to be an Omnitrix wielder. I refuse to believe he is a deity!

Equinox: "Also, Kyle, there are a few surprises at the end of this road. You should be pleasantly surprised."

Kyle: "How?!"

Equinox: "You'll see, my friend. After all. No spoilers."

Kyle: "Do you know Paradox, per chance?"

Equinox: "Yes." He said that so nonchalantly. As we travelled through the rocks of the Null Void, Equinox seemed to lead us through many twists and turns.

Manny: "You sure this is the quickest path, Equinox?"

Equinox: "I want to be sure everything is in place."

Helen: "Is it?!"

Kyle: "We don't have time to play around, Equinox. If you're the deity you say you are, then you should know the Null Void is collapsing, and that you have to do everything in your power to stop it!" Equinox looked beyond a rock.

Equinox: "Here it is."

Manny: "About time!" We hopped down into a valley-like area, with a rock bridge, and an abyss right under it.

Helen: "Yep. This is the Wrench's hideout."

Equinox: "I told you."

Kyle: "So you did." We walked ahead, when we were stopped by a guy covered in porcupine spikes. He also wore a green jacket like Helen and Manny, and had brown and white hair. He had tan skin.

Helen: "Pierce!"

Kyle: "This is the legendary Pierce, huh?"

Manny: "I wouldn't say legendary, but he was our leader."

Pierce: "Why did you bring these two here? No one's allowed to see the Wrench!"

Kyle: "Look, porcupine bro. You have quills, I have quills, let's just be bros so you can let me through. They haven't told you about me?"

Helen: "Pierce, this is the Kyle Tennyson guy we told you about. The one who told us you could still be saved!"

Pierce: "How can I be sure? How do you know this isn't one of D'Void's tricks?"

Equinox: "I can speak for him. He fought D'Void already, Pierce."

Pierce: "Really?" He hopped off of the rock to face me.

Kyle: "Kyle Tennyson. In the flesh."

Manny: "Clearly."

Pierce: "If you're a human… prove it." He extended his quills to longer lengths than before.

Kyle: "Oooh. How fair." Pierce then broke off a part of his quill, and threw it to me to use as a bo staff.

Kyle: "Much better."

Helen: "Kyle…"

Kyle: "I got this." I just have to not use my powers in this fight to make him think I am 100% human. At least for now. He swung with his quills. I spun the staff to deflect the attacks, then swung for his feet, knocking him over. He flipped back up, then extended his quills towards me again. I got knocked back, then stopped on my feet. I struck at him, but he dodged, and used a flying kick. I blocked it with the staff, but got forced back.

Pierce: "For a human, you're not bad!"

Kyle: "Thanks. I try!" I swung at him again, knocking his head back, then I gave him an uppercut on one quick move.

Helen: "Whoa!"

Manny: "Not bad."

Equinox: 'Go, Kyle! YEAH!" He made a sign appear out of nowhere that said. "Kyle 10 is #1!"

Helen: "Where did you get that?!"

Equinox: "Wouldn't you like to know?" Pierce threw some of his quills at me, making me spin the staff again, deflecting the attacks, then I tried to jump at him, using the staff like a sword, and he kicked me out of the air. I almost fell, but he caught my hand.

Pierce: "Hold on!" Now, we all know I could have flew back up, but… I needed his trust. I let him pull me up.

Manny: "What the hell?!"

Pierce: "Not bad, hotshot."

Kyle: "You're welcome, bro. Now… can we see the Wrench?"

Pierce: "Sure. I just needed to make sure you were being honest with me."

Helen: "Pierce, he can transform into other aliens. Like us."

Pierce: "How?" I turned the Ultimatrix on to scan Pierce.

Ultimatrix: "DNA sample acquired. Scan complete." It sent up a hologram of a porcupine alien. I slapped the faceplate down, transforming into a being like Argit, but I wore a red jumpsuit, had red eyes, and I was more well-built than Argit, but not buff. The Ultimatrix symbol was on my chest.

Kyle: "Needleshot! Okay… not so much liking the appearance, but… hell. At least I know how to use him."

Pierce: "How did you…"

Needleshot: "Long story short, I have a watch called the Ultimatrix. It lets me transform into just about any alien in the galaxy. Also, I can make them go Ultimate." I reverted to me.

Kyle: "But trust me. I am here to help. So is that Equinox guy. Helen and Manny can vouch for him." I turned to look at Equinox and the others.

Manny: "Right. Now, let's see the Wrench and tell him you're here."

Kyle: "Got it." Pierce led us in.

Equinox: "The surprises…" He whispered it into my ear as we walked in. I shivered a little afterwards.

Kyle: "Any idea what I should do about talking to the Wrench?"

Pierce: "Yeah. Don't eat anything he cooks." Where have I heard that before?

Helen: "You'll like him, Kyle."

Manny: "If he has the stomach for his food, yeah." As Pierce walked us in, I saw a man in a hood cooking something over a fire.

Kyle: "Hello, Mr. Wrench. I'm Kyle Tennyson, and I'm a superhero. I'm here to make sure you can finally stop D'Void."

Voice: "Well, about time you came here. I was making my centipede gumbo." My eyes widened.

Kyle: "No… way! MAX?!" The guy turned around, and yes, it was Max!

Max: "Hey, sport. It's been a while!" My eyes watered, and I rushed towards him, and hugged him.

Max: "WHOA! Feels like you've been working out since I last met you!" He hugged me back, laughing heartily.

Kyle: "I sure have! Listen, I need to show you something!"

Max: "What?" I sprouted my quills, and showed him.

Max: "That's… new." He looked very surprised.

Kyle: "I'm half-Mobian! It's SOOO good! I have all of my aliens back, hell! I don't even have a timer!"

Max: "Good, good. And since you are half-Mobian, the other person I met here must be telling me the truth."

Kyle: "Who, Equinox?" I turned to Equinox.

Max: "No, but he has been a good help."

Equinox: "'Tis no problem, Mr. Wrench. I mean, Max."

Voice: "Then can I see him?"

Max: "Of course." I turned my head. I saw a black hedgehog walk in, with red eyes, white chest hair, and red stripes. He wore golden rings, and some pretty cool white shoes.

Kyle: "S-Shadow the Hedgehog?! You've been helping Max?!"

Shadow: "For a little while, but that's not why I'm here. I came here to meet you."

Kyle: "M-me? Why?" This was a little off.

Shadow: "You see… I'm your real Dad." My eyes widened. WHAT?! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?!

Kyle: "I may be half-Mobian, but…"

Max: "I found it hard to believe, too, but he has quite the tale. Go on, Shadow."

Shadow: "Thank you. It all started aboard the Space Colony ARK. I was created to be the Ultimate Life Form, by a professor Gerald Robotnik, as a way to cure a disease that his granddaughter, Maria, had. Maria and I became very good friends over time."

Kyle: "O… OK."

Shadow: "And over all of that time as the research was going on… she and I had become extremely close. So close in fact, that we… did some things."

Kyle: "I'm 18. If that was the case, I should be about 50 something years old right now! You guys did all of that years ago!"

Shadow: "If you would let me finish, you would understand. We had a baby, a very healthy one. The professor was outraged at first, but upon examining the baby, while it should have inherited Maria's terminal illness, it did not. Because of my Ultimate Life Form genes, which allow me to be immune to all disease and to live on forever, while providing cures for anything. The pregnancy resulted in you."

Kyle: "O…kay. Maria being my Mom, I can understand… but… I was raised by different parents. Unless…" My eyes widened again.

Shadow: "The raid on Space Colony Ark done by GUN happened before you could even walk. In order to save you so you would not have been killed, I had to use Chaos Control to send you to another dimension. Where you ended up didn't matter, as long as I could find you later. That was the professor's idea. Then Maria got shot, and I was blasted to Prison Island, where I was trapped in stasis until Dr. Eggman woke me up years later, resulting in my amnesia." Holy shit. I collapsed to my knees.

Shadow: "Max said you would have taken it pretty hard. I see he was right." He closed his eyes, crossing his arms at the same time.

Kyle: "Then the people that raised me…"

Shadow: "They probably never told you how they got you because you would never have believed it. I assume the Chaos Control dropped you in their house, and they simply had no choice but to raise you. Then you found your way to this time, and got an Omnitrix, then an Ultimatrix, then discovered your Mobian heritage."

Kyle: "Oh…" I teared up.

Max: "I did a DNA test with what little gear I had here. The DNA matches, Kyle." I looked at Shadow in the eye by kneeling down.

Helen: "Whoa."

Manny: "That's kinda convoluted."

Equinox: "Told you you'd be in for a surprise or two!" I tuned him out, then smiled at Shadow.

Me: "Daddy…" I hugged him.

Shadow: "Wha?"

Voice: "I told you he'd be sentimental, Shadow." Wait. A feminine voice…

Voice 2: "My initial calculations were incorrect. I have been known to fail that sometimes." A robotic voice… then that means…

Rouge: "What a day this was for you, huh, Shadow?" She walked out, in her normal outfit.

Shadow: "Rouge…"

Omega: "DNA confirmed. This human hybrid has your DNA, Shadow." Omega had walked up to us and scanned me as I was still hugging him.

Rouge: "Shadow certainly made a handsome kid with Maria…"

Omega: "I am merely anticipating his power. I wish to test it out myself one day."

Kyle: "Team DARK?! Max, Team Dark has been helping you, and you haven't beaten Animo yet?!" I had let go of Shadow.

Max: "We probably could have, but we've never been able to figure out the source of his power. We suspect the Kormite is… but the likelihood is slim to none." Damn.

Kyle: "It would be good to know WHY he needs all of that Kormite, but damn… we could have handled it way differently. Good thing I'm here now, then. With all of us teaming up, stopping Animo will be child's play!"

Shadow: "Assumedly so." He smirked.

Kyle: "Wanna go on our first crime bust together, Dad?"

Shadow: "Of course."

Ben's POV…

That Usopp guy has really been a big help! Honestly!

Usopp: "That clears out the kids, finally!"

Rosescythe: "Good. I was getting really annoyed that we missed one every time!"

Usopp: "Not your fault, Ben. Always remember. No one is perfect!"

Rosescythe: "I always feel I have to be, to live up to Kyle anyway."

Usopp: "Like I said before, Kyle still needs you. It doesn't matter if you live up to his potential or not. He still believes in you!" As he said this, some more DNAliens appeared.

Rosescythe: "JUST GO AWAY!" I charged at them, swinging my scythe around and cutting them down. I spun my scythe, knocking about three of them away, then fired a bullet to launch myself at two of them, and kicked them, then swung the back of the scythe into them,

Usopp: "Careful!" He shot even more pellets at the DNAliens, knocking them around. He also pulled out his hammer, bonking one on the head, knocking it out. I shot another bullet at one, then slashed through its chest, but did not kill it. It fainted.

Rosescythe: "This… is easily… the fifth or sixth wave! Where do they keep coming from?!

Usopp: "I wish I knew! I just followed them here!"

Voice: 'Ben!" I turned, seeing Ali blasting the DNAliens down, then Gwen kicking one, and tossing it over her shoulder into the ground. Kevin turned his hands into hammers, then punched them out.

Rosescythe: "Guys!" I shot one trying to ambush Ali.

Ali: "Thanks!"

Gwen: "Seems like you secured the place on your own… Who's this?"

Usopp: "Hi! I'm Usopp!"

Ali: "Are you a Plumber? You have a badge."

Usopp: "I actually have an Omnitrix, but good eye anyway!"

Kevin: "No way. The Omnitrix wouldn't make anyone become a weirdo like this guy!"

Usopp: "Weirdo?! I'll have you know that Usopp-"

Rosescythe: "Regardless… He's here to help, and he's been doing a good job with his hammer and his slingshot. He has some good moves."

Ali: "It'll have to do. Thanks for the backup. Kyle's indisposed at the moment."

Usopp: "I have a friend looking after him just in case, but it seems he's okay."

Rosescythe: "Good." I changed back to normal.

Ben: "Okay. The clone is with Julie, protecting the students and teachers that we've saved. The only thing to do is find the HighBreed responsible for infecting the school body with these Xenocytes."

Kevin: "Of course. The HighBreed usually leave the DNAliens to fight us while they get their plans done. So. Any ideas where they could be?"

Gwen: "Ben, was there any place you haven't looked?"

Usopp: "I don't think Ben and I looked in the basement yet."

Ali: "Okay, then. Let's go."

Kevin: "So… Usopp, is it?" Usopp nodded.

Kevin: "How did you get to transform into some other human?"

Usopp: "My Omnitrix is different from a lot of others. Mine lets me become any alien in the galaxy, as well as turn into any of my friends that I've met on my travels."

Gwen: "Sounds helpful, at least."

Usopp: "I always take them with me wherever I go. That way, I'm never really alone!"

Ben: "Good story. Okay. To the basement, then." I transformed into Lucario.

Lucario Ben: "Let's do this." My eyes glowed green as I looked to find the HighBreeds' aura. I walked ahead, with everyone right behind me, and I pulled out my aura bo staff. I followed the auras, and I was right. There were two HighBreeds underground, in the school's basement.

Lucario Ben: "Of course."

Ali: "The basement?"

Lucario Ben: "You felt it, too?"

Ali: "I did."

Gwen: "OK…" She shook her head.

Kevin: "At least we know where they are. Come on."

Lucario Ben: "YAH!" I kicked the door to the basement, then ran down the steps. Everyone else was close behind, and Usopp even brought out his slingshot as we ran. When we got to the bottom of the staircase, the two HighBreed turned around

Lucario Ben: "There you guys are!"

HighBreed 1: "VERMIN! How did you locate us?!"

Lucario Ben: "It was a little obvious. Didn't count on the fact that all life forms have an aura, huh?"

HighBreed 2: "It matters not how you found us! What matters is that you will not stop our plans!"

Usopp: "That's what you think, HighBreed!" He glowed purple, changing his form into a round guy in a knight suit. He had a white fuzzy collar, yellow stripes around the body of the suit, and a purple cape. The Omnitrix symbol was on his chest.

The Omnitrix Wielder formerly known as Usopp: "Now… I am Heracles'n!"

Kevin: "Heracles'n?"

Heracles'n: "Speech impediment that comes with this form. Can't help it."

HighBreed 1: "Whoever you are, you will not leave here alive!" DNAliens came out from behind them.

Gwen: "DO you guys always have those waiting behind you at any given moment?" The DNAliens charged at us.

Ali: 'Here they come!" She punched one of them out. She then kicked it aside. I spun my bo staff, knocking them away. Heracles jumped, and butt-slammed some of them, then got up, and picked one up as it was about to claw him, then slammed it head first into the ground.

Heracles: "Nice try. But no explosion!" He kicked another guy into the second HighBreed. I used a force push to knock some DNAliens forward, then hopped at the second HighBreed.

Lucario Ben: "This one is mine! The rest of you can handle the DNAliens!"

Heracles: "Ben'n! Wait!" As I swung my bo staff down, The HighBreed caught it, then whipped me into a wall.

HighBreed 2: "We were hoping for Kyle Tennyson! Not his pathetic sidekick!" Okay. That did it.

Lucario Ben: "Oh, really?!" I slapped my symbol, and became Humongousaur, then increased my size.

Humongousaur Ben: "YAAHHH!" I ran at him, then uppercutted him through the ceiling, getting him into the air. I hopped through the hole. The HighBreed landed on the ground, then as I ran at him again, I punched him again. He flew into the flagpole. My clone saw this.

Frankenstrike Ben: "Uh…"

Julie: "Ben?!"

Humongousaur Ben: "RAAHHHH!" I charged again. The HighBreed got up, and shot claw darts at my eyes. I shielded my face.

HighBreed 2: "You won't stop us, vermin!"

Frankenstrike Ben: "Julie I need to back him up!"

Julie: "Guys, we need to move further away now!" Julie led the rescued people further away, and Frankenstrike came back, and clobbered the HighBreed, and shocked him with electricity to hold him down. I brought my fist down, and slammed him into a crater that was HighBreed size.

Frankenstrike Ben: "Not bad, bro."

Humongousaur Ben: "Thanks, but we still have to stop him." We both transformed to Echo Echo.

Echo Ben 2: "Want to go Ultimate on this guy?"

Echo Ben 1: "Sounds perfect!" We merged into one again, then slapped my symbol, going Ultimate.

Ultimate Echo Echo Ben: "ULTIMATE ECHO ECHO!" The HighBreed flew out of the ground as we surrounded him with sonic disks.

Ultimate Echo Echo Ben: "SONIC… DOOM!" Each disk blasted sound waves. The HighBreed covered both sides of his head, screaming in agony. Once the sonic blasts ended, he fell to the ground.

HighBreed 2: "Is that all you have?" I sped up to him, then punched him.

Ultimate Echo Echo Ben: "I am just getting started, bro." I said this rather darkly. I kicked him, then punched him some more. I saw the other HighBreed fly past me.

HighBreed 1: "VERMIN!"

Heracles: "Sorry, HighBreed'n. You shouldn't have to call people vermin. It looks bad when you're trying to make friends."

Gwen: "The HighBreed tend not to want to make friends, Omnitrix guy."

Heracles: "Omnitrix guy?"

Gwen: "Since you refuse to give us a name, that's what we'll call you."

Heracles: "Sounds fair." The second HighBreed threw me off of him.

Kevin: "You having trouble, Ben?"

Ultimate Echo Echo Ben: "No. I got this." The second HighBreed got up, and charged at me again.

HighBreed 2: "BEN TENNYSON!" I blasted him back again, then went Fasttrack.

Fasttrack Ben: "YAH!" I zoomed at the HighBreed, then kicked him in the face. I then barraged him with super-fast punches. The HighBreed smacked me away. Gwen kicked the other HighBreed into Heracles, who bear-hugged him, and slammed him into the ground in front of him. Gwen then trapped the HighBreed down with manna, only for her manna to be busted. She drop-kicked the HighBreed, and Ali shot the HighBreed with electric bullets from her machine gun hands. I gave the HighBreed I was fighting an uppercut, then grabbed his head, making him look at me.

Fasttrack Ben: "Pathetic… sidekick… THIS!" I gave the HighBreed a spin kick to the face, knocking him down. I raised my fist as he looked back at me, then he struck me, knocking me back. I flipped to my feet, growling at him, then transformed into Rosescythe again.

Rosescythe: "We won't let you HighBreed FUCKS destory the Earth! BET… ON… THAT!" I rushed at him, spinning like a football, turning into a red torpedo. This made me tackle the HighBreed through the wall I punched him into, then I hopped off of him, pulling my scythe out, and I slashed at him repeatedly, spinning the scythe, hitting him multiple times. I then fired a gunshot at him point blank, knocking him back, and I then kicked him, then smacked him with the blunt edge of the scythe, then made another cut across his chest, making a one, then a cicular slash, leaving a 0. He had a big 10 in him. I then gave him another blast, and he fell to his back, unconscious.

HighBreed 2: "GAHH!" I raised my scythe, aiming for his head, then as I was about to bring it downwards, something caught my scythe.

Heracles: "Ben'n. Think about what you are doing! That is not the hero's way." I lost the viciousness of my previous anger, then looked at the HighBreed, who was gasping. Heracles punched him while holding up my scythe, knocking him out.

Heracles: "That's what we to the bad guys'n." I was taking deep breaths, trying to be in control.

HighBreed 1: "Vermin!" The HighBreed slashed at Ali, cracking her armor.

Kevin: "Hey! That's my sister, you bastard!" He jumped at him, and punched him, then landed, grabbed his leg, and swung him to Gwen, who smacked him with a manna rope, and slammed him into the ground. I was watching them.

Heracles: "Now, Ben'n. What say you to helping them out?" I nodded.

Rosescythe: "Thanks, bro."

Heracles: "You're welcome. I'm just here for the help, though. Let's get the other one." He rushed at the HighBreed, then somehow tripped, rolling into the HighBreed as he got up. He then flipped to his feet.

Heracles: "I sometimes forget this form is clumsy to move about! I'm sorry!"

Gwen: "Don't worry!" I charged into the other HighBreed, kicking him towards Ali. Ali then turned her hand into a hammer, and smacked him into the ground, then slammed him one more time, knocking him out.

Ali: "How do you know us anyway?"

Heracles: "Classified information, Ali'n. But know that I am a friend." She grabbed both HighBreeds, and got them cuffed up.

Heracles: "I'll call the Plumbers. They need to know about this. Oh, and before I go, Kyle needs to receive this envelope." I took it.

Rosescythe: "Thanks."

Heracles: "Until later, friends!" He ran off in a hurry.

Rosescythe: "He's weird, but he means well."

Kevin: "Too weird if you ask me."

Gwen: "And he has an unusual amount of information on us."

Ali: "We probably should fix up the DNAliens that got changed. Ben, can you go Jury Rigg and whip us up some curing devices?" I did as she said.

Jury Rigg Ben: "I sure can! FIXFIXFIXFIXFIXFIX!" I used scraps of parts scattered all around the school as we found them.

Kyle's POV…

After we got to planning an assault on D'Void's headquarters, we began to execute it. The Null Guardians would smuggle me, Equinox, Max, the Plumbers' Helpers, and Team Dark in on the next shipment of Kormite, all being set up by the villagers who sent it in in the first place. After we got in, we would wreck the place. With all eight of us, this would be an easy mission. But before we got loaded…

Shadow: "Hey, Kyle… I have to say a few things before we get started."

Kyle: "Yeah, Dad?" I have to remember to say Dad and not Shadow.

Shadow: "One… I usually don't do this, but since you are who you are… I believe I have to. I am sorry I didn't come for you sooner."

Kyle: "It's fine, Dad. I became everything I could be thanks to you teleporting me off like that. My only question is why I was chosen to have the Omnitrix when it came down. Honestly, I was trying to get it to my friend Ben first so I could help him master it easier."

Shadow: "Is that so?"

Kyle: "Call me selfless, I guess. But since I got the watch, I've been using it for good ever since."

Shadow: "Your mother would be happy you did that." Maria. I shed a small tear.

Shadow: "Also… you told me you're trying to master your Mobian powers, correct?" I nodded.

Kyle: "I sure am, Dad."

Shadow: "Hold up your Ultimatrix. It can scan other's DNA, right?"

Kyle: "Yeah." I nodded. Dad crossed his arms.

Shadow: "Scan me." I scanned him immediately.

Ultimatrix: "Scan complete. Fully Mobian DNA added to Ultimatrix database." It put up a hologram of Shadow the Hedgehog.

Shadow: "That should help you get a grasp of your abilities. Max told me when you use your forms, it like you gain the instincts of exactly how to use that particular transformation, correct?" I nodded to him, then slapped it down, transforming into a copy of him, with a red Ultimatrix symbol on my chest fur.

Kyle: "Black Streak… Wow. That was strangely down pat compared to my other aliens."

Shadow: "Black Streak. Funny you should say that."

Black Streak: "Really?"

Shadow: "I was going to name you that."

Black Streak: "Streak the Hedgehuman. Sounds nice." I smirked rather than smiled.

Shadow: "Glad you think so, son." He walked off as I looked after him.

Rouge: "Looks dashing." She winked at me.

Black Streak: "It kind of does, you're right." I looked over myself, even seeing I had Shadow's inhibitor rings. I have to remember that those increase my power when I take those off.

Rouge: "If you're wondering why he helped you, I encouraged him to."

Black Streak: "Makes sense to me." I looked back at him as Manny began to put him in the bag. I decided to stay Black Streak for now to fit in.

Omega: "I will not be stuffed into a bag!"

Shadow: "It's just one time, Omega. After we beat D'Void, then you can go insane on Eggman."

Omega: "ANNIHILATE! ANNIHILATE!" He hopped into the bag.

Manny: "That is one weird robot."

Shadow: "He's always like this." He hopped into another bag.

Black Streak: "Okay."

Rouge: "Kyle." I turned to look at her.

Rouge: "You do remind me of him, and a certain… rival of his… at the same time." Sonic. Had to be.

Black Streak: "What can I say? I take inspiration from plenty of heroes. Let's go."

Currently…

I was in the bag as Black Streak still. Looking back, I wish I had known Shadow was my father. But, since I was raised in the real world during my childhood, I would never have believed Shadow was my father. Unless he showed up earlier. Oh well. Things happen. I'll look more into it after we get past D'Void. The bags moved. Meaning the Null Guardians must have accepted us as the load to get there. Nice. As the Null Guardians took us, we were dropped. I immediately poked my head out of the bag to see where we were.

Black Streak: "Huh…" Everyone else had already been walking out of their bags.

Shadow: "Coast is clear."

Rouge: "Too clear, or just clear, Shad?"

Shadow: "Completely clear."

Manny: "Seems easy.

Pierce: "Keep your eyes peeled. D'Void may still suspect us barging in."

Helen: "Right."

Equinox: "I can say with 100% confidence he does not know we are here yet."

Black Streak: "Why did you not just teleport yourself here?"

Equinox: "I would have set off security if I did so. However, I did use my power to make us all fit in the bags and be camouflaged."

Max: "Good work, Equinox." I flipped out, as Omega rolled out, making a big metal bang.

Omega: "Phase 1 complete. Moving to phase 2." He transformed his hands into missile launchers, and aimed for the walls.

Black Streak: "Omega! Come on!" Omega stopped.

Max: "Save it for after we get to some fighting." I looked forward, figuring our best option was to go crazy and start wrecking stuff, like Omega was thinking. We all moved ahead, and opened the door. What we saw on the other side were workers dropping Kormite into a large device with a drill on top of it, which was making a dimensional vortex.

Shadow: "Is he insane? A dimensional vortex with that instability should have consumed the entire dimension by now!"

Rouge: "That is rather curious. Max, any bright ideas?"

Max: "Well… I don't have much experience with multidimensional physics, but it is very unstable. My bet is we stop the machine to save everyone."

Manny: "Already on it."

Black Streak: "Manny!" It was too late. Manny pulled out his four pistols and shot at the Null Guardians, knocking them all away. Helen shot from her pistol, and Pierce shot needles at the Null Guardians. Oh well. May as well start wrecking stuff.

Black Streak: "Let's go, Dad!" Shadow smiled.

Shadow: "All for it, son! CHAOS…"

Black Streak: "CHAOS…

Black Streak and Shadow: "SPEAR!" We both shot a bunch of yellow lasers, getting the Null Guardians to fall down. Max, Rouge, and Equinox made their way towards gathering the workers.

Equinox: "You all have been liberated! This is a jailbreak!" The workers cheered, and Max pulled out a blaster, shooting a hole in the wall. Rouge flew up to give them cover by screw-kicking a Null Guardian away from the crowd, then threw multiple bombs at them, deterring their charges. Equinox put up a force field to give the workers some cover as they escaped. Max still shot lasers at them.

Max: "Hurry!" Shadow and I began to Chaos Control around, warping from one Guardian to another, striking them. I kicked one, then Homing Attacked another one, and punched the one next to him. So far, this was like fighting in my human form, but with Chaos Powers! It was awesome! Manny hopped on one of them, slamming them into the ground, and then shot at another one attempting to ambush him,

Manny: "Nice try, bat-face!" Omega was using his machine guns to blast them. One got close. He grabbed it, spun it around, then pounded it into the ground. He then shot it in the head while it was down, then began to shoot missiles into the air, knocking a lot of them out of the sky. Rouge kicked another one, then Equinox, after clearing out the workers, shot a black and white energy blast, knocking them out of the sky. He then called down lightning, shocking many of them, grounding them. Pierce jabbed one with his spikes, then shot more needles into the air.

Pierce; "Where's D'Void?"

Black Streak: "No idea! But I should get to disabling this machine!"

D'Void: "KYLE TENNYSON! You brought your whole team?!" I looked up, seeing D'Void, but something seemed off about him. I could not immediately tell what, though. I looked up.

Shadow: "We'll get to disabling the machine. You just get him out of the picture."

Black Streak: "Will do." I transformed to Rath.

Rath: "RAAATH! LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING D'VOID, THE GUY FORMERLY KNOWN AS DR. ANIMO! ENSLAVING ENTIRE VILLAGES FULL OF SETTLERS IS. NOT… COOL! RATH HAS A BETTER IDEA, TOO! TIME TO GO ULTIMATE!" I slapped my symbol. My fur changed from orange to white. I grew an extra set of claws, and more fur around my head. My muscle mass enlarged, and I grew spikes out of my back as I also got a red hunter jacket with red eye patterns in them.

Ultimate Rath: "ULTIMATE RATH! ROAAARRR!" I roared, sending a sonic wave after D'Void. He put his hand up, stopping the wave.

D'Void: "You'll have to do better than that, Tennyson!" I jumped at him immediately after, and punched him across the face, then picked him up.

Ultimate Rath: "ULTIMATE POLARIS PILEDRIVER!" I slammed him into the ground below, then he caught me, and swung me into the wall.

Omega: "ANNIHILATE!" He shot barrages of bullets at D'Void. They each bounced off of his skin now.

D'Void: "Really, a killer robot?! HAHAHA!" He walked towards Omega, who switched to flamethrowers, trying to burn Animo. I got up, and saw Omega burning D'Void.

Ultimate Rath: "E-123 OMEGA! NO!" I hopped out of the wall, as Omega was grabbed by D'Void. He was hurled into me.

Shadow: "GRRR… CHAOS…" He teleported, then grabbed D'Void by the neck, slamming him into a wall.

Shadow: "BLAST!" He released a large energy wave after that, nearly blowing everyone back. He then hopped off of D'Void, and began throwing Chaos Spears at him. As he tried to Spin Dash D'Void, he was caught.

D'Void: "Didn't feel a thing, Hedgehog!" He threw Shadow aside, and Shadow's jet boots turned on, so he flew away from danger.

Shadow: "How is that possible?!"

Ultimate Rath: "YEAH! EXPLAIN YOURSELF, D'VOID, THE GUY FORMERLY KNOWN AS DR. ANIMO!"

D'Void: "I am invulnerable thanks to my power! HAHAHAHAHA!" He rushed for me again, and I transformed into Fasttrack, then ran at him, and punched him in the face. All that did was allow him to grab me, and slam my head into the ground while he held it.

D'Void: "Poor attack choice, Tennyson!" Helen zoomed into him three times, then shot him with her pistol. Pierce's needles also would not pierce his skin. I grabbed his hand.

Max: "Let go of Kyle! NOW!" He shot from his pistol, too. Those shot bounced off of him as Rouge then kicked him in the head. He didn't even budge.

Rouge: "This shouldn't even be possible!" D'Void looked at her.

D'Void: "I am invincible! It is time you all realized it!" Equinox hit D'Void, making him fly off of me. I slapped my symbol, changing my color to red with black stripes, then the spikes across my body became longer, and were blood red. I also grew red Kamina glasses over my eyes, and my teeth turned into fangs as I sprouted a striped tail.

Fasttrack: "ULTIMATE FASTTRACK!"

Equinox: "Kyle, hold on!" I ran at D'Void, and gave him a Superman punch to the face. I then gave him a roundhouse kick to the head, and barraged his body with super fast punches, and then kneed him in the gut, and flipped him behind me. D'Void merely got up, and cracked his neck.

D'Void: "Thanks, Tennyson. You got rid of a crick in my neck." I growled.

Ultimate Fasttrack: "WHY DON'T YOU FEEL PAIN?!" I barraged him with repeated punches again, then slashed him with my elbow spikes, and tail-whipped him. He caught my tail, then flipped me over his back, making me land in a wall, upside down.

D'Void: "HAHAHAHA! The end of Kyle Tennyson is nigh!" Equinox grabbed Animo, then punched him across the face, and shot him with a magic beam. Max smacked him with a wrench. The wrench cracked apart.

Max: "Whoa. Guess I'm stronger than I thought I was."

D'Void: "Or I didn't feel anything!" He hit Max. Max stumbled back for about 5 feet.

Ultimate Fasttrack: "MAX!" I zoomed at him, and grabbed him. He grabbed his head.

Manny: "YAAAHHH!" Manny punched D'Void, but he merely got punched away. When Helen rushed at him again, she was grabbed by her tail, then faceplanted into the ground.

Pierce: "HELEN!" He and Manny rushed at D'Void again, but they were both slammed together, and tossed aside as he stepped on Helen.

Helen: "GAH!" Omega got back up, turned on his jets, and slammed into D'Void as hard as he could.

Omega: "ANNIHILATE! ANNIHILATE!" Omega mustered up the strength to hurl D'Void up, then Shadow used Chaos Control dropping energy balls all around him, then snapped his fingers, making them all explode on him. Omega shot missiles at D'Void, then Rouge threw her bombs all over him.

Rouge: "Did that get him?" Helen slowly got up.

Helen: "I don't know…" D'Void got to his feet, but slowly. He then smiled at them.

Max: "No…"

Ultimate Fasttrack: "THAT IS IT!" I transformed to Brainstorm, and sent a shock at Animo, who seemed unfazed yet again. Equinox backed me up by also shooting lightning at Animo. He got phased that time, nearly falling down. He rushed at Equinox and I. Equinox grabbed me, then moved me aside.

Brainstorm: "Release me, you monochromatic ignoramus!" Equinox let me go.

Equinox: "Well, since you asked so nicely, boyo!" I glared at her.

Brainstorm: "D'Void has to have a weakness! And whatever it is, it is something in relation to your abilities, Equinox!" Equinox thought about it.

Equinox: "You may be right." He focused on D'Void.

D'Void: "There is nothing you can do to defeat me!" I slapped my symbol, transforming to Ultimate Brainstorm.

Ultimate Brainstorm: "To increase my powers yet again…" I slapped my symbol yet again. It grew four more spikes, and my hermit crab shell began to eat up my body. It left my head free, but allowed my legs to grow out. I had two gigantic crab legs, my arms grew wider and my pincers grew larger. My head opened up, and covered my brain with a metallic protector. The symbol relocated to being in front of the shell.

Ultimate Brainstorm: "GIGA BRAINSTORM!" I swung an electrically charged claw at him. He caught my claw effortlessly, even after I forced an electric charge into him. He was glowing yellow with my charge, but was not feeling any damage.

Giga Braisntorm: "WHY DO YOU NOT FEEL ANYTHING?!"

D'Void: "Use your gigantic brain you have acquired! You may just figure it out!" He threw me into the air, but I spun after pulling in all of my limbs, and I spun back down at him. He put his arms up to absorb my attack. Equinox split apart into his black and white half again, then the black one came to assist me. He punched D'Void from behind, and flipped him into the ground, then blasted him while I shot electricity from my pincers and claws at him again. Manny, Helen, Pierce, Shadow, Rouge, and Omega all shot at him as well. The White Equinox began to try and heal Max as he held his head.

White Equinox: "You will be just fine, Magister. White Equinox is here."

Max: "Thank you." D'Void got up from the assault, and yelled, sending all of the energy away.

D'Void: "At this rate, you will not defeat me!" I slapped my symbol, becoming Ironheart.

Ironheart: "How about this then?!" I slapped my symbol as it grew spikes again. My size increased as my metal kept shifting and shifting around to match my increased size. My head became much more dome shaped. My colors changed from silver and black to red and golden. A shoulder-mounted machine gun came out, as did shoulder mounted rocket launchers. When the metal stopped shifting, I looked like a massive decked out Hulkbuster Iron Man suit.

Ironheart: "ULTIMATE IRONHEART!" I brought my fist down, and D'Void caught it. I decided to open some parts of my fist, and kept vibrating it up and down, punching D'Void more and more into the ground each time.

Ultimate Ironheart: "Smash him smash him smash him smash him!" I slammed him harder and harder and harder each time, not giving him any room to breathe. As soon as he was in a decently built crater, I shot heat beams down into the hole and kept up the pressure. Omega also shot down his flamethrowers. Manny pulled out his pistols, and kept shooting in there.

Manny: "EAT ALL OF THIS, MOTHERFUCKER!"

Omega: "BURN! BURN! BURN!" Suddenly, D'Void caught my fist, and launched me up, and clotheslined both Omega and Manny. Shadow snapped off his rings, then tackled D'Void.

Shadow: "EAT THIS!" He gave D'Void a point blank spin dash, then kept up the pressure, and grabbed his neck.

Shadow: "CHAOS… BLAST!" He made an even larger Chaos Blast. I has to protect everyone as Black Equinox made a force field around us all, including White Equinox and Max.

Max: "Did that get him?" D'Void kicked Shadow away. Shadow's rings appeared back on him.

Shadow: "Damn it…"

D'Void: "HAHAHAHAHAHA! IMPUDENT FOOLS! I AM-" A heat beam from me interrupted him. Then Black Equinox shot a heat ray, too. We kept the pressure on him.

White Equinox: "What is giving D'Void all of that power? It makes no sense at all." He looked around, then saw that the machine was still going, and the dimension was shifting.

White Equinox: "NO!" I began shooting machine gun bullets to keep D'Void pinned, and Omega assisted, too.

White Equinox: "Guys! The machine is beginning to rupture!" I stopped firing to look.

Ultimate Ironheart: "Fuck!" I slapped my symbol, becoming Black Streak.

Black Streak: "Dad, hold him off."

Shadow: "I've been doing that!" I slapped my symbol again. My fur turned golden, minus my red stripes, and my symbol grew spikes.

Black Streak: "ULTIMATE BLACK STREAK!" I was now a Super Mobian. I flew at the machine, and tried to get to the top. I threw up a Chaos Control, trying to hold the dimension up.

Ultimate Black Streak: "COME ON!"

Black Equinox: "Looks like I can't hold back as much anymore." I yelled again. Black Equinox glowed black with an aura, then flew at D'Void.

D'Void: "COME ON, THEN!" Black Equinox and D'Void punched each other, then Black Equinox won out.

Manny: "The hell?! You've been holding back?!"

Black Equinox: "I was using 5% before. Now, I see I have to use more." He flew at D'Void, then slammed him into the ground, making D'Void yell. He punched him with an icy fist, then spread the ice all over D'Void's body. Although D'Void busted out, Black Equinox kicked him in return, then shot rocks at him from out of nowhere. They pelted him hard. Then he shapeshifted his hand into my Hulkbuster arm from Ultimate Ironheart, and slammed him through the wall.

Max: "That was something, Equinox!"

Black Equinox: "Thank you!" D'Void stumbled out of the hole, and fell down. I slowly brought my hands forward.

Ultimate Black Streak: "CHAOS… CONTROL!" I froze time around the machine, then pushed it back in time, reducing the impact of the wave. I then slapped my symbol, going Arcticguana. I breathed ice down at the top of it, then made an ice slide to slide down on.

Arcticguana: "Come on, Ultimatrix!" I slapped my symbol, going Ultimate Arcitcguana, and fired more ice from my ice cannons. I slapped my symbol one final time. I sprouted a tail, then got more upright. My cannons readjusted, and the glacier growing out of my back spread to my elbows and shoulders, and split into four separate ice spikes on my back.

Ultimate Arcticguana: "GIGA ARCTICGUANA! Okay, pal. Let's do this right!" My ice spikes glowed, and I shot a large blue energy beam at the machine, building up a ton of ice. The sky transformed blue, then snowflakes began to fall as D'Void got back up.

Giga Arcticguana: "Phew… Looks like I did my job."

D'Void: "NO! NO! NO!"

Black Equinox: "Now I can afford to be 5% again." He shapeshifted his hand back into his normal hand. I turned back to human, grew my quills, then spin dashed him, knocking him unconscious.

Max: "We did it!" White Equinox and Black Equinox merged back into one being.

Equinox: "Perfect." He put out his hand for a high-five. I high-fived him back.

Manny: "Guess this means the Null Void won't fall apart after all."

Kyle: "Do you see a vortex in the sky?"

Manny: "Nope."

Omega: "Mission accomplished."

Rouge: "Good work, everyone!" Shadow smiled.

Shadow: "Excellent work, son."

Kyle: "You did great, too, Dad." I hugged him again.

Shadow: "But that will take some getting used to…"

Kyle: "Sorry."

Later…

Max: "Turned out he was using the Kormite as a power source to make himself stronger and control the Null Guardians. Now that he's powerless, the Null Guardians should go back to their old behavior in no time. The villagers will be happy to return home as well."

Kyle: "All in a day's work for Kyle Tennyson."

Manny: "We helped, too."

Kyle: "Of course. You all did great!"

Equinox: "Your reputation held up, Kyle." He walked up to me.

Equinox: "I have to go now, Max. My job is done."

Max: "You don't want to help out?"

Equinox: "My job was to meet Kyle here. I've met him, my mission is done."

Helen: "Will we see you again?"

Equinox: "I will make sure of that." He looked to me.

Equinox: "You and I shall meet again. Also… be prepared. We may have to fight one another. You'd better train up." Huh?

Kyle: "Fight?"

Equinox: "Yes. You're right. I'm an Omnitrix bearer. I can't say much more. But a friend of mine has also been helping Ben out. He did a good job."

Kyle: "Ben did okay for his first day alone? Nice." I smiled. I knew I could trust Ben.

Max: "Ben?"

Kyle: "Oh yeah. Ben has an Ultimatrix like me now. I'm dating Ali, and Gwen is dating Kevin."

Max: "I've missed a lot, it seems." He rubbed his head.

Kyle: "You sure you don't want to come back with me? Ben and Gwen miss you so much! I do, too!"

Max: "Sounds like you don't need my help yet. Besides, the people here need me. But don't worry. We will meet again before long."

Pierce: "Magister. The villagers need us. Rogue guardians."

Max: "Well, let's go!" He began to walk out.

Kyle: "Max!" He looked back to me.

Kyle: "Thanks for finding my father." Max nodded, then went out with Helen, Manny, and Pierce. I looked at Shadow, Rouge, and Omega.

Omega: "You were very efficient."

Shadow: "Looks like we may still be needed here as well."

Kyle: "You sure? I can introduce you guys to my girlfriend and my other friends, we could stop even more crime together…"

Shadow: "If there were as many Null Guardians as they say, they need us to prevent D'Void from rising to power again. We'll be fine."

Rouge: "Yes, son. We'll be fine. You just watch out for your team."

Omega: "You would not get in the way… But your time would be better squandered with your friends on Earth." I nodded.

Kyle: "You got it, Uncle Omega."

Omega: "Uncle?"

Kyle: "If Dad's my dad, then Rouge is my mom… that makes you an uncle, right?"

Omega: 'Inconclusive." Rouge laughed, the elbowed Omega.

Rouge: "Omega, just go with it."

Omega: "Affirmative." Shadow walked up to me.

Shadow: "Just keep Earth safe. Like Max said. I promise we'll see each other again before long." I nodded. I transformed to Alien X in front of them.

Alien X: "See you all later, then." I opened a portal, then flew through it, and ended up at Mr. Smoothies. Ali, Gwen, Ben, and Kevin were all there.

Ben: "Kyle!" I looked to Ben, then turned to normal. Ali hugged me, I fist-bumped Kevin and Ben, and just smiled at Gwen. Gwen smiled back.

Gwen: "How was your mission?"

Kyle: "I saw that Max was in the Null Void. That Null Void detonator really took him there. Dr. Animo was the problem, except he called himself D'Void, and he was almost unstoppable, but I worked with Helen, Manny, and Pierce to-"

Kevin: "Wait. Pierce?"

Kyle: "Pierce was there, too. Turns out he was alive. Anyway, another guy named Equinox helped out, and he had an Omnitrix symbol, and a purple belt with it on there."

Ben: "Purple belt, and an Omnitrix symbol?"

Kyle: "He said we were going to meet later, too. Also, I met my real Dad." Everyone's eyes got wider.'

Kevin: "He was in the Null Void?!"

Kyle: "Yeah. He was Shadow the Hedgehog!"

Ben: "Hold up. SHADOW?!"

Kyle: "Yeah! And he got with Maria to have me! That's why I have blond hair and red quills!"

Ben: "Then you'd have to be 50! Or…"

Kyle: "Chaos Control teleportation."

Ben: "Oh."

Kyle: "Well… I think it's time for me to come clean…" I took a deep breath.

Ali: "Clean? What about?"

Kyle: "The dimension Shadow teleported me to, wasn't this one. It was a different one entirely. In that dimension… you guys were just… television show characters. Except Ali." That got a rise out of Ben, Gwen, and Kevin.

Ben: "Are you… serious?!"

Gwen: "TV show characters? Are you mad?!"

Kevin: "Impossible!"

Ali: "Why not me?" She was worried.

Kyle: "You were a character I made up myself at one point. I was 10 when I made you up." Ali looked down.

Kevin: "Why didn't you tell us this before?"

Kyle: "I thought you all would reject me, or think I was insane, or you wouldn't trust me…" Ben shut me up.

Ben: "Is THAT why you tried to get the Omnitrix to me on the day we met, then you got it?"

Kyle: "Yes. But it latched onto me."

Gwen: "Okay. That explains that then."

Kevin: "You should have known what was going to happen before it happened, then. Come on. Out with it. How much do you know? What changed other than me suddenly gaining a sister and you getting the watch when Ben was meant to have it?!"

Kyle: "This new Omnitrix guy wasn't here, either. Plus, Albedo looked like a red Ben. Not a blue me."

Ben: "Okay. Got it." He had a straight face now.

Gwen: "I don't blame you for keeping that secret for so long."

Ali: "Did you write me loving you into me, then?"

Kyle: "No. That was supposed to be with Ben. It was because when I saw Alien Force, I didn't like Julie as much because she didn't have powers, and I wrote you in to take her place. That's all."

Ali: "Why do I love you then?"

Kyle: "Just because?" I shrugged, and continued. "Guys, I have treated you all like real people, have I not?"

Kevin: "Yeah. You have." He stopped being mad.

Gwen: "Yeah. You were a little mean before with Mike, but…"

Kyle: "I'm sorry about that, and I always will be, Gwen. And yes, I genuinely loved you before then." Gwen nodded.

Gwen: "Thanks for telling me."

Ben: "And me?"

Kyle: "I didn't mean to steal your glory and your enemies and story and celebrity status and-"

Ben: "Whatever. You're making up for it. Somewhat." I gulped.

Ali: "I love you, Kyle. I really do."

Kyle: "You were based off my… um… 'real life' girlfriend, Ashley. I think that's why we bonded so well."

Ali: "Okay." She looked into my eyes.

Kyle: "Every bit of love I ever gave you was real, Ali. You're all real people to me. I trust all of you, you are my friends, that's all there is to it!" I smiled, shedding a small tear.

Ali: "I believe you."

Kevin: "But you definitely should have said something sooner."

Kyle: "I couldn't bring that up without mentioning my full origin."

Ben: "The Omnitrix guy appeared here, too."

Kyle: "Omntirix guy?"

Ben: "I think the guy that helped us and the Equinox guy that helped you are linked. Maybe even the same person. He told me to give you a letter." I opened it. A pie somehow flew out and smacked me in the face.

Kyle: "WHAT THE FUCK?!" Kevin and Ben laughed. Ali helped me up.

Ali: "Are you okay?!"

Kyle: "I guess so… Oh shit!" I looked at the note when the pie fell off my face.

Note: "Dear Kyle,

You and I were in the Null Void earlier. Yes. I have that Echo Echo function, too. I covered for you while you went to the Null Void, and helped you at the same time. Look. I'm sure Equinox me told you that you and I would be fighting soon! That hasn't changed. I need to assess your skills, Kyle 10! You're very powerful from what a little birdie told me, and my job is to make sure you keep your skills up and not get overconfident. Get ready. The point you're at now, you wouldn't even faze me.
